The Derek Chauvin trial has begun. He is the killer of George Floyd. Chauvin and others are responsible for taking George Floyd’s life. I intend on loosely following Chauvin’s trial and giving my take on this high profile trial through multiple parts to this Derek Chauvin episode. We shall overcome....but god forgives; I DON’T!

Picture this: “Why weren’t you as ambitious as your neighbor? Why didn’t you do a better job of striving to be like the other people I created? They had so much to mimic that I didn’t give to you specifically that I was hoping you took from”. These are all things that I DONT think that God would say to you in your last days. However, I do think that an important question would be, “Why were you not more like I uniquely created you to be? In this episode, we’ll discuss one critical way to fail miserably in life! We’ll also discuss why failure is overrated, how to be defeated and still have success & how to avoid toxic people along the way! Greetings friends to this end of the year podcast! Before I share my own stories, I want to give you our last two Listener Stories for 2020, one from Tom and another from Tammy. I think Tammy’s story is especially interesting because the Coronavirus pandemic had a big impact on her. I think her story will resonate with many of you. Hello, my name is Tammy. I recently retired from being a principal and before that a school teacher, a job I had done and loved for over 30 years. I had oodles of plans for what I was going to do, places I was going to go and things I was really looking forward to doing- like working with children at our church this summer. When COVID hit and closed down school as we knew it on March 13, 2020, my life really changed. I didn’t get to say goodbye to my students, parents and staff, it just all ended that Friday in March. I was really struggling with what to me felt like a major loss. (This is in no way to disrespect those that have had greater losses due to COVID.) I was talking to my husband explaining how I was feeling such an absence of being needed and like I was just wandering looking for what I was supposed to be doing with my life at this time. My sweet husband said some very wise words to me. He said, “Tammy, I believe God is just giving you this down time to recharge you and prepare you for what He has planned next for you to do for Him. Take this time and use it to its best.” While I knew he was right, I have to say I DON’T do down time well. When you work 60 hours a week for oodles of years and have people consistently needing things from you, to have that come to a screeching halt, really put me off kilter. I was struggling trying to figure out what God wanted me to do. Then one morning in my devotion time God put on my heart that I have been wanting to complete a read through the Bible in a year program for a long time. Even though it was August, I thought, this doesn’t have to wait until January to be a New Year’s Resolution, it can be my New Life Resolution. What a blessing this decision has been! I looked at all different types of programs. I found Digging Deeper Daily and liked the explanation of how this program was laid out. I wanted to learn about the “threads that unify the message of the Old and New Testaments”. I also like the fact that there were brief devotional notes that I thought would help me see the connections clearer. I started this journey on August 20th and upon hearing the first reading, I fell in love with this journey. Phil’s voice was so calming and yet assured in what he was saying and reading. The brief stories he shares of his work as a Bible translator make me feel like I have a new friend. This adventure has helped me grow daily in my understanding of God’s word. Being a Christian since a child, I had heard many stories from the bible, now I understand more deeply what was happening before, during and after those isolated events. It has really helped make the Bible come to life for me. Phil explains how he started this project as a gift to leave his grandchildren. He wanted to read the entire bible to them. I feel his love each morning as I listen to him read and explain the daily passage, its as if for those brief moments I have been adopted into his family. This has not only been a way for me to learn more about the Bible, grow closer to God, but also to feel like I am being gathered into the fold each morning. The brief explanations at the end of the readings are so helpful. I always look forward to the prayer Phil delivers to close the devotional time. Often, I will replay the prayer a time or two more. At the end of “our time together” I try to conclude with a prayer for Phil and all those doing God’s work to bring His word to the nations that don’t have the Bible yet. This reminder of what a gift the Bible is to us, that I often take for granted because I haven’t known a time without it, has made my daily time with God even more precious. Early on in the program, Phil was reading to us from Matthew. When He read Matthew 11:28 which says, “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” I cried. This to me reiterated what my husband told me. I was in need of this passage. When Phil read this verse, with such love in his voice, I felt as if it was God speaking it to me. I needed rest, yet I wouldn’t let myself admit it. Now, each morning I consider my time listening to Phil read God’s word as a time of rest, connection and recharging. I can’t wait to find out what great adventure God has in store for me next, or where He needs me in this stage of life, what I do know though is that Phil Fields and Digging Deeper Daily will be on that amazing ride with me. Thanks so much, Tammy, for your story! And with a sincere blush, I also say thanks for your kind words. I am so pleased— more than that— filled with joy, when people are able to look through the kind of one-way mirror that podcasting is, to become my friends and even adopted family. Thanks to Tom giving me this next story. Tom is mainly a reader (not a regular podcast listener). The 3D YouVersion plan he has followed for 2020 is called Read To Me Daily. (Link given in the episode notes.) Tom is a long time friend, dating back to my music teaching days. There is one odd, totally unplanned, similarity between his story and Tammy’s. I think you will catch it. My name is Tom and I am a sixty-year-old Arkansan. I have read through the Bible several times using different plans. The last few times, using electronic media, such as Digging Deeper Daily, has aided me greatly through ease of access. Reading the Bible entirely in one year gives one little time for Bible study, but I value the discipline of daily reading which stirs my thoughts and continually whets my appetite to, what else, dig deeper. I read through the Bible this year using the Amplified Bible, Classic Edition. In the past I have used various translations and even some paraphrases and I may have been wiser to use the recommended New Living Translation or Good News Translation. Instead, however, I wanted to use the AMPC this year to slow me down. The many bracketed words and phrases in the AMPC which are used to further describe a translated word or passage, forced me to ponder over a word or passage and think about how an idea was being explained. I did enjoy the New Living Translation as well as the Good News Translation versions referenced most often in the devotionals. I found multiple translations of the same verses to be quite helpful. Most years when using a daily reading plan I plowed right past the devotional passages and read only the scripture. This year I was determined to include reading the devotionals, again, to slow me down and to help me think about what I was reading. I enjoyed reading the Digging Deeper Daily devotionals which often gave the translator’s perspective of a passage, citing examples of difficult passages to translate and including real-life examples of working with an indigenous people group to help them understand the Bible. In addition to translation notes, I appreciated the occasional summaries from prior days, reminding me of an important passage, even to the point of repeating some passages over consecutive days for emphasis. I also appreciated being prodded by the devotional to live up to its title to, here it is again, dig deeper into particular passages. I appreciated how the daily readings were divided up between Old and New Testaments, particularly saving Isaiah for the end of the calendar year with so many relevant passages for the advent season. My favorite passage, personally, occurred late in the calendar year on September 21. Matthew 11:28-30, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.” (NLT) I am never more at peace than when I surrender to Christ’s yoke. Finally, while I spent the year in the daily reading plan rather than listening to the daily podcasts, I did enjoy utilizing the audio podcasts through the Old Testament genealogies.

