How did you step onto your spiritual path?  A:  I've always been intuitively and divinely connected  I shut myself down going into my 20's  As an artist, I always kept a bit of that connection open  In 2011 I was on a holiday in Ireland and we went to see some ruins. My life shifted in that moment.  I felt a deep connection to my soul I spent about 5 years trying to make sense of my experience  I had being doing a lot of work in my dance community and somatic work for a while, so I was ready to make a change  Q:  I love how you said you had experienced these gifts, and then lost your connection to them in your adolescence. Does everybody have this intuitive connection, and why do so many of us block it?  A:  Yes, we all have it  Our intuition is simply our divine sensory system  It's the way we communicate with the divine  Part of what becoming intuitive is about is actually recognizing how intuition has been at work in your life all along  Sometimes we shut down because we feel scared of the energy, or it's not honored. Other people think we're wrong or crazy  We all come in with varying degrees of openness or connection  It depends on what phase of life and soul growth you are at  Q:   I love how you said “Earth School Curriculum”  How do we know we were intuitive as a child?  A:  Let's talk about what intuition is and what it is not  It's not future prediction, it's not “knowing what's going to happen”  At the highest level, it's communion with source  Understand that source is a consciousness that loves us to a depth that we can't understand. We are this consciousness, we are from this   It's a sensory level of vibration that is truth, that is light  Things are not happening in the way that our linear mind is ordering them  All possibility is available in this moment  What our human mind can comprehend is actually very small  Intuition is understanding ourselves as part of the whole. This can be scary because we are confronted with the truth that we're not victims. It challenges our perception  It's not about trying to manipulate and control the external  Q:  If this highest level of intuition is not to help us predict the future or manipulate events, is our purpose really just to sit there and feel into this intuitive connection?  A:  From my perspective we came here to experience being human, and being in this body  The highest level is “Non-Local” or “Visionary Intuition”  At this level, we're able to open up to possibility  To know beyond what our human could experience at a material level  Then, you can channel this energy into your human experience & express it  We learn to embody a deeper truth  It's about being able to hold the bridge between being in our human body and our connection to our spirit  Q:  Do many of us achieve this highest level?  What are some of the other levels?  A:  These 3 levels come from the Heartmath institute  The electromagnetic field of the heart can be measured up to 3 feet outside of our body  The lower level of intuition is “Gut Instinct”  For a lot of us, our gut instinct still operates from our “fight-or-flight” system, so we can not necessarily trust them  The second level is energetic sensitivity  For example, you can read or sense the energy inside a room  At this level, we can know things energetically It relies on whether we are integrated, or being driven by fear  If your attention is oriented to fear, you will pick up on the energy of fear  The third level is the visionary aspect of intuition  When you feel congruent, in alignment, feeling joy and the beauty of life  This is the non-local intuitive self  Q:  How do we move from the first level to the higher state?  A:  We can think of it as having all of these systems integrated and operating together at the same time, rather than moving up  One of the most important aspects is going to be meeting fear  Going deeper into your consciousness and integrating your survival self  We can not be intuitive if we're operating from fear  If you want to be more intuitive, it takes the willingness to look at your fear  This takes a willingness to FEEL the fear  Q:  So do you think this corona virus pandemic that is going on in the world is going to help people process their fears better and connect with their intuition?  A:  I believe that in this, as in every moment in everyone's life, there is the opportunity to use what's happening in the external to support your inner awakening and a deepening connection  We still have free will and free choice  I think a lot of people are going to be willing to take this moment of their life to go inward, and choose a more resilient, trusting way of life - and others will not  Q:   Can you explain how staying connected to our intuition can help us in this time?  A:  If you know that the way to stay connected to your intuitive self is to meet your fear, we have been given some real life medicine right now to meet fear  If you're actually willing to meet it, to see what's inside it  You'll come into a state where you can deeply listen  Most of us don't have the self-esteem to be able to listen to our intuition  Instead of waiting for someone else to give us an answer, we can look inside and say “What is true and right for me?”  Q:  If someone listening to this right now is caught up in fixing, numbing, feeling paralized by what's going on, and they're wanting to have an intuitive connection - What are some basic steps that you could give them to start fostering a connection to their intuition?  A:  Breathe.     Kundalini Yoga and How it Changes Your Life with Shae Savage  Shae Savage Womb worker  Spiritual Guide Kinesiologist  Kundalini Yoga Teacher  Q:  What was your experience stepping out of the spiritual closet? What was your process?  A:   It started in my marriage  I was married and in a relationship, and I found myself feeling empty, unfulfilled I recognized that something needed to change  My awakening was my divorce process and stepping into the self care that I learned in my 200 Hour yoga teacher training  I did some travelling and started my kundalini yoga training in Europe  It made sense to my soul, and I knew that I needed to be an embodiment of this practice  Q:   I want to remind everyone listening that change is absolutely possible. Know that you can create and move towards a higher vision for yourself   Can you explain what kundalini is and how it has an impact & experience for people?  A:   At the beginning of my journey I didn't know what I wanted, but I knew what I didn't want. That was my guiding light  Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness  You're a finite being creating a relationship to an infinite source  You have the power to experience your own capacity within your own perceived limitations  In Kundalini yoga you are presented with your perceived limitations  You hit your limit, and see what is on the other side of discomfort  It invites you to have an understanding of your physical form - care for it and utilize it appropriately   Also, to have an understanding of how your mind works  In Kundalini yoga they talk a lot about joy being a birthright  To have a happy, fulfilled life we need a roadmap of our mind  Life cannot exist without a relationship to our spirit - this yoga becomes a tool kit for understanding your physical form, understanding our mind, and connection to a higher cosmic energy Q:  That's a lot more than just the Asana A:   Ya, and kundalini yoga hit home for me because of the higher speed  We all have a perceived notion of time  The goal of all forms of yoga is to bring awareness internally  To raise consciousness through the central channel - raising the kundalini energy Kundalini Yoga raises the energy and consciousness faster than a refined Hatha practice Q:  So you're raising the kundalini energy through movement, breath, pushing yourself. Is that why it's such an intense elevation of the kundalini energy compared to something like Hatha?  A:   The goal of all yoga is to raise consciousness The practice of kundalini yoga is intensified  It refines the body, mind & spirit all at once in a pressurized container  The body basically goes into a reset  Kundalini is not about mastering the shape, it's more about mastering the mind It chemically and structurally changes your body  Q:  What is a kundalini awakening? Can you explain what this is?  A:  When we look at what Kundalini means, it means the “uncoiling of the beloved hair”  G.O.D. is the generator, organizer and destroyer. It's an infinite cosmic energy within you  When you start to up-level your consciousness, come into alignment with your truth - there is a lot of deconditioning that needs to happen  Stored energies need an outlet of release  It is a deconstruction of the life that you've been familiar with, and starting to create a different life  As this happens, you are opening up the energy channels and re-programming imbalances  Old energy needs to leave the physical form  The biggest thing is to surrender and understand that there are growing pains   Understand that all is precious and worthy of life, embracing the light and the dark  There is an upgrading that needs to occur in the physical form to connect with a higher energy source  Q:  What is the ideal state? What are we working towards through our conscious evolution?  A:  Basically there is no intended income  The process is to maintain this mental and physical form for as long as you live  It becomes a choice of how to engage with our emotions  I believe that the outcome is self-mastery  To control your electro-magnetic field as you choose Q: Yes, Grounding yourself in a way that you have control over this energy that is creating your physical experience.   A:  This practice helps us to confront, contain and organize  To really look at our subconscious patterns In our practices we can gain wisdom, but it doesn't become knowledge until you embody that wisdom  Q: I'd love to talk about shadow work. Can you speak to our shadow side, what that means and how we can identify and overcome it with kundalini?  A:  Any kind of shadow work is highlighted during menstruation  It's unhealed traumas and unrecognized emotions, usually from our childhood  Shadow work usually comes up with inner child work  In kundalini yoga, there is a kriya for imbalances  It's about recognition and integration of these ignored, repressed feelings instead of shaming them or pushing them away  Life is a series of balance points. The light is equal to the dark. They each have different lessons for us  Through the modalities of kundalini yoga, we get an outlet for expression  Q:  You've really fused and created a beautiful practice Can you tell us about your maiden program and who it's for?  A:  This work is a lifestyle, it's a dedication to really unravelling your old habits  It's reprogramming your lived out habits to however you want them to be  6 month online program.     Manifesting as a Recovering Type A with Meghan Zuvelek  Our First Shevolve Solo Podcast Episode I want to explain my journey from a Type A to a Recovering Type A, and how I've been manifesting differently   For a long time I really thrived in a masculine energy, and I'm beginning to soften and allow more feminine energy in how I approach my life and my business  Type A A person who likes to take action, plan, take control  Resourceful, produces results  Manifestor  Being able to create through internal alchemy  By manifesting, I mean bringing a desire into physical form  Ask, Believe, Receive  For Example:   I love to travel: as a type A I would always take physical actions and use my energy to make trips happen  Receiving: letting the universe hand something to you in a way that flows with least resistance. Type A's often get caught up in the step of receiving  I know that Type A doesn't serve my highest good. It creates a lot of stress in my life. It gets overwhelming and exhausting over time.  I now understand the importance of creating space for meditation, taking the time to get  clear on what I really want.   For a long time, I continued to fall into my dominant Type A pattern of feeling like I always had to take action.  I've learned that there's a better way. Letting go of these old patterns. Connecting to my place of stillness, a place of truth, and trusting that everything will unfold in divine order Once I realized this, it then became my focus to access my state of BEING, rather than DOING  I'm beginning to recognize a lot earlier when my Type A tendencies are becoming dominant  If we're conscious of our default patterns, we can catch them and change them  Manifesting as a Recovering Type A  Ask, Believe, Receive  I set the desire about 10 months ago that I wanted to go the Wisdom 2.0 Conference in San Francisco  I believed it was going to happen. I didn't know the details, but I was in the feeling of knowing it would happen  My mind was giving me all of the reasons why it didn't make sense. But, I had the desire  The Shevovle Sister Circles started to happen, and one of my Soul Sisters asked about doing a sister circle in San Francisco  One day I woke up and things felt hard. I let go of my Type A tendencies and gave myself space not to do anything that morning My guides came through in my journaling, and they were telling me to just relax. After this, I felt like a weight was lifted from my shoulders  Once I could access this moment of clarity, I felt a download of inspiration about San Francisco. It felt so good in my soul (not ego)  I started to look on the website and reached out to apply for a press pass. Other details started to fall into place. I didn't let my mind run away with it. I went to bed and let it go  The next morning I found out I received a press pass. All of the details flowed so easily.  When I took my mind out of the equation, took aligned action, and trusted the universe to take care of the details - it all fell into place  For Type A's  Your ability to get things done is a superpower  But if you can combine this gift with the powers of manifestation, you are unstoppable  To Recover From Your Type A Tendencies:  Prioritize stillness in your life  It doesn't have to be meditation - Create stillness, space between the thoughts in your mind  The busier you are, the more stillness you need  Allow clarity to arise, gain greater perspective  Take aligned action: it feels easy, effortless. It's not bound by fear or lack  After you've taken the aligned action, let go and prioritize feeling good Be a vibrational match so that you can receive. Be in your natural state; joy, gratitude  You are living this one beautiful life to enjoy it. It doesn't have to be so serious. Connect to your inner truth, your soul's purpose and what lights you up.

