The Old Me... Would had never worked in this present time... and upcoming new year. 2024... and the future. I have yet to receive an apology/apologies. Instead... just more gaslighting. You disappear for 2 days, after I gave you more chances, than any other, would had tolerated in an entire lifetime. The attorney was getting ready to file a missing person's report. Miraculously, 2 days prior, text messages, that you got more investment money from another person in the area and POOF! That was it. You disappeared. The strangest behavior yet! Or... was it buying an engagement ring set for a minor, posing as a celebrity wrestler? Or texting me, on another prior occasion... that some random person, you were texting, was going onto this podcast and demanding money, now from you. "I need to tell you, what your soon to be ex, is saying and sharing about you." That was one, of a few messages, I received from some random individual. The last of the craziness... your phone literally lights up in front of me and ironically, tells on you. Literally. Still texting, connecting with scammers. The same minor, posing as Liv Morgan. Then found receipts of not one or two or three, but many gift cards, and even sending money to strange women around the world. Money, that should be spent for bills and emergencies. You sit in a local bar & grill "still", sucking down beer and bar food... like you don't have 1 responsibility in the world. Financial Responsibilities. Wait! Till enquiring minds end up running to me about... "OH HOW DRUNK HE WAS ON NEW YEARS EVE!" Again... You choose to bail on legal binding agreements. In the end... we all have to answer for actions, decisions. As well... use condoms! Strong opinions of others, also within the county. Then next, you ask for your contents back via text. What feels like eons ago... then getting irate on security cameras, when I placed them in the garage. You demanded them. I gave them to you. So you see... The old Pushover me is gone. She's long gone!.. Trust me by saying, I bet those who felt, I was easy to manipulate and pushover. Are definitely not liking the person, I have slowly become. The new improved, strong willed, me. The strong woman, who took years of more than enough. The woman, who finally decided to put herself first, for once. Can I say... LONG OVERDUE TOO! The woman who is making big moves, huge changes! Going through that concrete wall... Head on!. Don't complain, when you can no longer control, puppet around, take advantage of and manipulate... the new me. Continue pointing the finger in my direction... it's called, Gaslighting. I'm not the only one, who has come forward, to openly admit... they too, have been gaslighted, by you. *** "HAPPY NEW YEAR 2024!" Respectfully signed, Me.

Dan and I have lived with Multiple Sclerosis for more than two decades and have had some incredible opportunities courtesy of the chronic illness. We've advocated in Washington, D.C., written and published a book; rode in a handicap accessible hot air balloon; and travelled throughout the country sharing our story. Along the way, we've met and become friends with some of the most incredible people. This includes Julie Stamm, a quintessential MS advocate, author, mother, and all-around awesome human being. Yeah, she's that awesome. So imagine how humbled we were when Julie was all in when we invited her to join us for a conversation on our podcast! Today's episode features Shea Boynton, lead singer, guitarist and songwriter for the Denver, Colorado-based country band, The Barlow, who released their third album, New Year, Old Me, earlier this year. In this episode we talk about how he balances his kids/wife, family, and his job in construction with his band, band life, touring, writing, fixing gear and fixing the band van.We learn a bit about Denver and Colorado, what it means to be country band there, as opposed to being a country band in say, Nashville or Texas, and we'll discuss his songwriting practice and a sense of responsibility toward keeping people on the dancefloor. We're also luck enough to be able to sample some of The Barlow's music in the episode alone with the string grabbing and kite flying of one Shea Boynton. ⚡️Our first IN PERSON interview since March 2020! ⚡️We had the pleasure of interviewing Matty Mullins of Memphis May Fire over Zoom video!Memphis May Fire makes anthems for the broken. The four-piece rock band channel a generation's worth of angst, frustration, and pain, with a focused blend of gigantic melodic hooks and crushing aggression. Even after topping Billboard's Hard Music Albums chart and breaking into radio's Active Rock Top 20, Memphis May Fire refuses to sacrifice who they are or the people who made them. In fact, Remade in Misery, their seventh full-length album, is the heaviest