Today we are talking all about playing small. Now, this is something a lot of us do early on in our business but sometimes it carries well into our business journey, or it can even cut short our journey that we are trying to find our way on. The reason for this is that when we play small, we sabotage ourselves. Not intentionally of course, but we do get into a mindset of minimalism and even defeat. We keep looking for evidence of why we shouldn’t go bigger and find it because, well, that’s what we’re looking for. Whereas, if we were looking for reasons to go bigger and celebrating our successes, we could find that too. So what I’m saying, is that if we go all in, we have a better chance for success than if we play small. Of course, going big can be scary and require you to put yourself out there in a way you aren’t used to. “Small is easy, small doesn’t attract attention, small is comfortable, small doesn’t offend, small doesn’t raise eyebrows, small keeps that little voice in your head quiet, small doesn’t hurt as much when you fall – and small keeps you right where you are.” - John Jantsch, Duct Tape Marketing Now, I know a lot of you come to Side Hustle Teachers because you aren’t happy right where you are, but if you keep playing small, that’s where you’re going to stay. I want to emphasize that by going all in I DON’T mean to quit your job, sell your house, live off ramen noodles, and basically be a bag lady. Going all in means that you are standing up and proudly identifying yourself as a business owner. It means you tell people you know that you have a business, you celebrate your successes, and it means when people ask you what you do you say, “I’m a teacher AND I’m a business owner.” Now this can be a big shift but it is possible and it is so worth it. Here are some ways that entrepreneurs could be playing small. Number 1: You use minimizing language. One of the ways to look at this is called “upspeak,” and it’s when you turn every sentence into a question. It could be as simple as adding, “right?” to the end of a statement. Or it could be using filler words. But the worst culprit here is using “just.” “I don’t want to bother you, I’m just checking in,” or “I have this business, it’s just a little side thing I do.” See how easily we slip that in there to minimize what we’re doing, not to raise eyebrows like Mr. Jantsch said? We all want to fly under the radar until magically one day we can announce that we’re a millionaire but that isn’t going to happen if we keep minimizing ourselves. Number 2: You pretend your business is a dirty little secret. No one’s going to buy anything from you, whether it’s products or services, if you don’t tell them about it! Now, I’m not saying you need to DM everyone on facebook that you went to highschool with, nobody likes that person, but what I am saying is that you have to let people know you have a business. If you have a blog, share posts with your friends and family. If you have a business with physical products, let people know when something is on sale. You may not know what people want, but if you keep it from them, but if they don’t know what you have to offer, they’re going to go buy that something from somebody else. Number 3: You set small goals. Now the problem with many new business owners is that we set micro-goals, but those are the only goals we have. Micro-goals are those baby step goals that are supposed to be working us to something bigger. But these goals like, “I want to sell one thing this month,” or, “I want ten page views,” don’t result in much change and they aren’t going to bring success. There’s nothing wrong with setting these micro-goals, but they have to be leading to something. Maybe you set an overall goal of 10,000 page views a month but you realize last month you only had five. So maybe your first goal is 100 so you need to work toward that by sharing your post and asking friends to share it with someone they think might enjoy it. Number 4: You only focus on the worst case scenario. What if I tell everyone I started this business and it doesn’t work? What if I put myself out there but then have to later explain I’m no longer selling that, I’m doing this other thing? To all that, I say...SO WHAT? If anyone has followed my journey, you know that nobody's path is straight. If you start off one way but end up somewhere else, no one is going to judge you, they’re going to congratulate you for finding your very own “just right” business. So instead, try and focus on the best case scenario. What could go right? Success is different to everyone, so just think about how your life could be so much better if you reach your own level of success. As I said before, if you play it small, you hold yourself back from making big decisions that could lead you to success. So just to recap, instead of saying what you shouldn’t do, let me phrase it in a way of what you SHOULD do. Commit to going all in. Tell yourself and everyone you know, “this is my goal and this is how I’ll do it.” Replace that minimizing language. Catch yourself when you start using “just,” or answering in the form of a question. This isn’t Jeopardy. Own your answers, they’re from your own unique life experiences. Tell people about your business. Nobody can buy anything from you if they don’t know you have something to sell. Set bigger goals for yourself. They should stretch you and make you uncomfortable. Dream big. Let the worst case scenario worry about itself. Think about the best case scenario, spend your time there, and your whole perception of your business will shift. In today’s episode, I’m going solo to talk about what important things I looked for when deciding which Direct Sales company I wanted to join...and believe me, there are a TON of important things you want to search for. If I had a nickel for every time I have heard the 3 words, "I Don't know." I would be a multi millionaire. I get it...it's tough right now to predict your business.....it's a lot. But what can you control? And what have you done so far this year? Or plan to do with the rest of 2020. We are 1/2 way through. Make the most of it!