    Reclaiming your Power with Marina Sigalova  Marina Sigalova: Coach & Theta Healer  Helps women awaken to their highest potential    Q:  Can you share with us your personal journey?  A:   I'm so excited to be here with you and to share my journey  Reconnecting women to their power is a big topic for me because I had to go through this myself. I had many ups & downs through my life  I started searching for different healing modalities  A few years later, I found myself really stuck. My career was successful but I really hated my job  I was successful on the outside but deep within I felt like an absolute failure I discovered how the subconscious mind works and how my beliefs were attracting certain things into my life  We internalize many things from our childhood and form deep beliefs  I realized that I was being abused I realized that many women live in destructive patterns and they don't know why I discovered within myself that I was also carrying old, outdated genetic patterns as well  Deep inside, a lot of us believe: “I am nothing as a woman” and it's really important to heal this  When I healed my beliefs, everything changed in my life  I created the life that I really, really want only after I was able to change my subconscious beliefs   Q:  It takes doing healing work, and having an honest look at your beliefs. I think a lot of us are just not aware of some of the subconscious beliefs that are really dictating our lives. Can you explain to us how Theta Healing works?  A:  This test is actually from kinesiology  The way it works: Our muscles connect to our nervous system, which is connected to our subconscious mind  The muscle test can reveal what is being held in the subconscious mind  How the healing works: Our subconscious mind is 90% of our brain. We're not aware of it. It holds all the feelings, memories, emotions & beliefs from our experiences  It runs our lives, and we're often not aware of it  In Theta Healing, we go into the brain waves associated with meditation  Through this, we get access to our subconscious mind  We go to the bottom belief, and change it - Everything on the top just dissolves  We heal beliefs on a core level, a genetic level, a history level, and soul level We change limiting beliefs, and teach the person what it feels like to be in love and joy We heal using the energy of creation     Q:  How long do people typically have to work with you before they see results in their life?  A:  It all depends  Sometimes one session is enough, beliefs can be changed instantly  Theta Healing is the fastest & most effective modality, in my opinion    Q:  What are some of the most common beliefs that you're working with, with your clients?  A:  The feeling of being unworthy is so common  Almost all people are lacking love in their live: true, creation love    Q:  Where do you think unworthiness stems from?  A:  It comes from so many things, but I often start with childhood  If the people who are supposed to love you actually criticize & punish you, you can create feelings of unworthiness based on this feedback  It's not about blaming, our parents only did their best  It's really important to heal the story, heal the resentment   Q: When you're working with people, do the clients that you're working with have to remember a traumatic event, or can you heal through the theta brain state without having to remember specific events?  A:  They may not remember, but as we start going through this process, they will start remembering  I guide them by asking questions  Usually people remember. You don't have to relive it. It doesn't have to be traumatic, but it's important to observe    Q:  In your opinion, does everyone have something to heal?  A:  Some people are just not ready for this work, and that's ok   I'm not sure it's correct to say everyone needs healing, but most people more-or-less need it  Even just existing in our society, we need to release    Q:  Yes, we pick up a lot of stress from the collective, the media. It creates fear based beliefs. The topic of this interview - reconnecting to your power. What is this power?  A:  For me, power is knowing who I am  Having a clear vision of what I want in my life, and following that unapologetically  Currently, when I work with people, we work on beliefs that are covering this  Being powerful, is actually being YOU  To step into your power actually means to connect back to the soul    Q:  Being powerful is being YOU. It's connecting to your truth and knowing why you're here. So many of us are caught up in living up to expectations and being busy. What advice do you have for the woman listening who feels disconnected from her purpose?  A:  All people have good intuition, for some people it's just buried very deep down  My advice is actually to stop asking for advice from other people  Listen to YOU  Start tuning in to your body on a daily basis to tune into your intuition  Clearing beliefs around connecting your intuition and connecting to your soul can be helpful    Q:  It can be a fear of being judged as well. For example, women who are already on this path, but a part of them is ashamed of putting it out there A:  Yes, and I think it's really important to have faith & persistence on this path    Q:  If you want in this lifetime to connect with your power and your truth, do the work.     Being Sensitive in an Insensitive World with Carolina Isabel  Carolina Isabel  Energy worker & Intuitive  Works with Reiki, Tarot and specializes in working with highly sensitive people Q:  What was your journey?  A:   My journey consciously started about 4 years ago now  It was national news that really jolted me  I realized I was trying to ‘play it safe' by hiding  I started to ask myself: Where is the life satisfaction? Where is the magic that you used to believe in as a kid?  I started to look for magic - people who believe in energy, vibes, crystals  I started to do a lot of research, and I really had to work with quieting my inner skeptic  Through trial & error, I brought back my faith and appreciation for beauty, a part of me that I had forgotten about  “Highly Sensitive Person” was a term coined in the early 1980's By Dr. Elaine Aron  At first, what I was learning in her book really pissed me off. I was telling myself that I wasn't really that sensitive  I accepted that I am a Highly Sensitive Person, and instead of seeing it as something to fix, I started to consider what I will do with it  Q:  I want to talk about this conditioning & insensitivity.  How can we know if we know if we are a sensitive person even if we've been conditioned to have a hard exterior? A:  First of all, notice how tired you are  Holding on to an identity that you are not is exhausting - it takes a lot of energy  Gaining or losing a lot of weight can be a sign of stress  How often are you crying? How often are you excited about getting up and going to work?  We deserve so much more than lying to everyone and lying to ourselves  Listen to yourself Q: I guess that's part of our intuition coming through. Can you explain how you first started getting inklings of your intuition?  How can people start recognizing it within themselves? A:  Keep a log of when you have inklings, write them down  Ask yourself what you feel, take note of how you're feeling  If you have a therapist or coach, it's helpful to bounce this off someone else  Take an honest look at yourself Society trains us to be logical. So you can take note and create ‘proof' of when your intuition comes through  Q: Can you describe a ‘muggle' in our modern sense?  A:  I love the Harry Potter series  A ‘muggle' is someone who totally denies magic, energy, anything that there isn't a whole bunch of evidence or research to support Truly, no one is 100% muggle, because we all have intuition. It's just a matter of the level of comfort with it  Q:  Do you feel that some people are just not on the path to experiencing this magic in this lifetime?  A:  Probably  It's so much more beyond magic/non-magic, but there are extremes  It's always part of our learning experience to have the opposite side or encounter people who are in total denial  We're on “school room Earth” and we're here to learn  It's a practice to not judge others for what they're doing  Q:  I want to talk about the women who identify with being highly sensitive. What's some advice you can give them in navigating this world as a highly sensitive person?  A:   #1: Be kinder to yourself  Stop judging yourself for not being able to do as much as everyone else  Highly sensitive people are about 20% of the population  Our systems are meant to be more sensitive, to be attuned to things that other people can't Understand that our purpose is slightly different  It's ok if you need a break We feel things so much more deeply  Take the quizzes in the Elaine Aron book, understand where you lie  Q:  If someone is feeling like they might be highly sensitive, what can they look for in themselves? What were some of the ques?  A:  Some examples that come to mind are questions like:  Do you like going to the shopping mall? How do you feel? Do you get overwhelmed by different lighting?  How do you feel your romances have gone? Do you fall in love very quickly and very deeply?  Are you sensitive to scents, fabrics? Q:  So it's really a sensory thing. What are the gifts of being highly sensitive?  A:  For me I began realizing that I took this part of me for granted; for example my connection with animals  A highly sensitive person can notice more  We are good at making things cozy & comfortable  Being able to truly empathize  Meditation and taking care of yourself are very important as a highly sensitive person  Q:  Can you tell us about your one-on-one intuitive guidance program?     Aligning with Your Highest Self & Achieving the Success You Deserve  Annmarie Molina  Mindset success coach to leaders & business owners  Works one-on-one with clients to help them align with success & align with their higher selves    Q:  What was your journey?  A:  I was a corporate girl, working in a very structured environment  I was a leader of training & development  I learned so much through that role  Towards the end I had a strong pull that there was something else that I'm meant to do  About three years ago, I wasn't feeling aligned at all with who I was, and there was an opportunity to leave my job & start my coaching business  I always knew I had a really good gut sense I started to say yes to everything that felt good, and explore my intuition I've learned that my intuition helps me with my clients  My coaching business is about helping women shift their mindset to really see their potential    Q:  I feel a lot of women can relate to feeling a calling for more.  If someone listening is really resonating with that, how can you coach them to tune into their intuition and transform their life?  A:  By the time someone gets to me, they're usually open to exploring it  It's really important to be open to more, beyond the voice in your head  It's a journey of quieting your mind and paying attention to your thoughts and feelings All of those feelings are your guidance system telling you which way to go  With my clients, I start asking them to pay attention to what feels good, and how they can say yes and invite more of what makes them feel good into their life    Q:  How does the process of inviting things that feel good into our life help us have more clarity and purpose?  A:  When you are in a good vibe state, you're much more aligned and clear with who you are  When I was out of alignment, I thought I was stuck, and I really didn't make room for anything that felt better  When you start surrendering and becoming open to more possibilities, and remembering what feels good - It truly opens up the pathway for you to get ideas and impulses that will lead you to something you didn't expect  It's not just about strategy, it's about being in the feeling of what will attract more into your life    Q:  I'd love to move into the topic of our higher self, or inner being.  Would you describe those as the same thing?  A:  I hear it as inner being/soul/higher self  To me it means that we're all extensions of source  When we come into this world, the inner being is what really knows your path and is constantly giving you signs and signals of where you should go  The inner being has no comparison or defensiveness - it really sees infinite possibility    Q:  How do you decipher between intuitive guidance and more compulsive thoughts in the mind?  A:  What's been helping me lately is noticing when the thoughts are wrapped in an emotion that stems from fear, I know it's my ego  When I'm in alignment, I can feel my inner being will just light up  You can feel the difference in your body/mind/spirit    Q:  I had an experience this morning where I could feel myself shifting into the mind and out of flow. For those who are just getting connected to their intuition & higher self, what kind of tips can you give them to start strengthening this connection?  A:  I think our most important job is letting go of the thoughts that are resisting the inner guidance  First of all, know that baby steps are fine. Try a little bit at a time  If you can shift your mind towards things that feel good, a little bit every day, the momentum will build  With things that are pretty big and hard to shift - try something else that is easier for you to believe  When someone is just starting out, I have them think about things they enjoy  If you do this daily, you will see huge shifts  Going general - When you can't say “I believe X-Y-Z”, go more general. Eg “Things are working out for me”  I've alway loved meditation - It's the most non-resistant state you can be in  As you practice quieting your mind, the intuition starts speaking up more    Q:  I had a recent realization with meditation. I used to try to get advice when I was in meditation, but I now let myself be in a quiet space, and the answers will come later throughout the day.   A:  A lot of people have a notion that they can't quiet their mind  A little bit every day is beautiful  Stopping and focusing on the breath is also really valuable  Trust: Ask yourself how your thoughts make you feel Allow yourself to daydream. A lot of people stop their intuition with realism and fear of not understanding how it will happen  Q:  How can we use this connection with our intuition and higher self to achieve success in life?  A:  When you're in the flow, when you're in your intuition, there's less resistant thoughts  When you can quiet your mind, you are one with your inner being, the part of you that sees only love & possibilities  When you start shifting your thoughts to what is for the highest good, you start approaching your life and your business in a different way  Ideas, thoughts, inspiration, inspired action will flood in    Q:  Yes, It is the same process. Knowing what you want and then getting into a receptive place where you can receive the inspiration for the next aligned step  A:  Your belief will get you anywhere you want to go    Q:  We can create any reality we want.     Yin Yang Sales & Creation Cycle with Sarah Rose  How to Use Energetic Marketing in Your Business    Sarah Reiter - Spiritual Ceo  Awakening Coach  Spiritual Transformation Coach & Divine Business Strategist  She helps women navigate the spiritual awakening process  She also helps lightworkers & healers navigate the road to business    Q:  What was your Awakening Journey?  What was the catalyst for you stepping into your power and helping other women on their journey?  A:   I call it the perfect storm  I had a spiritual awakening and really opened up in 2013  I was in my masculine energy  I had control issues, a lot of stress and health issues  Eventually I ended up in the ER with pneumonia  I was also experiencing grief and old unforgiven parts of my past I also ended a relationship and was struggling financially  I was in ‘victim mode' for several years  Q:  What was it that got you through this?  