In this thought-provoking episode of Thinking Out Loud, Nathan and Cameron tackle the popular atheist claim that the existence of God is an "extraordinary claim" requiring extraordinary evidence—flipping the script by examining the hidden assumptions and metaphysical commitments of skeptics themselves. Drawing on insights from thinkers like Richard Swinburne and Charles Taylor, they unpack why belief in an intelligible universe, laws of logic, and human consciousness are themselves extraordinary—and why secular worldviews often rest on faith-like assumptions. Perfect for Christians seeking a deeper, intellectually rigorous faith, this conversation explores how to respond to modern skepticism with confidence, nuance, and historical awareness. Whether you're engaging with "New Atheism" online or wrestling with tough questions about science, faith, and meaning, this is a must-watch for anyone serious about theology and cultural engagement.DONATE LINK: https://toltogether.com/donate BOOK A SPEAKER: https://toltogether.com/book-a-speakerJOIN TOL CONNECT: https://toltogether.com/tol-connect TOL Connect is an online forum where TOL listeners can continue the conversation begun on the podcast.

At Glastonbury, Britain's biggest music festival, two artists called out Israel's genocide in Gaza and accused the British government of complicity. On-stage remarks by one of them - Bob Vylan - plunged the country's public broadcaster, the BBC, which livestreamed the performance, into yet another Gaza-shaped row. Contributors: Des Freedman – Author, The Media Manifesto Peter Oborne – Journalist and broadcaster Karishma Patel – Former newsreader, BBC Justin Schlosberg – Professor of Media and Communications, University Of Westminster On our radar: In the United States, Zohran Mamdani has secured the Democratic nomination for New York mayor, despite relentless media attacks that focus less on his policies and more on his outspoken stance against Israel's war on Gaza. Tariq Nafi reports. Palestinians are seen as some sort of existential threat, just for being there While debates rage in international media over phrases like “from the river to the sea” and “death to the IDF,” far less scrutiny falls on the anti-Palestinian abuse that has become normal inside Israel - from pop songs to viral chants. Palestinian analyst Abdaljawad Omar joins us from Ramallah to unpack this everyday Israeli racism. Featuring: Abdaljawad Omar – Lecturer, Birzeit University

The hypocrisy of being watch listed while the obvious history of systematic oppression being waged against black people. Well documented acts of violence, sabotage, entrapment by Intelligence agencies like the FBI, CIA and other shadowy groups that have usurped authority over black progress and self-autonomy. Truthfully, we remind them on their own injustices towards other human beings, instead of deep-rooted reflection and change. Their defense mechanism is to label us everything they are. This is the spirit of slander which spiritually is of a dark force that operate within a institution that thrives off of mistreatment, mockery and false accusations. As we strive for righteousness our good works are often ignored while lies, defamation is labeled as truth. This channel despite heavy censorship and me personally being attacked both socially, financially our GOD and POWER have allowed millions of people to hear that platform. Even as they used trickery to create stumbling blocks it's a solid body of work online to teach, edify, and educate those who seek repentance, salvation all while finding out our true history and identity meant to be lost in time. But the truth stands and faith shall wax strong despite opposition.

