George Ogilvie, President and CEO of Arizona Sonoran Copper (TSX:ASCU – OTCQX:ASCUF), joins me outline the updated resources at the Cactus Project in Arizona, that contains over 11 billion pounds (“lbs”) of copper in all categories – 7.3 billion lbs of copper in measured and indicated, and 3.8 billion lbs in the inferred category. We start off discussing the key metrics and takeaways from this updated resource estimate, and George outlines that it is because of all the drilling the company has done at the MainSpring Property, had not been included in this study yet, which brought in 1.9 billion lbs of copper. Since Mainspring was amenable to open pit mining, this also allowed for Parks-Salyer to be transitioned into an open pit scenario as well, bringing in an additional 1.5 billion lbs of copper. Now that there is an enlarged pit, it confirms Parks/Salyer and MainSpring as one deposit, renamed to “Parks/Salyer.” This transition to open pit mining increases the efficiencies, improves costs, reduces capex, and takes away the need to put in the twin declines initially proposed. There will be a Preliminary Economic Assessment coming out in the next few weeks that will wrap some economics and other mine development data around the combined project. After that PEA, then all of the ongoing infill drilling at MainSpring and also deeper at Cactus West looking for more sulphide resources will all factor into a larger combined PFS for the whole Cactus Project, Parks Salyer, and Mainspring, both as a stand-alone project, and in concert with the Nuton leaching technology in 2025. That PFS study for next year will also review the optionality to improve the process with the investment by Nuton LLC (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rio Tinto) and subsequent option to Joint Venture (“JV”) the Cactus Project to Nuton LLC using their proprietary leaching recovery methods. George also provides some updates on permitting for the project, and the importance of it being on private land to help expedite the process. If you have any follow up questions for George about Arizona Sonoran, then please email me at Shad@kereport.com and I'll get those forwarded along to the company. In full disclosure, Shad has a position in Arizona Sonoran Copper at the time of this recording. Click here to visit the Arizona Sonoran website to read over all the recent news.

Why has the Economy dept not made getting a plan to spend half a billion a priority?
In the final episode of Season One of our Green Hydrogen series, we're looking at how Hydrogen might be useful to aid hard-to-abate industries such as Steel in achieving a zero-carbon future. Let's get serious about carbon intensity for a minute: the steel industry produces approx 2.6 GIGATONS* of carbon emissions annually, that's over 7% of total global emissions and it's a product that is not optional in today's world. If you're having a hard time wrapping your head around that number, I give you a great example further down with a reference for further reading. For this final episode of the season, Joachim von Scheele, Global Director of Commercialization for leading gas retailer, Linde, has set his sights on decarbonizing Steel and other large industry emitters through energy efficiency and, yes, Green Hydrogen. As a longtime Global leader for Linde, Joachim has spent his 20 year career living and working in India, China, and Europe where these hard-to-abate industries are critical parts of the economy and the world's construction process. Today, he provides a crash-course in steel manufacturing and Hydrogen production, along with a vision for how green hydrogen could possibly be the answer to decarbonizing this energy intensive sector. And we're not just day-dreaming, here, Joachim gets calls daily from the industry leaders who are looking to transition to “green steel”. The demand has arrived, but who will meet it? Listen Now, on SunCast. *the prefix “giga” means 109, or one billion (1,000,000,000). Hence terms like “gigawatt” or “gigahertz.” Thus, a gigaton is equivalent to a billion metric tons. So, 2.6 Gigatons = roughly 38 Billion Pounds (plus a little), therefore about 5.5 times the entire Human population in CO2 is being released into the atmosphere each year just by Steel alone. Hey Weight Loss Nation! www.TheWeightLossNation.com I am not a Doctor….nor am I a nutritionist or dietician. In fact, I have no degree in health whatsoever. I research fruits, vegetables and grains online…..just like anyone would do. Therefore…..the