A:  What got me through initially was masculine energy  Masculine energy comes from a wounded place  It was sheer will power and force that started to get me out of the financial hole that I was in But, it was also this misaligned masculine energy that led me to burn out  I was chasing a sense of safety & security that was outside of myself The only thing I knew was the fear of loss, and I held the belief system that you always have to work hard  I needed to let go of the wounded energy and move into Divine Feminine energy and Divine Masculine energy  We are being called now to aligned action  Q:  I can resonate with this masculine energy that you're talking about. Before we move on to learning a new way, can you explain what masculine energy is and how it presents in our life?  A:  Masculine energy is there to provide & protect  Feminine energy is about creation & receiving  Q: How did you begin to incorporate more Divine Feminine Energy into your life?  A:  I started a meditation practice and creating sacred space to allow this energy in  Recognizing that something had to change, and following guidance from my intuition  I set up the spare bedroom as my meditation space to create a spiritual practice  Q:  We can't let Divine energy flow to us when we are in the Masculine.  Can you tell us about your podcast and what it's about? Can you speak to what you see women coming up against when they receive their calling? What are some common obstacles? A:  When women find me, they don't necessarily know what their calling is yet  They are usually in the throws of the shit storms.  They're starting to recognize patterns in their life  Their challenge is fear. They have major blocks in the lower chakras  They are often in the midst of finding forgiveness and acceptance to open the heart chakra  They are approaching a level of willingness in consciousness, coming out of the victim mindset  They are willing to take accountability  Q:  So people need to be open, they need to be willing.  A:   You need to be ready  There's no judgement, it has to be the right time on your journey  Q:  Do you think that everybody has the capacity to be a lightworker or a healer?  A:  100%  We're all channels of love and light. It doesn't have to be in your career.   You can show up and be the light, you don't have to resonate with the “teacher” or “healer” archetype  Q: Can you speak to the work that you do when women are feeling the calling to become a healer or spiritual entrepreneur of some type?  A:  A lot of them find me when they're stuck in fraud syndrome  They feel like they have to have everything figured out before they share their message  I work with them a lot with balancing Masculine & Feminine energy  They are still stuck in: “Who am I to be this, or do this?”  They're weary of sharing their story  Q:  I think it's so powerful and valuable to have someone guide you through the process  A:  Business is a reflection of our inner consciousness  There's an element of personal growth and mindset work in growing your business  Q: If you're experiencing things that are out of alignment in your business, it's a sign that you need to go deeper and do some inner work. Can you tell us about your Evolve Membership?  A:   The Evolve Membership is for women on the spiritual awakening journey  To go in and heal what's keeping them stuck, releasing old patterns  Spiritual CEO Mastermind is for the Spiritual entrepreneurship journey Q:  I want to talk about the Yin/Yang Sales Cycle. Can you speak to this?  A:  Masculine provides & protects, Feminine creates & receives  You dive into inspired action and start seeing results:  I break it into 4 steps: Step 1 is to set the desire from Divine Feminine Energy (This requires being open to intuition and allowing it to flow)  Trust that the masculine energy is going to provide  Q:  In your example, you set the desire and trusted the masculine energy. Did you take action?  A:   I did not take action. Once you work this cycle you are constantly tapping in to the collective consciousness. You are then receiving what the Divine Will wants you to put out into the world.   I didn't take action because my desire was in alignment with what I was already putting out  I was able to create space and receive my desire  Q:  What are the next steps?  A:  Step 2 : Be open to receive, with the mental attitude: “Of course it's going to happen”  Have true trust and faith  Step 3 : Follow your nudges and take sacred action. This is where fear and sabotage can set in Step through your fear with courage and do it anyway. Release & relinquish control, and follow the guidance to move into your soul alignment    Q:  I want to talk a little bit about energetic marketing. How does this work? A:  Allow your soul to speak to you  It magnetizes your message when you're not using your ego. When you speak from your soul, It calls to the souls that need your message  Aligned strategy does work. But, what works for other people isn't necessarily the same as what will work for you Don't get stuck in “Shiny Object Syndrome” Find what strategy aligns with you. If you're not doing what's aligned, you're not going to put out the same vibe   Step 4 - When you do receive, celebrate all your wins!     Inner Child Healing & Healing Following Narcissistic Abuse    Jen Peters  Galactic Soul Guide  Transformational Healer   Q:  Can you give us a better understanding of your story? Can you explain a little bit more about your journey?    A:  In my childhood there was a lot of toxicity  I had no idea until I started healing when I was well into my 30's I had a lot of wounds from early in childhood This built the foundation for how I was living my life  In my 20's, I became desperate for someone to rescue me  I married a man who I thought was perfect for me, but we divorced 14 years later  It was my unhealed wounds that attracted him as a match  Our separation was a big catalyst for change for me  I want to describe what narcissistic abuse is: We hear a lot about narcissists. They are everywhere.  Narcissistic abuse is the systematic destruction of another person's identity, their internal belief system, who they are   Q:  Are narcissists doing this intentionally?    A:  It's quite sad actually  The truth is that narcissism and codependency are two sides of the same coin  It is unhealed wounds from childhood that attracts narcissists in  Their entire survival depends on them doing what they're doing  I do believe that it's possible for people to overcome narcissistic personality disorder, but I've never seen it  They are created from the environment that they're born into   To answer your question: Yes, they know what they're doing, but their survival depends on it. They believe if they stop they will die.  Q:  When you were in this narcissistic relationship, what did your world look like?    A:  It was very dark   To be honest, I was high for a lot of it  As soon as I moved out of that space, I didn't feel the need for drugs anymore  With co-dependent patterning you feel absolutely powerless  A friend of mine put me in touch with a healer  There is no way I could have gotten out of that relationship without the healing work.  We were dissolving patterns that were keeping me stuck in the same situation   Q:  What are some examples of these woundings and patterns?    A:   “Not Good Enough”, “Not Enough”  This causes patterns that lead us to overcompensate because we believe that we're not good enough  Children may become caretakers  Abandonment is also very common  Narcissists need your energy, they want someone who has no boundaries and lets them do what they like They want someone to fix them so they don't have to be responsible for themselves    Q:   I really enjoyed the session with you. For me, it was a beautiful experience. You pretty much meet a younger version of yourself and give them love. I noticed after the session that unconscious behavior dissolved.   Can you explain to everyone listening what a typical inner child session is like? A:  We look at the inner child wound, and work with a trigger for that wound  We'll look at what physical sensations you notice  We'll look at what emotions are there  I'll guide you through connecting with the child that is sitting in that part of your body  We'll go to that child and find out how it is that they're feeling  We connect with the part of the child that never got to be seen or heard We let them know that it's not about them, we give them space to feel loved We ask: “What beliefs have you formed?”, “What patterns have you formed?” We let them know that they don't need to play out those patterns anymore In the process beliefs, wounding and patterning will dissolve Whatever we work on will no longer trigger you. You can notice and step out of your patterns    Q:  Can you speak to how you are able to facilitate this? How do you take us on a journey to meet a younger version of yourself?   A:   I don't exactly know, it just happens  It's one of my gifts You'll be connected with your soul, and your soul knows how to be whole  I'm guided by a Galactic Group  I work a lot with master Jesus, sometimes Buddha and Krishna    Q: How did you tune into these gifts?    A:  I don't know, just by doing it  I knew a year or two into my healing journey that I needed to be helping other people feel the inner peace that I was feeling  With every layer of trauma that we release, we come closer to our own true essence  The closer we are to our true essence, the more clearly we can see what our gifts are    Q:  Do you think everybody has things that need to be cleared?    A:  Yes  Even if you had an amazing childhood, there are likely some beliefs that keep you from who you really are    Q:  It's about new levels of joy and expansion.     Acceptance & Forgiveness - Forgiving Other People & Forgiving Ourselves    Kyla Edwards  Self Mastery Coach, she helps women overcome negative thinking & self doubt  One-on-one coaching program called “Elevate”    Q: What was your story of Self-Mastery & Forgiveness?    I grew up in a very white environment in the Caribbean, I'm mixed race  From an early age, I struggled with acceptance  I wanted to be white like everyone else around me My mother's partner was abusive to me.  I really resented myself, I had a lot of guilt & shame  I wanted to be anyone other than myself The environment I grew up in was very turbulent. It didn't feel safe to be who I was or show emotion  I grew up resenting myself & who I was, including my sexuality  I couldn't look myself in the eye. I got into unhealthy behaviors, and I had a deep sense of loneliness & not feeling fulfilled.   I would do whatever I could to avoid that pain inside  I was in a 5 year relationship, and when that ended I went even deeper into the pain & my addiction intensified I had an incident where I got in trouble with the police, and that was the beginning of my path of change, my awakening  I moved to Australia with the hope of starting a better life  I said a prayer, asked for help, and my recovery process started It was a journey of going back to my childhood & letting go of resentment, accepting who I am  Now I'm proud of who I am, I own my story  We've all done things to hurt others, we just may not be aware of them  I want to help others understand and grow awareness of their inner world and how their thoughts & actions affect others    Q:  When you were at that crucial time, and you chose the process of self-discovery, what was it that really helped you go inwards & heal?    A:  Connecting to a higher power, something that was far greater than me  Looking at my story, realizing that it had happened in my past and I couldn't do anything about it.  It was done  Realizing that all I could think about was what was happening in the present moment  I wanted to be a better person, I didn't want to feel lonely and empty anymore What I was doing wasn't working. Nothing was changing, I was repeating the same mistakes  I knew it was time that I had to do something different  I started to take action to work with source  I started to look at why I was afraid, and what my contribution was to the resentment or fear (accountability)  I started understanding which point in the process I contributed to my own problem  I stopped seeing myself as the victim In the beginning it was a lot of letting go of resentment, and now it's more of a soul journey    Q:  I can feel that the acceptance piece was such a huge part of your evolution. What do you feel acceptance is, and forgiveness is?    A:  Acceptance is the sense of belonging to yourself Accepting the parts of yourself that you want to hide away or reject  Accept your current situation as it is, even the parts that you'd rather not admit  Understanding that who you are & what you're experiencing right now is what you're meant to experience.  Letting go of attachment to the outcome and to the emotion.  Forgiveness brings inner peace & joy  If you can't forgive somebody, that's the ego-mind seeing it as a sign of weakness  Really, forgiveness is letting go of anger. It's acknowledging that something happened, but you're not going to let it hurt you anymore. Understanding that others are in pain, or they wouldn't have done the things that they did  Look at things with compassion  Make a decision not to let the anger & resentment control you anymore  If you hang on to pain, you're literally re-traumatizing yourself over and over again  It takes courage to let go  If you want space for new energy to enter, you have to forgive When you forgive, it's surrendering your ego, practicing humility & aligning more with your true nature  Forgiveness is probably one of the most important teachings to be able to create a new life for yourself    Q:  At what point do we completely accept, or at what point do we try to transcend or change our energy?    A:  When I was trying to change my emotions, I wasn't able to feel the more vulnerable feelings.  What I've learned is that sometimes I need to just sit in the feeling & accept it  Sometimes I ask my body/emotions questions: “What are you trying to tell me? What is your message?” I practice acknowledging what is within me without getting too attached to it  You can practice soul healing  Sometimes initially, the practice is really feeling into whatever is there It took me a while to get that. For a while, I used spirituality as another addiction to avoid my emotions    Q:  It reminds me of the saying “You've got to feel to heal”. I want to move into forgiveness now. How can people actually forgive? Events & people outside of themselves, as well as themselves?    A:  This is a long term practice  I think one of the key things is forgiving from your heart  If it's coming from the head, it can still have toxic energy I started by writing a letter to people who had hurt me, and told them how they actually made me feel.  To get my feelings that I may have repressed out  I didn't send the letters  Forgiveness practice:  I started to talk to the other person's soul.  I would just start speaking, and allow whatever was in my heart to come out  I started to wish for the people who had hurt me the same things I wish for myself.  Even in the beginning if you don't believe it, keep going through the process  When you forgive someone, you let them go & they no longer have ownership over you  For me, it's taken years  You know you've forgiven someone when there's no emotional reaction when someone mentions that person's name to you  For me, I believe in the law of karma, so I also apologize to them Forgiveness is letting emotions out instead of letting it fester inside  You can also say a prayer and ask the Universe for forgiveness  Even if it's intense in the beginning, by the end there is a sense of freedom The Law of Attraction will only bring to you what resonates with your vibration If you hold on to resentment & anger, that's what you'll attract back  It's become an important part of my daily practice to recognize when I make mistakes and do a forgiveness practice    Q:   How are you helping women through your Elevate Program?  I love your description of “Purging the Past” Can you tell us a bit more about the program?    A:  13 week program  I'm a certified emotional coach  I use applied kinesiology (muscle testing) & channeling  We look at entities and past lives  We'll start to look through your fields, emotion codes  We'll release the heart wall - a protective wall that can restrict your flow of abundance  I like to test to see where your self-esteem sits on the scale of consciousness  If your vibration is low, we'll start to release blockages Workable content: Self compassion, acceptance, forgiveness letters  Worksheets to look/reflect on yourself  You have everything you need within you, this is a practice to cut away what's blocking you from your own power Compassion, acceptance, forgiveness We'll break down fears & start to make them rational  I connect with source and give soul guidance  Start being able to look at things from a different perspective Practicing gratitude Transforming old negative messages into positive messages Teaching people how to be aware of what's going on in their internal world  Checking abundance levels & blocks  It's a process from the past, to reset the mind, and check your magnetism to what's you're attracting  Learn exactly where you're at, so you know exactly what you need to do  LINKS:    Free Breakthrough Calls - Learn more about working with Kyla - https://awakenher.as.me/   Instagram - www.instagram.com/awaken_her_with_love