In my opinion, pretty much every business out there should be using Instagram. It’s a great platform for connecting with others, building relationships, and sharing your expertise. Instagram can help you grow your business in many ways — that’s why I love it so much! But what I DON’T love about Instagram is how much freaking time it takes. I wanted to figure out a way to take advantage of Instagram, but not have to spend hours and hours every week on it. So I created an Instagram System that allows me to do just that! This Instagram System I’m going over today is primarily for saving time on creating your IG feed posts. This is arguably the most time-intensive piece of Instagram marketing. So if you can get this one piece more systemized and created in an efficient way, it will save you a LOT of time and energy. Then, you can use some of that extra free time to focus on some of the things that aren’t as easy to systemize with Instagram — like sharing daily IG Stories and engaging with your audience. After using this system since 2016 for myself and my clients, now I’m sharing my Never-Ending Instagram System for the first time!

Struggling with Imposter Syndrome? Let’s Squash it. Are you having an identity crisis? Do you feel like a fake when you so “oh I’m a _(enter your business profession here)__” Is it hard for you to even say that? If you’re getting imposter syndrome- it’s so natural and I feel it all the time! And if you feel it, it’s really just a sign that you’re stepping into this new season of life. We’re going to talk about the all too common feeling of Imposter Sydrome. Do you ever feel like you don’t belong in your industry? Do you feel unqualified, unsure of where to start, or just afraid of failure? That “I have no business doing this” feeling is real and common. Imposter syndrome can be debilitating. It can lead to a bad case of analysis paralysis and as business owners- that’s the last thing we want to have happen. We don’t want something to stop our momentum. So we all know what imposter syndrome is but I want to say that it affects everyone differently. We all experience it in different ways, based on our different personalities. Maybe you’re a perfectionist who can’t enjoy her success because she’s always thinking she could’ve done better, maybe you’re an over achiever and need external validation instead of feeling content with getting your own stamp of approval, maybe you’re someone who wants to appear as though everything comes quick and easy for you and if it takes you a little bit longer to master something you feel stupid and incapable, maybe You’re the independent you feels like a failure when she has to ask for help, or maybe you’re someone loves being seen as an expert, but is always scared that you’re never going to appear experienced enough or knowledgeable enough (spoiler, that’s me). Imposter Syndrome affects us all differently but there are things we can do to squash it. And that’s what we’re going to dive into now. Tip number 1.) Utilize your support system. This is different for everyone. It could be your husband or boyfriend, it could be your mom or dad, or it could be your bestie. Nominate someone in your close circle to be your cheerleader. Find someone who is going to give you permission to take the leap and start this new chapter. A lot of times with imposter syndrome, we’re worried what others will think right? So find someone close to you who will cheer you on, build you up, tell you how proud they are of you, and essentially, fill your confidence tank up so you have the fuel to keep going. Now maybe you don’t have a business yet. Maybe you just have an idea, but you’re unclear on how to take action. Maybe you’re thinking “I’m not a qualified business owner,” and that’s whats fueling that imposter syndrome to slow your game. I still want you to find a support system, or an accountability partner. Here’s the thing- in today’s world, we put so much pressure on titles as an indicator of success. When someone asks you the dreaded “what do you do for a living,” we hate admitting that we’re “figuring it out”, or that we have an idea we’re pursing, or heck! We even hate admitting that we’re doing anything creative or entrepreneurial at all! Society likes short, quick, and easy to digest labels. We feel the need to give quick polished answers because if we don’t, we have to explain and see people question what we’re doing, or question our potential success. Tip number 2.) Embrace Where You Are. The more you embrace where you’re at, rather than envying or worrying about where you are not, you’ll grow. I want you be thinking “I DON’T know how to run a business- but I’m not going to worry about” I want you to just be putting one foot in front of the other, show up online daily, and see what happens. I recently heard some awesome advice from Jenna Kutcher during my business group that I wish I had heard when I first started! She said that in her beginning, she unfollowed all people in her industry because she found herself constantly comparing herself to them and found herself feeling “less than.” WHO ELSE CAN RELATE TO THAT!? I know I can! And sometimes when we focus too much on what others are doing, especially if they’re where we want to end up, we can try replicating what they do or have and then we’re not being true to ourselves. So stop focusing on what you don’t know, and focus on what you have the ability to do right now. Put your blinders on and keep yourself focused on who you can reach, serve, and impact right where you are. Give yourself the permission to be successful and understand that you don’t have to be qualified or certified to make a difference in someone’s life! Don’t worry about having the perfect plan, just let it go, and start where you are. Tip number 3. Get to learnin’! When you feel like a fraud, instead of trying to hide or fake it until you make it- embrace it. Now I know that sounds weird. But I want you to admit that you’re unsure or inexperienced and then go find out about it! Or have someone teach you about whatever it is you’re pursuing. If you want to get from point A to point B, something’s got to give. Your best thinking and tactics got you to where you are right now. So if you want to GET to point B, you’re going to need help. So go seek that help. Find a mentor, take a course, listen to podcasts, read, do whatever it is that will educate you in your new niche. People are going to respect you for owning where you are and seeking the wisdom of others. Bonus points if you share what you’re learning when you’re learning it! People LOVE feeling like they’re along for a journey and a part of the process, so don’t be afraid to share! Tip number 4. Prepare Yourself for all Outcomes. The best business advice I ever read was to be prepared to fail and don’t be afraid to fail. Now I’m not telling you to be negative and expect the failure, I’m telling you to prepare for it. Let’s put it this way: if you don’t prepare for it, and you launch something that is a total flop- You’re going to feel like life just sucker punched you in the face. BUT when you prepare for it, you’re equipping yourself to be able to respond, absorb the blow, and then pivot. You’re going to recover faster if you prepare for the worst and hope for the best. Failure is apart of life, it’s how we respond to failure that counts. Tip number 5 Do the Work. Listen. There is no easy button in the entrepreneurial world. If there were, we’d ALLLL be pushing it. If you really want to stop feeling like you don’t belong, then it’s time to roll up your sleeves, dig your heels in, and do the hard work. It’s hard when we see our role models in this space being so successful, and we just want to be there with them. We don’t have the patience to build up a strong business foundation because we just want to be to our end goal, or point B already. But hear me when I say- People are rewarded in public because they practiced and worked their BUTT off in private. The stuff that we do in private- that’s the messy stuff. That’s the stuff that a lot of people don’t share. It’s the nights where we cry because we’re not seeing the growth we wanted to. What might look glamorous and easy to someone now, doesn’t mean they didn’t start right where you did- at the beginning. You have to dig in, do