Or you can think about things that have happened in your life and boil them down to a negative reason why things happened the way they did. I'll give you a personal example that I've never shared before to illustrate how I overcame this. The meaning of anything you say, hear or experience is the meaning you give it. I hope you can apply this quick episode to your own life.