    Serial Entrepreneurship - How to Use Spirituality for Success   Geraldine Convento  Business Woman  Influencer  YouTube Personality  Has her own marketing, SEO, Web Optimization Company    Q:  How did you become an entrepreneur?  A:  From San Francisco Bay area  I grew up in a family with siblings that were a lot older than me, I grew up around a lot of adults  I noticed that everyone was really busy working for other people, and sometimes worked multiple jobs I thought if I had my own business I could make more time for myself  I was working in the corporate world, I decided to go to business school so I could start my own business. I had no idea what kind of business I was going to run.  I started all these different businesses  I really enjoyed creating my own business, putting hours into my own creations and fulfilling my own dreams & desires  Over time, my capacity became limited as a solo entrepreneur, it became really discouraging  Later on I discovered the power of having business partnerships & teams, and it totally transformed my experience as an entrepreneur, and that's what led me to having multiple businesses today    Q: When you say serial entrepreneur, you're talking about multiple businesses and multiple revenue streams, not necessarily the trap of jumping from one to the next. You're talking about aligned, grounded businesses and revenue streams, correct? A:  Yes, it's having multiple income streams that are all aligned.    Q:  For those listening, that might be starting one business and jumping to the next before it takes off - what advice can you give them to ground and build a business that is aligned and purpose driven?  A:   When I was starting businesses and it wasn't working, it came down to identifying what my limiting beliefs were This is where the spirituality comes into play  If something isn't working, there may be a limiting belief  I started taking seminars and finding resources to get to know myself I've come into a direct relationship with self-love, and finding the best way to connect with spirit I had to learn communication styles and understand how other people think and feel  Entrepreneurship is a self-development journey In that journey, there can be a lot of trial & error    Q:  I love how you mentioned that entrepreneurship and personal development are one in the same  I want to go into the topic of limiting beliefs a little bit. What were some of the limiting beliefs that you had to uncover, and what are some common limiting beliefs that you see? A:   I'm not good enough  I don't have the skills, I can't do that  I find people might set their prices low because they believe that they don't have the skills or experience, but then they don't have the money to add more education Whether it's a product or service, the value has to be energetically aligned    Q:  Pricing is one aspect of your business to look at and feel into any beliefs around worthiness and how it's showing up in your pricing strategy  What are some of the things that you did to uncover and transcend your limiting beliefs?  A:  The uncovering came through crying or feeling bad  I was someone who liked to keep uncomfortable emotions in the background  Early on in my career, I would reach out to people who seemed to be really successful, and I discovered they were going through the same thing as me  Building community  Reaching out to mentors and coaches Finding a network of people to build you up when you're feeling down    Q:   I want to talk more about the spirituality side of things As we grow our business model to have multiple businesses or team members, how can we leverage spirituality?  A:  Having access to your creativity and inner genius is critical in this process  I used meditation to connect to spirit  Epsom Salt baths - to clear any negative energy  Sage  Having crystals & stones around  I've also tried things like sweat lodges and moon clearing ceremonies    Q:  Those are great for clearing lower vibrational energies What about the work aspect? How often can we sit in meditation and how often do we have to take action? What is the balance?  A:  I think we have to set aside time  Breathing has always been a huge resource for me.     Losing Your Religion    Melissa Perez - Writer, author of “Living Loved”, Mom   Topic: Religion & Spirituality - How are they the same? How are they different? Q:  What was your religious up-bringing? What was that like for you?    A:   First I want to pray for everyone that may be watching this I was raised Christian, but very religious - structured, traditional, black + white  There was an emphasis on sin-consciousness - the idea that there is something wrong with us I felt an underlying tone of believing that I was broken, so I wasn't able to receive the idea that “God Loves You”  I was able to open to receiving love outside of my experience with religion   My experience was very much a roller coaster ride, I would only let myself feel love if I believed I did something “good” and was deserving of it    Q:  Do you think there are religions in the world that celebrate more wholeness?    A:   I think there are people in every religion that understand the truth.  Truth is universal. Religion is their way of having structure and connecting to their truth   Q:  What was your transition out of religion and into spirituality?    A:  I was hurt and offended.  I didn't feel seen there.  This led me to a place of questioning  A mentor entered my life at exactly that time This woman was strong, spiritual, and aware.  She was free in her beliefs  She was ok with mystery.  I loved that. Certainty can create boundaries, exclude, isolate I believe religion has its place, it's not be judged, it's just to be learned from    Q:   Can you explain how you are merging the masculine energy of religious structure and institution with the feminine energy of spirituality?    A:   I was an addict for a number of years, and religion was part of my healing.  It was almost extreme.  Like a pendulum, I left religion and went completely the other way It's healthy to have balance  Religion provides structure, tangible tools to practice our spirituality, ways to take action and ground our spiritual energy   I aim for a “sweet spot” between both sides: masculine + feminine energy    Q:  How are you integrating this with your boys?    A:  As a child, I didn't get to choose what I believed, I was told what to believe  Now, at 35 I am choosing and creating my own religion.  I'm bringing in non-dual thinking  I've found freedom in this.  With my children, I didn't want to tell them what to believe - I want them to grow curious about it  I live it out in front of them: for example, they see me meditate every morning or expressing gratitude  I want the energy of my life to be what moves them    Q:   I can imagine how hard it would be to step outside of your religion if you were really programed.  Do you have any tips that you can share?   A:  Children know.  It's really important that we create an environment that extracts this knowledge out of them, instead of trying to plant things in them  It's not about fear.  Notice if you're feeling that it is about fear.  Any book will be reflective of where you're at in your life.  If you are in fear, you will feel the fear in the story, scriptures, or teachings  Check your heart, do some inner work  I don't think texts are meant to be read literally, it's a compass to reflect back how you are feeling  Do not fear questioning  I've created my own religion in a sense; my own connection to the divine  If your religion causes you to live in fear, exclusion, separation from others, I would say it's time to re-evaluate  True religion always allows for more love and expansion  If you're not experiencing love, it's time to re-evaluate  Q:   Are we living in fear or love?  For anyone listening, check in - be really honest with yourself.  Are you motivated by fear or love?  How were you able to step out of the religious framework and open yourself up to love? How can others connect to their heart more?    A:    I am blessed with a husband who loved me, even when I didn't love myself  He was the example of divine love  Now it's my children, seeing how much these other people love me has led me to learn to love myself  I have to check in with myself and my heart every single day  Now my giving comes from a place of wholeness, not a lack in me that needs to be filled from giving to others  Practice being aware of the love inside.  I'm very aware of the divine presence that's with me  Q:  What would you say to women who may not have the love outside of themselves?    A:  The fact that you're alive right now is proof of God's desire for your existence  Start with that  Right now, you have the complete acceptance of the divine.  You are loved right now, and you exist right now because divinity saw a place for you in this world  Let this thought guide you.  How can you begin to express what's inside of you that wants out?  Divinity is not a superior being: God has created equals, other forms & expressions of source    Q:   Divine Love/Source/Oneness/God - Are they the same?  A:   I think we should get rid of naming  “The moment you name a thing, you cease to see it”  It's something that can't be described with words, it can only be experienced  It's something that must be experienced and felt  I believe it's all the same thing, and our words fall short of really describing our experience  It's eternal, it's bigger than us  There is a feeling, experiencing a feeling of oneness. We're all experiencing it in our own ways    Q:   I encourage everyone listening to try it.  Shut your mind off, tune into your experience. Be still  For everyone listening, does the word “God” trigger something in you? Do you use this word?    A:   I realized that change comes from letting go of all the judgement we have, even towards religion  Religion is just another place where people experience the same thing that we're experiencing outside of it    Q:   Tell me about your book: “Living Loved” What is it about?     Connecting to Our Sacredness Through Nature    Elaina Cochran - Elated Earth    Works with flower & plant Essences Facilitates guided healing through nature connection   Q:  What has been your personal story, and how did you come to be more connected to nature?    A:   Over the past 10 years I've been on the path of Shamanism  The beilef in Shamanism is that everything has a spirit  This was something that I had always felt, but Shamanism gave me a language and a way of understanding it more  I was doing this on the side while I was doing my photography and portrait business  I started to shift my photography to show that we live in an artful and beautiful world This was kindof a starting point, as I used my photography to connect others to nature A few years ago I started getting intuitive messages about plant energy work  I felt a drive to connect to essences, I started to hear messages about the healing properties of plants, and when I looked it up, it always matched the messages I was receiving  I worked with my husband one day and I could see where the energy was blocked in his body and how the plants were helping him, so this led to me doing individual sessions    Q:  You mentioned experiencing nature with your heart, not your eyes.  How can everyday women make the shift from enjoying nature with the mind to feeling it with the heart?    A:   I feel like that is “the journey” for everyone… to remember that our hearts are our actual guidance system, and our brains our here to help us process what we know in our hearts  Sometimes we want to overcomplicate things… something simple like consciously being barefoot can really help you connect to nature  Remembering that there is no separation - we are a part of nature and the beauty that we see  Step into our connection to nature as a relationship, in gratitude  Be curious & conscious, connecting to everything around us    Q:  What are some other ways that you can suggest to make this connection and open ourselves up to nature?    A:   Shift your perception about what nature is   You can connect to a houseplant… Connect to your breath as you would to prepare for meditation.  Focus your gaze on the plant and explore and shifts that you feel - no matter how subtle Make yourself an empty container, and be open to what you receive.  Be curious.  You can do this with trees, or a flower - treat it as a friend.  It shifts how you are interacting with the world around you    Q:  Do you think we all have this ability to channel these messages from plants?    A:  Absolutely.  We're all intuitive, we can all open up and practice using our intuition    Q:  Does every plant have a message?    A:  Everything has its own message and vibration.  We can all communicate with our natural world.  I feel like it's a source of deep healing for our society.  Our society has become more and more disconnected from nature.   It's about shifting our understanding and perspective of what's around us    Q:  Tell me some examples of how you've worked with people, and how you've been able to use plants to heal them?    A:   A lot of people have come out of curiosity, it takes a desire and a willingness to step into the unknown  In sessions, there's a lot of clearing that can happen.  A lot of times when we have truama, pain, or negative patterns we have energetic residue left in our bodies  I can see this in people Plants want us to be in our power… so the practice is about “clearing house” or clearing out things that hold us back  When we operate under the understanding that we can keep our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies healthy - we can clear old energy  I had a woman who worked with me and it changed her physical experience, her chiropractic adjustments were different & had to happen a lot less often  I've had a lot of people have emotional releases    Q:  How does emotional trauma affect our physical body?    