Peter Anthony is a TV producer, Paranormal Investigator, a published author of several books, including Key Master and Miracle Dogs (short story), a contributing writer for several magazines across the country, including Johns Hopkins Medical Journal, and a Numerology expert. The early days of Peter's career began when he was studying to become a special effects make-up artist. Anthony received a phone call to make an appearance on Leeza Gibbons' ABC P.M. As a thriving port enterprise, New Castle served as the residence and meeting place for many who were involved with both the striving for independence and, for some, the ultimate signing of the Declaration of Independence. Tim first appeared on the comedy circuit after he pretended to be a student at The University of Cambridge in order to get into Footlights, which took him to the Edinburgh Fringe. He then started out as a stand-up comedian, and after a few bad shows, retreated and started writing poems. The short explanation... Dead by 28 would frequently perform with Rap/HipHop acts back in the early 2000's, while they were signed to B4 Records. DX28 were working with Producer Mike E. Clark (known for his work with: Insane Clown Posse, Twiztid, Kid Rock). Many of the Rap Acts we played shows with would have Diss songs in their sets, and DX28 didn't want to miss out on the fun. We decided to write our own diss song, about the band that we hated the most....ourselves. The OG version of "Your band sucks" was musically a rap/industrial hybrid, however we decided to give it a proper Dead by 28 make-over this time around. This new "Banned" version features the original Puddle of Blood line-up, along with new Guitar (by Sissie Schitz), new Drums (by Blue-Beard), new Bass ( by The Grim Reefer), new production (by Keymaster).... all provided by the current line-up of Dead by 28. And we ended the song with an all new Skit featuring a very special appearance by: Devo Spice The over indulgent explanation of how this song came about: The original version of this song appeared on an album called "The 666th Symphony" by Puddle of Blood. POB was a secret "Dead by 28" side-project featuring: Chris "Dizman of Dead by 28" Grice as "Grave-Humper", Shawn "Keymaster of Dead by 28" Shaheen as "Hell-Razor" and Multi-Platinum Producer " Mike E. Clark of Detroit Legends as "Gut-Ripper". In 2003 when DX28 were working on the album "Made in Hell", it was the follow-up to DX28's and MEC's debut album "The Spawning". Made in Hell was intended to be a very dark industrial rock album and Mike E. was Producing it at the time. During those writing sessions Shawn and Chris had written many songs that just didn't fit the Made in Hell vibe, as they were to humorous and demented for that album. The material was much riskier and was intentionally pushing the boundries of freedom of speech. They were writing original material, skits, and offensive parody songs. Eventually Mike E. showed interest and joined the experiment. They called the band Puddle of Blood and they released the debut single " Devil's Night in Detroit". It was put out as a B-side on a Dead by 28's split single in 2003. Thus Puddle of Blood was formed. With Mike now sharing in the music writing process and Shawn sharing in the engineering/production process. Chris handled most of the lead vocals , with Mike E. also sharing his voice on much of the material. All 3 of them contributed to the music writing. The band eventually recruited an additional hype-man "Davey Gravey of the underground rap act "Bag of Hammers". Mr. Gravey went by the name Johnny Lobodomy, and he left the group before the album was released. POB recorded over 30 songs/skits of offensive music that included Parodies, and a musical mix of Comedy/Horror/Punk/Rap/Industrial/Dance for the album between 2003-2005 , it was briefly shelved when Mike E, began touring. Eventually Black 13 Recordings worked out an agreement with B4 Records and they released it in 2006 (with a limited pressing on 100 CD's). The CD's were sold at Dead by 28's and Puddle of Bloods concerts in 2006-2007 in the Midwest. After those original 100 copies were gone, the music was never replicated again or released digitally. In recent years, Mike E. Clark has said that the POB material felt like the funny side of DX28 that was absent on " Made in Hell" . We felt that it was a missing link in Dead by 28's history. So with it being the 20th anniversary of those Puddle of Blood recording sessions, the 