#200 About Cells, Quantumphysics & Epigenetics – mit Dr. Bruce H. Lipton (engl.)

Beginning in early childhood, we acquire beliefs and programming from our families and communities that shape how we interact with the world, as well as various factors throughout our lives, including our physical health. However, it's estimated that we may not even be aware of up to 95% of this programming, which takes place in our subconscious minds and is often disempowering. To create happier, healthier lives for ourselves and those around us, it may be necessary to rewrite some of this programming – particularly as we navigate a world in which our current ways of doing things are no longer sustainable. As a lecturer and cell biologist who has performed groundbreaking stem cell research at Stanford University, Dr. Bruce Lipton is an internationally recognized leader in bridging science and spirit. He is the best-selling author of “The Biology of Belief,” “The Honeymoon Effect,” and co-author with Steve Bhaerman of “Spontaneous Evolution.” In 2009, he received the prestigious Goi Peace Award from Japan in honor of his scientific contribution to world harmony. In celebration of our 200th episode of The Mindset Game® podcast, Dr. Lipton joins us to discuss the following: Why the current state of our world – which has been heavily influenced by Darwinian theory and values competition over cooperation – is unsustainable, and why finding ways to return to the “garden,” which represents a state of harmony with each other and with nature, will be the only way to survive and thrive into the future The power of our programming, and why it's crucial to become more conscious of it and strive to change those beliefs and habits that are no longer serving us A scientific explanation behind the idea that we can create our own “heaven” with better health, joy, love, and harmony – but the process must begin with becoming aware of and then changing our programming To learn more about Dr. Lipton and access a variety of free resources, visit https://www.brucelipton.com. Our guest today, Nina, Simons, believes that the root of many social and environmental problems we face today can be traced back to a fundamental imbalance between traditionally masculine and feminine attributes – and she has the evidence to back that up. In her latest book, Nature, Culture, & The Sacred: A Woman Listens for Leadership, Nina demonstrates how interconnected many modern problems really are and she lays out the ways in which we might overcome them, with women's leadership and Indigenous wisdom at the forefront. Alongside her husband Kenny Ausubel, Nina is the co-founder of Bioneers, a nonprofit with a mission to platform common-sense solutions to social and ecological challenges with a whole systems approach. In 2017, she and Kenny were the recipients of the Goi Peace Award. What does Nature, Culture and the Sacred teach us about becoming the leader we need to be: for ourselves, our communities, and the Earth? Plenty, actually! As the world we inhabit crumbles around us, its takes courage, humility, deep listening skills and activism to create a safer world that is respectful of women, people of marginalised identities, and greater values than chasing money and power to create resistance and change. And what can we singularly do about it? My guest on the new episode of Wild Flow podcast is Nina Simons, Co-founder and Chief Relationship Officer at Bioneers, a nonprofit that features and connects practical and visionary solutions for transforming how we relate to ourselves, each other and the Earth. Nina is recipient of the Goi Peace Award, and throughout her career, she has worked with over a thousand women leaders who are diverse across disciplines, race, class, age and orientation to create conditions for mutual learning, trust and leadership development. She produces and speaks at large-scale events to work intimately to help small, diverse groups of women leaders knit together to strengthen each other's work pursuing intersectional healing and ecological justice. This conversation inspired me so much. We touched on:Nina's connection to her cyclical nature and the sacred in her post-menopause, Her journey from theatre studies to change-maker and activist,To how we can decolonise and decondition our beliefs around what leadership is, so that more women and underrepresented peoples can step into their leadership roles,How we can re-establish Eldership, especially by encouraging post-menopausal women to share the harvest of their life lessons, And how we can mentor young people to bring in their fresh ideas and energy to help change the world. With much more besides... If you are leading the way in your community, in your work, or your family, this is for you. And if you resist embodying your full leadership potential, this too is a powerful