E fascino per gli autocratiNel tempo gli italiani hanno imparato a resistere, ad adattarsi, a rispondere con originalità e coraggio alle nuove sfide in ogni settore. Stare dentro la crisi, insomma, è diventata un attitudine italiana aggiunta ad una scarsa mobilitazione collettiva, ritrovata solo ultimamente nelle manifestazioni a sostegno della Palestina. Nel tornare a stare insieme, gli italiani «sfebbrano gli eccessi, metabolizzano aggressività ed esclusione, contrastano molte forme di instabilità politica e sociale e si arginano le conseguenze del ritardo di sviluppo economico». Ma «l autonoma difesa immunitaria non basta». Il 59esimo rapporto Censis sulla situazione sociale del Paese fotografa un Italia che ha saputo, più e meglio di altri Paesi, porsi faccia a faccia con il presente e la sua complessità. La società italiana, davanti ad un futuro sempre più incerto, ha rimodulato attese e desideri contingenti e ha contrastato sul piano economico e sociale il virus della crescita zero. La maggior parte degli italiani, diventati ceto medio (quest anno il Censis infatti conia il neologismo cetomedizzazione ), annusando la ridotta opportunità di mobilità sociale verso l alto ha ridotto i consumi, non rinunciando certo a viaggiare ma facendolo in Economy e a togliersi qualche sfizio aspettando i saldi. In questo modo il ceto medio, sostiene il Censis, vive «uno stato febbrile», visto il rischio di «perdere lo status quo faticosamente conquistato»."Tra le insidie e le minacce ai fondamentali del tradizionale modello di sviluppo italiano - scrive Censis - pesano anche i fattori endogeni: la regressione demografica; il numero dei titolari d impresa diminuito in 20 anni da oltre 3,4 milioni a poco più di 2,8 milioni (-17%) e i giovani imprenditori con meno di 30 anni diminuiti del 46,2% (132 mila in meno); il reddito delle piccole imprese ridotto dal 17,8% del Pil nel 2004 al 14% nel 2024; si indebolisce il lavoro. Nel 2024 il valore reale delle retribuzioni risulta inferiore dell 8,7% rispetto al 2007. Nello stesso periodo il potere d acquisto pro capite ha subito un taglio del 6,1%, nonostante il recente parziale recupero (+2% tra il 2022 e il 2024). Così il ceto medio vive in uno stato febbrile: nella stagnazione o, peggio ancora, rischia di perdere lo status conquistato nel tempo".Massimiliano Valerii - Direttore generale Censis.

Si profila all'orizzonte un importante passaggio generazionale di ricchezza. Tra gli effetti della denatalità c'è infatti la riduzione degli eredi e la concentrazione delle ricchezze. È una delle fotografie che restituisce il 58° Rapporto Censis sulla situazione sociale del Paese. Tra le altre, c'è quella del difficile reperimento delle figure professionali e del progressivo allontanamento tra città e campagne, con la sempre maggiore rarefazione di servizi e infrastrutture. A proposito di passaggio di ricchezze e di situazione del paese, commentiamo poi l'indagine Cisf (Centro Internazionale Studi Famiglia) svolta su 1600 nuclei familiari, da cui emerge che il 70% dei giovani riceve aiuto dalla famiglia per l'acquisto di casa. Per quanto riguarda l'occupazione, nei primi quattro mesi del 2024 sono stati attivati nel complesso nel settore privato (esclusi i domestici e gli operai agricoli) 2.656.440 contratti di lavoro mentre ne sono cessati 2.076.371 con un saldo positivo di 580.069 posti. Lo rileva l'Inps nell'Osservatorio sul mercato del lavoro. Il saldo per i contratti a tempo indeterminato è positivo per 205.845 contratti, con un saldo annualizzato di 350mila unità. However, for healthcare facilities to run properly, managers and directors must make operational and strategic decisions, especially in the perioperative setting. Efficient operating room (OR) management involves maintaining equilibrium between optimal OR capacity, allocation of ORs to surgeons, assignment of staff, ordering of materials, and reliable scheduling while giving the highest priority to patient safety.But what are the challenges in SPD Management and ensuring high-quality perioperative services?On a recent episode of the ConCensis Podcast, host Michelle Mooney sat down with Brian Dawson, the System VP of Perioperative Services for CommonSpirit Health, to discuss the challenges in measuring productivity in the perioperative setting and SPD. Measuring productivity in the OR is totally different from the sterile processing department. AAMI, one of the SPD governing bodies, has developed a chart indicating the average time required to perform various tasks. Lo scorso 7 maggio è stato presentato il rapporto AIBE-CENSIS 2024, condotto dal 22 aprile al 2 maggio, che riflette le opinioni di un panel internazionale di società finanziarie, fondi di investimento e imprese multinazionali, sulle varie sfide a livello globale, europeo e italiano del prossimo futuro, con l obiettivo di delinearne le prospettive di crescita. Per esempio il ruolo delle elezioni europee in arrivo: solo il 29,8% degli investitori intervistati è ottimista e considera le elezioni come una possibile svolta epocale nella costruzione dell'Unione europea. Un'altra domanda riguardava i fattori di influenza e instabilità. E le risposte colpiscono: al primo posto c'è l'elezione di Trump (con il 61,4% dei voti) e solo al secondo c'è la possibile vittoria dei