3 original members decided to give the POB material a proper digital release. We have taken our favorite songs from the original POB recordings and created a flashback to DX28's past. The Puddle of Blood Experiment features all newly remastered versions of some of the original POB songs, includes new variants of songs, Remixes, and new skits. "Your Band Sucks- Banned variant" is the first single form "Dead by 28: Flashbacks - The Puddle of Blood Experiment". And it concludes with a brand new skit featuring the rantings of FUMP royalty Devo Spice. Available on August 11th, 2023 on Black 13 Recordings. The trio responds by establishing "Ghostbusters", a paranormal investigation and elimination service operating out of a disused firehouse. They develop high-tech nuclear-powered equipment to capture and contain ghosts, although business is initially slow. After a paranormal encounter in her apartment, cellist Dana Barrett calls the Ghostbusters. She recounts witnessing a demonic dog-like creature in her refrigerator utter a single word: "Zuul". Ray and Egon research Zuul and details of Dana's building while Peter inspects her apartment and unsuccessfully attempts to seduce her. The Ghostbusters are hired to remove a gluttonous ghost, Slimer, from the Sedgewick Hotel. Having failed to properly test their equipment, Egon warns the group that crossing the energy streams of their proton pack weapons could cause a catastrophic explosion. They capture the ghost and deposit it in an ecto-containment unit under the firehouse. Supernatural activity rapidly increases across the city and the Ghostbusters become famous; they hire a fourth member, Winston Zeddemore, to cope with the growing demand. Suspicious of the Ghostbusters, Environmental Protection Agency inspector Walter Peck asks to evaluate their equipment but Peter rebuffs him. Egon warns that the containment unit is nearing capacity and supernatural energy is surging across the city. Peter meets with Dana and informs her Zuul was a demigod worshipped as a servant to "Gozer the Gozerian", a shapeshifting god of destruction. Upon returning home, she is possessed by Zuul; a similar entity possesses her neighbor, Louis Tully. Peter arrives and finds the possessed Dana/Zuul claiming to be "the Gatekeeper". Louis is brought to Egon by police officers and claims he is "Vinz Clortho, the Keymaster". The Ghostbusters agree to keep the pair separated. Peck returns with law enforcement and city workers to have the Ghostbusters arrested and their containment unit deactivated, causing an explosion that releases the captured ghosts. Louis/Vinz escapes in the confusion and makes his way to the apartment building to join Dana/Zuul. In jail, Ray and Egon reveal Ivo Shandor, leader of a Gozer-worshipping cult, designed Dana's building to function as an antenna to attract and concentrate spiritual energy to summon Gozer and bring about the apocalypse. Faced with supernatural chaos across the city, the Ghostbusters convince the mayor to release them. The Ghostbusters travel to the apartment building roof as Dana/Zuul and Louis/Vinz open the gate between dimensions and transform into demonic dogs. Gozer appears as a woman and attacks the Ghostbusters then disappears when they attempt to retaliate. Her disembodied voice demands the Ghostbusters "choose the form of the destructor". Ray inadvertently recalls a beloved corporate mascot from his childhood, and Gozer reappears as a gigantic Stay Puft Marshmallow Man that begins destroying the city. Against his earlier advice, Egon instructs the team to cross their proton energy streams at the dimensional gate. The resulting explosion destroys Gozer's avatar, banishing it back to its dimension, and closes the gateway. The Ghostbusters rescue Dana and Louis from the wreckage and are welcomed on the street as heroes.  TOP 5​Before the Ghostbusters become established in New York City, they release a commercial to advertise their services. The three original members — Peter Venkman (Bill Murrey), Ray Stantz (Dan Aykroyd), and Egon Spengler (Harold Ramis) — appear on television, with the number 555-2368. During the film's theatrical release in 1984, Ivan Reritman ran that very same commercial, which allowed people to call in. Callers would hear a pre-recorded message from Bill Murray and Dan Aykroyd, who announced that they were unable to answer as they were busy busting ghosts! The number received 1,000 calls every hour, 24 hours a day, for several weeks! Sadly, the line is no longer operational, so if you're being troubled by strange noises in the middle of the night, or you're experiencing feelings of dread in your basement or attic, we don't know what to tell you!