As a New Year's gift, the panel come bearing the bulging postbag containing our listeners' emails.  Once again we can report a high standard of literacy and a comfortingly accurate recall of matches and teams from the dim recesses of all our childhoods.  One correspondent, the self-styled King Arthur, a Liverpudlian now living in Malibu California, has written enough emails to fill three editions but he is joined as ever by the reminiscences of our widely diverse (though principally over the age of fifty) regular listeners and correspondents to whet the appetite for what is to come in 2025. “Everything from the little snacks that we bring in or the cookies we deliver at night, the Calamigos wine that we curate - it's creating these little moments for you. We try to overindulge you, so you want or need for nothing, right? But really what we want you to experience is the 300 acres. We give you a map and we want you to explore, get lost. Have an experience - climb to the top of the ranch where you can see the ocean, the vineyards from ranches next door, all the way into the valley. It's so magical.” We're in great company with Garrett Gerson, 4th Generation Owner & Co-CEO of Calamigos Ranch, perched above the quaint city of Malibu, California amidst majestic mountains and dramatic elevations. Here the Gerson family invites guests to a different time - an all-but-forgotten lifestyle of quiet elegance and unparalleled natural beauty.  What started as a family dedicated to nurturing and preserving this land over 80 years ago, transformed into a unique opportunity for them to invite, immerse and expose guests to an untouched, and elegantly rustic lifestyle, now known for being Malibu's premier location for wellness, community and celebration.  In this episode, Garrett shares stories of trials and triumphs, innovation and restoration, family and friends who over the years have created the extraordinary - turning moments into memories for locals and travelers alike.  Top Takeaways [1:50] From purchasing the original 10 acres back in 1947 to now stewarding over 300 acres across the working ranch, one thing has remained the same across generations, “come as my brother, come as my friend” as was given by the Chumash name ‘Calamigos'. [3:10] Learning from the wise words of their grandfather, Garrett and his brother have come to realize since their childhood upbringing on the ranch that “the more high-tech things get, the more high touch the experience needs to be.”  [10:10] How the Gerson family sees setbacks - such as the devastating fires that destroyed much of the ranch in the 1970's and again in the early 2020's, before being hit again by the global pandemic - as opportunities for reinvention, reinvestment, and renewal of the Calamigos commitment to its guests and community.  [19:00] Whether you visit with family or friends, for team building or to celebrate love, there is so much to see, sip and savor around the ranch and overlooking the views of Malibu coast. [23:45] Dine In Good Company with Chinese-inspired and iconic American dishes and drinks, fresh from the local land, makers and purveyors, yet rooted in childhood home-cooked memories.  [26:00] The Gerson's family motto around wellness is not about the medicine you have to take, but rather the lifestyle you live immersed in nature, and how the healthier you are, the longer you get to live and be here to enjoy it.  [27:45] How Calamigos Ranch is creating a family-focused membership club unlike many stereotypical vacation or country clubs - by being high-touch, high-experience, being with each other, immersed in nature, and making memories along the way.  Visit For Yourself Stay at Calamigos Guest Ranch Calamigos Ranch Website Calamigos Private Membership Club @calamigosguestranch @calamigosevents @calamigosmembersclub  Stay In Good Company Website

These sorry excuses for humans didn't just steal millions of dollars from Dr. Sawusch, but they watched him die over a 2 day psychotic break and did absolutely nothing... other than steal even more money from him. There is a spacial place in hell for those that take advantage of the ill and vulnerable.

The Mysterious Disappearance of Matthew Weaver. Matthew was last seen wearing a plain white or black tshirt Black dickies pants, red tennis shoes, and a red los angelous ballcap. Whats weird about this disappearance is the bizarre text messages and behavior leading up to Matthew vanishing. What makes it even more bone chilling is the location. You guessed it the Dark canyon around Malibu California….  Just like in Mitrice and Elaine's cases the Lost Hills Police Department did everything but help. Did Matthew just disappear to start a new life, or was something or someone after him like his mysterious and ominous text messages suggest…. Maybe he was a victim of a drug deal gone bad, or the new woman in his life knows more then she is letting on. Furthermore what the hell is going around Malibu, California… is it paranormal like a doorway to another dimension, a vortex, serial killer or is there a bad seed on the Lost hills Police Department. You know what they say eventually theres a trail of blood that leads back to the suspect even if it's a paranormal one. There is the possibility that there is something very, very wrong with the dark canyon.