information I am providing you is INFORMATIONAL and for your entertainment only. If you have a medical condition or injury and you are going on a diet or meal program, please check with your physician first…. prior to beginning any diet or exercise program. With that said…..let’s learn some things about Blueberries! BLUEBERRIES THE KING OF ANTI-OXIDANTS! HISTORY Blueberries are “Native” to North America. We finally have a GREAT Food Representing US! In early America, The Native Americans recognized the health benefits of blueberries using them for medicinal purposes and as flavoring in their foods. It wasn’t until 1910, that Frederick Coville, an American Botanist, discovered blueberries could only thrive in “acidic soil.” In 1911, Elizabeth White, daughter of a New Jersey cranberry farmer read Coville’s Experiments in Blueberries….and invited Coville to use the family farm to partner with her in his experiments in blueberries. In 1916 White & Coville harvested & sold the FIRST COMMERCIAL CROP of “highbush” blueberries in Whitesbog, NJ. “High Bush” means it grows tall!......Blueberries grow on bushes that reach a height…..of about 6 to 8 feet. They also produce a larger amount of berries on the bush. By contrast….”Low Bush” Blueberries…a.k.a. “wild blueberries” grow close to the ground….being no taller than 2 feet high. The berries are smaller and “sweeter” than “High Bush” Low Bush berries are very “hardy” plants, and do well in different types of soil and climate. Between the years 1942 – 1962, “Blueberry Fever” swept the nation and more than 200,000 seedlings were spread across 13 states! By 2014….Blueberry Production across 5 Continents rose to over 1 Billion Pounds! That’s a LOT of Blueberries! Within the United States….the top Four States that produce “highbush” variety of blueberries are - Michigan, Washington, Georgia and Oregon. 60% of the “High Bush” blueberries grown in those States are sold as “Fresh Blueberries” just like you buy a “pint of blueberries” in the store ….and the other 40% are converted into juices, jams or dried fruit. The State which produces the largest amount of “low bush” blueberries is….the State of Maine. More than a dozen U.S, States grow blueberries commercially, and all together, they produce over 550 million pounds of blueberries! Even though the U.S. grows an enormous amount of blueberries, the majority of blueberries consumed in the U.S. is imported! Chile and Canada supply the U.S. with the majority of imported blueberries. BENEFITS OF BLUEBERRIES I’ve stated several times on this show…….dark colored fruits and vegetables get their color due to the Flavonoid called “Anthocyanin” Flavonoids provide the powerful anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory properties and ……they produce the vibrant, dark color in foods. That means that Blueberries…..are part of our “Pac Man” Family! No surprise there Nation! Flavonoids like….”Flavonois” and “Flavan-3-ols” are highly effective in “searching, Fighting and help in Destroying Free Radical Cells” in your body, that cause cancers. Blueberries also contain Vitamin C, Vitamin A and with the powerful Flavonoids – they help decrease inflammation in the body and help inhibit the growth of cancer cells related to esophageal, lung, mouth, endometrial, pancreatic, prostate and Colon Cancers. Blueberries also contain Folate. Folate plays a role in DNA Synthesis and repair. This can help prevent the forming of cancer cells due to mutations in DNA. Blueberries also contain iron, phosphorous, calcum, magnesium, manganese, zinc and Vit K. What a friggin nutrient-rich Fruit! You Go Blueberry! All of those vitamins and minerals are components of bones. Iron & Zinc play Crucial roles in maintaining bone strength and elasticity of joints. When you have a good intake of Vitamin K you will improve calcium absorption which may help reduce calcium loss or breaking of bones. Blueberries have a HUGE amount of Vit C. One Cup of Blueberries provides 24% of the recommended daily allowance of Vitamin C. Vit C also is an essential nutrient and works to prevent skin damage caused by the sun. Flavonoids have a unique relationship with Vit C, by helping “transport” Vit C throughout your body. Flavonoids also help regulate the function of an enzyme called “Ascorbate Oxidase” which converts Vit C into a NON Vitamin form. I have no idea why that is important to the cells in your body…..but it is….so eating foods rich in Vit C and Flavonoids is important! Blueberries also have a HIGH amount of FIBER. One