“Ghostbusters” is such an iconic title — so much so, that many fans still haven't noticed that, following the opening scene in the New York Public Library in the original 1984 film, the title that appears on the screen is actually two words and not one, reading “Ghost Busters”! Before the filmmakers settled on the now iconic title, Dan Aykroyd originally considered the title “Ghost Smashers”, while “Ghostbreakers” was also an option. The sign outside the Ghostbusters fire station in New York even had variations of these titles during production. “Ghostbusters” wasn't available because of Filmation's Ghostbusters (1975), an unrelated TV series (there's also a 1986 cartoon). In the end, Columbia Pictures obtained the rights, while The Real Ghostbusters (1986 — 1991) was so named to distinguish it from the Filmation version.Despite becoming one of the most iconic characters in the entire Ghostbusters franchise, Slimer is never actually name-dropped in either of the two movies, Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters II (1989). However, he was referred to as “Onionhead” by the crew of the original film. The “ugly little spud” wasn't actually named “Slimer” until the animated show, The Real Ghostbusters, in which he's part of the team. It's this that inspired his more friendly cameo in Ghostbusters II, in which he offers Louis Tully (Rick Moranis) a ride in a town car. Slimer isn't the only ghost in the original movie who isn't referred to by the name we now know him by Gozer's two minions, Vinz Clortho/the keymaster and Zuul/the gatekeeper are never referred to as "terror dogs", despite the hellhounds now being synonymous with the name.As well as being called “Onionhead” by the crew members of the original 1984 film, Slimer also went by another name — “The Ghost of John Belushi”, something Dan Aykroyd started. Aykroyd has since confirmed that Slimer was heavily inspired by the late John Belushi. For starters, the green spook's hankering for food was based on Belushi's cafeteria scene in National Lampoon's Animal House (1978). The role of Peter Venkman was originally written for the actor, however, he passed away while Aykroyd was working on the script in early 1984. While there are no direct references to the actor in the film, there are plenty throughout IDW's Ghostbusters comic book series, some of which even feature Belushi's character, “Joliet” Jake Blues, from The Blues Brothers (1980), which also stars Dan Aykroyd as Elwood Blues.Once the Ghostbusters cross the streams, the rift between the two dimensions causes the Marshmallow Man to explode, raining down marshmallow on the unsuspecting New Yorkers below. But getting that amount of actual marshmallows to dump on the film's extras was implausible. Instead, Edlund's team collected 500-gallon batches of shaving cream to substitute for the remnants of Mr. Stay-Puft. William Atherton, who played EPA villain Walter Peck, was skeptical about having such a large amount of heavy cream dropped on him, so they tested the idea on a stuntman using only 75 pounds, and it knocked him to the ground. We take a look at the man who had a hand in creating the legend of the Chelsea Hotel, historical manager Stanley Bard who worked at the hotel from 1957 until he was ousted in 2007. As well as a shrewd manager, businessman and lover of a good argument, he was the "patron" who brought many of the names to the Chelsea that made it so famous.

After 15 years with a top 10 West Coast CPA, most recently as their CEO and Managing Partner, Martin left the world of big firms to found KeyMaster, which invests in and manages accounting related businesses. Along with his partner Kristen, Martin manages Bookkeeping & Advisory, which provides distributed share bookkeeping, controller and CFO advisory services. The company has expanded rapidly to 20 advisors serving clients across the country in a multitude of industries. An avid cyclist, Martin serves on the Board of Trustees of Pacific University and the Board of Directors of New Avenues for Youth and Cycle Oregon. Martin has a law degree from the Northwestern College of Law at Lewis and Clark College and a Bachelor of Arts from the Robert D. Clark Honors College at the University of Oregon.