Passages Malibu was born from a vision to assemble the finest team of professionals in the World and they have unequivocally successfully delivered on this mission, saving countless lives and rebuilding a previously unimaginable way of living for clients.   Passages Malibu is our flagship 5-Star luxury inpatient treatment center offering the most comprehensive holistic, non 12-Step drug and alcohol addiction program internationally.   One-to-One Treatment   Passages Rehab creates a team around the client in a truly 1:1 bespoke treatment model and a  recovery team usually comprises psychologists, family therapists, trainers, nurses, medical professionals, hypnotherapists, acupuncturists, spiritual counselors and many others.   Admissions Process at Passages Malibu   Upon arrival after the seamless admissions process clients are assigned their personal ten-strong team of therapists who construct a truly bespoke treatment program placing the individual at the heart of recovery and while there are some group meetings and process groups the majority of time at Passages Malibu is intensive one-to-one therapy.   Addiction Ends Here   The therapeutic approach at Passages Rehab recognizes both the success and limitations of the 12-Step model and notably take a pure therapeutic and holistic approach to recovery. Back in 2001 this revolutionary approach was integral in changing Global treatment recovery models. Fast forward to the present day and the treatment modality at Passages Malibu is often imitated yet rarely beaten in terms of long-term success and complete recovery.   Stay in Touch with the World   Passages recognize that its simply too utopian an ideal to force clients to detach from the outside world during their treatment. Many clients are leaders in business, entrepreneurs, actors, musicians and leaders in their fields and are simply unable to switch themselves off from life.   While Passages Treatment Center encourages a period of isolation in early recovery it is not enforced and the facility has lightning fast secure Wi-Fi throughout.   How much does it cost to go to Malibu Passages?   Passages Addiction Treatment Center in Malibu is one of the most successful and luxurious rehabs in the Worlds and costs between $85,000 and $120,000 for a month-long treatment program.   No expense or detail is spared and as well as World Class therapeutic delivery the cost of Passages Addiction Treatment unlocks the very pinnacle of hospitality with a number of pools, state of the art gym complete with the best personal trainers, extensive manicured grounds, and an expert chef fully versed in the benefits of nutritional rehabilitation and restoration.     The facility works extensively with many of the major health insurers in the United States and will work with potential clients and their insurers to facilitate admission.   Luxury Rehab in California   Passages Malibu Addiction Treatment Center is a luxury drenched property and since opening in 2001 this palatial estate has aged well into its elegance. Many luxury rehabs in Malibu California tend toward the grandiose yet Passages Malibu comes off as effortless and it's the little touches of seamless foresight that make the facilities rise majestically above its peers.   At Passages, we focus on healing the underlying conditions that are causing you to use drugs and alcohol. We do not use the 12-Step program because we believe that it teaches a philosophy that is detrimental to healing and can lead to relapse.   This peerless treatment facility places emphasis on healing the underlying symptoms that become the catalyst for addictive behaviors and do so by deploying a true 1:1 treatment model unmatched in the United States.   This center moves beyond the traditional 12-step model with clinically proven state-of-the-art services that keep clients engaged and enthusiastic about healing. The ‘Malibu Method' does not deal in shame nor lecture clients about disease. The Clinicians will never refer to patients as an ‘addict' or ‘alcoholic' and nor will they seek to dis-empower their identities with negativity and blame.     During treatment clients report feeling “empowered” instead of powerless as the treatment modality and temp quickly rises. The clinical approach has been a revolutionary one since 2001 and targets the causes of addiction.   The Four Causes of Addiction   Passages Addiction Treatment Center addresses four specific  underlying symptoms of addiction with the philosophy that if an individual is abusing drugs and alcohol, they'll present with at least one of these underlying conditions, though more likely most, if not all elements will be manifest in some form.   A Chemical Imbalance Events of the past you have not reconciled Current conditions you can't cope with Things you believe that aren't true   Founding Core Principles of the Passages ‘Malibu Model'   A non-12 Step program with a true one-on-one bespoke therapeutic approach. Passages believes that addiction is not a disease and is caused by one or more of four catalysts of addictive behavior. The Malibu Model believes individuals can maintain sobriety without the need for ongoing support from a sponsor. The Passages philosophy is that individuals have the power to triumph over even the most powerful addictive behaviors and that it is extremely detrimental to continually identify yourself as an addict or alcoholic. The founders of Passages believe sobriety to be a natural state that can be maintained by anyone, regardless of denomination, faith or belief in a Higher Power.   An independent rehab review by Worlds Best Rehab Press here for more Rehabs in California