Memphis May Fire record yet.It is the first Memphis May Fire album to be both produced and mixed by Kellen McGregor, the band's guitarist who co-founded the group roughly 15 years ago. The longtime rhythm section of bassist Cory Elder and drummer Jake Garland inject the songs with infinite depth and focus. Cameron Mizell, who coproduced 2014 fan-favorite Unconditional with McGregor, produced Matty's vocals.Mullins enlisted his friend Cody Quistad, guitarist and clean vocalist for the band Wage War, during part of the writing process. Fire From The Gods singer AJ Channer guests on “Only Human.” At the heart of any collaboration is the Memphis May Fire mission: to connect with the brokenhearted. The guys are family to the million-plus fans who follow Memphis May Fire on social media, revered by the people who discovered their early albums in 2009 and 2011; those who made Challenger (2012) the biggest selling debut in the history of Rise Records at the time; and everyone who championed their music since. Unconditional debuted at Number One on Billboard's Rock, Independent, and Hard Music charts. In 2016, This Light I Hold made inroads into radio while rooted in heaviness. Boasting the singles “The Old Me,” “Live Another Day,” and “Heavy is the Weight,” Broken was a distillation of what the band does creatively, with the group's signature passion and fearless genre-bending.Remade in Misery is the sum total of all that's come before with a forceful charge into the future. We want to hear from you! 042C Bonus Episode (Thoughts): Tony Robbins Day 5 Episode 3 - Old Me vs. New MeIt has been a while since January when me and my sister did the Tony Robbins "New World New You" challenge. We talked about it in Bonus episode 008! So we thought about how we best could present that we went through during these 5 days, or 6 if we count the bonus day! In these episodes I am talking to my sister and we have a conversation about what we went through and thoughts we had during these days. We soon realized that we had a lot of pages of notes to cover so we decided that we will do 5 episodes for each day, that way we could make shorter episodes but we decided to release all 5 episodes the same week! So this is the third episode of Day 5, and we talk about "Old Me vs. New Me"? Who do you want to be?Our next episode will be released on 2021-11-11 but we release Bonusepisodes every week between our monthly episodes. And this week, being a Tony Robbins week, the goal is to release 5 episodes during one week (If I don´t make it this week it because my sister and editor was sick!) So here goes! Be the Light. Share the Light. Spread the Light. Shine!LDS AND MEDIUM PODCAST BACKGROUND:I was born into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, or LDS for short. All my life I felt awkward and out of place, not because of my religion, but because of my spiritual gifts. It was hard to combine the idea of what first seemed like two separate worlds. So my whole life I have tried. I have learnt more about my gifts, and stayed faithful to my faith. But then I heard people left the church because it seems impossible to combine the two. So I am here, to try and mend the rift. To show that it is possible to be both LDS and to have, and use, our spiritual gifts. I am not alone on this journey, but my sister, who just is waking up to her spiritual gifts is by my side and she will also share her story.Jesus Christ, our older brother, was a healer. He asked us to love one another. So let´s follow in his footsteps. Please join me on this journey, let´s make a community of strong spiritual LDS, or whatever religion you belong to, and all work together to make this world a better place. If you like what I do, then you can find me here:https://linktr.ee/ldsandmediumIf you have words of support or stories that you anonymously want me to share please write me at ldsandmedium@gmail.com. Sunday, April 26, 2020 - THE NEW ME - Death to the Old Me. Message by Bryant May, Lead Pastor.
You asked and now you shall receive! Many people ask for a deeper dive into our lives. Starting this episode, that is what we are making a push to do! The main premise of the podcast was for it to be about our lives first and the current events second, so we are going to make it more about what we are currently up to and going through while still touching on some current events! This episode we discuss the Lunar New Year as well as Andrew's goal to stay sober. We also get into a moment that caused Andrew to contemplate his whole life...The intro song for this week's episode is "Old Me" by our very own AreDoubleYou aka Richard. Written, Produced, Performed, Mixed & Mastered by AreDoubleYou. This song will be available Wednesday January 29th on all streaming platforms! New Song every Wednesday!

