Vậy quy trình xử lý khi phát hiện học sinh nhiễm COVID-19 tại cơ sở giáo dục gồm những bước nào.Trả lời: Quy trình bao gồm có 4 bước. Bước đầu tiên là nhà trường cần thông báo kết quả dương tính cho Trưởng Ban chỉ đạo phòng chống dịch, Tổ an toàn COVID-19 của cơ sở giáo dục cùng phụ huynh học sinh và cách ly tạm thời F0. Sau đó, nhà trường cũng cần thông báo ngay đến trạm y tế, trung tâm y tế địa phương nơi cơ sở giáo dục trú đóng để phối hợp triển khai các biện pháp phòng, chống dịch.Nội dung của bước 2 đó là đánh giá tình trạng sức khỏe của F0. Nếu F0 có dấu hiệu suy hô hấp, thở nhanh hoặc khó thở, chỉ số nồng độ oxy trong máu Sp02 dưới 96% thì liên hệ và chuyển F0 đến bệnh viện điều trị bằng xe cấp cứu. Nếu người bệnh không có triệu chứng hoặc có triệu chứng nhẹ thì tư vấn, hướng dẫn phụ huynh đưa học sinh về nhà để được trạm y tế địa phương nơi cư trú tiếp cận xử lý theo quy định./.

Son muchos los aficionados que relacionan los motores de 2 tiempos con motos de campo. Y es cierto que en el off road dominaron durante décadas. Pero también es cierto que hubo motos de 2 tiempos que asfalto que se han convertido en míticas. Las motos de asfalto de 2 tiempos era muy, pero que muy divertidas. No están todas las que son, pero sí son todas las que están. Y ya no hay. Bueno, gracias sobre todo a KTM y a sus 2 tiempos de inyección no han desaparecido del off road, pero del asfalto, en muchos mercados, han desaparecido por completo. Me ha costado mucho dejar esta lista en solo 10… incluso he dejado fuera una moto que adoro, la DKW Wankel, que no es 2T… o si, según se mire. Retomaremos el tema. Vamos ya con nuestras elegidas. Kawasaki 750H2 Mach IV (1971) No alcanzaba 4 veces la velocidad del sonido, pero … ¡Cómo corría esta moto! Daros cuenta que estamos en 1971 y en esa época 74 CV y más 200 km/h eran mucho, pero mucho mucho. Suzuki GT 750 (1971) Esta moto competía con la Kawa H2 pero con una ventaja: Teñía refrigeración liquida. Como resulta evidente al ver el enorme radiador que tiene delante, pero en esa época, se podía presumir de tener radiador. El motor ofrecía 67 CV a solo 6.500 rpm, pero era de una finura y progresividad exquisitas, muy Suzuki, se comparaba a un 6 cilindros 4 tiempos. Derbi 2002 (1976) Estoy enamorado de esta moto… Tengo dos buenas razones: Fue mi primera moto “de verdad” y… ¡tengo una! La mía es la segunda versión, denominada 2002 6V. Podría hacer un vídeo solo de anécdotas de esta moto. Fue un amor a primera vista. OSSA Yankee 500 (1976) Lo confieso… ¡Adoro esta moto! De estas 10 me la quedaría y mira que hay motos chulas. Y eso que era una moto complicada, delicada, hasta peligrosa… Pero como sensaciones, hay poca igual. Esta moto nace como un proyecto conjunto entre la marca y el importador americano en USA, John Taylor, pues como sabéis el mercado más importante para las marcas españolas era el de los USA. Bultaco Streaker (1977) Muchos consideran a esta moto como el último éxito de Bultaco. Puede ser cierto, porque en esos años el futuro de Bultaco era incierto, pero esta moto fue un éxito. Su chasis pintado en oro con un tubo refuerzo directo desde la pipa al eje del basculante, era precioso. En general toda la moto estaba decorada en negro y oro con la única excepción del silencioso. Montesa Crono 350 (1981) La última moto de carretera de Montesa con la salvedad de la reedición de la Impala en 1983 Montesa participaba en competición con una 350 2T, como se decía entonces, “de agua” o sea, de refrigeración liquida. Así que cuando en 1980 se presentó esta moto, pues hubo una decepción. Yamaha RD 350 (1983) Un verdadero icono y una moto venerada incluso hoy día. Y una moto que a diferencia de otras de esta lista, si se vendió en España. Pero es que la RD tenía argumentos para ser un icono. Era muy refinada para la época, muy potente, con 60 CV, ligera con unos 140 Kg y con componentes de calidad. Y rozaba los 190 km/h. Y no se rompía. Honda NS400R (1985) Casi una moto de carreras para ir por la calle. Porque la NS400R conservaba el extraño motor tricilindrico de la moto de 500. Un motor que tiene su gracia, porque dos cilindros van muy juntos en paralelo y horizontales, mientras que el tercero va en medio y vertical, dando lugar a un motor muy compacto. Cagiva Freccia C9 (1987) Estéticamente esta moto llamaba la atención, pues era una versión reducida de la Ducati Paso. ¿Es bonita? Pues no me atrevo a pronunciarme, pero no pasaba desapercibida. Y además, corría de verdad. Su motorcito de 125 daba 27 CV a 10.000 rpm y raspaba los 160 km/h gracias a su cuidada aerodinámica. Aprilia AF1 Futura (1991) Las Aprilia triunfaban en las carreras y la marca lanzó un modelo con el objetivo de seducir a los jóvenes que querían emular a sus pilotos favoritos. Como iba dirigida a un público joven esta moto era una 125… pero no te engañes, conseguía casi 30 CV y pesaba poco más de 100 kg… o sea, que corría de verdad. Como os decía, algunas se han quedado en el tintero, por ejemplo, las Gilera SP01 y SP02 que tuvieron copas monomarca de gran éxito en España y de donde salieron pilotos como Sete Gibernau. Quizás tengamos que volver sobre este tema porque una cosa está clara: los motores de dos tiempos ofrecen unas sensaciones únicas, incluso un sonido y un olor únicos y quien los ha probado, nunca los olvida.