A:  Even though something happens in one body, it can have an effect on all others (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual)   Q:  Do the flower/plant essences treat all levels?    A:  Yes, they can treat all levels. I fell in love with someone, had a deep soul connection, and I was only there for 2 weeks  After that, I kept meeting the wrong guys and having toxic relationships  I started my own healing journey, I learned so much of the spiritual practices to heal and see my shadows  I kept experiencing betrayal, abandonment and loss - I was experiencing the same trauma with different guys.  I received a download from my higher self/spirit that it was time to call in my twin flame/true partner  Within 5 months I manifested divine love  I realized that this was my purpose, I didn't go through all of that trauma for no reason.  Now I can help women call in their soul - aligned partner    Q:  Through the process of finding relationships and losing them, what was revealed to you about the work that needed to be done?    A:   I kept calling in partners who reminded me of my father.   I had a traumatic experience when I was younger, and I kept calling in that same experience  I was re-experiencing things from my past and my relationship with my father  I realized I needed to stop attracting these type of men    Q:  If there is a father who is emotionally unavailable, what kind of men do women attract?    A: Men who don't want to commit  Narcissists Men who don't want to get to know you, to be in a serious relationship   Q:  Do you think the personal work needs to be done to attract this divine relationship?    A:   It depends on your romantic blueprint    It depends on what you believe to be true about love on a subconscious level  It's important to do inner work and rewire your beliefs to create a reality that invites love in  Most of our core beliefs are formed from 0 - 7 years old   Q:  The work in our life presents in different areas for different people.  You spoke in your IG story about a spiritual relationship. How would you define this?    A:   There's a difference between a soul mate and a twin flame/divine counterpart  A twin flame is your own soul in another person's body… this can be really intense  The higher frequency the relationship, the more shadow is revealed  A soul mate is a mate to your soul, that you can love and grow with  Twin flame can be a friendship, it's scripted before you came here.  Your purpose is to help each other grow. It's like an accelerated karmic clearing.    Q:  How do you know if you have your twin flame in your life?    A:  It's your exact energetic match.  You'll know, it's like seeing your own soul reflected back to you.  Not everyone is signed up for this.     Topic:  Heart - Centered Consciousness    Anna Brown:  Ascension Guide, Heart Centered Teacher   Q:  Have you always had access to this wisdom?  What is your story of spiritual awakening?    A:   I would say my whole life has been an awakening  As I kid, I had paranormal visions - when I was young, my conditioning had me automatically going into fear  These awakenings led me to my larger awakening  About 5 years ago, I had a big awakening, which led me into exploring heart centered consciousness  It has been something that I have been deepening and embodying more over time    Q:  I can imagine that it was confusing for you in your conditioning when you were younger.  How did you move past this?    A:  I always had a little bit of a rebel side.  I was always questioning authority. I also had a side that wanted to serve God/the light but I didn't know what it was.  It was easy for me to shift away from it because I had always questioned it anyway.  It was about broadening my perspective and learning more    Q:  What do you mean by Ascension?  Are we here to ascend?    A:   If you're watching this video, you're here to ascend.   Ascension is playing “catch up” to the light that is you  You are embodying your soul, the Source as Self - It is a process  Your heart holds your blue-print  You're ascending your consciousness & your physical body to connect to something that already exists  Bridging Heaven + Earth    Q:  Why do we have this separateness in our world right now?    A:   Everyone is playing off each other to have what they need in order to ascend to their next level.  It's a play.  Source wants to experience itself in as many ways as possible  When more people have ascended, there will still be separateness + differences, but there is a deep respect and understanding that we're also all one/source    Q:  How do you see this ascension journey playing out? Do you see a lot of people that are awakening? Do you see it speeding up/expanding?    A:   I see it accelerating It means embodying the awareness  The more people that embody this vibration, it will create a tipping effect on the planet to awaken more people    Q:  Is it similar to how we can influence other people's energetic fields with our vibration?    A:  Yes, but people have to want to wake up, they have to have an intention to ascend  They have to have a desire to want to open up   Q:   So the intention and the openness is an essential part of the ascension process. When you're speaking to people early on in the ascension process, if they have a lot of lower vibrational energies, how can they transcend those?    A:   It's a very natural, organic process  We all have a dark night of the soul, realizing; getting intimate with our inner trauma and consciousness  Become the mom + dad to your heart that you never had  Become your own soul mate  Turn consciousness in on itself, love those parts of yourself that you're embarrassed about or ashamed of  Embrace the darkness, let it dissipate Transform darkness into light with the power of your own love    Q:  Embodying source energy, pure consciousness - is this all done by opening up your heart center?    A:  Yes.  It's DNA.   To activate your DNA, you need to create heart coherence  Body, mind, and heart in alignment  Embracing + practicing gratitude  Place your hand on your heart and train your consciousness Consciousness goes wherever there's a sensation  You have to have a clear intention - a vision of what you want in your world    Q:  Can you describe in more detail how we activate the DNA?  A:   When you live in stress, your DNA curls in and gets distorted When you go into coherence, it activates + unwinds  There is more than the 2 strands of DNA that we know and can see through a microscope  You can train your DNA to go into activation with higher vibrations  A healer may help you activate your DNA, but you have to practice keeping your vibe high, to hold the experience    Q:  There is a lot of distractions in our world.  How, in those moments of distraction, can we remember to come back to our heart?  What are some tips we can use in a busy modern world?    A:   If you don't have a morning practice, start one  Get present, set the tone with your subconscious for the day  Every morning when you start the day, set an intention  Tell your subconscious what to look for throughout the day.  It is a mindless servent. Understand that you're the master.    Q:  How much of that is an action oriented process? How much effort is required on our behalf?    A:   An intention is like your aim, what you're setting out for  If you set an intention that is new and different, your body will provide resistance & turbulence from your old self.  Your body will go back into the pattern of the old self.     Topic:  Discovering your Purpose & Taking the Risks to Get There    Jessie DaSilva - Intuitive Career Coach    Q:  How did you get to where you are?    A:  It happened how it was supposed to happen  Growing up I was artistic, I was bossy (a know-it-all)  I had natural communication skills  I went to college for journalism, when I graduated there weren't journalism jobs available  I went to Law School, I loved it but practicing law after school was a different story  The only consistent thing in my life was my love of mentoring  I was always adopting people as mentees, and helping them achieve their dreams  I started tapping into gifts that I had always had, but I had suppressed them  I'm an empath, and I have an intuitive skill. I realized I could work with this skill and help other people  I took a look at my life and said: “This is the one thing I've always loved to do”  I started while I was still at my other job I received a severance as my employers let me go, and it was enough to get me started.  It was an answer to my prayers & wishes    Q:  Do you think we can avoid these jobs that we don't like, or do they ultimately lead us to clarity?    A: It depends.     We all intuitively know what we're meant to do, but we have different ways of figuring it out  Some of us are really in tune, and some of us can only learn by trial and error  Everything leads us to where we're meant to go  Everything I went through has really allowed me to connect with clients    Q:  Do you think that people can be in a career that isn't in alignment, but find their purpose outside of their career, and still live a purpose-driven life?    A:  Absolutely.    I like to ask: How can we get you into a job that's not draining, so you can do both at the same time? To find a way to follow your passion without having a job that sucks all of your energy.  Q:  Sometimes when we give up everything, we put too much pressure on ourselves to pursue our purpose and we stifle our creativity.  Can you speak to this?    A:  Yes, and sometimes you have to go through that.  All you can do is your best. Take care of yourself.  Receiving just as much as you are giving out.    Q:  You suggested to get a job that doesn't drain our energy.  Is there a process that you have around that?    A: I give people a career inventory:   Go through every single job that you've ever had.  Write a very specific list about what you loved and what you hated.   Take some time to do it.  At the end, look for patterns and things that repeat.  Make a Love list and a Hate list  Identify what you like and what you're looking for.  Get a clear idea of what you're looking for in the next position that will put you in a high vibe place    Q:  What kind of Intuitive processes do you have?    A:   Ask what you loved to do as a kid.  Ask what activities you really love to do.  What are you really interested in? Discover who you are right now.   Ask yourself questions that get in touch with what's inside.  Meditation is a big thing, and visualization (create, in detail, what you're looking for) Sometimes we don't know what we want to do because we can't envision it    Q:  What's the Next Step?  Once you become clear?     Topic:  Sovereignty - The Other Side of Conscious Living    Sweetie Cheresse Hamlett - Creator of Sweetie Consulting    Talking about what it means to live consciously.  What does it mean to embrace sovereignty?   Q:  How did this all begin?  What was your journey to sovereignty?    A:  My family is a long line of spiritual women.  I've always had a connection with the spiritual realm.    In school, I was exposed to religion.  Through my own journey, I started to question everything, around my early 20's  I started to get more into herbal healing, and I couldn't understand why some of these things were not mainstream As I started to question everything, I came to realize that to ensure the health of your own body and the nutrition of your own food, it was our job to take care of that ourselves I learned to become a gardener The only way to really know what you're putting into your body is to do it yourself, or to really know the person who grows your food We all have to play a role in the creation of our life experiences  We are dealing with what we have in society, instead of focusing on what we want to create in society    **Conscious living is also about knowing the source of your belongings, what you have in your home and where it came from.    **Being conscious of how many people are involved in meeting your basic needs (Food, clothing, water, shelter)    **My mission is to help remove some of those middle men, and put the power back in to the individual    Q:  Where do we even start with all of this?  You've created a very conscious lifestyle, but for a lot of us it's very overwhelming.    A:  Absolutely, it's very overwhelming.  I understand the overwhelmed feeling.  I was so overwhelmed at one point that I needed medicine for anxiety.    I've created a path so it can be more simple.    I've created Sovereignty Styles:  See where you are and where you want to go in terms of sovereignty.  Ask: What type of sovereignty do you want to have?    Once you choose your sovereignty style, decide your plan and what changes you can make. It's a different type of connection.  It makes you relate better to everything around you.    You get to see the beauty in everything, and you also start to feel affected by the mistreatment of everything.  You become a part of nature, and thus what happens to nature happens to you.  You can connect with the metaphysical and how it manifests in the physical.  You still see separation and individuality, but the focus is on what is connected.  It's amazing, and it's important to have a community of support with this realization.  Q:  I think a lot of people listening are going to be in the Coping + Creating style of sovereignty.  Can you give us 3 trips to start conscious living today?  A:    Self - Awareness - Being aware of the energy that you have, the energy that you encounter, and how to process & manage that.  Spiritual Check Ups - We go to the doctor to get a physical check up, we need to check in with our spiritual being, the chakras.  Eclectic Energy Chakra Test   Reading Labels - Get into more D-I-Y.  Start lessening your chemical exposure.  Make small changes that have huge impacts.    Learn and make small changes, instead of beating yourself up for change.    Q:  Where do you recommend that we get unbiased information on chemicals?    A:  You trust your gut.  That's why I put in the energy & spiritual maintenance before taking in information.   You can feel a lie.  Eg. See where there are more things that light you up    Q:  Can you talk a little bit about why a lot of us are blocked from feeling joy?   A:   Consciously, we ‘get' it, that joy is something we want to experience    Things that may be blocking our joy that we're not aware of can be ancestral programming, collective conditioning, records held in the body or energy field, holding on to an idea in the mind that it's not safe, or we're not supported to be joyful  When you choose joy, what you're really saying is: “Bye-Bye to people pleasing, bye-bye to conforming to what other people want or expect, bye-bye to doing things out of obligation  It requires the courage to be really true to yourself  When you're saying YES to what lights you up, when you choose to let joy be your guide, you will be different from others, and that means letting go of judgement    Realize why everyone is doing what they're doing.  BE the quality that you want to experience and live from there    Q:  Is it as easy as just deepening into feelings of joy, or do we have to dissolve old programs that have created our conditioning?    