transmission to receive. Bruce Lipton is a stem-cell biologist, best-selling author, recipient of the 2009 Goi Peace Award, and an internationally recognized leader bridging science and spirit. Dr. Lipton began his scientific career as a biologist, receiving his Ph.D. from the University of Virginia before joining the University of Wisconsin's School of Medicine in 1973. Dr. Lipton's research on muscular dystrophy, studies employing cloned human stem cells, focused upon the molecular mechanisms controlling cell behavior. His research at Stanford University's School of Medicine revealed that the environment (operating though the membrane) controlled the behavior and physiology of the cell, turning genes on and off. His discoveries – which ran counter to the established scientific view that life is controlled by the genes – presaged one of today's most important fields of study, the science of epigenetics. Dr. Lipon's revolutionary research has uncovered the missing connections between biology, psychology and spirituality. www.brucelipton.com

Bruce H. Lipton, PhD is an internationally recognised leader in bridging science and spirit. Stem cell biologist, bestselling author of The Biology of Belief and recipient of the 2009 Goi Peace Award, he has been a guest speaker on hundreds of TV and radio shows, as well as keynote presenter for national and international conferences. “The moment you change your perception is the moment you rewrite the chemistry of your body.” – Bruce H. Lipton, Ph.D. Early Work with Stem Cells Dr. Lipton began his scientific career as a cell biologist. He received his Ph.D. Degree from the University of Virginia at Charlottesville before joining the Department of Anatomy at the University of Wisconsin's School of Medicine in 1973. Dr. Lipton's research on muscular dystrophy, studies employing cloned human stem cells, focused on the molecular mechanisms controlling cell behaviour. An experimental tissue transplantation technique developed by Dr. Lipton and colleague Dr. Ed Schultz (published in the journal Science) was subsequently employed as a novel form of human genetic engineering. Epigenetics: How the Environment Controls Cell Functioning Dr. Lipton's discoveries, which ran counter to the established scientific view that life is controlled by genes, gave rise to one of today's most important fields of study: the science of epigenetics. Two major scientific publications derived from these studies defined the molecular pathways connecting the mind and body. Our mind and the way we think is the most powerful influence on our wellbeing. The vast majority of illnesses do not start in our bodies, as the old model of biology has taught in the past. Instead, we are coming to understand that it is our nervous system that reads our environment, interprets our environment and then sends control signals to our cells, which answer to these signals creating sickness or health. Today's guest, Bruce Lipton, Ph.D., is regarded as one of the leading voices of the new biology. He is an internationally recognized leader in bridging science and spirit. A cell biologist by training, Bruce was on the faculty of the University of Wisconsin's School of Medicine and later performed groundbreaking stem cell research at Stanford University's School of Medicine. This research revealed that the environment, which operates via the cell membrane, controls the behavior and physiology of the cell, turning genes on and off. Dr. Lipton's discoveries challenged the established scientific view that life is controlled by genes and paved the way for one of today's most cutting edge fields of study: the science of epigenetics, the new science of how environment and perception control genes. Dr. Lipton is the bestselling author of https://www.amazon.com/Biology-Belief-10th-Anniversary-ebook/dp/B011AE5OY6/ (The Biology of Belief), as well as The Honeymoon Effect and https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00E8SICH8/ (Spontaneous Evolution), co-authored with Steve Bhaerman. He is a recipient of the prestigious Goi Peace Award in Japan in honor of his scientific contribution to world harmony. On today's episode we talk about the epigenetic revolution of science, the relationship between thoughts and reality, how our minds are programmed when we are very young, how 65% of these programs are dysfunctional and how to rewrite these programs, placebo and nocebo effects, the power of positive thoughts and how the current crisis we are collectively living through is an opportunity for evolution. You are going to leave this interview feeling empowered, inspired and perhaps also a bit daunted. Because the takeaway is that we are largely in control of our destiny. In this episode with Dr. Lipton, you'll discover: -Why our nervous system, not our genes, determines the quality of our