the work, learn the hard way, ask questions, fail, and get up and try again. Imposter syndrome won’t go away just because you do something impressive- it’ll go away when you press in and work hard. When you do the work, show up everyday, take action day after day, you’ll not only see results in your business, but you’re going to start becoming more and more confident because you’ll be seeing all of the work you’ve put in. Do your best, start where you are and remain committed. To wrap it up let’s go over three action items we can do today to move the needle forward: Action step #1: Choose who you’re going to nominate as your accountability partner! Let them know that you need them to build you up and encourage you. TELL THEM HOW YOU’RE FEELING so that they can best support you. Ask them to check in on you, or just be a “vitural” support but liking all your posts, commenting on them, and sharing them! Action Step #2: Write down one thing that you can do right now to serve the audience you already have. Maybe it’s sharing your story and how you’re starting this new business journey, maybe it’s being real and talking about how you’ve been suffering from imposter syndrome lately and see who else in your audience relates to those feelings, maybe it’s offering some specific tips from within your new niche. Pick one thing, and share it with your following today. Action Step #3: Figure out what educational resource you’re going to dive into to become more knowledge on your new journey. I believe in doing some sort of personal or business development for 30 minutes every day. Subscribe to this podcast to help you with business tactics, buy a book that will help you, take a course in your specific niche- pick an educational resource and start committing to fueling your mind for 30 minutes a day. *Side note- this doesn’t have to take extra time out of your day! I love podcasts because you can listen while doing laundry, driving, getting ready, etc. So there should be no excuses! CODES: 50% OFF HONEYBOOK: www.mollykrajewski.com/honeybook
Landing pages, opt-in forms, oh my It can be a smidge overwhelming, don't you think? Everyone is telling you to put a freebie on your website, but how exactly do you get it on your website, and which format works better? A single page or an opt-in form, a pop-up form, a combination? I am giving you the low down This week's episode of the Feed U Podcast gives you the low down on what option of opting in works the best. Click here to listen to the entire episode. I have found that using a separate landing page, works the best. But I also give you the inside scoop of what to do when you have a broken, horribly hideous, or non-existent website, to still grow your list. 1. A landing page screams intent to your page visitor. Why do you need to give your visitor a specific reason to visit your page and keep them on task? Simple. We as a society are uber distracted. If you have a potential subscriber that comes to your landing page, you know they are there for one of three reasons. To buy, to get on your list, or to learn more. Your goal for a landing page is simple, you either want to sell, add them to your list or get more information from them so you can make your emails irresistible. By removing every other attention grabber, you are able to get them to take whichever action you intend. 2. A landing page creates a distraction-free zone. The #1 reason I love love love landing pages is that you have made your intention clear, there are limited distractions, hence, you get higher conversions. Whereas an opt-in form on your website opens you up to oooh, what's this pretty thing over here, wait there's a blog article on that, they're on Facebook, let me go check that out. You see the problem. They never opt-in because there is WAY too much vying for their attention. Pop-ups work fairly well, but also run the potential of being annoying. If you're going to have a pop-up make it match the opt-in you are trying to drive traffic to. 3. Track conversions, easily. This is where a lot of business owners drop the ball, they don't track what is working. When I say "what is working" I mean are people downloading your freebie and continuing down your sales funnel? Or are they getting to the page and not exchanging their name and email address for your content? Or worse, are they not arriving at all? It's more difficult to track conversions (especially if you are using online advertising) if you don't have a specific page that you can track. If you are putting in the effort to grow your list and want to sell products, the best way to do that is to track that landing page. This is also a great tactic if you are testing different opt-ins to see which one performs better. Lastly, if something is broken, you know where to track what needs to be fixed. 4. Introduce new visitors to Y-O-U. When people arrive at your website from the internet ethers, if you have a landing page that leads to a thank you page, you can direct them directly to another page on your site that could be of interest. Keeping them on your website builds the relationship. It is more difficult to create this experience if you have them fill out a landing page not connected to your website. More on this in just a bit. 5. Benefits your SEO and Search. Google searches pages, it cannot search forms. When you set up a landing page for a specific opt-in you can then have the URL for that page be specific to the content on that page. Google loves content that matches the URL, when you can do this, it will naturally increase your ranking for those specific search terms. You also have the ability to include keywords in your description and title for the landing page and any other content you have on the page. Meaning, Google will see those terms and say "hey, they are talking about "x" and so and so is searching for "x" we should pop this into their search results. Win. Win. Win. 6. Easier to track advertising effectiveness. Similar to #3, when running Facebook or Google ads, it is easier to add a pixel to a certain page or have that ad track to a certain page and calculate effectiveness. Sometimes Facebook's numbers are inflated, and the same for Google, when you have your own statistics you can compare and ensure that your ad spend is truly working the way they say it is. Reports from third parties aren't always accurate, when you have your own numbers, you can verify and know when something is truly working or it isn't. What to do when you don't have a website. First, don't panic, you can still grow your email list even if you don't have a website. I DON'T recommend this as a long term strategy, but you can get started without a website. When you use an email service provider (highly recommend) like ConvertKit (my personal favorite) you have the ability to build a landing page within their app. Here are some of the benefits of using a landing page through Convertkit: They have easy to use templates, making it easy to get your landing page up and running. Typically you can personalize the page with images and sometimes video. Usually, colors can be customized to match your brand or an upcoming brand to keep consistent. The information on the form will automatically go into your email service provider so you can email them. You can connect the form to Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and Segment Analytics. A few pitfalls to only using a landing page with an email service provider: No specific thank you page to track conversions for advertising. Can't direct them to additional content to further the relationship because you aren't using a website. Subscribers can't learn more about you and it may dampen the know, like, trust factor. No central hub for any of your marketing. May be seen as "not really in business" if you don't have a website or a coming soon page - hindering your authority. I also mention LeadPages in the episode, but pitfalls 2-5 will still apply to LeadPages. Long term, you will want a website even if it's just a simple website. What did you learn from this episode? Come and tell me in the Facebook Group. Not in the group yet? Consider this your official invitation to join me in my Facebook Group. I talk about all things online business growth but specifically sales funnels, branding, and WordPress.