Few things create more frustration in a marriage than the feeling of a double standard—when it seems like the rules are different for you than for your partner. Whether it's around emotional regulation, how long you're “allowed” to feel upset, or what tone is acceptable from whom, these invisible imbalances quietly erode trust and connection over time. In this episode, we unpack the real-life double standards men and women often feel in marriage—and how those dynamics are deeply tied to core fears like unfairness, rejection, or not being heard. We're not here to point fingers—we're here to name the patterns, give them language, and teach you how to break the cycle without turning on each other. You'll learn how to move beyond keeping score, how to express your needs without weaponizing them, and how to create emotional safety when things feel uneven. If you've ever thought, “Why is it okay when they do it, but not when I do?”—this one is for you.
As a British-Iranian, I've stayed quiet on the Israel-Iran conflict for too long. But with the Western media's one-sided narrative in overdrive, it's time to speak up.This episode isn't about picking sides — it's about exposing the double standards, the silence on real atrocities, and the dangerous games being played in our name.
In this episode some of the ways in which the co-creative dance between the sexes has broken down.I explore how modern narratives misunderstand the age old duality of masculine vision paired with feminine expression. I talk about what people really didn't get about the Mrs. Degree conversations from the past in addition to why it shouldn't be controversial to say that most people just want to get together and have kids. Listen in to learn about how greater male variability works, the real reason women choose caregiving professions, and more.Timestamps:00:00 - 00:36 Trailer00:36 - 01:35 Episode Overview01:35 - 04:01 Why don't women ask men out?04:01 - 05:18 Double Standards for Men05:18 - 06:41 What does happiness depend on?06:41 - 08:47 Is college still the best place to find your future partner?08:47 - 10:13 Understanding Greater Male Variability10:13 - 12:29 What do women dream of?12:29 - 15:36 Most people wanna get married and have family15:36 - 17:09 How does a woman find fulfillment?17:09 - 18:51 When a woman wants to be the best in her field?18:51 - 19:59 Final thoughts and key takeaways19:59 - 20:37 Outro_______________________If you found some value today then help me spread the word! In this urgent and thought-provoking episode of "Impact Theory with Tom Bilyeu," Tom and co-host Drew dive headfirst into some of the most consequential geopolitical and domestic events unfolding right now. The conversation kicks off with escalating tensions in the Israel-Iran conflict, speculation about U.S. involvement, and global reactions to the prospect of another major war in the Middle East. With the world watching as superpowers and regional players clash over nuclear ambitions, Tom and Drew provide a nuanced and unflinching analysis of the moral dilemmas, double standards, and historical context driving events on the ground. Together, Tom and Drew untangle the complicated web of alliances, power imbalances, and ideological clashes between democratic West and theocratic regimes. Very few men think of relationships in the frame of the “sexual marketplace,” although the rules and principles of attraction and connection can very much be understood as an economic model, of sorts, of perceived value. And, the man who offers the most perceived value, is the man who gets the girl. Whether you're married or single, understanding the intricacies and nuance of what makes a man attractive to a woman will help him get more of what he wants from her. My guest today, psychologist Orion Taraban joins me to discuss these dynamics between men and women so we all get more of what we're after in relationships. We cover the importance of knowing your value and knowing what is valuable to the opposite sex, why love has little or nothing to do with attraction, what is known as the “Madonna-Whore Complex,” the concepts of Captains and Passengers as it relates to dating and mating, the difference between talking and communicating, and how best to make yourself more attractive. This episode dives into a disturbing trend of weekly left-wing terror attacks across the U.S. over the past three months, highlighting how mainstream media personalities like Jake Tapper attempt to downplay or deflect these incidents. We examine the origins of this violence, from figures like Luigi Mangione to broader ideological influences rooted in Marxist tactics. The discussion also confronts media bias in framing political violence, the rise of antisemitism within the left, and the failures of political leaders to condemn escalating attacks—while exposing the contradictions in coverage of right-wing extremism. A candid breakdown of the current political climate and the urgent need to recognize and address left-wing violence head-on.
Are standards just high, or are some of us crossing into entitlement? In this episode, Dr. Gabe and the team host a thought-provoking exploration of entitlement among Black women in today's society. The discussion digs into the nuanced difference between having standards and being entitled, questioning whether societal conditioning and cultural norms have allowed expectations to get out of balance—especially when it comes to relationships and gender roles within the African American community.Need relationship advice? In this episode, we're diving into something that doesn't get talked about enough - the double standards at midlife for men and women - in the press and in society as a whole. Increasingly, and brilliantly - midlife women are being encouraged to see this stage of their life as empowering and liberating - a positive midlife crisis - as they question their marriages, sexuality and what's next for them. However, for men, this stage of life is often mocked. They're labelled as grumpy, broken, or just going through a cliché.We've seen this first-hand. James has faced resistance from female journalists unwilling to even entertain the idea of male midlife struggles — writing it off as “just another moan from a middle-aged man.”But here's the truth: both men and women deserve space to evolve, reflect, and grow in this season of life — without shame or judgment. So today, we're calling out the bias, sharing our personal experiences, and exploring how we can rewrite the narrative — together.Let's get into it.IBIZA RETREAT: https://themidlifementors.com/retreats/JAMES' BOOK: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Midlife-Male-Handbook-Thriving-Andropause/dp/0912106395The Midlife Male Handbook available now:AmazonWaterstonesWH Smith Please remember, if you find the show helpful or it makes you laugh, motivates and inspires you - please do like, share and rate us. In this explosive commentary, the speaker draws parallels between current political unrest and historical authoritarian regimes, slamming what they describe as a "dual justice system" favoring the left. From Nancy Mace's push to expel a fellow congresswoman, to media theatrics at ICE facilities, to the looming debt crisis and Republican infighting, the episode weaves together fiery rhetoric and bleak warnings. Featuring critiques of Trump advisers, Democrat protest tactics, and GOP economic policy, it paints a grim picture of delusion, dysfunction, and potential economic collapse.