life...04:45 -We create the life we're programmed to create, for better or worse...12:45 -How to assess the current programming of our life...24:54 -Love versus fear as it relates to real growth and mere survival...29:05 -How it is possible to change the thought habits which write our programming...34:15 -Training the brain to respond to positive programming...49:23 -How to inform ourselves without succumbing to the barrage of negative energy in the media...55:06 -A call to the individual to exercise leadership within our communities...1:07:25 -Simply watching the news weakens the immune system, and Dr. Lipton's thoughts on vax mandates...1:11:50 -And much more... An experimental tissue transplantation technique developed by Dr. Lipton and colleague Dr. Ed Schultz (published in the journal Science) was subsequently employed as a novel form of human genetic engineering. In 1982, Dr. Lipton began examining the principles of quantum physics and how they apply to his understanding of the cell's information processing systems. He produced breakthrough studies on the cell membrane, which revealed that this outer layer of the cell was an organic homologue of a computer chip—the cell's equivalent of a brain. His research at Stanford University's School of Medicine, between 1987 and 1992, revealed that the environment, which operated via the cell membrane, controlled the behavior and physiology of the cell, turning genes on and off. Two major scientific publications derived from these studies defined the molecular pathways connecting the mind and body. Many subsequent papers by other researchers have since validated his concepts and ideas. Dr. Lipton's novel scientific approach transformed his personal life as well. His deepened understanding of cell biology highlighted the mechanisms by which the mind controls bodily functions and implied the existence of an immortal spirit. He applied this science to his personal biology and improved not only his physical well-being, but also the quality and character of his daily life. Dr. Lipton has taken his award-winning medical school lectures to the public. As a highly sought-after keynote speaker and workshop presenter, he lectures to conventional and complementary medical professionals as well as to lay audiences about leading-edge science and how it dovetails with mind-body medicine and spiritual principles. He has been heartened by anecdotal reports from hundreds of former audience members who have improved their spiritual, physical and mental well being by applying the principles he discusses in his lectures. He is regarded as one of the leading voices of the new biology.

Episode Highlights [04:24] Stem Cells and Epigenetics We lose millions of cells every minute. We get new cells from stem cells. Dr Bruce Lipton was cloning stem cells in 1967. Genetic determinism is false, as genes are merely blueprints. Your mind is the one that activates and modifies the genes. Genes do not cause diseases; instead, they correlate with them. [13:56] Genes vs. Consciousness Believing in genetic determinism can make you feel like a powerless victim. Epigenetics is about controlling your genes and knowing that consciousness is creating disease. Changing your biology and behaviour can change your life. Before you can control your genes, you need to learn how epigenetics works and how to do it. Our brains are computers; you need suitable programming. [19:35] The Power of Programs Remember that you have the power to exert control over your physiological systems and attain a healthy body. Thinking, which takes up 95% of your life, redirects the focus of consciousness inside your head and allows autopilot programming to take over. Your programs determine your life and mentality, so pay attention to them. [29:34] Three Ways to Reprogram For a Healthy Body Our two minds — the conscious and subconscious — function and learn differently. Putting your brain into theta using hypnosis can help you change a program. You need practice and repetition to create a solid program. Energy psychology is about looking at your life to find out your programs and changing the subconscious programs. [46:57] Spirituality Frequency If a television breaks, the broadcast still keeps going. Your body is the television, and you're the broadcast. In a sense, this means that you cannot die. Listen to the full episode for research on cellular electrical activity and its correlation with mothers and their children! [51:25] What Happens After Death We can keep our minds conscious about what happens in the world, but we can tune into intuition so that the deceased become part of the field of information. Communicating with the deceased at an intuitive level is possible. [52:25] How Fear Affects Programs The issues that plague the world, such as pollution and war, are created by programs. We make antibodies