Episode Title: “Confinement Chaos” By Tracy Kenela, M.A., LMHC, CRC, CEDS, ACHT of Lokahi Counseling Intro: Tracy Kenela is the founder of Lokahi Counseling and Calming the Chaos Podcast. In this episode, Tracy continues to offer help to those who are struggling with being confined to their homes during the COVID-19 Quarantine. Tracy presents an overview of the two types of people who generally struggle with “Confinement Chaos,” and presents some examples of common problematic thought patterns that can create or increase chaos in the mind under quarantine. Tracy presents the RADICAL Approach that can help both types of people Calm the Chaos of Confinement. 1. “Confinement Chaos” is similar to “Cabin Fever” in that you are “confined” to a space by yourself or others. Confinement in both cases can cause chaos in the mind when thoughts become overwhelming, confused, random, intense or uncontained. Confinement Chaos can happen to at least two groups of people: a. Those who (in general) PREFER to have contact with others b. Those who (in general) do NOT prefer to have contact with others 2. Confinement Chaos happens in people who PREFER to have contact with others because of a sense of LOSS (i.e. “I don’t have enough of what I DO want”) a. They miss the people they want to be with b. They experience a sense of loss at not being able to do fun activities c. They miss being in people’s energy 3. Confinement Chaos happens in people who prefer NOT to have contact with others because of a sense of OVERWHELM (i.e. “I have too much of what I DON’T want”) a. They get overwhelmed by their own thoughts and feelings b. They are sensitive to other people they are confined with c. They may feel even MORE socially pressured because of online invitations and options 4. Seven (7) Thought patterns commonly seen in those who PREFER contact with others: i. I am going crazy here all alone ii. Anything is better than being all by myself iii. will this ever end? What if it doesn’t? iv. I didn’t get to go to prom or graduation or on that trip to Europe or….. v. I need a hug and I may never get one ever again vi. I am just not happy when other people aren’t around to cheer me up vii. I’m stuck with people I don’t like, and can’t see the one I love Having these sorts of thoughts can create emotions such as anxiety, frustration, fear and sadness because something is missing that they want! 5. Seven (7) Thought patterns commonly seen in those who do NOT prefer contact with others: i. I am going crazy here with these people….get me out of here! ii. Anything is better than being with these people iii. will this ever end? What if it doesn’t? GET ME OUT OF HERE! iv. I just need a quiet moment to myself and I’ll probably never get it v. I wish people would just stay away from me and leave me alone! vi. These people are bringing me down and making me mad vii. Why did I ever think I loved this person? They are driving me mad! Having these sorts of thoughts can create emotions such as anxiety, frustration, fear and sadness because they have too much of something they DON’T want! 6. The RADICAL Solution to overcoming Confinement Chaos: Reflect on your Relationship with yourself: Which type are you? Do you like being alone? With others? Why would that matter? SIMPLE to figure out: Like With others: Positive experiences ------- Want to be with others Like Without others: Negative experiences --- Want to be alone Bottom line: Most people want to be with people they want to be with Assess your Ability and willingness to make changes: Create options or distance? Discover and Describe your emotional experiences: See Above. Decide to change thinking. Intuition Intellect to seek solutions to struggles: Use intuition and intellect to decide what to do Communicate your needs Clearly: I statements “I feel_______when________. I need ________.” CAVEAT: You may not get what you ask for…no matter HOW skillfully you ask! Allow yourself to receive Assistance from yourself and others. Ask for help and receive it! Love yourself no matter what. Love yourself through this! I am not sponsored by them, I just love this app and wish it existed when I started learning astrology! I will show you step by step how to use this app to manage your energy throughout the day. Do you ever have moments where you feel the energy has just “shifted”? Do you ever feel full of energy some times, and depleted other times? This app factors in several Vedic Astrology calculations that have been used for thousands of years to give you a detailed graph for your energy throughout the day. It shows whether the overall day is a Green, Amber or Red day. It shows your most productive times, “golden moments,” and “silent moments.” The most interesting thing for me is when I DON’T think about the app, then use it to reflect on my day. I have experimented with this for the past 3 months and found it to be incredibly accurate and helpful. I’ll share how you can use this app to manage your energy and plan your day too! The Do One Better! Podcast – Philanthropy, Sustainability and Social Entrepreneurship
Founder of Girls Not Brides and Vow, and serial entrepreneur for social change, Mabel van Oranje, joins Alberto Lidji in the run-up to International Women’s Day to discuss eliminating child marriage. Mabel sheds light on the issue of child marriage and the two organisations she has founded: Girls Not Brides and ‘Vow’ – the Vow to End Child Marriage. She provides great insight into the causes and consequences of child marriage, underscores how it is very much a global problem and expresses her dream to see child marriage eliminated from the globe by 2030. Girls Not Brides is active in 100 countries and has around 1,300 member organisations – all of who aim to eliminate child marriage. It’s an umbrella organisation open to every non-governmental and civil society organisation working to tackle and eliminate this problem. Girls Not Brides was launched in 2011 with just 50 member organisations. Today, they provide many services to their member organisations, including information sharing, convening, working to raise awareness and change policy and legislation, ensuring governments place child marriage high on their agenda. More recently, Mabel launched ‘Vow’ – the Vow to End Child Marriage – an initiative to make sure that more money goes to local, grass-roots organisations that are focused on child marriage. Vow aims to mobilise the entire wedding industry (think of everyone who is involved in any capacity, such as the companies that produce wedding dresses, the caterers, photographers etc, and the couples themselves and their families, too. Getting everyone “to come together, as Vow, and to basically say ‘when a couple in the rich West says I DO, they