The Mandalorian Season 3 is finally complete, but is it everything you've been waiting for? Well, let's just say it's not quite as good as the first two seasons which were not that great to begin with.The show still has its moments, of course. The action is still great, and the characters are still likable. But there's just something missing this season. Maybe it's the lack of a clear overarching plot. Or maybe it's the fact that the show is starting to feel a bit repetitive. Although i think the main reason is, The Mandalorian Season 3 is that they are trying to get rid of Mando which is  a bit of a letdown. The show is not bad, but it's not great either. If you're a fan of the show, you'll probably still enjoy it. He is Neil Patel. Online successNo matter the platform passion is the starting point of success. Work on what you are passionate about.(2:35) If you want to succeed online what you need to do is go and find something you are passionate about and go on and do that. So, that's the first, if you don't know what you're gonna do as an entrepreneur you're not gonna succeed online. You have to do something. You can't just go with the vision of “I want to make money” that doesn't work find something you're passionate and solve a problem and make your solution ideally affordable and easy to use.Content creationChoose content that you are most comfortable with. Not because it worked for others it can work for you. Find your expertise and work from there.(3:17 )The strategy for creating a lot of content is to find content that you create the easiest. Some people are gonna write, some people are gonna audio some people are better at the video. So find what you are naturally good at and do more of that content.  (3:32) The second thing is, create a content calendar, which will help you map out when to write the content, when to release the content, which will help you do content in quality.Journey towards successWe can't escape the fact of experiencing the ups and downs in life. But most important how do we find a solution for the problem that we have. (4:20) A lot of ups and downs but the key is if you love what you're doing you'll continue pushing forward and you're gonna make mistakes and learn from them and then just avoid making the same ones over and over again. And eventually, you'll get to where you want to be.Inspiration for contentYou will always make time for what stirs you up.(4:37) I love what I'm creating and if you are passionate it's easy to create but if you are not passionate it's like pulling teeth, it's hard.(5:05) You'll find the time if you are truly passionateTwo heads are better than oneIt is said that two heads are better than one and man can't live alone. So in the business world, we need to look for someone who can help us in our business. (5:40) When you are a solo entrepreneur the best thing you can do is try to find a business partner. So, think of a marriage having two people is easier than one to raise kids and a family. With a business, you want to find someone else who is a business partner who has different skills than you.(5:59) Find someone who complements you, who does different stuff that will help you grow faster.Person of influenceBeing a person of influence is quite challenging. But the question is how do we use our influence? Industrial Marketing Isn't One Size Fits All If you're a self-starter and you're piecing together a marketing strategy for your industrial company, then good for you. There's a lot of great content out there and if you're trying to take advantage of it, you're smart. But take a step back as you're doing this and think through if the tips you're seeing are the best for your company. Simply put, industrial marketing isn't one size fits all. While marketing strategies for the industrial and manufacturing sectors have the same pillars and areas to focus on, execution is going to look drastically different depending on what you do and who you do it for. There are two general buckets for industrial: services and products. Who you are marketing to for services versus products can look completely different depending on where customers spend their time.We here at MFG Tribe recommend you start by looking at five key areas of any marketing strategy:1. The websiteThere is no point in spending on marketing if your website isn't equipped to do what it's supposed to do. It has to be able to handle traffic, channel people into your sales funnel, and get them to convert. It's possible that your website needs some work. It's possible, under some circumstances, that your website needs a ton of work. But don't think you need to automatically scrap your website and start from scratch just because it isn't perfect. Spend some time making sure that your site is optimized with CTAs. Look at your main pages and make sure that they're doing what they're supposed to be doing. The website is always the starting point.  2. ContentYou'll need a mix of written content and video content. Yes, video content is the most popular at the moment, but written is still incredibly important. And viewers are actually split 50/50 on whether they prefer video or written content, even if video tends to be easier for audiences to consume. 3. Getting Attention So you've spent the money and time creating content. Now get it some attention. How you do that is going to depend on what it is that you do and how big your company is. You need to have an active social media presence. You have to be distributing it via email. If you sell a really cool product, then shooting a promotional video and posting it to Instagram is likely to get so much more engagement than shooting a promotional video when you offer a service. But that promotional video on a service could still do really well on LinkedIn. It's those considerations at every step of the way that determine how good your strategy is and how successful it's going to be.4. Follow-UpYou have to continue to do this and follow up. If you have an opportunity, if someone asked you to send pricing for something, following up in different ways is extremely important.5. Speed It UpThis is where advertising comes in, since organic content can take weeks or longer to begin delivering results. Be very strategic about your advertising. Dan went to install the Murphy doors but they didn't fit when they pivoted. So he sub-contracted Nick Brim to help him out with rebuilding the doors. This allows Dan to focus on the many smaller projects he has from his other client. Pete finally fixed the washing machine tranny, Got a bunch of new tools on Memorial weekend even though there was no sales, grilled the best ribs he have ever done, and had some drama with the home closing that keeps getting pushed back. Lastly he ended up selling one of his Prusa Minis to a local maker and set up his new Prusa Mk3S+ that he got this week. He also shot a quick live with a local 3d printing woodworker to answer questions about printing. Mike has been spraying most of the week to finalize all the projects he's working on. He's got a few flattening jobs for some customer including some c-channel install work. He's starting work on the large conference room but he'll be subbing the delivery and install with a local guy.