Across two intense segments, the hosts delve into what they argue is a dangerous normalization of political violence and performative victimhood on the American left. They highlight incidents involving Representative MacIvor's confrontation with ICE, James Comey's “86 47” seashell photo, and a broader media culture that appears to celebrate revolutionary posturing and rage as social currency. By drawing parallels to January 6th protesters and historical figures like Che Guevara, the discussion critiques what they see as the left's selective moral outrage, a cultivated media environment of double standards, and the incentivization of outrage for fame, power, or book sales.
This heated radio commentary criticizes prominent Democratic figures—including Rep. LaMonica McIver, Gov. Tim Walz, and former FBI Director James Comey—for allegedly justifying or normalizing violence in political discourse. The hosts argue that a dangerous double standard exists: violence from the political left is excused as protest, while similar actions from the right are harshly punished. The discussion spans topics from ICE agent confrontations and Tesla dealership attacks to an IVF clinic bombing and perceived media gaslighting, suggesting an alarming cultural shift toward legitimizing left-wing violence as acceptable political expression.

In this explosive commentary, the host dissects the newly released "Herd Tapes," where President Joe Biden is heard discussing classified documents and his handling of them—raising serious legal and ethical questions. The transcript reveals Biden admitting to behavior that mirrors what former President Trump is being prosecuted for, yet facing no consequences. With sharp critique and detailed analysis, the episode highlights what the host calls the blatant double standard in the justice system, liberal privilege, and political protection. Featuring reactions from Maria Bartiromo, Kash Patel, and Dan Bongino, this episode dives deep into the unraveling credibility of federal institutions and the political immunity enjoyed by elites.
This intense segment tackles the disturbing normalization of death threats against Republican lawmakers, with a spotlight on Rep. Nancy Mace's recent visit to Greenville. Mace addressed the media's downplaying of a serious threat against her by referring to the 19-year-old suspect as a "teen," despite his adult status and the violent nature of his threat. The commentary criticizes media framing, political double standards, and the growing tolerance of extremist rhetoric on the left. Drawing parallels to historical revolutions, it warns of the dangerous path toward political violence if such threats continue to be minimized. Featuring emotional remarks from Mace, this piece urges the public and justice system to take these threats seriously—before someone gets killed.
In this explosive broadcast, hosts unpack a stunning sequence of revelations surrounding President Joe Biden's health and legal exposure—raising chilling questions about transparency, media complicity, and weaponized justice. The episode begins by dismantling the timeline of Biden's alleged cancer diagnosis, exposing hints dating back to 2022—including public statements, suspicious absences, and a cryptic admission from his brother. Was his condition hidden to protect his re-election bid? And why is the revelation conveniently timed alongside damning audio from DOJ interviews? Listeners are walked through Biden's own words as he seemingly confesses—lucidly and without dementia—to the same classified document violations for which Donald Trump faces 35 felony counts and up to 435 years in prison. The hypocrisy is laid bare: two presidents, identical actions, but radically different treatment. This isn't just about health or legal gray areas—it's about a broader pattern of deception, selective enforcement, and elite immunity. A must-listen for anyone seeking the truth behind the headlines.