make it possible for girls elsewhere in the world to say I DON’T.” The wedding industry in the US alone is worth $100 billion. Vow generates income in various ways, such as taking a commission on wedding gift registries, selling ‘Vow’ products and encouraging couples and wedding guests to make gifts to Vow. Mabel sheds light on the current state of affairs pertaining to child marriage, and highlights that globally there are approximately 12 million girls getting married before the age of 18 every year. When girls get married, they often have to leave school, are exposed to abusive situations; their physical and mental health suffer. Mabel provides listeners with a glimpse into her childhood and the surroundings that led her to become a serial entrepreneur for social change. Mabel grew up in a middle class family; her father used to travel to Latin America for work and would see much poverty there. It created a sense of injustice in her. She wondered why is it that she enjoys great healthcare and education while other less fortunate people in other countries do not; she holds the belief that geography should not determine destiny. Mabel’s dream today is to see child marriage eliminated by 2030, the target year of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Mabel’s key takeaway: while change needs to happen locally we can all make contributions. Push your lawmakers in your country if 18 isn’t the minimum age of marriage without exceptions, and do go to Vow to End Child Marriage and make sure if you’re getting married you Vow your wedding; if your friends are getting married make sure they Vow their weddings. Everyone can make a difference, but nobody can do it alone. If you want to create big change, and that’s what she’s trying to do, you need to create an enormous wave of change. And, never forget that a big wave is composed of millions and millions of drops of water. Each one of us is an individual drop and, together, we can create that wave of change. Episode 146 of the show called as "This Is Going Well, I Think with David Cooper", and there is double toned guest list of T. J. & Dan Linley. Dan is an old timer and has been on the show earlier. Its a first time for T.J. We kick off the show with a AquaFina topic going nowhere. The first caller is Fizal and is high on pain killers on a broken leg. I don'T think he likes any jews. Dan is real good cracking jokes without any effort. We then get into a name guessing game. He and David make a good team. The return of Tony continues and he is back with his laugh and profanities. Mae is good fun and T.J. starts to get into his groove soon, taking offence of some of Mae's choice of words. Hoping to hear more of his. Next is Miranda, and she gets into a fight with Dan. Wow, what an episode! This is MarU from India rating this a 3 out of 5, it was fun and one of better recent episodes. Finally a good episode after a long time.
A few days back I was asked a question that I commonly get... "How do you it, man?" The question was referring to the drive and determination I have to get things done day after day. Here was my reply: "first off, I don't have the drive and determination EVERY DAY to do it"... The second thing I said was, "What if I DON'T do it?" This is a personal question I ask myself often... "What if I DON'T do it?" When it comes down to it, it's "DO OR DIE". Literally. I'm the man for my family. I have to supply for them so I have to best my damn best. I have a gym with lots of people and many many men inside of The Forged FATHER who depends on me showing up for them. This isn't about "motivation"... This is about doing the work I must get done because it's DO OR DIE. DO OR FUCKING DIE... In all honesty, that's the reality... Think about it. What if your life depended on YOU actually completing what you needed to do on a daily basis... Do you think you would get more done? Do you think you would keep "waiting for tomorrow?" Do you think you would just continue for to bank on "motivation" to show up? You won't ever truly LIVE should you continue to wait and just run off of motivation as most men do. And while your life is likely not dependent on you completing the daily work that needs to get done, your success and overall happiness inside of your life will. If I'm not out there taking action and doing the things I love to do to help the people around me, then I might as well be dying... So go DO. Or DIE... Your choice. I choose to DO, and so should YOU. PS - Are you an EX-Athlete DAD and ready to go on the offensive and get back your edge in life? If you have a need and you're driven to drop 20-30 lbs of unwanted weight and you're ready to DESTROY THE DAD BOD for good so you can get lean and strong while boosting your energy and confidence, so you can be at your BEST... Why Nathan Doesn’t Talk About Physician BurnOut Anymore] If you would rather skim and scan before you listen, I have created some short off-the-cuff notes for your convenience. Want more info? Go to iPracticeByDesign.com for more resources. To access Nathan’s physician-specific interview content on KindleUnlimited go to Nathan’s Amazon Author page here: www.amazon.com/author/nathaneckel ***** KEY TAKEAWAYS FROM THIS EPISODE What do you want the most in your life? Why don’t you talk about Burnout (BO) anymore Nathan? You’re a son You’re a spouse You’ve seen this your whole life Why don’t you care about this?!? I DO care! I’ve created resources I’ve interviewed MD authors who wrote books on MD BO. So why don’t you talk about it anymore? The F word - NOT that one “Where Focus goes energy flows” I struggle with a half-empty view of life - and I need to willfully change my focus I suggest you might also need to. If you want to focus on more burnout, there are a bunch of great podcasts on burnout. I realized - I DONT want to do a burnout podcast. I don’t want to focus on that. What DO you want to talk about? The challenges of Medicine The data The end result of the root causes of unsustainability in healthcare = BO We’ve all had jobs (including your job) where margin is cut, the pressure is growing, the good colleagues are quitting or leaving or moving or transferring, and we have to pick up the slack How do we fix the unsustainable rotting core of the onion? Remember Samurai Belushi from SNL in the 70s? The core is like a rotten onion - I don’t want to peel each layer anymore. The root = lack of predictable reimbursements. This makes EVERYTHING unpredictable That hospital that just shut down abruptly outside Philadelphia Gruesome tale - King Solomon, the women, the baby and the sword. This is where we are at in healthcare - it is unsustainable and if something does not give, the hospital dies from the bleeding. HCAHPS “reviews” - what