Hello, and welcome to the April edition of Miss Next Game, this time running to a slender time of two-point-five hours! In this month's packed episode, we have a Team Talk on the most vanilla, yet most customisable, roster in the game: the mighty Humans. Mik's Hobby Masterclass gives us a good foundation talk of Airbrushing, before we head into a focussed and sinewy Tournament Roundup. Our Talking Point for the month is dealing with disappointment in Blood Bowl, be it diriven by a single failed dice or amalcontentment with the game as a whole. And, as ever, we dash headlong for the finish line with another stout and hearty edition of NAF Name or Nonsense. What are you waiting for? Dig in!
Jonny and Richard have a terrible idea for their Eagle limo. Also in this episode, bargaining for a car, Vitaraizing, the first Shortsman of spring, the Porsche 718 Spyder RS and paying more for inconvenience, a disintegrating 206 on a motorway, unexpected wheel lock-up, top of the plops, Cruella de Vil's clutch control, hand built cars, the truth about mk3 MR2s, influencers and L322s, 20 years of the Veyron, an embarrassing moment with Seasick Steve, and a Madonna song ruined.

We return from break and return to form with 1986's Howard The Duck, co-winner of the 7th Golden Raspberry for Worst Picture. We couldn't pass up the chance to tackle what will inevitably become the 1st movie in the MCU now that Spider-Man: No Way Home opened the multiverse door. We test Joe's knowledge of noir slang, delve into Howard's comic origins, address a problematic elephant in the room, and we talk entirely too much about duck nipples (which just shouldn't be a thing). Learn entirely too much about a comic book duck-person and see how Jack fixes this surprisingly fun Razzie-winner. Does Jack's fix do Howard justice? Let us know at derazzledpodcast@gmail.com! John McDavitt is a professional artist who has made his living as an artist and designer serving clients for the past 30+ years. He began airbrushing t-shirts at the age of 18. Airbrushing led to being hired as a consultant for Badger Airbrush. His strong drawing and painting skills along with his background in special f/x makeup made for a natural transition into toy design. Projects have included Happy Meal toys, ride-on toys, games, pinball machines and Thomas the Train wooden vehicles. John has painted many residential and public mural projects over the years. In 1999, John purchased a Mac computer and began working in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. He is also proficient in Procreate. His product catalog includes Star Wars, Disney Princesses, Winnie the Pooh, Spider-man and other Marvel properties and Thomas the Train. John hosts The Breakthrough Creative, a show about ‘the business of art and the art of business' where he interviews creative professionals about their career journeys and shares insights from his own experience. http://mcdavittdesign.com/ www.DailyCreativeHabit.com

Do you want the SECRETS to that beautiful coveted airbrush glo? I am spilling all my secrets, and so is Norvell-one of the top leading airbrush manufacturers in the world. Personally, I have airbrushed for over ten years, so I have sprayed thousands and thousands and thousands. Listen to episode one on how I got my start into the world of airbrushing. Any airbrush situation you can think of, I have been in and figured it out. Having airbrushed our regular clients, to entertainers, top models and pageant winners- it is my job to perfect that Bronzy glo. Airbrushing is a true science, it is a chemical reaction with your skin. Understanding the science behind it, as well as what works best on different skin tones is essential. In this episode, we go behind the scenes with the maker of Norvell, the solution I have used to build my airbrush business-one of the services we offer in my day spa. The world of airbrushing is a multi billion dollar a year business, and a great add on for a day spa. Let's learn in this episode how to get the BEST airbrush glo; how to get out of any tricky situation, the science behind your airbrush, what you need to do to properly prep your skin for your airbrush spray tan and how to make your tan last the longest. So let's get started and learn the secrets behind that glo with Brandon Cardinal of Norvell Sunless Inc. Show Highlights: Let's talk about DHA. What exactly is and how does it make you tan? Why is PH balance important? What should it be and how does a client get optimal PH before they get a spray tan? Why can't you sweat after a tan? Why do the tans only last 4-7 days? How should we be taking care of our skin at home for those who cannot get to a spa? How come some people's tans come off easily and others stay on longer? Why is my airbrush darker than my self tanner lotion? Will an airbrush protect me from the sun? What are some reasons you see an airbrush spray tan gone wrong? How should you properly prepare for a tan? How should you extend your tan? Your tan turned patchy and splotchy. What happened? The team get together to talk rocket stories and some workshop talk with you on this episode. We talked about some of the entries seen at our club's Apollo 11 tribute launch on July 20, 2019. One of which was a wonderful gold painted Saturn V by our club member, Casey Anderson. After that, we delved into our most challenging rocketry projects -- our personal "Project Apollo", if you will, along with a listener story. We shared listener JE Thompson's story, and audio from his video (See below) https://youtu.be/Nahu9h1fitc Gheem talks about his story, and CG recounts his story to his toughest project to date, his Level 1 certification. He went for the gusto, and not the simple tried and easy approach...because...he loved the challenge. LOL. Daniel the Rocket n00b joins us to talk about his first major rocket project using an Airbrush to paint it off, and shares what he learned so far.