Burning Down The House...AgainThe only way to become the phoenix is to start a fire. I learned a long time ago that if I was to survive–just survive–I'd have to burn down the Old Kenny to let the new version appear. The old me was not up to the task of providing what only the new me could. And burning down the Old Me scared the shit out of me Yet, the process was already taking place whether I liked it or not. I only understood this in retrospect. Bipolar, and all the wrong decisions surrounding it, were the mental and physical manifestations of my old life crumbling all around me. I was so wrapped up in being that unhealthy version of me that it took massive chaos and pain to get rid of that guy...allowing my life to finally improve! That whole story is chronicled throughout this site. What I find interesting now is that I seem to be entering another cycle, similar to the last. I'm struggling to meet certain goals. I have the tools and resources to pull it all off. I have the body of work to give it all direction and references. I can see the way forward, in many areas. But I'm starting to understand that this current iteration of myself is not up to the task The cool thing is, enough of me knows how to rebuild the rest of me! So I'm going to have to start burning down again. But this time, the flames won't have to reach so high, or be so all consuming, to get the job done. I've learned some things to keep the conflagration to a minimal: short lived, and only attacking very specific areas of my life. Nothing like begrudgingly accepted personal evolution to keep a day poppin', is there? Subscribe To AB Podcast! Sponsors: Family Network Chiropractic in Kingston, NY: The only providers of NSA Chiropractic in the Mid-Hudson Valley Maximum Results Fitness w/ Mike Romano: Online Training with Individually Customized Support Key Points: Bipolar Disorder was merely a symptom of an even larger problem. Before I created my system, my goal was only to survive the illness. I barely survived both the illness and the transition to wellness. I am entering another era requiring the burning down of at least portions of myself to get where I need to go. Knowing when to give up on a plan or hang in one more minute, will be one of the hardest questions for you to answer as you move forward on anything that matters most to you, yet isn't showing much improvement. I'm "bipolar prone" not actively bipolar. I have parameters established, lines in the sand that I cannot and do not cross, that allow me to remain sane and well. But I often have to press up against those lines. I'll sacrifice pretty much whatever it takes to maintain my life the way it needs to be kept to keep bipolar out of the picture. I've reached a point where I have to carefully step over a few of those lines, in order to grow. Figuring this all out is what will allow me to be of the greatest service to you who follow along. Learn to cultivate your Inner Witness. There's no "right and wrong". There's only "is what I'm doing getting me closer to my goal or further from it?". Burning down included my very life; I've been dead multiple times on two occasions. Two comas too! One for a few hours, one for two weeks. We're all operating on a set of rules we learned as young children to feel safe in a world of adults. These rules become unconscious and harmful as we age. Learn how to let go of those parts of you that are holding back the better part of you. In order to evolve, you're going to have to open your mind a bit, probably a bit more that you'll find comfortable. You have to find what works best for you right now. Soak, evaluate, take another run at the next level. The question is, really, "What must you overcome to get wherever it is you're supposed to be in life." Where you're supposed to be. Not where you want to be. Big distinction. Where you eventually arrive, as you pursue what you want, is often not what you thought it would be. And it will involve twists, turns, and dead ends galore for many of you as you try to get there. While trying to develop your big dream, or a little piece of it, or even just the next step, you're going to pick up lessons that change what the final destination would have been. As this happens, if you're paying attention - or learning the VERY hard way, as I did for decades - you may start to notice that what you thought you wanted isn't exactly correct for your needs. Reaching this original goal, or trying to, sheds light on other issues you maybe had no idea needed solving first You'll see that if you address these issues first, you'll start to get closer to final achievement of the Big Goal, only to discover that you may still not be exactly shooting for the thing that will bring you the greatest satisfaction in life. That satisfaction only comes when you meld the best parts of you with your greatest strengths in a way that makes life better for those around you, and particularly for those who share the same perspectives in life as you. You'll also discover buried within this happening that a certain amount of sacrifice will be required of you, in order to finally have a life full of enriching experiences that leaves you feeling pleasantly depleted at the end of each day. This is not