In this episode, we chat with Tony Reda, Founder, President, and CEO of Tectonic Metals, a mineral exploration company, focused on the acquisition, exploration, discovery and development of mineral resources from district-scale projects in politically stable jurisdictions that have the potential to host world-class orebodies in North America. Tony has been in mining for 20+ years in investor relations and corporate development roles before taking the helm at Tectonic back in 2018 and shares his journey, give us an update on the company, their key partnerships and the broad milestones and strategy the company is looking to execute. KEY TAKEAWAYS Tony's career in mining began at the age of 21 when he invested in mining stocks, leading to a significant loss during the Bre-X scandal. He returned to the industry in 2005, focusing on corporate development and investor relations, which laid the groundwork for his role as CEO of Tectonic Metals. Tectonic Metals emphasises early-stage discovery opportunities and aims to partner with local communities and Indigenous groups from the outset. This approach includes forming impact benefit agreements to ensure community support and involvement in the exploration process. The Flat Gold Project, located in Alaska, has shown promising results, including a new gold discovery with significant grades. The project is situated in a mineral belt that hosts one of the largest undeveloped gold deposits in the world, indicating strong potential for further exploration and development. Tectonic Metals has established key partnerships with organisations like Doyon, the Alaska Native Regional Corporation, and Crescat Capital. These partnerships not only provide financial backing but also streamline the permitting process and enhance community relations, which are crucial for project success. BEST MOMENTS "We are partnered up with one of Alaska's largest leading native regional corporations... they’ve invested over $4 million supporting our efforts to explore on their land." "If you can hit gold in a kilometre-long target on your first attempt and hit grades as high as that, that tells you the system is huge." "We want something that's at least 5 million ounces or larger... this is not a one deposit system. Now there's potential for six of them." "The Trump administration is vocal about sort of, you know, homegrown resources and reducing their reliance on other countries for their natural resources." Interview with Matt Manson, President & CEO of Radisson Mining Resources Inc.Recording date: 11th September 2024Radisson Mining Resources presents an compelling investment opportunity in the gold sector, focusing on the revival of the historic O'Brien gold mine in Quebec's prolific Abitibi region. Under new leadership and with a pragmatic development strategy, Radisson is positioning itself to potentially become Quebec's next gold producer while minimizing capital expenditure and risk. The O'Brien project boasts a current indicated resource of 1 million ounces at an impressive grade of 10 g/t gold, with management believing there's potential to grow this to 2-3 million ounces. This high-grade resource, combined with the project's strategic location and excellent infrastructure, sets a strong foundation for development.Key investment highlights underscore Radisson's potential. The O'Brien project's high-grade resource, with 10 g/t gold, positions it among the top undeveloped gold projects globally, hinting at robust economics. Exploration upside is significant, with an ongoing 35,000-meter drill program aimed at expanding the resource. Results are expected throughout 2024, with a resource update anticipated by mid-2025. The project's strategic location on Highway 117 in the Abitibi region provides excellent infrastructure and proximity to operating mills. Radisson's low-capex development strategy, exemplified by the recent MOU with IAMGold to potentially use their nearby Doyon mill, could significantly reduce initial capital requirements and accelerate production timeline. The company's experienced leadership, including CEO Matthew Manson, brings a wealth of successful mine development expertise. By potentially outsourcing milling and tailings management, Radisson can focus on optimizing crucial underground mining operations. Lastly, strong local support is evident, with about 35% of shares held by high net worth regional stakeholders, providing a stable shareholder base and underlining community backing.CEO Matthew Manson summarizes the opportunity: "There's a neat little thing to be done here right which is going to make money and go for a long time and satisfy a lot of aspirations." This encapsulates Radisson's pragmatic approach to developing a high-grade gold asset in a premier jurisdiction. While detailed economic studies are pending, back-of-the-envelope calculations suggest potential for a high-margin operation. The company's strategy of keeping capital expenditures low by leveraging existing infrastructure aims to maximize potential returns to shareholders.Key near-term catalysts include ongoing drill results, a potential resource update in 2025, and progress on the MOU with IAMGold. The completion