He called it the low point of the Tomlin era until the game against the Browns this past Sunday. The Penguins needed a change and Mike Sullivan was fired. The Pirates moved on from Derek Shelton and brought in Don Kelly. Where has the change been for the Steelers as they have been at the head of average for over a decade?