the same as suffering at a job you may be good at but hate. This is more a thing of having all of yourself fall into a pattern of living where you can't tell where work ends and life starts. You'll be too busy living a properly focused life that uses every bit of you, in a way that leaves you wishing there was more time in the day to give just a little more...because it's the right thing to do. Once this point is reached, you may discover that you finally do start to get some of the "shinier" aspects of your original dream fulfilled. But it will probably come as a surprise to you when it hits. Then you will have arrived. Until your next evolution. EPISOSE 91 Now, let's get into Arian's actual text message and talk about it: "I used to trade on h4 and daily time frame after i burn 4 account. I used timothy morge median line (andrew's pitchfork) for 2 years and making 1-2% monthly. Then i went to london for my master and there i get a job to in financial markets. Forex managed account. I managed 200k. But after 1 year of managing fund i suddlnly start to loss money. I couldnt to decide when to trade. After that i lost my trading job and start to trade for my self imean my own fund. Which was leas than 5k. Becuase 1-2% of 5k monthly profit is not good enough for living i changed my trading to scalping and take more risk of each trade. And then just lossing money. Then i start robot trading in forex factory. I just found couple of robots and test them and nothing .... Now there is a simple method called 00 in ff and i subsribed to them and pay 97. He is a nice guy very helpful but i have a day job and i cant follow all his system. Thats all." 1. Stop trading a system that you can't trade. 2. Stop trying to live off a $5,000 account. There are maybe 2 traders on the planet that could do that. I don't know if they are actually mutant super heroes. Now just move ahead and slowly, safely, compound your gains over time. If you want to make a lot of money in a short period of time, we can do an episode about that - but know that the more money you want to make, with a small account, in a small amount of time, the higher the probability that you will lose all the money. There are a lot of other points here. 1) Making 1% a month is kind of awesome. Don't ever think that some amount of profit isn't enough. That comes from comparing yourself to other people. Once you start comparing yourself to other people (even to say you are better than them), you go down a road that only ends in depression. Eventually you will find that someone else is doing better than you, and it will depress you, and you will start to give up. 2) Some people say that comparing yourself to others, or wanting to beat others at the game - is a huge motivation. I want you to be motivated to do your best because you want the best for yourself and your family, not so you can get revenge on someone else who doesn't know you or care about you and who isn't paying attention to you. I want you to look up at the scoreboard during the game and see - OLD ME - 10 points, NEW ME - 100 POINTS. And do that every day. Keep score against the old, lazy, vengeful, working hard at the wrong thing part of yourself - and then you are going to start doing great things. 3) There is a difference between putting yourself in the role of the student, and putting yourself in the role of being below other people. It's one thing to say, this guy is my teacher. It's another thing to say this guy is my GURU. So I am pleased that you asked me for advice. I like that. I am happy to hear from you. And then also - keep in mind that the student has to become the teacher at some point. So humbly take what you learn and share it with others. Give credit where it is due, to your mentors or your teachers, but never worship someone to the point where you cannot make a decision without checking with a guru. I see traders all the time follow someone on Twitter, and wait for the pronouncement from on high. That's not how we do things around here in Bookertown. You are meant to do great things, we are all meant to do something great - and we learn from each other, we hold each other up, we interchange between the roles of student and teacher over time. In my lifetime membership program, a new member gets mentored by more experienced traders in the chat room, and then over time that new trader becomes a natural mentor to someone else. "Oh I learned that and here's how you do it," and we tell you from the start - when you become a lifetime member, as quickly as possible, start contributing, start learning new things and sharing it with the group. Take yourself out of the role of insubordinate, insufficient, inexperienced trader, and start diving in to the role of helper, advocate, cheerleader for others, etc. In our family we're happy for you when you do well, you're happy for others when they do well, and we're all striving for the same thing - net gains at the end of the week, at the end of the month, tossing out the dead old self who was losing money and making stupid mistakes, and inviting in the new self, that rises to the challenge, doesn't accept excuses, doesn't play the role of the victim, and does the great things he or she was meant to do.