if patient thinks you’re a Motel 6 experience? Meanwhile you have your head down trying to serve your list and the individual patients one by one. On the micro level yes you are doing your job On the macro level - if hospital is bleeding reimbursements, your job is at risk I successfully avoid harping on the VA Governor who got into some well deserved controversy Can we get rid of medical taboos (not related to the awful VA gov situation!) Where do you want to go? The wheel of life Your health Your finances Your relationships Your goals Your personal time Your legacy What do you want? Awkward silence for you to think about it. If you could change ONE thing about your team if you had more margin, what would it be? Listen again and fill in the blanks What’s your point Nathan? Space - Silence = margin We need margin to solve our problems and challenges Data Points from the Medscape Physician Survey 2018 % of time spent on paperwork and admin % of time on patients Physicians’ advice to other physicians for staying on schedule: I don’t answer this because they are ridiculous, like: 1. “make sure your office doesn’t overbook you” (easy when we elect a politician who adds millions of patients to your workload) Why I don’t care whether you believe healthcare is a right or privilege (hint - you paid the price to care for people) 2. “Take Fewer Breaks (if you currently take any breaks)” What my dad told me that SHOCKED me about the right to go to the bathroom on demand. You want to talk privilege vs human rights? I personally believe that physicians should have the human right to be able to take a bathroom break whenever Nature calls, without shame or blowback. More about the resources I’ve interviewed Drs. Ruthann Russo, Christopher Burton, Naim El Aswad on their respective burnout books. You can access the edited transcripts of my interviews FREE on Kindle Unlimited ($9.99/mo) or for $17.99. All the authors reject the way admin and the “experts” expert-splain to MDs to be “mindful” or do yoga etc… they point to the systemic nature of this and the gaslighting MDs get. Any job where the pressure is growing, where things are unsustainable, where things are sloping downward, burnout will be inevitable. And the more we focus on that, the more burnout we will have to fight. Unsustainable reimbursements is robbing Peter to pay Paul. We are all outraged by lack of transparent pricing, because we all have grandmothers who lost their savings because of an ambulance ride, or some similar awful story. It’s unacceptable. You know what else is unacceptable? Going after symptoms, instead of the root problem Demonizing the people who are trying to make a bleeding system work another day for fewer people as best they can Whistleblowing and authoring books that don’t even have the word “reimbursement” or HCAHPS in the index. I want to draw attention to the root cause. I want to turn things around - slowly, progressively, partially if necessary. Did any of this resonate with you? Have you asked yourself this question, "What do I stand for?" Well, I was asked this question at a work conference and I really was challenged to take a deep dive into what we believe as a company and what we believe in as a family. In today's episode I am so very excited to share with you what our beliefs are when it comes to yoga, our faith, relationship with food, advocacy, and our family. That's a long list but I realized how important it is to continue to talk about the things we are working so hard at achieving everyday. Today I want to address a VERY big question that people ask me… "Is MLM saturated?" There’s something I've started doing a lot in the evenings… I just go for a 10 - 20-mile bike ride. I also like to walk quite a bit so I can just listen to podcasts. I'm studying I'm thinking Sometimes I'm just jamming out to music … It's become my ME time. I'm sure it won't always be in the evenings, but it has been for the past little bit… Especially while I've just done my big OfferMind. So many of you guys came and it was AWESOME! About 650 people had a ticket and about 600 showed up (which is a pretty standard show-up rate for an event). We did a good chunk in sales, and it's just been so much fun to work with all those new people. I've really, really enjoyed it. What's interesting is... Since then, I've needed some DECOMPRESS time. At the time of recording this episode, I'm speaking at Carnegie Hall. Martha Stewart is speaking Michael Gerber is gonna be there Dan Kennedy is gonna be there so long as his health is okay ... This is nuts! ANYWAYS: If you guys wanna change your life, listen to what I'm doing on this show. Go publish for ONE YEAR… Come back to me in one year and you tell me if your financial life is not drastically different. There is something magical about publishing. **That's not the purpose of today's episode.** THE GIFT OF MLM MARKET SATURATION I wanna address a question that comes up frequently and you have likely have heard it if you've been in this space for more than six months. I LOVE MLM. I love it. It's so, so, so fun. One of my favorite things to do in MLM is to look at articles that other people have posted about why they think MLM is NOT okay. And what you’ll find is... Most people who publish these articles are usually those who've been in it but DID NOT figure out how to have success and they feel jaded. They feel, "Oh, everything's bad. For shame. For shame." And they go write these terrible reviews… That makes some people think, "Well, that just means MLM is bad." No, no, no! I've had NEGATIVE reviews. I've had TERRIBLE reviews. There are always naysayers and it doesn't change just because it IS or IS NOT MLM, network marketing, direct sales, whatever you choose to call it. There will always be Negative Nancies with Poopy Pants syndrome… That’s just how it is. I believe it's a GIFT that people think MLM is saturated… And I’m gonna tell you WHY. It's NOT because it lowers competition… THE TYPE OF MARKET I DON’T WANT A little while ago, I had somebody reach out to me and say, "Steven, I would love to buy Secret MLM Hacks. How much money will you guarantee that I will make?" And I was like, "What are you talking about?" I don't know if I've told you this in the past but just stick with me for a moment here… They said, "How much money do you guarantee I will make with your course?" And I said, "I don't even know who you are. I'm not gonna guarantee a number. This may not be for you." She said, "Are you telling me that you don't wanna sell it to me?" And I was like, "Yeah, I don't think you're a good fit for it." She's was like, "Are you serious?" So I said, "Yeah." I don't care if you have the money. The way I bring somebody into my product is usually what