of a preliminary economic assessment would provide investors with a clearer picture of the project's economic potential. As with any mining development project, risks remain. These include geological uncertainties, execution risks, gold price volatility, and potential regulatory or financing challenges. However, Radisson's approach appears well-suited to navigate these challenges. For investors seeking exposure to advanced-stage gold exploration with near-term production potential in a stable jurisdiction, Radisson Mining Resources offers an intriguing opportunity. The combination of high grades, strategic location, experienced management, and a capital-efficient development strategy positions the company well for potential value creation in the coming years.View Radisson Mining Resources' company profile: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/radisson-resourcesSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

Discovery Alaska Ltd (ASX:DAF, OTC:DRVYF) managing director Jerko Zuvela joins Proactive's Elisha Newell to walk through a recent review of the Vinasale gold project in the Tintina Gold Province of Alaska, US. The project, 310 kilometres northwest of Anchorage, spans about 6,500 hectares on lands owned by Doyon Ltd, an Alaska native regional corporation. The Vinasale project hosts a historical inferred resource of 22 million tonnes at 1.53 g/t for 1.08 million ounces of gold and an indicated resource of 2.29 million tonnes at 1.84 g/t for 135,000 ounces at the Central Zone prospect. After securing a mining lease agreement with Doyon, Discovery Alaska has reviewed the historical resource block model, identified follow-up target areas from historical datasets, and planned a forward work exploration program. A technical consultant has been appointed to drive exploration efforts. Initial work involved auditing the existing resource block model against drill hole data, confirming the correlation between block model and drilling results. The company identified additional targets from existing drill and geophysical data, which may expand the current resource in the Central Zone and to the south and east of previous drilling. These targets, supported by previous drill and geophysical information, align with regional fault zones and vein systems. Further desktop evaluations and planning for site ground-truthing works are underway for these prospective areas. #ProactiveInvestors #DiscoveryAlaska #ASX #DAF #VinasaleGoldProject #GoldExploration #TintinaGoldProvince #Mining #Geology #MineralResource #ResourceExpansion #ExplorationPlanning #TechnicalConsultant #GeophysicalData #DrillTargets #GroundTruthing #invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews

Are you ready to boost your sales performance to the next level? You can start by taking ownership of your professional development. Stop waiting for the company to provide the necessary training and build your sales skills yourself.  How can you do this? In this episode of “The Sales Evangelist Podcast,” host Donald Kelly speaks with Matt Doyon, a seasoned sales leader, on the game-changing concept of the 3x3 coaching methodology. Matt shares his experiences and insights to show how this coaching framework can revolutionize sales training and improve performance. Hear why sales representatives must take ownership of their skill development for tangible results. Matt Doyon's Background During his tenure at Rock Content, Matt Doyon pioneered the "three by three coaching" method.  With a focus on empowering individual sellers, Matt's approach emphasizes skill development, accountability, and personal ownership of the coaching process. The Three-by-Three Coaching Method Explained At the core of the three-by-three coaching method lies the belief that individual sellers are the owners of their coaching process.  This framework provides guardrails to enhance accountability and drive skill development.  The first "three" refers to the skill category - technical, professional, and personal skills. These categories encompass core sales skills, professional skills like time management, and personal skills such as emotional intelligence and growth mindset. The "par" methodology governs the second "three" by outlining the point of focus, action plan, and results. This empowers sellers to identify specific areas for improvement, create actionable strategies, and measure the tangible impact of their efforts. Real-life Success Stories Matt shares a compelling success story where a struggling sales rep was able to identify and improve their process using the "three by three" framework.  By isolating the point of focus and enabling the agent to craft their own action plan, the coach guided the seller to internalize and adapt the necessary changes. This hands-on approach leads to sustainable and meaningful skill development, ultimately driving improved performance. Empowering Sellers through Self-Directed Coaching Emphasizing the importance of allowing sellers to find their own path to success, the "three by three" method challenges traditional coaching approaches.  