And we did talk about that, and about her recovery from a serious bike crash in 2014 which still to this day affects her, but that's the most compelling part of the conversation was when talking about the Olympics and the emotional cost of just missing out on a dream. More about ScottThe greatest compliment I get is when someone says “I can't believe you are a lawyer”. I work with startup and privately held companies through the entire life cycle from formation, funding, operation and ultimately a successful exit (hopefully). I have worked in a big firm, as the general counsel for Lehman Brothers' private equity group and in my own firm (in different iterations). In all of those roles my singular focus has been business transactions.I have discovered a few things along the way, the most important of which is that I only work with people I like and that usually means a good sense of humor and passion for what you do. As a result, I am not a fit for everyone (my wife will be more than happy to tell you how difficult I can be).I have been a corporate lawyer for over 20 years. During that time I have worked through the dot.com bubble and the financial crisis (actually had a really expensive front-row seat with Lehman Brothers). In between there were a lot of successes. The tough times were likely more valuable than all of the successful times in between. Lots of people can generate documents quickly and cheaply, but knowing and understanding what can (and probably will) go wrong during your business venture can only be earned through gray hair (although some of the color and loss of hair is from my three daughters, I must admit).I have all the legal stuff you are supposed to be impressed with as well. I went to Montana State University for a Mechanical Engineering Degree (yes I can do math) then drove my pickup to Malibu California to Pepperdine University School of Law (yes you can study by the beach). When I went to law school the plan was to go back to Montana and work as a general attorney or district attorney in a small town. Five minutes into my Corporations class with Professor Kerr I was completely hooked on corporate work and my entire mindset shifted to working with entrepreneurs. I was on the law review and national moot court team which is really only impressive to other law geeks and my parents, but was required to get a job so I nerded out. I moved to the Dallas area right after graduation in 1997 to the joy of thirty plus days of 100 degree heat and the bar exam. I stayed and have called the area home since. I worked for Winstead Sechrest & Minick which at the time was a 350 plus lawyer firm. At Winstead I learned how to be not only a lawyer, but to consider things from a business perspective (thank you for that life skill).I took a job as general counsel for the private equity group with Lehman Brothers (because what could go wrong at a giant investment bank) in 2005. While I was there the business grew exponentially and scaled its operation across the globe. We invested institutional capital in private equity and venture capital funds so I was able to see the best and brightest investors in the world at work every day. Following the bankruptcy and the 18 hour days in total chaos I stayed for a few years before I decided to do what I really love which is working with entrepreneurs that put everything on the line for their companies. Nothing is more inspiring or humbling than working with these amazing people. For questions, comments, or to stay in touch please check out Thefemalefounderpodcast.com or email rachel@thefemalefounderpodcast.com

Matthew Weaver Jr. was troubled - but really not that much more troubled than any other 21 year-old young man is troubled.  So when he went for a late night ride in the hills above Malibu California in August 2018, it seemed a perfectly natural thing for him to do, to catch his breath and settle his mind.  Except that he never returned.  His car was found perilously perched at a place called Rosas Overlook, abandoned and  otherwise untouched.  Since that day, Matthew's disappearance has been treated with a level of disinterest by law enforcement that is both disheartening and infuriating.  This is the story of Matthew's family and friends, who have never given up looking for him, and who have actually done more work and uncovered more evidence than the police.  It is also the story of how law enforcement's incredible, mysteriously vague treatment of the case can lead to serious questions the police probably don't want asked.