Byron Morrison - Weight Loss In A Busy World http://learntruehealth.com/byron-morrison-weight-loss-busy-world/ Weight Loss Achieved In 3 Simple Steps I have been on around 30 diets my whole life. Being caught up in that roller coaster ride regarding weight loss is so familiar. But how then can we stop this weight loss madness? And shift this mindset from chasing this dream, constantly judging ourselves and feeling worse? My guest today will show us how to achieve weight loss that in 3 simple steps. The Old Me Byron Morrison says a few years ago, he had absolutely no interest in health, nutrition or exercise. He was 50 pounds heavier and had a negative mindset and outlook in life. Then his dad was diagnosed with cancer. That, he says, became the eye-opener to take good care of his health and achieve weight loss. Morrison also used to work in marketing. It was a huge factor why he gained weight. Then he studied nutrition and eventually got qualified as a personal trainer. A few more years down the line, he wrote his book so he can help a lot of people. Diet Myths "Dieting is all about restriction. For me it is a short-term fix for what is essentially a long-term problem," Morrison says. "From a basic psychology point of view, as soon as you tell yourself you can't have something, it makes you want it more. That's why dieting doesn't work." He also says to stop dieting and eat in a way that is beneficial to your health. At the end of the day, it's all about balance. Your focus is not about being perfect. It's about people changing their mindset from becoming better. Morrison says our lives are stressful as it is. There are so many diets out there and it is a multi-million dollar business. From a business viewpoint, he explains this is because people tend to hop on one diet after the other. "Everything in our society is based on finding a streamline way of achieving a goal," he said. "We need to shift society's mindset to accept that it's not always about weight loss. Enjoy the journey for what it is." Three Steps First of all, Morrison says those people in the magazines don't even look like that. What he normally has people do is forget the diet. Here are his 3 simple steps: 1. Eat vegetables every single meal It will improve your energy, avoid nutrient deficiency and improves bodily functions. 2. Drink more water on a daily basis At least 2 liters of water daily will give you more energy, kickstarts your metabolism and your bodily functions will improve. Drink water 15-20 minutes before meals. Because it is easy to confuse signs of dehydration with hunger. 3. Walk more on a daily basis We often overlook the activity of walking. Gradually walk longer. Be mindful that you need to do it. It prevents us from disease, improves cardiovascular endurance and burns calories. If you get to focus on those three things, none of them are daunting or overwhelming. We can easily incorporate this in our daily routine. Morrison also shares that when he celebrated the launch of his book, he ran an online challenge. He got a group of people to do those 3 steps. The whole goal was for them to stop dieting and start living up. Results were amazing. Morrison shared that they were all felt better. Their mood and energy went up and focused better. The average weight loss during the week was 2 to 6 pounds. There's no need to do any radical changes. Learning To Like Vegetables Simply put, it's bringing us back to the basics. Eating vegetables, drinking water and walking --- there's no controversy there. In fact, I've been studying about super foods and how different vegetables have massive healing properties. Broccoli for example, has over 1000 nutrients. However, Morrison says supplements should be paired with a good diet. And he's not a big fan of supplements. Because he tells people to get their nutrients from their diet as much as possible. He also suggests that one way is that you can blend them to make soups, sauces or stir fry. Because lot of people say they don't like vegetables. "You can make meals that are quick and easy to make. Another way is through juicing. Figure out what works for you," Morrison said. "Food is one of the few things in life that we can actually control. Because we feel so helpless and overwhelmed in over areas of our lives, we kind of abuse that control." We need to do delayed gratification. Every time I wanted to buy or eat something, I take time and ask myself if that's what I really want. And I noticed that every time I did that, I tell myself I don't want it or I don't need it. Morrison explains that if you look at all the psychology behind it, a lot of our relationship with food and link back to our childhood. So when we are getting stressed and overwhelmed, we crave that feeling of safety. And that makes us turn to comfort food that has sugar and high fat. In fact, Morrison reveals that sugar is found to be 8 times more addictive than cocaine. The body craves it more as you eat chocolates and candy. One must reduce the intake and enjoy more natural foods. It's so true. Since starting my podcast, I'm learning from so many wonderful people in the health field. And it sure is influencing my life. Now I'm trying all sorts of new vegetables. I can't believe how delicious they are! For example, cabbage tastes so good. You can actually cut up cabbage like the size of crackers. Eat it raw and use it in a dip like hummus. It is so delicious, crunchy and crisp. Become A Better You Morrison's book has a holistic approach to improving your well-being. Rather than just looking at diet and exercise, it discusses all the factors involved. This includes your mindset, managing stress, how much rest and recovery you get, improving your relationship with food. Get Coached Morrison also has an 8-week interactive online course where you get to be part of a community. He also does one-on-one consultations. Personally, I love what he wrote---that this book contains everything that he wished he told himself back before he started this journey. So many times I think back and wished I can give my younger self some advice. I'm happy he took this time to put this book together. "It takes you on a journey of self realization," Morrison said. "The goal is not perfection but rather to become a better version of you." Byron Morrison is the Author of the book 'How To Be Healthy', as well as the founder of Tailored Lifestyles Coaching. His work is all about helping as many people as possible live healthier and happier lives by taking a holistic approach to losing weight, becoming more active, managing stress, as well as improving well-being. He is qualified in nutrition and weight management, REPs level 3 personal trainer, behaviour change coaching, nutrition for sports and exercise.