Rather than providing all the answers, managers act as guides, empowering sellers to take ownership of their growth. This approach fosters independence and ensures sellers fully invest in their personal development. The Tangible Impact Matt further asserts sellers need to move out of their comfort zones and embrace discomfort as a catalyst for change.  With insightful economic perspectives, he highlights the evolving market dynamics and the need for sellers to take their profession more seriously. This strategic focus on skill development and continuous improvement is the key to thriving in the competitive sales landscape. The 3x3 coaching method empowers individual sellers to take control of their professional growth. As the sales landscape evolves, salespeople must embrace self-directing coaching and skill-building for success. Discover how this coaching method sets the stage for sustainable growth and impactful performance improvement. "It really comes down to empowering every individual to own their own business and really create the wins as much as they can without the help of a manager or a VP or a director." - Matt Doyon.  Resources Matt Doyon on LinkedIn  Triple Session  Sponsorship Offers This episode is brought to you in part by Hubspot. In this episode of the Peak Performance Selling Podcast, Matt Doyon, CEO of Triple Session, discusses the importance of focusing on present actions and motivations to fuel determination and achieve excellence. Matt emphasizes the need to identify and fill individual "gas tanks," or intrinsic motivators, to stay motivated in the face of challenges. The conversation also delves into the significance of problem obsession in sales conversations. Understanding the customer's problem and placing it at the center of the conversation is crucial for effective sales. Additionally, effective communication skills are highlighted as essential for connecting with customers and conveying messages. Different communication styles and understanding the customer's operating system contribute to building trust and rapport. PEAK PERFORMANCE HIGHLIGHTSProblem Obsession as the Key to Sales Success - Matt: “Your job is to solve a problem and understand, does the person have the problem? Do they have it and not know about it? How do they understand it? Do they realize what the gravity of that problem is and really center everything around that? That is still number one.”The Importance of Understanding Communication Styles in Sales - Matt: “We don't spend nearly enough time in sales talking about what are communication styles? How does somebody operate? Are they a driver? Are they expressive, analytical, amiable, you know, disc style training or whatever you use internally, Myers Briggs, whatever, get into that HR stuff in sales because you need to understand people and how they communicate and what their operating system is in order to effectively communicate and get your message across.” You can connect with Matt and check out his work in the links below:LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/matt-doyon-7653b613/Triple Session: https://triplesession.comIf you're listening to the Peak Performance Selling Podcast, please subscribe, share, and send us your feedback.Jordan Benjamin | MyCoreOs.com | Podcast | Email | Twitter

This is a one-on-one coaching program where you'll get my individualized support with chronic symptom recovery so that you can get back into your creative work or passion project. As someone who's been through it myself, I have found that creative recovery and symptom recover actually go hand-in-hand. And I would love to support you with that.To learn more, you can visit my website at www.annaholtzman.com/mentorship  ••• In today's episode, I sat down to chat with Liliana Doyon. Liliana is a Mexican-American, trauma-informed couples therapist who is Certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy.  She also holds an executive position for the New York Center of Emotionally Focused Therapy. She has spent most of her life learning about relational dynamics and how humans work through and with emotion, and she says that understanding emotions such as anger is crucial in unpacking and healing intergenerational trauma and upholding boundaries. Liliana uses examples in her own life to help normalize human experiences and to empower others to do the same.  I first connected with Liliana through mutual therapy clients of ours, and as I began following the videos that she shares online, I was really struck by the way she talks about boundaries. Boundaries are a critical skill to develop as part of chronic symptom recovery, and we'll get into why that is in this episode. What I didn't know before I reached out is that Liliana has her own story of physical symptoms — specifically TMJ — that intersects with the healing wisdom she shares on boundaries. I think this is a really special, eye-opening conversation and I'm excited to share it with you. Brands large and small are once again embracing live marketing activations and joining Joe this week to talk more about it is Rachel Doyon, the Founder of Collabarét. Rachel and her team produce activations around the globe for private clients and partners through storytelling, strategic campaigns, and experiential events.