before we're even born. Antigens stimulate the immune response and are what our bodies use to identify pathogens. If you have a healthy body, stop looking for bad signs or symptoms. Looking or the symptoms of a disease can create them. Fear causes immune system shutdown, vulnerability, and conflict. [1:05:17] Negative Impacts of Corporations A corporation's first and foremost rule is to make money for shareholders. Pharmaceutical companies only care about making money, robbing people of their chance at a healthy body. Science has no more freedom because corporations control the flow of research. If you want to hear more about how big healthcare corporations and pharmaceutical companies exploit people for profit, listen to the full episode! [1:11:09] Does Medicine Cure or Kill? An article by Dr Barbara Starfield, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association in 2000, revealed that medicine is the third leading cause of death in the US. Iatrogenic illness refers to illness caused by medical treatment. A few years ago, an article in the British Medical Journal came up with the same results. Both prescription and illegal drugs kill people every year. We can't even trust vitamins because they're being regulated as drugs. 7 Powerful Quotes ‘Here's the point, most everybody out here has been programmed by the belief that genes provide the character of our lives, that they came from our parents and they determine our traits. And if we don't like our traits, you can't change the genes.' ‘How you see the world will determine which version of protein will be created from a gene, like a wiser realm.' ‘Then epigenetics says that my consciousness is creating this. And therefore if I change my consciousness, I change my biology, change my behaviour, I can do anything with it.' ‘Consciousness is you. Your specific identity, your spiritual domain, you, here. The rest of the brain back here is called subconscious, below conscious.' ‘You weren't there for most of the programming. It started even before you were born. And it went a whole year from zero to one — you weren't there. They went from one to two who are in therapy, you're getting programmed every day.' ‘So when the TV breaks, did the broadcast stop? The answer's no. How do you know I said, we'll get another TV, plug it in, turn it on and tune it to the station back on again. And here comes apart because this is called reincarnation, you cannot die.' ‘Evolution is community coming together in harmony. And today's world is the antithesis of evolution and evolution as one separate the world and then make polarised groups charging each other go well then there's no unity.' This is an episode with Dr. Bruce Lipton, an internationally recognized leader in bridging science and spirit. A stem cell biologist, the bestselling author of “The Biology of Belief” and a recipient of the 2009 Goi Peace Award, Dr. Lipton has been a guest speaker on hundreds of TV and radio shows, as well as a keynote presenter for national and international conferences. Dr. Lipton began his scientific career as a cell biologist. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Virginia at Charlottesville before joining the Department of Anatomy at the University of Wisconsin's School of Medicine in 1973. His research at Stanford University's School of Medicine, between 1987 and 1992, revealed that the environment, operating through the membrane, controlled the behavior and physiology of the cell, turning genes on and off. His discoveries, which ran counter to the established scientific view that life is controlled by genes, predicted one of today's most important fields of study, the science of epigenetics. This is especially of interest to our ADHD movement since the field of epigenetics essentially proves that ADHD is not a so-called ‘genetic disorder' and that nobody is predetermined to have it and in the worst-case scenario simply predisposed to it. But the power is with our minds and our ability to change our environments to better serve our individual human life experiences. Listen in to hear my conversation with the world's most passionate biologist I know, Dr. Bruce Lipton!! If you're into splitting atoms around ADHD and genes, I promise you that this is your episode! IN THIS EPISODE WE DISCUSS:
Nipun Mehta is the founder of ServiceSpace, an incubator of projects that works at the intersection of volunteerism, technology and gift-economy. What started as an experiment with four friends in the Silicon Valley has now grown to a global ecosystem of over 500,000 members that has delivered millions of dollars in service for free. Most recently, ServiceSpace's pandemic response has showcased the unique emergent beauty of its global ecosystem. Nipun has received many awards, including the Jefferson Award for Public Service, Dalai Lama's Unsung Hero of Compassion, Goi Peace Award in 2019. Few years ago, President Barack Obama appointed him to a council on poverty and inequality. Nipun is routinely invited to share his message of "giftivism" to wide ranging audiences, from inner city youth in Memphis to academics in London to international dignitaries at the United Nations; his speech at UPenn commencement in May 2012 was read by millions. He serves on the advisory boards of the Seva Foundation, the Dalai Lama Foundation, and Greater Good Science Center. Nipun's high-school goal was to either become a tennis-pro or a Himalayan Yogi. Instead, by the third year of his Computer Science and Philosophy degree at UC Berkeley, he started his software career at Sun Microsystems. Dissatisfied by the dot-com greed of the late 90s, Nipun went to a homeless shelter with three friends to "give with absolutely no strings attached." They ended up creating a website, and also an organization named ServiceSpace. Over the years, they built thousands of websites for nonprofits but also started incubating a diverse set of projects that included online portals DailyGood and KarmaTube, offline movements like Smile Cards, a pay-it-forward rickshaw in India, and Karma Kitchen restaurants in three cities across the US. In 2001, at the age of 25, Nipun quit his job to become a "full time volunteer." He didn't have a plan of survival beyond six months, but so far, so good. In January 2005, Nipun and Guri, his wife of six months, put everything aside to embark on an open-ended, unscripted walking pilgrimage in India, to "use our hands to do random acts of kindness, our heads to profile inspiring people, and our hearts to cultivate truth." Living on a dollar a day, eating wherever food was offered, sleeping wherever a flat surface was found, the couple walked 1000 kilometers before ending up at a retreat center, where they meditated for three months. Today, both Nipun and Guri live in Berkeley and stay rooted in a practice of small acts of service. The journey continues. Nipun's mission statement in life now reads: "Bring smiles in the world and stillness in my heart." You can read more about Nipun here.
Today, I am blessed to have here with me Dr. Bruce Lipton. He is an internationally recognized leader in bridging science and spirit. Stem cell biologist, bestselling author of The Biology of Belief and recipient of the 2009 Goi Peace Award, he has been a guest speaker on hundreds of TV and radio shows, as well as keynote presenter for national and international conferences. Dr. Lipton has taken his award-winning medical school lectures to the public and is currently a sought-after keynote speaker and workshop presenter. He lectures to conventional and complementary medical professionals and lay audiences about leading-edge science and how it dovetails with mind-body medicine and spiritual principles. He has been heartened by anecdotal reports from hundreds of former audience members who have improved their spiritual, physical and mental wellbeing by applying the principles he discusses in his lectures. He is regarded as one of the leading voices of the new biology. In this episode, Dr. Bruce Lipton explains the basics of what stem cells are and why they are so important in gene expression research. Dr. Lipton also emphasizes the importance of understanding that our cell receptors can pick up energy vibrations and how our cells use that information to send signals to our brains! Last but not least, Dr. Lipton discusses how stress hormones are stealing energy from our bodies and how we can reprogram our minds to limit these stressors through the fundamentals of habit changing. 90 Day Detox Program: http://www.ketokampdetox.com Order Keto Flex: http://www.ketoflexbook.com [02:05] The Basics of Stem Cells & Signals From The Environment Many of the cells in our body are embryonic cells, meaning they can replace any piece that was just lost. They can become brain, skin, muscle, bone, whatever is needed. However, we can't call a cell in an adult human an embryonic cell. So we changed the name to the stem cell. The idea that the general population holds is that genes turn on and off and, in the process, control the expression of our cells. Lipton, however, found while cloning stem cells that taking genetically identical cells and putting them in different environments made the cells show an expression that fit that environment. This shows that the expression of cells is not controlled by genes but by signals from the environment. [16:54] How Energy Frequencies And Our Cell Receptors Intertwine Cell receptors are like antennas that receive signals. Conventional people would say that receptors only respond to physical things like pharmaceutical drugs. Lipton explains that these receptors actually pick up energy vibrations. Receptors pick up signals from the