Cup of Blueberries has 3.6 grams of Fiber! Studies have shown that Type 1 Diabetics who eat high amounts of Fiber, have lower low blood glucose levels and Type 2 Diabetics who eat high amounts of Fiber may also improve their fat and insulin levels. HUGE benefit for Diabetics! Fiber also will help to prevent CONSTIPATION. Fiber helps maintain regularity in the digestive tract. Fiber functions as a “bulking agent” in the Digestive System. High Fiber also makes you feel full! When you feel full ……you don’t EAT as much! That automatically reduces your Calorie intake. Blueberries also have Vit B6 and Folate which helps prevent the buildup of the compound known as “Homocysteine.” Excessive buildup of Homocysteine in the body can damage the blood vessels and lead to heart problems. Blueberries also contain the phytonutrient called “Resveratrol” Sound Familiar……of course it does! There have been lots of publicized research on RED wine, which contains Resveratrol. The Resveratrol is found in the skin of red grapes…..but….Resveratrol is also found in BLUEBERRIES! The Resveratrol is found in smaller amounts in Blueberries, but HEY……Resveratrol is an anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory phytonutrient! Blueberries also help nervous system responses, by protecting nerve cells from “oxidative” damage with those FREE Radical Cells. This can help with Cognitive Function…… www.TheWeightLossNation.com NUTRITIONAL VALUE Finally…… let’s take a look at the actual nutritional value of just ONE CUP Of Blueberries! Calorie wise……One Cup of Blueberries has about 80 calories. There is NO Cholesterol and 1.1 gms. Of Protein. There is 21 gms of Carbohydrates AND …..3.6 gms of FIBER. Wooooo HOOOOO! There is about 14 gms of sugar. 24% of Vit C 5 % of Vit B6 36 % of Vit K 9mg of Calcium .5 mg of iron 114 mg. of Magnesium 18 mg of Phosphorus 0.25 mg of Zinc and 9 mg of Folate. Blueberries also contain copper, Beta-Carotene, choline, Vit A, Vit E And…..Manganese. Blueberries are definitely the King of Anti-Oxidants !! Good morning, welcome to Payments Monitor, my name is Faisal Khan, today is the 13th of October 2015, some trending stories today are: TOP STORIES Author, Speaker, Futurist and CEO of Moven, Brett King announced at Sibos today that Moven raised US$ 12 Million in a Series B financing round led by Route 66 Ventures, bringing the total capital raised to US$ 25 Million. What started out as a mobile based PFM / wallet, is now more of a cooperative mobile app, that has licensed deals with banks in the regional countries Moven is operational. Good going Sir. Navi Ravikant, of AngelList has ventured East and won. The cofounder of AngelList has managed to secure US$ 400 Million from China! CSC Ventures, the US arm of China Science and Merchants Investment Management Group is pushing the private equity money to US and wants a piece of the action on all the potentials that AngelList can throw at them. Needless to say, this is going to shake a few trees on Sand Hill Road. Worldpay made its debut in UK on the London Stock Exchange, valuing the company at 4.8 Billion Pounds. Towards the end of the day, shares were trading at the debut price range. WorldPay has raised 2.5 Billion Pounds from the IPO. Twitter Cofounder & CEO Jack Dorsey is going to be giving the pink slips to about 8% of its global workforce under a new restructuring plan. J P Morgan Chase executive James Staley has been picked as the front-runner for the Barclays CEO position, a void left after former CEO Antony Jenkins left in wake of financial problems at the British Bank. Joining other countries, India and China are now issuing guidelines for taxi-hailing apps. BLOG OPINION Facebook’s new product called Canvas allowed users to tap on carousel format ads, and rather than be taken to the advertisers own website (which often takes time to load), product pages will load directly within Facebook. Yet another step closer for Facebook before it becomes the Shopify of the Internet world. E-Commerce is just around the corner. ONE LAST WORD… Microsoft now has 25 active money transmitter licenses in the US, my sources tell me an all new adaptive payment app is ready at Microsoft, just cannot be launched because not all the licenses are in (especially, NY, CA and TX). The app which will work with Skype and natively within Windows 10 and Windows Mobile has been in development for over two years internally within Microsoft. That’s all for today, my name is Faisal Khan and you’ve been listening to the Payments Monitor.