russi in Ucraina (52,6%). Infine il 42,1% pensa invece che l'attuale situazione geopolitica (dalle guerre alla crisi energetica fino alla competizione tecnologica) stia indebolendo e marginalizzando l'Europa, costringendola a un ruolo di secondo piano rispetto a Stati Uniti, Cina, e Brics. E, secondo loro, le elezioni non produrranno grandi cambiamenti. Proprio su questo tema, in un mondo sempre più oberato dai debiti, sia pubblici sia privati, una domanda si impone nel dibattito pubblico: come finanziare la doppia transizione energetica, cioè quella ecologica e quella digitale? E soprattutto: come farlo in Europa, dove i vincoli di bilancio pubblico sono più stringenti che altrove ed emettere debito è più complesso? Una risposta a queste domande secondo il sondaggio di Aibe (Associazione italiana banche estere) e Censis è ricorrere all'emissione di debito pubblico europeo. Cioè agli Eurobond. Solo il 35,1% degli intervistati è però favorevole a politiche di condivisione del debito pubblico in Europa, mentre il 32,1% suggerisce un maggiore ricorso ai partenariati pubblico-privato. Secondo un'analisi del sindacato First Cisl sui conti delle prime cinque banche italiane (Intesa Sanpaolo, Unicredit, Banco Bpm, Mps, Bper) l'utile netto aggregato è salito a 6 miliardi (+25,1%) grazie al margine d'interesse (+15%) e alle commissioni nette (+4,9%). Nonostante questi numeri però, cala ancora il cost/income e aumenta la produttività. Rispetto ad un anno fa diminuiscono gli sportelli ed il numero dei lavoratori.Inoltre gli straordinari risultati del primo trimestre non si riflettono tuttavia sulla patrimonializzazione, come spiega Riccardo Colombani, Segretario generale First Cisl: "Quello che si delinea è un quadro di ottima salute del sistema bancario, che però presenta delle ombre riguardo alle prospettive di sviluppo del Paese, anche valutando il diverso comportamento dei sistemi bancari europei che, diversamente da quello italiano hanno perseguito il miglioramento della patrimonializzazione attraverso l'aumento del capitale e non attraverso la riduzione delle attività ponderate per il rischio, con particolare riferimento al rischio di credito che, anzi, è aumentato. Per tali ragioni prosegue - si devono creare le condizioni affinché le banche italiane siano uno dei grandi propulsori del Paese nel ridisegno dell'economia e della società, assolutamente indispensabile ed improcrastinabile. Per tanti anni a venire, avremo bisogno di consistenti investimenti privati nell'economia reale, al fine di gestire la transizione digitale ed ecologica. Sempre meno lavorati e quelli che si sono chiedono maggior tutele"Tra il 2023 e il 2027 il mercato del lavoro italiano avrà bisogno di quasi 4 milioni di nuovi occupati, di cui tre quarti (2,8 milioni di unità) nel settore dei servizi e di cui quasi la metà non si trova. Nel commercio e nel turismo la domanda sarà di oltre 760 mila occupati. Mancano però determinate professionalità con il 47% delle imprese del turismo e il 43% di quelle del commercio che segnalano difficoltà nel reperimento di nuovo personale". Emerge da un report, 'Occupazione e mismatch nel turismo e nel terziario', realizzato da Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore con il centro di ricerca sul lavoro Crilda per l'ente bilaterale unitario del settore turismo e per l'ente bilaterale unitario del settore terziario che rilancia il tema del 'mismatch' tra domanda e offerta di lavoro. Ad incidere inevitabilmente è l'inverno demografico e l'incapacità di formare i giovani nei settori in cui è più numerosa la richiesta. Parallelamente a questo problema però aumentano in maniera pressante le richieste di maggior tutele di coloro che sono già dentro il mondo del lavoro. Ridurre il tempo di lavoro è l'obiettivo per il futuro di oltre 6 occupati italiani su dieci. E spesso le dimissioni sono una fuga verso un lavoro migliore: tra i lavoratori con meno di 60 anni dimessisi dal lavoro, il 67% entro tre mesi si è ricollocato in un altro impiego. Sono questi i principali risultati del nuovo rapporto Censis-Eudaimon sul welfare aziendale che descrive come "nuovo paradosso italiano" la voglia di lavorare meno e il mercato del lavoro dinamico. I dati indicano che il 67,7% degli occupati italiani in futuro vorrebbe ridurre il tempo dedicato al lavoro: lo desidera il 65,5% dei giovani, il 66,9% degli adulti e il 69,6% degli over 50. Già oggi il 30,5% degli occupati (il 34,7% tra i giovani) dichiara di impegnarsi nel lavoro lo stretto necessario, rifiutando gli straordinari, le chiamate o le mail fuori dall'orario di lavoro ed eseguendo solo quel che gli compete per mansione. Altro tema centrale è quello che emerge dai dati che riguardano le dimissioni dal lavoro dei genitori nel primo anno di vita dei figli che hanno coinvolto oltre 61.000 persone in Italia nel 2022, in forte aumento dal 2017, quando erano state 39.738. E il costo professionale dei figli per le madri resta più alto in Italia rispetto agli altri grandi paesi europei, secondo il rapporto Censis-Eudaimon. Il tasso di occupazione delle donne con figli è pari al 58,6%, quello degli uomini con figli all'89,3%. Il divario a scapito delle donne è di -30,7 punti percentuali, mentre in Germania è pari a -17,4, in Francia a - 14,4, in Spagna a -19 e in Grecia a -29,1.