Lee McCormick has always lived out loud. Born into a tribe of movers and shakers, he was raised between his pioneer family’s farm in Florida where his great grandparents homesteaded during the Civil War, and his Dad’s Wyoming cattle ranch. The boldness of his family and the richness of his heritage made him a passionate man. In the late ‘70s and ‘80s Lee hit the road as a singer songwriter. Talk about an education, he plunged into the lifestyle head first and headstrong. His tipping point came in 1997 when he (barely) woke up one day, realized he had an out-of-control drug problem and checked himself into rehab. In rehab, he had a profound awakening and set out on a personal quest to find REAL truth and healing in his life. His inward journey took him to Native American and Mesoamerican shamans and healers who opened him up to a universal view of life and a new paradigm for addiction treatment. In 1998, Lee founded The Ranch Recovery Center in Tennessee and later The Canyon Treatment Center in Malibu California and has been a creative force in the Mental Health and Recovery scene for over 15 years. He founded Spirit Recovery Inc. to produce Healing and Recovery conferences and Spiritual Journeys around the world, and he is a founder in Nashville’s Integrative Life Center and IOP/PHP Community Recovery program in Nashville, Tennessee. September 17, 2009. Malibu California. 24 year-old Mitrice Richardson was arrested by Los Angeles deputy sheriffs in Malibu, California, on charges of “defrauding an innkeeper” and “possession of (less than an ounce) of marijuana.” She had been acting strangely at a restaurant that evening and the manager and waitstaff were concerned for her. Richardson was brought to the remote Lost Hills sheriff’s station where she was held until shortly after midnight, and then released into a dark deserted nowhere. She had no ATM card, no purse, and no phone as it was all in her car that had been impounded. She would disappear until nearly one year later, when her body was found in an inaccessible wilderness area called Dark Canyon, in the Santa Monica Mountains. From the time that she was arrested to the time that her body was discovered, the LA Sheriffs Department was uncooperative. Join us as we discuss a tragic case involving a woman who didn't have to die.

An interview with listeners Reggie and Donna Belew From Tennessee who tell us about their vacation in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Also Puerto Vallarta Businesses Step Up to Support Mexico Earthquake Relief. Also more about Tile Park Puerto Vallarta. Hello fellow travelers, welcome this episode of the Puerto Vallarta Travel show. I am your host Barry Kessler and I am just so happy to be introducing you to my favorite vacation destination, and maybe even yours, Puerto Vallarta Mexico. Listen To The Podcast That music you were just listing to is performed by Alberto Perez, the owner of the La Palapa Group of Restaurants. Those are La Palapa, The El [caption id="attachment_196" align="alignright" width="300"] La Palapa, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico[/caption] Dorado Restaurant, and at night for dinner The El Dorado transforms into the ever so romantic Vista Grill with those dramatic views of the Los Muertos Pier all lit up at night in beautiful colors. Of course, at La Palapa you can enjoy that same view of the Los Muertos Pier all day long for breakfast, lunch or dinner, seated with your toes in the sand right at the water’s edge. It’s so romantic, it’s so Puerto Vallarta my friends! Today we will be talking with two great guests, listeners Reggie and Donna Belew from Tennessee, but before we get to them let's see what’s happening in Puerto Vallarta this week, the 26th of September, 2017. Last Tuesday morning, as I was recording the last episode of the podcast, Mexico was hit with its second major earthquake in twelve days. An earthquake with a magnitude estimated to be 7.1 hit approximately 55 km (34 mi) south of the city of Puebla. It caused major damage in the Mexican states of Puebla, Morelos and the Greater Mexico City area, including the collapse of more than forty buildings;  and although Mexico's SASMEX earthquake warning system provided 20 seconds' advance warning in Mexico City, 310 people have been reported killed, 273 of which in Mexico City and surrounding areas, and more than 4,600 were injured. Rescue missions are still underway as I speak. As I said, there had been an even larger earthquake 650 km (400 mi) away off the coast of the state of Chiapas twelve days earlier.   [caption id="attachment_1634" align="alignright" width="253"] Music For Mexico Earthquake Relief[/caption] And although Puerto Vallarta didn’t feel either shake, these earthquakes are devastating for Mexico. Earthquakes happen so fast, and are notorious not only for the death and injuries and fear they strike in people, but also for making people homeless and jobless, destroying homes and businesses. Well, I’ve got to tell you, there are a lot of people in Mexico right now who need our help. There are also quite a number of businesses and individuals in Puerto Vallarta who have teamed up to raise funds for earthquake relief. Manzon Brewery had a fundraiser, Incanto had one, They are having a show and silent auction at Act 2 on October 1st, so if you are in town, go check it out. Lots of great items being auctioned off as