Act 1: The Jew Who Saved Christmas Welcome to the holiday chaos you never knew you needed. Meet Bernie Gold—Spirit Airlines check-in clerk, reluctant adult, and connoisseur of bad decisions. It's Christmas Eve (or, as Bernie will remind you, the seventh night of Hanukkah), and while the rest of O'Hare Airport is brimming with holiday cheer, Bernie's slouching her way through TSA complaints, confiscated wine bottles, and unsolicited career advice from her aggressively optimistic co-worker, Eve. Bernie's life is a snow globe of dysfunction, and someone just shook it—hard. Enter a mysterious piece of "Miracle Gelt" that takes this night from mildly chaotic to “holy crap, is that actually Santa Claus in my parents' garage?” Let's just say Santa's not exactly in prime sleigh-piloting condition, and Bernie might've had something to do with it. What follows is a whirlwind of edible-fueled mishaps, family judgment, and a holiday disaster that's teetering on the edge of redemption. And the Cast? This lineup will make you laugh so hard you'll spill your eggnog: Jeff Bergman (@jeffbergmanofficial) – The voice legend who brings magic to every moment. Selyna Warren (@selynadoubleya) – Writer, star, and the kind of comedic genius that keeps you hooked. Jim O'Heir (@therealjimoheir) – The guy who stole your heart in Parks and Rec steals the show again. Marissa Read (@marissalread) – A double-duty powerhouse delivering laughs and heart. John Milhiser (@johnmilhiser) – Former SNL dynamo bringing the absurdity to life. Kiel Kennedy (@kielkennedy) – The gold standard of comedy chaos. Tiffany Black (@tiffanyblackness) – Pure holiday hilarity in human form. Carla Delaney (@voicesbycarla) – The kind of voice work that makes you laugh even when you don't want to. Ashley Bell (@ashleymichaelbell) – A scene-stealer who brings charm and mischief in equal measure. David Jacks – An actor who makes every moment count. ✨This isn't your cookie-cutter holiday story. It's raw, messy, ridiculously funny, and filled with just the right amount of holiday heart. Elevator Pitch: In Act 1 of The Jew Who Saved Christmas, you'll laugh, cringe, and maybe even tear up a little as Bernie Gold stumbles her way through a Hanukkah-Christmas mashup of biblical proportions. With sharp dialogue, hilariously flawed characters, and just enough holiday magic to keep you guessing, this is the start of a holiday tale that's anything but traditional—and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Your daily Paris Olympics update. Snoop Dogg is killing it and making bank. SNL's Colin Jost has a gross, unfunny foot at the surfing competition. A field hockey player periods out of her face. An Australian Olympian was busted buying coke. Serena Williams throws a fit like a baby over being denied entry into a fancy Paris restaurant. Joy Mode brings you the Bonerline. Use promo code DREW. Call or text 209-66-Boner to communicate with the show. Former SNL member and current standup comic Kevin Nealon called in to talk about his upcoming show at Mark Ridley's Comedy Castle August 22-24. Go check it out. It's Tom Mazawey time! But he's nowhere to be found. Drew got pulled over today in Beverly Hills. Thanks a lot, Tom. Drew knew a guy that had a Netflix documentary made about him. When Johnny Crawford (The Rifleman) met her at a Birmingham summer stock production, he bought her a one-way ticket to Hollywood to be in his night club act. For 14 years, Darrell Hammond ruled Saturday Night Live with his impressions of Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, Sean Connery and more...but the entire time, he was battling depression, drug and alcohol abuse and self abuse stemming from a nightmarish childhood. He came out the other side and told his story in his book, "God, If You're Not Up There, I'm F*cked: Tales of Stand-Up, Saturday Night Live, and Other Mind-Altering Mayhem"....and he's refreshingly open about his continued struggles with mental health and his path to sobriety. This week's bonus episode is a special one for me because I am obsessed with Saturday Night Live. The process of the show and the amazing sketches that come from it. I interviewed former SNL Musician JZ Zonars who started there as an intern, he has a great story about how that came about, then climbed the ladder to eventually being a sketch musician. After leaving SNL he became a record consultant and worked with John Mayer, Demi Lovato, System of a Down, and the Jonas Brothers. I actually went to high school with their bass player Greg Garbowski and JZ had great things to say about him. We also talked about former cast members, the birthplace of Ron Burgundy, some of the famous songs from the show, and so much more. Review, Rate, and Share our podcast. We welcome on Kevin Kelton, former writer on Saturday Night Live during the 80's Eddie Murphy days, was one of six writers on Jay Leno's 1986 TV Special, wrote and produced on Night Court, Boy Meets World and many other shows. He sheds light on the writing process for a show like SNL and the transition from writing to producing that came with his switch from sketch comedy to sitcoms. We also talk about stand-up comedy and its evolution from the 80's, 90's to now, as well as the direction it's heading in. He shares stories with some comedy icons he's worked with and befriended over the years such as Larry David, Micheal Richards, Eddie Murphy and Jay Leno. We're honoured to have him come on the show and couldn't thank him enough. Ladies and gentlemen, Kevin Kelton.