A:  I think it's a bit of both.  Initially there will need to be a bit of a clearing, and after that it will be maintenance.    The key is to be willing to really be present and feel what is happening in your body  Be willing to bring joy IN to the body, into the pain, grief, sadness and be really present with what you feel and transform it  Gradually start training your body and your nervous system to what it's like to live in a state of joy - practice feeling a new normal    Meghan:  This sounds like the total embodiment of alchemy.  Shine the light on the dark and transform - Use joy as a tool to shine awareness on other emotions    Q:  Can you tell us more about the “Inner Shitty Committee”    A:  For example, you think of a great inspiring idea, and:   Within the next 72 hours, the “Inner Shitty Committee” will come in with thoughts like:  “That's a great idea BUT...”  How will you do it?  Who are you to do that? Bringing in doubt and triggers fear of being judged, things not working  The “Inner Shitty Committee” wants to keep things the same and keep you safe  This can be really helpful in highlighting where judgement shows up… and then you can let go and choose to move from joy instead    Q:  Are the “Inner Shitty Committee” and the Rational Mind the same thing?    A:  Ya, it shows up like a perfectionist.   You can say: “Thank you, but I'm choosing excellence over perfection”  Excellence allows you to make mistakes and learn as you go, to evolve If we have a belief that we have to “always get it right” and we can't ask questions, we shut down  How will you learn what lights you up and what makes you feel good, if you don't allow the process of asking questions and trying different things?    Q:  Have you always been able to embody joy the way you do now?    I've always been connected to my joy, but over the years I learned to dim it down  If something is really un-enjoyable for me, I will change it  Other people don't always appreciate that - so I tended to put an invisibility cloak around me, and I'll only take it off if I feel safe  I started to have experiences where I would let the joy come out in my everyday experiences I realized that I've been through various experiences where I felt I needed to dim it down, and over the years I have dropped the barriers It's been a journey, a joy evolution - and what was at the core of it was the willingness to let go of wanting to control  Meghan - I can relate to dimming our light and creativity to feel like we fit in and that we're understood.     Even though people may be somewhat closed off to this way of being, I think on some level there is a feeling, an understanding and a truth to it    Q:  What is a “Joy Evolution”, and what does it mean for the modern woman?    A:  For example:  I had a time when I knew that I needed a time out, and it turned into 7 months.  All of the parts of me inside needed the absence of inspiration I had to let go of my feelings of wanting to control  Learn to anchor joy, and then this experiencing of joy will bring us everything that we have been consciously and unconsciously resisting  Look at an area of your life where you'd like to feel more joy, and ask yourself:  “What am I tolerating?     Topic - Awakened Motherhood    Lori McDaniel  Mother of an 18 year old girl  Transformational wellness coach & healer  Has an Awakened Motherhood coaching practice and program    Q:  What was your experience awakening as a mother?    A:  For me it was a process.  It was definitely a process. I raised my daughter on my own from almost the age of 3 (about 15 years) There was an awakening when I realized that I was going to be a single parent I started asking: “How can I shower her with love and not lose myself in the process?”  As she got older I did more transformational work and it was important to me that I was a mother, but I was also a woman    Q:  Were there instances in your motherhood journey that were the catalysts for you to look for more?    A: Sometimes night time.  After my daughter went to bed, I remember thinking: “There's got to be more than this.  How can I have more?”    Q:  Some people feel a lot of guilt for asking for more than the beautiful experience of raising children.  Can you speak to this?   A:   I really think there's this myth out there that we're expected to grow up and have babies and be happy.  I love my daughter, I know I am blessed, but I had times when I felt suffocated and I felt that I had to pause everything (my dreams) to be a mother.   No one talks about how motherhood is full of paradoxes and emotions.   Meghan:  Now the internet allows us to access more variety in communities of other mothers.  We can get online and find more communities to expand our conversations and mindset.   Q: (To audience)    Have you experienced guilt and shame about wanting more as a mother?    Q:  (To Lori) How do you balance motherhood with ambition?    A:   I think that shame is part of how we're conditioned as woman  Women are 80% more likely to point the finger of blame against themselves than men.  If you relate this to motherhood, mothers make everything they're feeling and experiencing about themselves (and trying to fix or change it all on their own)  I use an approach called Feminine Power, developed by Claire Zammit  I use this system to help women go in and un-block what's happening  Women think that they're supposed to be able to do everything themselves.  We feel vulnerable or weak for asking for help. This causes us to isolate instead of being in community. This is part of the culture in the Western World.    Q:  There's a societal pressure to have everything all together.  It doesn't leave a lot of room for being real. This is why it's so important to find supportive tribes.  What does it feel like to be an awakened mother?    A:  Even when you're feeling balanced and things are going well… whoever you have as your idol, or whoever you think has it all together… those people have a full day of emotional experiences themselves too.  There are different developmental stages, you can have a deeper and wider capacity to be with and create your motherhood. Develop yourself and have a set of tools, so you can still have challenges, but it doesn't knock you off emotionally for the rest of the day. Keep your peace, freedom and power to keep creating for the rest of the day    Q:  What I'm hearing from you, is that an awakened mother still has ups + downs… but she has a tool kit to stay grounded and come back to balance.  What are some of the feminine power tools?    A:  There's a whole tool box.  One of the fundamental ones is that what blocks us actually lives in our body.  There's a somatic piece, so you learn how to breath into your body, increase your energy, awareness and capacity to be with life  There are exercises you can do on your own or with other people in the community (eg.  text a buddy)  These tools get you back to your “homeostasis”/power  Q:  When you get to a place where you can create peace + space, it opens a space to connect with what's next.   Can you speak to this? How do you help women create the space so they can be in their destiny?   A: I'm really passionate about speaking to mothers about being fully in their destiny, even as they are mothers.    I create a paradigm shift  It's time.  Mother's have to give themselves permission to create space in their schedules for themselves  Change the belief that being a good mom means sacrificing everything  When you are flourishing personally, this is reflected around you  Ask:  “If I put myself first, what would my schedule look like this week?”  *The permission piece is first  Asking:  “What is it that is going to fill you up?”  Start to recognize what you need, and make it a priority in your schedule    Meghan:  When you're so overwhelmed, it feels counter-intuitive to try to create space for yourself   A:  It's a practice of putting things in your schedule, committing to it, and creating support to make it happen   Meghan:  Also creating accountability to follow through (community, support network)    A:  I recommend keeping night-time for yourself.  Have a bath, relax    Put the stories aside, enter into a different realm where synchronicities can happen and the universe can support you  Commit to the new paradigm, and things will line up and become easier   Meghan:  I'm going to put this out there….     Topic - Healing and Making Space for a Life You Love, and what we can do to heal ourselves     Lisa Roulette - Spiritual Life Coach, Helps Women Heal and Not just Deal  Q:  Can you tell us about yourself and your story? What inspired you to help others heal?    A:  I lost both my brother and my husband When I lost my brother, I experienced a contraction in consciousness  I met my husband, he was like a knight in shining armour  He also passed, and I hit rock bottom  I met another man, and fell into a toxic relationship I really hit rock bottom, and lost my will to live  I was suicidal, but I had two boys who needed a mom  I had counselling, medication, support groups  I realized that I was DEALING with my situation, not healing  I had a realization that it was really time to HEAL my life and not take my life  I threw away my medication, fired my therapist, and dedicated myself to finding ways to heal my life and not just deal with my pain  I realized that I was meant to be alone for this transition  Now I'm happy, healthy and healed.   I feel it's obvious what my life purpose is now   Meghan:  I feel amazed and inspired, and grateful that you ended up on top.  How you overcame that is so empowering    Lisa:  Thank you.  I did the work.  I did a lot of work.  There is a lot of work to do.    Q:  I want to talk about traditional therapy.  Why do you think that conventional therapy and medicine doesn't work for people healing trauma?    A: I don't want to make a blanket statement and say it “doesn't work”.. The industry is evolving.     It's an industry that thrives on failure.  They're focused on managing pain, rather than transcending it and healing from it  Energy manifests in the physical realm as an experience, person, or thing.  We want to prevent it from manifesting as a thing… like a tumour.  There's a place for medication.  What I did when I threw out my medication was stupid.  It's about an expansion of consciousness,a new level of awareness It's important to look at it with a holistic perspective.  The real healer is you, you have to believe in your healing and take part in your healing    Meghan:  So it's really taking the power back, but still leveraging the knowledge in the medical system    Lisa:  Rather than “Take your power back” I would say: “Leverage the power that is already within”.  Realize you are the healer and creator.    Q:  So it's more about recognizing that you have the power.    A:  I think you have to go a little bit further than discussing “raising your vibe”, but do practices that are going to help you create change in your life    Grow in your awareness and realize how much more you can actually heal.    Recognize that you are healing and creating all the time. Q:  A lot of people may not recognize that they have something to heal.  They start to recognize it when they keep hitting blocks.    Can you explain, even when it's not something necessarily traumatic, how this process can help them?    A:  100% of people on the planet have something to heal from    Trauma comes through our genetics  Bruce Lipton and Joe Dispenza discuss this  When we look back in time, we find beliefs that have left people in a contracted state of awareness    How do you heal at a deeper level?  It all begins with self-awareness. Asking intelligent questions about what your history looks like, and how that has led you to this place and time.   Everything we're living now, is a reflection of our past. Asking these questions invites a higher level of awareness.   It's about finding your own way and your own path that helps you...not necessarily a specific thing.  Starting to understand your purpose, find significantly greater awareness.   It all begins in self-awareness.  It's hard. It's just about working on it, and being really honest with yourself.   Journalling - mind/hand connection will draw things out from the energy body and help it come out and release.     We look at the anatomy of the energy body as well when understanding past patterns and beliefs.    Q:  I can see the benefit of having a coach.  If you're not used to practicing self-awareness, having someone guide you to ask the right questions and give you tools would be very helpful.    A:  Self awareness is not a high value in our society, and it needs to become one.   One of the reasons I do what I do is to help people make this journey shorter and help them heal.     We don't need to “deal”.  We need to go through the process of healing which is expansion and transcendence.    Q:  Healing is absolutely 100% necessary to moving into a higher version of yourself.  If self-awareness is the first step, what is the next step?    A:  The guardian principle of healing is self awareness, and the number one tool is knowledge.  For me, it's understanding the energy body    Understanding and taking care of yourself on another level.    Early in my career I was always comparing myself to others and I had to heal those beliefs.   Heal what is keeping you in a lower vibration and preventing you from expanding into a higher level of consciousness.     The vibration of being stuck is very 3 dimensional, it's like being stuck with blinders.    Ask intelligent questions and expand your perspective.   Usually when you slip back into old patterns and feelings, it means that you haven't truly healed.   Q:  Would you say you're completely healed?    A:  No, I think we're healing indefinitely    I believe in a scale:  Consciousness, Vibration, Awareness, Emotions    At the bottom of the scale are low vibration feelings.    In the middle is reason, willingness and courage.   At the very top is enlightenment.    I believe we're going through this process of expansion.  I try to get people to the middle area of the triangle.    This is a way of life; getting into a meditative state and higher awareness in life, while everything else is going on around you. Q:  How does healing the trauma and low vibrational energies contribute to manifestation?  Can you speak to the power of possibility of manifesting when you're in that expansive state?    A: Manifesting and Healing are the same thing    Healing is the releasing of resistance.  Resistance is the wound, self-sabotage, limiting belief.  With more expansion and awareness you don't feel so rushed, stuck and resistant.    You can feel it, you just know.   Q:  Everything aligns without effort.  Getting to this place is not going to be done by avoiding our emotions. Why do you think a lot of people avoid this process?    A:  First of all, because they don't know.     Topic - Soulful Financial Planning    Q:  (To EveryoneListening)    Are you manifesting the kind of money that you really want?     If you are manifesting money, how do you plan and be smart with it?  Sarah Matthews -    Free spirited financial planner  Money mindset coach    Q:  Can money be spiritual?    A:  Absolutely.  We can use the concept of money and wealth in our spiritual journey.    Money in its purest form is energy is spiritual.  When it's directed towards your values, it can be used to create more of what you want.   