Flow of podcasts: Hidden Sleep Features, Habit Tracking features, Camera Shutter and Music Play, Blood Oxygen Level, Final Thoughts and Ending Hidden Sleep Feature: As you know the Amazfit Band 5 has sleep monitoring and even gives you a sleep score. I have always had a problem with the sleep monitoring not being accurate. That was until now, I have found a way to make sleep monitoring feature a lot more accurate on the Band. You just have to open the Zepp app, click the profile icon on the bottom, click ”Smart Analysis”, Then turn on the sleep quality analysis, it is set off by default. This will allow the sleep monitoring feature to record your sleep patterns more accurately Habit Tracking Features: You can now track your habits on this device it is called “Behavior Tracking." You can even get a reminder when it is time to do your activities. The purpose of this is to be more efficient with time management and create more self discipline. Behavior tracking is slightly hidden so you have toopen up your Zepp app, Click profile on the bottom left hand portion of the screen, then click behavior tracking. You can click on anything like bathing, jump rope, sleeping or even create your own custom behavior Blood Oxygen Feature: The Blood Oxygen feature is huge a hidden feature, and it doesn’t come enabled by default and it is tricky turning it on. You have to open the Zepp app, Go to Profile, Hit the Amazfit Band 5, Hit Band Display, then drag Sp02 to above Hidden item and click Save. Once you do that it will be enabled and you can start using it, make sure you are still while using it to make sure it is monitoring properly. Camera Shutter & Music Controls: The Camera Shutter & Music Control feature isn’t really hidden, but a lot of people don’t know it exists. To access the Camer Shutter feature you have toswipe up on your Amazfit Band 5 to the “More” Category. Once you click that you have to hit the “Camera” and you will now have access to the Camera controls you can snap a photo or hit record video. You go through the same process for the Music Controls except you hit ”Music” and have access to those controls Final Thoughts & Ending: I use the Blood Oxygen Feature and the Sleep tracking feature a lot; I don’t know why the Blood Oxygen feature isn’t available on the Amazfit Band 5 as a default, it shouldn’t be in the hidden items folder. Also I wanted to answer one of your questions from the previous video about the Mi band 5 and the Amazfit Band 5. (*Hypothetical patient) You are called to review a woman who recently arrived in your hospital and is now a few hours postpartum after a pre-term vaginal delivery at 35 weeks. She tells you that she has felt unwell for the last few days with a little bit of vomiting, diarrhoea and her asthma has been playing up and needing quite a few puffs of her ventolin. She went into preterm labour and delivered quickly 2-3 hours ago. She has received 3-4 litres of crystalloid to treat her "dehydration" and the at times non reassuring CTG over the last 24hours. She isn't febrile, but is tachycardic at 115/min, hypotensive 95/45 and she looks a little short of breath with Sp02 92% on room air and a respiratory rate of 20/min. She can talk in sentences and is walking around her room so you are reassured by this. After taking a history and examining her you decide to have a quick look at her heart and lungs with your USS machine (you have recently completed a point of care ultrasound course so are always looking for an opportunity to put your new skills into practice). To your surprise you discover the apices of both her lungs have a large number of B-lines and then when you throw the probe on her heart and inferior vena cava within a couple of minutes you see she has a large poorly contracting left ventricle and a dilated IVC. You reach over and turn off her iv fluids - this woman doesn't need anymore rehydration! You came back for part two! In this episode Dr. Jeff Jarvis and I discuss his system's technique for pre-oxygenation, and why pre-loading your bougie can help increase your first pass success. Tip 3. NODESAT! “Nasal Oxygen During Efforts To Secure a Tube” (NODESAT) is a term coined by Rich Levitan in regards to placing a nasal cannula at high flow on a patient during the pre-ox and intubation process. This allows not only augmentation of FI02 from a NRB or BVM, but also the ability to provide apneic oxygenation during intubation. The idea is during the pre-ox period you place a NC at 15lpm, a NRB at 15lpm, and try to achieve an SP02 of 100 % for at least 3 minutes prior to intubation. Because this provides little positive pressure, it will likely not work in a patient with physiological shunting. If you HAVE to ventilate a patient due to inadequate peri-intubation ventilation, then the use of CPAP or BVM with a PEEP valve will be needed. By utilizing Henry’s law we can not only increase the surface area of alveoli by recruitment, but also apply pressure to the oxygen to assist in diffusion. Tip 4. Ditch The Stylet! I may be crucified by some for saying this, but statistics and anecdotal experience has shown you are much more likely to achieve first pass success if you utilize a bougie. Now the old way that we were taught to use the bougie required two people to perform. One person would intubate the trachea with the bougie, and the other would assist in railroading an ET tube over the bougie. A more common and efficient trick in the pre-hospital realm, is to preload the bougie with either a Kiwi grip or D grip. The cudae tip allows for easier anterior access, and the tactile feel of the bougie allows you to feel the tracheal rings upon successful placement. The bougie is commonly used as an emergency tool for difficult airways. If we are intubating a patient, it is an emergency, and we need to use everything possible to optimize our FPS. The occasional intubator recognizes the need to utilize every strategy possible to achieve their goal. A study showed providers increased their FPC success rates from 66% to 96% just by utilizing the bougie. This is a must in every pre-hospital airway kit.