environment and adjust the body accordingly to live in that environment. [19:50] How Our Frequencies Communicate With DNA to Produce Proteins When we see something we love, our brain translates that into complementary chemistry. When we are in love, dopamine is released by the brain, goes into the blood, goes into the cells, and engages them in a pleasurable sensation. Oxytocin is also released when you are feeling love. It sends the signal to your brain to bond with whatever you are feeling love towards. These love hormones promote growth and vitality. Likewise, when we see something that scares us, chemicals are also released. But on the other hand, the chemicals released when we are scared do not promote growth; they instead use that energy to get the body ready to run away. [24:16] How Stress Hormones Steal From Your Body Stress hormones cause the body to shut down the energy used in growth and maintenance, the immune system, and the system's intelligence. The immune system uses a great deal of energy; however, when the body is introduced to stress hormones, it takes energy away from the immune system and gives that energy to get the body ready for stressful situations. When this system was designed, it was helpful because, if a tiger was chasing you, after 10 minutes and you used all of your energy and escaped, you could go back to growth and health again. In today's world, however, stress is involved in so many parts of our everyday lives that we are releasing stress hormones all day, and our body is not able to maintain itself. [33:08] Knowledge Is The Key To Reprogramming The Mind The lack of knowledge is the lack of power. Big pharmaceutical companies have systematically deprived people of knowledge. We must find a balance in this world where even if someone has a different opinion, it isn't censored out of the people's view. [42:59] DNA Is A Blueprint And The Mind Is An Architect DNA can be thought of as a blueprint used to make the proteins that are the body's building blocks. This means that instead of the popular idea that genes can turn themselves on and off, they are actually just read or not read. Lipton shares that this is important because the reader of this blueprint is the brain and the mind. So as you change your perception of the world, you can change your genetic activity. As the DNA is the blueprint, the mind is the architect. Meaning that if something in the blueprint needs to be changed, it has the power to do so. This also allows it to adapt to its environment. [49:46] Reprogramming To The Side Of Abundance And Love vs. Fear The biggest problem of changing a program is to recognize that the program occurs in the subconscious. The subconscious is a habit mind, and it is not open to randomly changing a habit. It wants to hold onto that habit, and it will resist change as much as possible. There are two fundamental ways to change a habit. The first is that in the first seven years, your brain was in a state of theta, or hypnosis. Therefore, self-hypnosis is a way to change a habit. You can do this by putting earphones on at night before bed and playing a program of something you want. This works because the level of brain activity below consciousness is theta. So, the discussion is happening in your subconscious instead of your conscious brain. The second fundamental way to change a habit is practice. If you put something into practice with repetition, repetition, repetition, it will eventually become habitual. Last, there is a new form of psychology called energy psychology. Which offers what Dr. Lipton refers to it as "super learning." This new form of psychology could potentially be a huge step in changing our behaviors. AND MUCH MORE! PART 1 of 2 – Amy Reflects on The Biology of Belief with Dr. Bruce Lipton “How you respond to that person is going to be different than how I respond to that person. What does that say? It's not the person, it's what's inside of me, my own consciousness. That is where the science and the spirituality and the awareness all come together. That is where we can begin to make changes at the cellular level by shifting our unconscious awareness to conscious awareness. Many tools to get us there – meditation, yoga, nature, therapy, whatever it is - just get here.” -- Dr. Amy Robbins Episode Summary: Do you ever mean for your day to go differently than it actually does – and you're stumped as to why it went off the rails? Do you want to shift the trajectory of your life but you don't know quite how? Do you wonder how much control you actually have over your circumstances? Well… hold on to your hat! Science and spirituality fuse in this mind blowing episode where Dr. Amy Robbins reflects on her super popular podcast episode – #157 The Biology of Belief with stem cell biologist Dr. Bruce Lipton, PhD. His findings in cell biology not only