ROMA (ITALPRESS) - Il Consiglio dei Ministri, ha nominato il Generale Giuseppe Vadalà, Commissario unico nazionale per la bonifica dell'area denominata "Terra dei Fuochi", l'area in Campania tra Napoli e Caserta in cui per decenni sono stati interrati i rifiuti tossici, il cui smaltimento era in mano alla criminalità organizzata.Ad annunciarlo, nel corso del Consiglio dei Ministri, è stata la Premier Giorgia Meloni.La nomina – secondo quanto riportato – fa parte di un pacchetto di norme che punta ad affrontare e risolvere l'annosa questione legata all'inquinamento ambientale della Terra dei Fuochi e mira a garantire che venga attuato quanto previsto dalla sentenza del 31 gennaio 2025 della Corte Europea dei Diritti dell'Uomo.Una condanna pesante quella della Cedu, secondo la quale, le autorità italiane mettono a rischio la vita degli abitanti della Terra dei Fuochi. Pur riconoscendo il problema, non hanno fatto nulla per proteggere i cittadini dai danni prodotti dai rifiuti interrati illegalmente. La Corte ha quindi riconosciuto un rischio per la vita “sufficientemente grave, reale e accertabile”, che può essere qualificato come “imminente” per i cittadini. Nel dettaglio – si legge in un comunicato del Ministero dell'Ambiente e della Sicurezza Energetica - al Commissario unico sarà attribuito il potere di ricognizione degli interventi di indagine ambientale, caratterizzazione, messa in sicurezza e bonifica effettuati e programmati, nonché delle iniziative volte a garantire la salubrità dei prodotti agroalimentari, il monitoraggio ambientale e sanitario delle popolazioni nell'area interessata”. Spetterà sempre al Commissario anche la ricognizione delle risorse stanziate e di quelle disponibili per l'attuazione degli interventi di bonifica necessari, come pure l'individuazione e perimetrazione dei siti oggetto di contaminazione. Il Commissario avrà sessanta giorni di tempo dalla data di entrata in vigore del decreto, per trasmettere alla Presidenza del Consiglio dei ministri una relazione sulla ricognizione degli interventi.mgg/gtr/col

L'apertura di giornata con le notizie e le voci dei protagonisti, tutto in meno di 30 minuti.Cedu, l'Italia pone a rischio vita abitanti Terra dei Fuochi: lo ha stabilito la Corte europea dei diritti umani che ha condannato l'Italia che, pur riconoscendo la situazione, non ha preso le dovute misure. La Cedu ha stabilito che l'Italia deve introdurre, senza indugio misure generali in grado di affrontare in modo adeguato il fenomeno dell'inquinamento in questione. Facciamo il punto insieme a Guido Raimondi ex magistrato ed ex presidente e giudice della Corte Europea dei diritti dell'uomo.