well as some great entertainment. I’ll even have an item in the silent auction, an opportunity to have your very own podcast episode dedicated to an individual or even a business in Puerto Vallarta, so if you are interested in having your very own episode, be the highest bidder. If you’re in town, You have to go to that as I said, if you are in town [caption id="attachment_1635" align="alignleft" width="300"] PV Mexico Quake Relief[/caption] And it’s so great to see the people of Vallarta stepping up for a great cause. And if you do choose to give to the Mexican Earthquake Relief effort, be careful who you donate to and who you donate through. Do your homework, and know that it’s not always the big name charities that do the best work for the lowest overhead, so talk to friends, check out these charities on the internet.         [caption id="attachment_1534" align="alignright" width="300"] Natasha Moraga[/caption] Now we all know that timing is everything, and  if you listened to last week’s podcast, I announced a very special project that I’ve got to tell you, got me and many of you really excited. It was the Tile Park project, the Parque de los Azulejos, in Lazaro Cardenes Park. The project is being done by the same person who did the tile wall on the Southside and in the Marina and elsewhere, Natasha Moraga. Well, last week, I announced to you that you could donate to her project, and I gave you instructions on how you could purchase commemorative tiles to be installed in Lazaro Cardenes Park, the money from those purchases, would go to help fund the project? Remember?  How can you forget? I even built a donate page on the Puerto Vallarta Travel Show website. Okay so this earthquake hits, just as the project was going to begin their fundraising efforts, so timing is everything, as I said. [caption id="attachment_1610" align="alignright" width="300"] Donate to Tile Park PV[/caption] Natasha and her people were planning on quite a few fundraising events for their project, but they are also keenly aware of the great need for money to help rebuild and uplift so many effected by these terrible earthquakes. And as I just said, there are numerous events being planned for earthquake relief right here in Vallarta. So, Natasha asked me to let you know that many of the planned fundraising public events will probably wait till probably after the first of the year, just so efforts to help with earthquake relief can proceed in earnest. And I understand her sentiments, but I just don’t want her project to get lost in the shuffle so to speak. Trying not to sound too insensitive here, I think we can think of giving to both the Tile Park project and to earthquake relief, so I’m going to keep pushing and promoting this project, El Parque de Los Azulejos. Listen folks, they are not self-funded and need the money from tile sales, personalized tile sales, to move this project forward. They need to sell commemorative tiles to help fund this project so go to the show notes to last weeks podcast as well as this one, and check out this beautiful park, Lazaro Cardenes Park, all done in beautiful mosaic tiles. [caption id="attachment_1535" align="aligncenter" width="1000"] Art Rendering Parque de Azulejos[/caption] Nat Moraga still has promised to sit with me for an interview soon, so will get that to you soon, and I’ll let you know when. As for these nasty earthquakes, these terremotos as they are called in Spanish, these Tremblors, I can definitely relate to these poor folks, I was [caption id="attachment_1538" align="alignright" width="300"] Art Rendering Parque de Azulejos[/caption] born and raised in Los Angeles, and I have lived through several major earthquakes, the latest big one, the Northridge Quake’s epicenter was not more than a ¼ mile from my home in the San Fernando Valley, and that was a 6.8. I’m telling you what, the aftershocks are what keep you up. They can be pretty frightening. Interestingly enough, Tuesday’s quake occurred on the 32nd anniversary of the 1985 Mexico City earthquake, which killed about 10,000 people, which was by the way, commemorated with a national earthquake drill at 11 a.m. local time, two hours before this earthquake struck. Kinda weird don’t you think? [caption id="attachment_1633" align="aligncenter" width="404"] Meet and Greet at Pour Favor[/caption] I’m planning a meet and greet in Puerto Vallarta for Tuesday, October the 17th at JR’s meeting place, Kelly’s Pour Favor Saloon and Cookhouse. He doesn’t know this yet, but I’m going to bring my microphones with me again, and have you tell me about what you are doing in paradise. And if you are a business and you want to make a pitch to my audience, you are more than welcome. I just have to lock down my airfare and I will be there. Guess I better tell my wife. Hummm. Yeah that would be best. See you there.   Okay, let’s get to the show and our guests, Reggie and Donna. [caption id="attachment_1638" align="alignleft" width="300"] Reggie & Donna Belew[/caption] I’ve got to say that my most popular podcast episodes are the ones with you listeners telling your stories and giving suggestions, so I’m pretty sure you are going to like my two guests. I love their accents, but hey, I’m from California and we have no accents, least that’s what I’ve been told. Reggie gave me a good review on iTunes and after I mentioned him on one of my podcasts and read his review, he followed up with an email. And it went like this… "My first visit to Puerto Vallarta was in May 1989. I was 20 years old. And I had only had two semesters of Spanish language classes in my then young lifetime.  