changed the conversation at the medical table, he knocked the table over! Dr. Amy Robbins narrates and shares very personal impressions of their conversation. You also enjoy behind the scenes clips. Well known internationally, Dr. Bruce H. Lipton bridges science and spirit. He is a ground breaking stem cell biologist, best-selling author of The Biology of Belief, and recipient of the 2009 of the Goi Peace Award. Listen in to understand how -- using stem cell biology and quantum physics -- Dr. Bruce Lipton connects the dots through early childhood subconscious imprinting, different ways to navigate our lives, and ultimately how we can create the lives we want by changing our biology. Dr. Lipton tells us how to live our dreams. Topics We Discuss: [5:02] The premise of Dr. Lipton's work and why people have flocked to it for years. [15:15] The energy in your environment shapes your DNA! [17:15] The chemistry of your blood determines the fate of your cells. Love chemicals hate chemicals. [21:30] How to replace fear with feelings of love. [23:00] Epigenetic control of genes is like an architect's blueprint. Genes are turned on and off depending on your perception of your environment. We have control! [25:30] Deep dive and how to manage inevitable, real, human fear. [29:20] There are no genes for cancer. Lifestyle, belief, stress are the determining factors. [33:28] Take more vacations! Regular daily mind vacations are essential: walk with a friend, art class, yoga, meditation… [34:50] Positive thinking alone will not impact our lives. Rather, more mindfulness is key. We are 95% subconscious vs 5% conscious. The goal is to decrease thinking and increase conscious mindfulness. [45:38] The importance of becoming aware of your behavior. Using meditation, yoga, nature, therapy to bring your unconscious conscious. FOLLOW DR. In 1982, Dr. Lipton began examining the principles of quantum physics and how they might be integrated into his understanding of the cell's information processing systems. His breakthrough studies on the cell membrane revealed that this outer layer of the cell was an organic homologue of a computer chip, the cell's equivalent of a brain. Dr. Lipton's novel scientific approach transformed his personal life as well. His deepened understanding of cell biology highlighted the mechanisms by which the mind controls bodily functions, and implied the existence of an immortal spirit. He applied this science to his personal biology, and discovered that his physical well-being improved, and the quality and character of his daily life was greatly enhanced. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/getrealordietrying/message
95% percent of your life is coming from a subconscious program. Your life is a printout of your subconscious, and the things you wish, desire, and work hard for may not always be supported by the ingrained program you have. But what would your life be like if you learned that you are more powerful than you have EVER been taught? In this extraordinary episode, I share the screen with doctors Bruce Lipton and Tara Swart to discuss how the study of science and spirituality can help us harness our minds and take back our power. Tune in to this powerful episode Dr. Bruce Lipton and Dr. Tara Swart on How to Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind ▶️ Essential points covered in this episode: ✔️Human behavior is undermining the web of life, leading to our extinction. Stem cell biologist and epigenetics expert Dr. Bruce Lipton reminds us that it's time for us humans to change our behavior collectively. Thinking that we are in control of the environment and can dominate nature will destroy us until we change our minds and ways. ✔️ We've been programmed to have fear from the very beginning. Coming from a place of fear in response to life's stressful circumstances compels us to make decisions based on subconscious programs, beliefs, and patterns that do not follow what we truly want to achieve. ✔️Mental health crisis versus Spiritual Revolution. If only people understand that they hold MORE POWER than they think to tip the balance away from the mental health crisis to stir a spiritual revolution that will help change and save the world. ✔️People make better decisions if they're flourishing in love and trust. Do you know that an adult silverback male's stress levels affect the other gorillas' stress levels more than gorillas of equal standing? Neuroscientist Dr. Tara Swart shares that considering our commonalities with gorillas, it is worth looking at how this also rings true as we hold leadership as humans. Suppose you're a leader flourishing in trust. In that case, your amygdala, which is the seat of basic human emotions, is causing the release of oxytocin rather than cortisol, that's likely to have a ripple effect on everyone else. Dr. Bruce H.