La Corte europea dei diritti umani ha emesso una sentenza che l'Italia non potrà ignorare: le persone che vivono nella Terra dei Fuochi sono state esposte a un pericolo concreto, reale e imminente per la loro salute. Lo Stato italiano, a conoscenza della situazione da decenni, non ha agito con la rapidità e la diligenza necessarie. Non servivano altre prove, non serviva dimostrare il nesso diretto tra quei roghi e l'aumento dei tumori: la Cedu ha stabilito che la sola esposizione a un rischio così grave è sufficiente per condannare l'Italia. Sono passati trent'anni da quando si è iniziato a parlare di veleni sepolti, di falde acquifere contaminate, di discariche abusive. Sette inchieste parlamentari hanno certificato il disastro. Eppure, si è sempre girato lo sguardo altrove. Le bonifiche promesse non sono mai arrivate, le discariche sono rimaste, i roghi non si sono fermati. La politica ha prodotto dichiarazioni indignate, piani di intervento mai attuati, tavoli tecnici senza soluzioni. La sentenza della Corte di Strasburgo non lascia più margine alle scuse. Oggi, come sempre, tutti i partiti si dicono d'accordo: è uno scandalo, bisogna agire. Lo dicono quelli che hanno governato e che in trent'anni non hanno mosso un dito. Lo dicono quelli che governano oggi, gli stessi che in quei territori hanno scelto di concentrare gli sforzi per incarcerare ragazzini invece di mettere fine a un crimine ambientale. Il rischio, ancora una volta, è che questa condanna diventi l'ennesima occasione per proclami senza conseguenze. Ma stavolta c'è una sentenza che impone scadenze e obblighi precisi. TESTO DELL'ARTICOLO ➜ https://www.bastabugie.it/it/articoli.php?id=7645AUMENTA L'ODIO CONTRO I CRISTIANI, MA L'EUROPA PROTEGGE I MUSULMANI di Thibault van den BosscheIn Europa il numero dei crimini d'odio contro i cristiani aumenta anno dopo anno, così come le discriminazioni legali legate alla loro libertà di espressione e di coscienza.Nonostante ciò, da un lato l'Unione Europea tace sull'odio anticristiano, dall'altro, la Corte europea dei diritti dell'uomo (CEDU) incoraggia la blasfemia anticristiana sotto la maschera della libertà di espressione.Il 6 dicembre 2023, la Commissione europea e l'Alto rappresentante dell'Unione per gli affari esteri e la politica di sicurezza hanno pubblicato "Non c'è posto per l'odio: un'Europa unita contro l'odio", un «appello all'azione rivolto a tutti gli europei affinché si oppongano all'odio e si schierino a favore della tolleranza e del rispetto». «L'Europa sta vivendo un aumento allarmante dei discorsi di odio e dei crimini generati dall'odio e le prove dimostrano che le comunità ebraiche e musulmane sono particolarmente colpite».E che dire dei cristiani?Secondo l'Osservatorio sull'intolleranza e la discriminazione contro i cristiani in Europa (OIDAC Europe), che li segnala all'Organizzazione per la Sicurezza e la Cooperazione in Europa (OSCE), ci sono stati 748 crimini d'odio contro i Cristiani nel 2022, rispetto ai 519 del 2021, con un incremento del 44%. L'OSCE ne ha censiti 792 in 34 paesi europei nel 2022, "rendendo i cristiani il gruppo religioso più preso di mira dopo gli Ebrei".L'OIDAC ha preso in considerazione incendi dolosi, imbrattamenti, profanazioni di luoghi sacri, furti, aggressioni fisiche, insulti e minacce, e osserva che "l'aumento dei casi di vandalismo spesso porta a un aumento dei casi di aggressioni fisiche". La ONG rileva un aumento degli attacchi in prossimità delle festività cristiane come Pasqua e Natale.CRIMINI ANTICRISTIANISecondo l'Osservatorio, la maggioranza dei crimini anticristiani commessi nel 2022 sono stati atti di vandalismo compiuti da autori non identificati (70%). Tuttavia, quelli commessi da gruppi organizzati stanno diventando sempre più visibili, in particolare i crimini commessi da gruppi politici di estrema sinistra, come l'Antifa, le femministe radicali o i gruppi LGBT. Ma non mancano violenze commesse da gruppi di estrema destra, satanisti e islamici.La Germania registra il maggior numero di crimini anticristiani (231), seguita da Italia (146) e Francia (106) . Da notare che in Francia gli atti contro i Cristiani costituiscono il 60% degli atti antireligiosi, ma le autorità sminuiscono la questione.E ci sono ottimi motivi, secondo l'OIDAC, di ritenere che gli atti anti-cristiani siano fortemente sottostimati.Inoltre, l'OIDAC evidenzia il violento rifiuto dei valori cristiani, in particolare «delle opinioni che dissentono dalle opinioni libertarie - progressiste su questioni morali legate alla protezione della vita, sulla morale sessuale, sul matrimonio o sulla famiglia.Quindi molti Cristiani hanno dovuto sostenere accuse e persino procedimenti penali per aver espresso opinioni in linea con gli insegnamenti morali cui aderiscono.Ad esempio, in Galles, a un insegnante è stato chiesto di condividere le sue convinzioni durante una discussione parte della formazione obbligatoria sulla diversità e sull'uguaglianza di genere. L'insegnante ha affermato di ritenere che il matrimonio dovrebbe essere tra un uomo e una donna, che la vita inizia con il concepimento e che era contrario ad alcuni aspetti della legge della Sharia, come la lapidazione a morte degli omosessuali. La Germania, per esempio, intende rendere l'aborto obbligatorio negli studi medici.Nella risoluzione 2036 (2015), "Lottare contro l'intolleranza e la discriminazione in Europa con particolare attenzione ai cristiani", l'Assemblea parlamentare del Consiglio d'Europa invita esplicitamente gli Stati membri a "sostenere la libertà di coscienza sul posto di lavoro" e " il diritto fondamentale alla libertà di espressione garantendo che la legislazione nazionale non limiti indebitamente i discorsi di matrice religiosa".Invece ai cristiani viene chiesto di non solo di non esprimere, ma nemmeno di pensare il proprio credo religioso.La libertà di espressione appartiene solo ad altri, come la Femen Éloise Bouton, che ha simulato, in topless, l'aborto di Cristo da parte della Vergine Maria sull'altare della chiesa della Madeleine a Parigi nel 2013. La Francia l'aveva condannata a un mese di prigione con sospensione della pena e a una pena 2.000 di multa.Tuttavia, la Corte europea dei diritti dell'uomo (CEDU), nella sentenza del 13 ottobre 2022, si è schierata dalla parte delle Femen, la cui "performance" mirava solo a "trasmettere un messaggio relativo a un dibattito pubblico e sociale in un luogo di culto simbolico" .Nel marzo 2022 la Commissione europea ha rifiutato esplicitamente di nominare un coordinatore responsabile della lotta contro agli atti anticristiani, sostenendo che "la Commissione è impegnata a proteggere i cristiani e i membri di altri gruppi religiosi dalle persecuzioni all'interno dell'UE senza alcuna distinzione tra gruppi religiosi".Che dire allora della nomina, nel 2015, da parte della stessa Commissione, di un "Coordinatore per la lotta all'antisemitismo e la promozione della vita ebraica" e di un "Coordinatore per la lotta all'odio anti-musulmano"?È ovvio che, se l'Unione Europea e il Consiglio d'Europa non riconoscono la realtà della "cristianofobia" e l'aumento tangibile degli atti anticristiani in Europa, mai agirà per affrontarli.

The "Troubled Teen Industry” is an elusive, corrupted, for-profit network of schools, programs, rehabs, and residences meant for "unstable," "out of control," "promiscuous," and drug-addicted young people. Some of these programs are notorious for kidnappings, forced medication, even brainwashing; all of them use emotionally or physically violent therapy and control tactics. These schools came to mainstream recognition with the release of Paris Hilton's 2020 documentary This Is Paris. In it, she reveals how her abusive experience at Provo Canyon in Utah led to lifelong trauma, dissociation, and the creation of her (fake) public image; in my intro, I reveal how watching the doc changed my life, forcing me to confront my own, very similar narrative.Then, our anonymous contributors bravely tell all about their own experiences with parallel institutions to Paris': New Haven Residential Treatment Center, La Europa, an unnamed wilderness program, a specialized dyslexia boarding school, Outward Bound, another unnamed wilderness program in Costa Rica, CEDU, and a Lord of the Flies-esque, pedophilia-ridden hockey boarding school.