People can be afraid of money and wealth because they don't want to seem greedy   If you have more money and more resources, you can live a more authentic life.    Meghan:     Money doesn't make you who you are, it amplifies who you are.    Q:  How do you describe money as an energy?  Do you use this language with your clients?    A:  When we want to attract something, we want to hold that vibration in our thoughts.  It's about changing the perception of it.    It's not the dollars and notes with money, it's about what it can help us manifest and create in our life.  What's your purpose for money?  When you know your goals, the energy of money can support you in achieving those goals   Q:  Why do you think so many people have money blocks?    A:  We're always working on clearing them.  They're essentially just limiting beliefs.    Limiting Beliefs are something that our subconscious mind is holding onto from a past event  If you've had a bad experience with money in the past, this will affect how you feel about money now  Self-worth can be a big block, feeling undeserving of more money or abundance  Money blocks can be elusive, and pop-up when we're not expecting it  Like a glass ceiling, determining our feelings about money   Q: Do you talk to clients that are not necessarily spiritual about money blocks?    A:  -     Yes, it's valuable to everyone  I definitely focus on it more in my one - on - one sessions with more spiritual clients  There are practical parts of money coaching, and also the subconscious side, and manifestation practices    Q:  How do you teach your clients about manifesting money?    A:  What we focus on grows & expands.  Focus on experiences when you're actually experiencing abundance NOW   Eg.  A lot of people are expecting the income of money, without giving it a second thought    *Instead, really make a conscious choice to celebrate and appreciate when you are receiving any wealth and abundance (Getting paid)    Conscious Mind - Budget, savings, systems   Subconscious - Journaling, meditation, visualization, asking: “What is the dream goal you're trying to manifest?”    *Do journaling just before sleep or when you first wake up    Q:  What are your thoughts on one extreme or the other?  Being focused on budgeting, investing, practical systems, or being only in the manifesting practice without the tools and systems to manage.    A:  The concept of mindfully wealthy is to go at it with both angles.   Set up a system - to the point where you can almost automate your finances.  Eliminate low vibration money fears and daily limiting thoughts.    Start focusing your thoughts on your dream goals and what you want to manifest instead.   When I started connecting my money purpose to my values and my goals, it started to flow.  When I brought those two sides together it helped with a lot of anxiety or overwhelm.    Meghan: *It's so powerful to find someone who really understands both sides.  To leverage physical and non-physical, conscious and subconscious.    A:  I hope it helps people, it's changed my life.    Q:  What are some practical things you have your clients do to manage their finances better?    A:   -    Get people to a square one (Look at where your finances are now)  Money can be a hard thing to talk about  Get to a point of clarity Create a spending plan (budget) and make sure it's aligned with your values and your goals.  We can redirect if you're spending on things that you don't value  Understand spending habits, set up an aligned bank account  Try to get to a point where your financial system is mostly automated  Adjust any unconscious spending - Journal everything that you spend your money on for two weeks.    Q:  Where do you weigh something that feels aligning, but also eats away at your budget?    If something brings you joy, I don't encourage cutting it out, but I do encourage you to look at how much you're spending on it, and how much that is taking away from your bigger dream goal  It's very personal, it's about what you value in your life  When there's not a big dream goal or purpose, we tend to spend more in the moment or unconsciously    Q:  If someone came up to you and was scraping by, and told you they wanted 10 million dollars, etc… to create a dream lifestyle.  Can you help them to achieve it?    A:  Anyone can achieve anything if they put their mind to it.  They need to address both the conscious and subconscious mind    If you have multiple goals, choose the one that is most aligned with your values  Prioritize your goals    Q:  Are the systems that you work with applicable across all countries?    A:  Yes, it can go internationally    Q:  If you could give everybody 3 tips to start manifesting abundance to start manifesting money, what would they be?  A:    Get clarity on your values and your goals.  This will be your compass to focus your money energy.  Use those values to create your money goal that you want to work towards. Get clarity on your finances and the more practical side to money.  Create a budget, look at the numbers and what's currently happening in your reality.  This will also give you something to look back on. Get to a point where you can automate it.  Work on your mindset around money.  Attract thoughts about abundance. Let go of limiting beliefs.     Topic:  Matrix Re-imprinting & EFT  Loretta Morgan    Business coach & Dark guide  Uses Matrix Re-imprinting and EFT to guide you through your dark parts    Q:  What does a “Dark Guide” mean?    A:  I've spent a lot of time navigating my own darkness.  A lot of people are scared of that space    I've been able to take what I've learned from being in my darkness and apply it to my life    I think of it as a way that I can help people navigate that dark space from a place of experience, and helping them to get to their light  Q:  Why do you think so many people are afraid to look at their shadow/dark side?    A:  It doesn't feel nice there.  It's painful, confronting, and can be traumatic to visit those parts of our psyche.    We think of dark as evil.     But, when we spend time there we learn the skills to be with what is there.  Q:  Do you think it's possible to use the light to dissolve the dark, or do we need to go deeper into the dark to heal?    A:  The light is a great way to feel good, and raise our vibration.     But, I believe that we need to be able to look at the dark corners of our psyche, so they don't keep coming up and sabotaging you and your life.    Meghan:  Loretta has really helped me to understand myself.  It doesn't have to be big, major traumas.    Q:   Can you explain what Matrix Re-Imprinting is?  A:  The matrix has a different meaning to a lot of people:    It's the origin of all : Source, God, the Universe, the Field    Non-physical blueprint.    With Re-Imprinting we go in with a younger or future version of ourselves.  We have a conversation about beliefs, and can re-imprint positive beliefs and clear up old patterns.  Q:  What are the main reasons or themes that people come to see you?    A:  The main belief that people come to me with is something I will share in the EFT Session that we do together.    Matrix Re-Imprinting is far too much to go through in this conversation, Loretta has an “Enter the Matrix” session that you can have with her (See notes below for link) For today, we will experience EFT which is part of the Matrix Re-Imprinting  We will do an EFT Session together  EFT = Emotional Freedom Technique  Clear what you're doing, take a calming breath…    Loretta:    Congratulations to everyone for jumping on, for having an open mind, for being willing to work on yourself to achieve the level of success that you are working towards    Housekeeping:    Do not do while driving  Find a private space if possible  Have a notebook & pen handy  There may be intense emotions that come up   Disclaimer:  If you haven't done a lot of deep emotional work, or you struggle with feeling overwhelming emotions, you may want to consult a healthcare practitioner before you continue with this training  I will share a calming technique to help with overwhelming emotions    To Calm Overwhelming Emotions:     Heartmath Breathing Technique    (See link below for the process)    Use to become present and engaged before beginning the practice Be open to receiving the healing  Loretta:  I really feel that we operate from one of two places:     Love or Fear…. Emotions can fit under one of these two categories    *Today I want to work on Fear, because it's a universal feeling.   It's so common, and it underpins so much of what we feel in our lives.    With EFT, it's ideal to work on a specific issue.     Topic:  The Truth about the Law of Attraction   Jaclyn Nicole Johnston  Best Selling author of “Don't Feel Stuck!”  Manifestation & Mindset Coach  Q:  When did you discover the Law of Attraction?  Did it work for you right away?   A:  I only discovered it about 3 years ago.  I work with physicists. I only bought “The Secret” about 3 years ago.    I love science & psychology.  The Law of Attraction is an actual physical law.  I did my own experiment to see if it worked, and I manifested a great amount in my life in only 10 months.  I was fascinated, so I wrote a book about it.  Q:  You said you manifested 99% of your desires in 10 months.  What were they?    A:  The Law of Attraction is actually very simple.  It's not a complex process. I practiced and manifested a new car, got out of $29 K of debt, and my book went best seller.  I manifested my best friend & soul mate. He was exactly who I wrote out about how I wanted our relationship to be. I met Bruce Springsteen (My icon)    It works.   Q:  You also recently wrote an article on manifesting weight loss.    A:  Yes, it was serendipitous because I raised my level of consciousness.  I started accepting myself & my body the way I am, and the stress left my body.  Q:  I want to dive into the common misconceptions about the LOA.  What are some other misconceptions?    A:  Teachers and Gurus don't always say… it CAN be an instant gratification process, but it isn't always.   It can happen fast as soon as you surrender to not knowing the outcome.   When you stop trying to control your surroundings, and stop struggling so much, you can go with the flow and release the outcome.     It's always working.  When you struggle you're pushing it away, so what you're trying to manifest takes longer to come to you.    Thoughts have a particle vibrations.  Feelings have an intensified vibration of energy.  Energy can't be created or destroyed, it can only be influenced upon itself.    It works by saying: “This is what I want… this is what I'm choosing to be open & available to”    You can compound the effect by taking consistent daily action, and let go of the need to control the outcome and the surroundings.  Q:  How do you take action, without trying to control and cause resistance to what we want?    A:  It's like a balancing act (kids toy example)    Trying not to have a strong attachment to it, because that is subconsciously pushing it farther away.  (Let go of needy attachment)    It's more like a choice.  I'm going to do this. Set your intention on receiving what you want.  You can turn up the volume, and practice becoming who/what you are creating.    As though you are an actor.  Practicing/playing the role of what you're becoming.    It's about making the decision and not wavering at all with it.   Q:  Can you take us through the Manifesting process?    A:   Everyone in the world wants something to believe in.     It's a process of trusting yourself, and trusting the process.  Really & truly choosing the thought that you want to focus on.   I take at least 5 min/day and write out everything that I'm calling into my physical sphere.  I write it as though it's already there, and I express gratitude (saying thank you).    Turn up the volume of your choice/volume/focus.     Practice and train yourself into your new role.     Breakdown old beliefs and let them go, re-establish new beliefs.    I usually finish by saying something like:     “I am now allowing the universe to reflect my desires back to me”    Saying thank you in advance, letting go of the attachment    Relax and have fun.  Like attracts like.     Topic : Blissful Business by Design    Lauren Messmer    Co-owner of MeetGeraldine - a brand & web strategy company, and co-host of the entrepreneurship YouTube talk show: "Doin the Damn Thing" A business coach that understands the spiritual side of running a business!  Q:  What was your entrepreneurial journey?    A:  Being an entrepreneur was probably In me from birth       -     Lemonade stand when I was 6  Babysitters club when I was in Junior High Voted most likely to be a used car salesman Both of my parents ran a business out of my home  I couldn't see myself taking over my Dad's business, so I did a degree, but was still unsure of my path  I went to beauty school, wrote my first business plan  I was an assistant to a woman who taught me a lot about business and introduced me to the Law of Attraction After all of that, I decided to go to business school to help my Dad Seeing how my parents ran their business gave me an example, getting an MBA taught me structures & strategy  I had a promotion company for a Hip Hop CD, and a health & wellness business I Teach How to Start a Business at a local University in the Bay Area (California) I've had a lot of experience with what works and what doesn't work    Q:  To anyone listening, let us know if you're an entrepreneur    Q:  What was your process in creating this Blissful Business?    A:  -     I loved the word “Bliss”  For people listening, think for a moment about “What is Bliss” or what is a recent moment when you felt bliss?    Eg.  Connection to other people and to yourself, connection to nature, water + trees    Channel your higher self, connect to bliss  I noticed in South America and other countries people really take time to connect to each other    Some things about being an entrepreneur really appeal to me:  Being my own boss  Being in control of my own money    The phrase “If you own a business, it really owns you”  I was like, “Why?”     So we declared that this is not what we're interested in.  My business partner and I set the intention that we both wanted 3 months/year off.    We started to create a team that could support us and our desire to be able to take time off.  There wasn't any step or system that only one person knew how to do, so we could share the work.    We set up the systems so we can have the same philosophy with our team, and allow them to take time off as well.      Q:  What other ingredients have you injected to create this “Blissful Business” feel?    A:  Declaring it.  Tell other people, tell your teammates.  Make it happen    Communication:  Between my partner and I, and with our team   We schedule meetings while we are away on our trips, do a check in call every other week.  Clear systems of finding documents, clear calendar and schedule.     Commitment.  Commitment to unplug, step away, and allow yourself to be absent.   Honour your promise to yourself to take a break  Q:  *It's hard as an entrepreneur.  When you have an identity that is attached to your work.  When you take time off, is there a part of you that wants to work, or feels drawn back to work?    A:  No. It may be from watching my Dad work while we were on vacation when I was a kid.  