A college buddy and myself drove over 2,000 miles (one way) from Florence Alabama to Puerto Vallarta. It took four days. And we only stayed a week. But oh my that changed my life. In 1990 I studied at the University of Guadalajara. I was able to visit Puerto Vallarta three times that year. And I traveled around Jalisco including trips to Barra de Navidad, Ameca and Tequila that summer." He also writes that he met JR on his last trip down… So I had to have Reggie on the show. His experiences, going to school in Guadalajara mirrored my own college Spanish experiences as well. When I was going to San Diego State University in 1978, I was given the opportunity to take a 6 week course in Mexico City and get a semester’s college credit for Spanish, so naturally I took advantage of it. It was a wonderful experience. I was totally immersed in the language. We lived with Mexican families, we went to class every day at 9. The Americans learning Spanish upstairs, and the Mexicans learning English downstairs. Then at noon, we dispersed and wen our own ways. I, usually with a hot Latina, and her friend…and her brother..ugh.. from class downstairs, and do stuff get totally immersed in the culture and in the language. [caption id="attachment_1626" align="alignleft" width="534"] Casa Isabel, Puerto Vallarta[/caption] By the time the 6 weeks were up, I was dreaming in Spanish, with English Subtitles.. No Lie! So Reggie did the same thing, only his university had a deal with a place in Guadalajara. Got to say, those were the greatest times. Listen To The Podcast Anyway, let’s get to Reggie and Donna and hear their stories… Gill Givens Books Vallarta's Funniest Man JR's Happy Hour Board [caption id="attachment_1655" align="alignleft" width="300"] JR s Happy Hour Board[/caption]   Restaurants They Liked Cuates y Cuetes La Palapa Freddy's Tucán Things to See and Do Xamie Ximenez the mouth painter at the arches across from the city plaza Puerto Vallarta City Tourism Office offers a walking tour free Tours to the Bell Tower at Our Lady of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Puerto Vallarta By the Rosary Bead Man Gary Thompson Sculpture Tour Print out J R's  Maps Roam the Cuale Island Gringo Gulch  Don't Forget Take good walking shoes Sunscreen Don't be afraid to try to communicate. That idea of laminating a map and directions to your hotel or condo is absolutely brilliant. Also the free city tour is a great idea. Splurge and treat yourself to a serenade. Who knows, maybe you’ll get lucky. There were a couple more great ideas but I’ll leave those for you to find when you go to the shownotes for this episode of the Puerto Vallarta Travel Show. Remember the value for value proposition. His experience and on the ground knowledge of everything Puerto Vallarta in exchange for your making a purchase of a tour that you would do anyway, you’re just doing it through him as a way of saying thank you. It costs no more than if you were to use someone else so do it. Really. And when you do take one of these tours, email me about your experiences. Maybe you can come on-board and share with others what you liked or didn’t like about the tour. Again, contact me by clicking on the Contact us tab and sending off a message. And once again, if you like this podcast, please take the time and subscribe and give me a good review on iTunes if you would. That way we can get the word out to more and more people about the magic of this place. Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Remember I made it easy for you to do just that with each episode I create. Theresa Gage was a Media and Entertainment Executive in Malibu California and had an incredibly successful career going when she made a career and life path pivot. Theresa had been climbing the corporate ladder for major companies like Pandora and Live Nation but she reached a breaking point. She quit her corporate job to travel full-time and write about it on her blog, chasingthefullmoon.com. She isn’t permanently ripcording out of the corporate life but her plan right now is to take a year away from work to travel, absorb all that goes into that and write about what it’s really like, not just post glamorous pictures on Instagram that look perfect. Midway through the conversation she says something that’s stuck with me. She was inspired by her mom that worked her entire life and saved for retirement only to pass away shortly after she finally retired. Theresa didn’t want that to happen to her so she’s pulled the ripcord on her executive life to get some clarity on what to do next. In this episode we cover... Leaving the corporate life and her personal life behind only to be courted by recruiters to pull her back. How she has designed her plan and what she is searching for. What she's leaving behind in California. How she's going to pay for it. The main motivating factor behind  living the life of travel now instead of waiting for retirement. For the listeners out there that may not want to pull the permanent ripcord on their life, Theresa is an example of still making a bold and risky decision but realizing that eventually she might go back into a life similar to the one she left behind.