I love my personal time and nurturing the other sides of myself. It's all about balance.    Asking:  “Do you really want work to be everything for you?”    Q:   Can you share about the article that you wrote for Clouds & Dirt?  How you incorporate “Woo Woo” and spiritual aspects into your business?   A:   We've incorporated a lot of spirituality into our business over the years.  We had someone come and bless our office.     We have a money corner that we use to attract money.  We do a money dance whenever we get a cheque.     Affirmations are key.  We write pages of affirmations every day.  It's reinforcement of how to keep yourself going    We also talk about it if we're feeling down.    We have money spray, money candle.  We use sage to clear the energy and re-set for abundance the next day.   Meghan: *Link to the article in the show notes*  Q:  It's so great to work with someone who understands the business landscape but also works with spiritual laws and universal laws as well.    A:  A lot of successful people have used these laws, they just haven't necessarily labelled them as spiritual.    Q:  What is your process?  If you're working with a client, how do you help them create a blissful business?    A:  First & Foremost:  Getting really clear on what you want  What is your perfect dream day?  It can be a hard thing to answer.. What do YOU want?     Topic - Aligning with Purpose    Dr. Renata Taravski    Alignment coach, naturopathic doctor Offers 6 week soul alignment coaching  60 minute soul alignment sessions    Q:  What was your process/journey or awakening that led you to become an alignment coach?    A:  I've had many awakenings, but I will mention the most impactful one.    Wasn't feeling well in University - was getting seizures, eating disorder, IBS. - Was not feeling like herself (lost touch with who she was)    Was experiencing a lot of anxiety.  Went to the doctor and didn't want a drug to work on her systems of stress, anxiety, mental health imbalance   Was a very pros/cons person, had strong intuition… and discovered naturopathic medicine as a path of study.  Went with her gut, a calling from her soul to study.     Topic - Manifestation Made Simple   Megan Elias - Manifestation and mindset coach   Q: What was your journey to becoming a manifestation and mindset coach?   A: A few years ago, I was feeling depressed and out of control about my life. Reached a point where I knew that something had to change   Said out Loud: "I need help"   Next Day – Received a message about a workshop, and went. Learned about manifestation and the Law of Attraction. The host of the workshop became my personal coach.   Literally asked for something and received it the next day   Q; Did you recognize it as manifestation at the time?   A: I felt it was a coincidence, serendipitous, luck Q: How would you describe what manifestation is?   A: You're manifesting all the time, whether you know it or not Bringing your thoughts or imagination into reality   You're already doing it, you may not be doing it consciously   To me, it's something to do consciously, so you can have more choice about what you're creating in your life Q: How would you describe it to someone who has created a reality that they're not happy with?   A: Remove the idea of blaming yourself, realize it's just conditioning and beliefs that you've picked up from your life. It's not your fault, but once you're aware of it, it's something that you can change   Be aware of where you're currently at, what you choose to focus on. Where are you believing thoughts that aren't actually true?   Q: It sounds simple, but how easy is it to be aware of your thoughts?   A; You can start by focussing on your emotions, they can guide you to the thoughts. Q: Why do you think people overcomplicate it and feel resistance? Why do we make the process of manifestation hard?   A; It depends on your own experiences, and what you're good at. You might be good at manifesting in one area, and not another. It's all based on what you believe.   Some areas will be more challenging based on your beliefs.   Use awareness and your emotions as a compass   Q: Example of someone unhappy in a 9-5 job manifesting a new job/life   A: It depends on how much you're willing to expand your beliefs. Think of it as a ladder of changing your beliefs. Move incrementally so you can really believe in it.  Move in steps until you can get there   Q; Process : Ask, Believe, Receive. How much do we need to be attached to the outcome, and how much do we need to be in joy?   A: A combination. Make a very clear decision about what you want, and why you want it.   Firm, clear: “This is happening, this is how things are now”... from a very decisive space   Big Piece: Gratitude, appreciate where you are right now. Understand the journey Trust that it will come at the right time, and in the right way Know what we want, but not be too rigid   Appreciate what is here and now, and also open to receiving more   Q: What are some of the ways that you coach people, that you teach manifestation to make it easy to apply?   A: Break it into steps. Recognize the middle piece where the old beliefs and resistance come up   Middle mindset work makes the process easy, when you address your mind and it's objections and old beliefs. Find the beliefs that aren't helping you. Tell your mind: “That's not true anymore”. Tell it what you want (repeatedly)            Bridge conscious and subconscious (affirmations)   Q: What is the manifestation process that you give to your clients?   A: With affirmations, they need to be emotionally charged. There has to be some personal meaning behind it.  How you can get something into your mind as frequently as possible?   Q: What are some other ways that we can make manifestation simple?   A: Trusting in it. Having an overall knowing that everything is ok, everything's working out, it's going to happen in the right time in the right way   An overriding feeling of "everything is ok" , knowing that you're supported TRUST**   Trust, surrender, allow it to happen   Affirmation example: "It's already done"   Q: Do you have any affirmations or techniques to get into the feeling of trust?   A: Keep that word in my mind   Eg; " I am enough" Trust that this is true, trust that it's real.   Do what feels good, use that as a compass. Allow your emotions to guide you.   If you're not feeling good, go back and check what you're focussing on   Worthiness is a foundation – Believe that you can have and create what you desire   *If you get to the core of that, manifesting becomes easy   Q: Negative Connotation on the word desire   A: I try to use language to make it accessible and understandable. I think we're taught to not ask for what we want. We're willing to take less than what we deserve.   *Taking out words like vibration, frequency, so that anyone can join the conversation.   Make it more practical, down to earth, so it makes sense to people.   Q: Example of words that you use instead?   A: Explain it as a way of focussing on your mindset, rewiring your brain. Relate it to applying scientific ideas.  Letting go and allowing things to happen.   Q: What can someone expect from the Manifestation Daily community?   A: To answer questions, make it simple, apply it to your everyday life.     Topic – 4 Steps to Releasing Fear and Stepping into YOU   Stef Iliff – CEO and founder of Powerhouse, Woman Empowerment Coach and Motivational Speaker, Mom, podcaster *Free Events once/month in Utah    Q – What was your journey, stepping into YOU?   A -  You're always fully evolving with self-actualization.  Asking myself: Who do I really want to be and why do I want to be that person? - Started 3 years ago, with a mistake - I started asking: Who is my best self, how do I become that best self?  - Who do I want to be, how do I show up as that person every day?  - Doing Inner Work: Letting go of guilt, shame, inner child work - Learning to stop self sabotaging, learning self love Comment: Gratitude for an opportunity to prioritize and create change, forgiveness   Q – Why do you think that so many women in our society have self-love issues?   A – Social media, comparison, judging ourselves, ideas of what the world thinks we "should" be doing.  We become afraid of loving ourselves because we don't know who we actually are. The idea of not being enough Who are you under the layers of who you think you should be/have to be to make others happy? Mirror work – practice looking into your soul  Learning to practice feeling worthy Stef will post some information about mirror work and mirror therapy and how powerful it is for self love   Learn to love your body, practice receiving love Once you see this love in yourself, you can let others see you   Q – What are you doing as a mother, to show your girls self love?   A – Affirmations, morning and at night.   Gratitide – Love for the world will create self love Believe that you can do it – example with Stef's daughter opening up a door. Believe in yourself, so others will believe in you too Giving a foundation at a young age, helping children know that they can acheive whatever they believe Teaching her daughters not to judge each other and compare.   Practice: When you start judging people, go up close and get to know them. Practice complimenting   Don't assume, go ask. Example of talking to the woman at the gym about being healthy for her kids Show love instead of comparison   When you show love + light, you start to become open to receiving love   Comment: If we're judging, it can often be because we don't feel worthy in some area of our own lives. Asking: "Why am I thinking this way right now?" Take action to change that thought. Q – Why do you think so many of us live in fear? What aspect of fear are we consumed by on a daily basis?   A – Media. Eg. Not watching TV, being conscious of what we're consuming Gossip, judgement, comparisson, the idea of "You have to look like this to be worthy" Let your SOUL shine instead We're afraid to just BE and live by our own design   Afraid of not being enough* Comment:  Realizing that nothing will make you happy until you find happiness within. Then, you can see the world with love, because you found it within yourself.    Elevate your vibration and access what is available from that place. Q – What does it look like to "Embrace YOU"?   A – Finding out who you really are, getting to know yourself. Knowing what you really like, not what the world wants you to do Practice a guided meditation to see the best version of yourself  Ask:   Who do you want to be? In order to get to who you want to be, what did you have to let go of?   Where did old stories come from? How can you forgive, find the lesson, change the story? Power of thought, power of choice   Life is a gift that happened for you, not to you   If you want a new ending, you have to change the story. Decide: I'm not going to live that way anymore. What do you want to have happen?   Believe in yourself that you can do it, take intense action.   Comment:  Empowerment: Letting people realize that they have a choice   Q – How often do you see people are confined by old beliefs? How do you practice releasing these beliefs?  A – We go through a process of understanding what their limiting beliefs are. Journal exercise Discover what their real fear is. What is the biggest fear that holds you back? Contiue to ask and objective: WHY?   Comes down to "I'm not enough" – Brings in awareness   Create self discipline to practice believing in yourself and creating wins   Understand limiting beliefs and learn how to shut that voice off   Bring awareness to how you self sabotage, so you can catch yourself and get out of it 4 STEPS TO RELEASING FEAR AND STEPPING INTO YOU:  Ask: Who do you really want to be, why do you want to be that person?    Ask:  What do you have to leave behind to step into that person? Learning how to change the story – What are the limiting beliefs? Create self discipline, believe in yourself, change limiting beliefs. What is the cost if you don't do the work, and move past the fear?   Go – Take Action If you don't take action to love and believe in yourself, you're holding other people back as well.  Find your own alignment, empower others to do the same   Continue to work on, strengthen the muscle of believing in yourself, let go of fear. Truly become yourself and realize that fear doesn't define you anymore   Keep asking why, you can figure everything out, if you trust yourself   FEAR – false evidence appearing real   Ask yourself: “What if it went right? Even if I fail, what do I get to learn/what is the gift?”   Change perspective from: "This is scary" to "I get to do this"   Q – What is one thing that people can start implementing right now?   A – Everyday ask yourself : Who do I want to be, and why?     Topic – 3 Energetic Shifts to live in alignment   CaseyEdward  – Mindset coach, yoga teacher, host of podcast: "I can't wait to tell you" Q: What was your spiritual awakening journey?   A: Cripling anxiety, something needed to change; started a personal meditation practice, and everything started to shift.   Learned to connect to intuition, did yoga teacher training, discovered that there was so much more to us and life – learned that "whatever is going on for you, you created from your energy"   Q: How do you define alignment?   A: Ease. Correspondance with who you truly are: feels right, easy, flowing, fun Being present, put out vibrations that serve you and the greater good   Q: What are the vibes your putting out?   A: Energetic feeling/field. Awareness, discipline of your ego, recognize the thoughts your thinking, and how they're making you feel   Q: If you notice you're out of alignment, what are some tools to get back? Is it that "easy"?   A: No, it's not easy. 95% of our thoughts are the same as the day before Our brain and body want to stay the same and stay safe. Yes, it's just reaching for a better feeling thought. It also includes movement, creating a shift in your feeling to create better thoughts. Start small "Everything is ok. My heart is beating" , "All is well"   Abraham Hicks: Focus on a thought for 17 seconds and it will come into vibration   Remove vibration of resistance, release, surrender, allow instead   Q: What are the 3 Energetic shifts we can make to live in alignment?   A:  Meditation Energy, Brain Waves, Observe and then create your thoughts. Slow down and get quiet. Start to become the creator of your reality The more you meditate and quiet your mind, the easier it is throughout the day to be aware of your thoughts and energy Quiet down, slow down, get to know yourself Brain waves, description Let the dust settle, be open to what we need   Q: What is your meditative process?   A: Start with a small amount, 5 min/day. Seated, aligned. Set a timer and watch your breath Work into more time, eg. 20 min/day Near the end, start to bring in some conscious and deliberate thoughts (affirmations) Eventually you start to believe it Give it time Simple gratitude practice. What is the difference between following this ispiration and following an impulse?   A: Meditation, take time. Ask: Is this what I want? *You'll know (Deeper knowing) Practice. Strengthen your intuition through practice. Check how it feels in your body   Q: Is it important to have a Future Vision in the Alignment process?   A: Have a clear sense of how you want to feel, know the end goal... and allow everything in between to happen Non – attachment to HOW it happens Knowing that you want it to happen.