determines what they do after they've bought the product. MEANING: If I have to beg somebody into my downline, I usually have to beg them to do something while they're in my downline. I DON’T want that kind of individual (and I'm not judging someone's self-worth). I want somebody who is going to be a runner, a builder… Someone who's gonna run around and go far with this thing. I am not trying to convince anybody to get in my downline. I do stuff like what I'm doing right now. People who hear my voice and see what I'm doing… They catch the vision and they find a way into my downline. I'm NOT trying to pitch you, but you need to understand why this is such a powerful principle. THE SATURATED MLM MARKET GIFT I don't BEG or ASK anybody to join my downline. You know that nasty convincing feeling that you get sometimes? We've all been there, it's okay. You're like, "Man, I feel like I've kinda pushed them in there." … And then they don't do ANYTHING. That’s exactly what I'm talking about. When people say, "The market is saturated. The market is so saturated." THAT’S A GIFT! That’s why I went into MLM. The fact that I can say, "MLM," and 90% of any room already has an opinion… Oh my gosh! That's huge. I love the show Shark Tank. In one of the episodes of Shark Tank, there is an episode where they loved this guy… They loved his product They loved what he was doing They loved everything about this guy … But they didn't fund him. The reason they didn't fund him was one of the most powerful lessons I've ever learned in my life. They said, "We want your product, BUT it would take us millions of dollars to educate the market enough to want to buy that product." "We want your product, BUT it would take millions of dollars to EDUCATE the market enough to want to buy that." That's the ONLY reason they didn't fund him. I DON’T WANT TO EDUCATE THE MARKET Education takes time and money. The fact that I can walk into a room and say, "MLM," and 90% of everyone already knows what the heck I'm talking about is a GIFT. It is a gift. When someone says, "Oh, well, the market's really saturated." That just means the market's been validated. That DOESN’T mean that you shouldn't go into it. When I'm looking to see what to sell, I look for the MOST: Competitive Cutthroat Bloody red market … That I can. I want that. This is literally one of my strategies. I know it is one of the reasons I’ve done so well. In the last year and a half leaving my job, we're about to cross $4 Million. The strategy I'm teaching you right here right now is one of the MAJOR reasons why stuff has blown up so much. It's blown up so much because I have actively pursued bloody red, highly competitive markets. YOU DON’T NEED TO EDUCATE THE MLM SPACE This is a deep concept but if you came to OfferMind, you know what I'm talking about. The reason I want saturated markets is that the customer has ALREADY been educated. I don't need to be the one educating them. There's a HUGE market out there. So much money is running around the MLM space and that market is constantly finding new customers. People who were NEVER planning on being a customer. The MLM market as a whole are educating my dream customer for me. All I do is wait patiently for that person to get frustrated with what they've been taught. "Hey, you want to have success in MLM? Go talk to all your friends and family." I just wait. I wait for that person to get frustrated enough that when they finally see my message, my Facebook ads, my YouTube videos, the podcast or whatever it might be, they look at it and they go, "You know what? I'm kind of tired. I didn't realize that there's another way to do this." BOOM! MLM MARKET POSITIONING I don't need to tell them that the other way is painful because they're experiencing pain. It's one of the greatest hacks to the game EVER. This is one of the FIRST things I do with any corporate clients. I don't just serve the MLM space. I've done a lot of stuff with lots of big people and that's one of the first things I help them figure out. That's called MARKET POSITIONING. You need to figure out how you’re gonna position yourself in relation to the market. All I do is wait for people to get frustrated in the MLM space and I'm ready and waitin over here on this side, just speaking as loud as I can. I'm just shouting my message into that space. I'm not convincing I'm not pushing This is one of the FASTEST ways to grow 'cause I'm NOT the one educating them. An entire market is saying the exact same thing. There are billions, probably trillions of dollars inside MLM. And they're the ones who are educating my future dream customer. When somebody says, "Oh, the MLM space is really, really saturated." GOOD! WHY I LOVE SATURATED MARKETS Do you know why I sell in the ClickFunnels space also? QUESTION: How much money and manpower is being spent on educating funnel builders inside of ClickFunnels? ANSWER: They have over 400 employees. They spend millions of dollars in overhead every month. When someone comes in and says, "I'm gonna compete with that." It's like, "Good luck, Chuck." You gotta look at the firepower you're dealing with. All I do with the ClickFunnel space is complement it. When somebody comes into ClickFunnels, I'm like, "Hey, use ClickFunnels 'cause you should use ClickFunnels and it's dumb not to. By the way, if you want a free trial go to freecftrial.com and it'll give you a free trial of ClickFunnels, freecftrial.com.” But what I do with ClickFunnels is wait patiently for the person to just say, "You know what, I wish somebody would just build it for me." With ClickFunnels, I compliment that market. But in MLM, I compete with that market. I'm throwing rocks into the market. I DON’T do that with ClickFunnels. I'm NOT throwing rocks at ClickFunnels. That's dumb. I love ClickFunnels. My market positioning matters. So when I hear somebody say something like, "Hey, but the MLM space is supersaturated." That is market validation! That actually represents security. But you're not taught that in school. I was taught that it’s bad! I was taught that when there’s competition, I should run the other way. WRONG! It takes a lifetime of dedication to build the momentum that's required to build a market. I can either spend my entire lifetime going and developing a new market OR go see where the noise already is. What you have to understand is that a marketer DOES NOT create attention. They just align with where attention already is. THE BENEFIT OF A SATURATED MLM MARKET Realize the benefit to having such massive saturation. It is a benefit. Then all I gotta do is figure out, "How am I gonna position myself in relation to that market?" THIS is one of the reasons why my stuff is blowing up so much. I look for places where there's a lot of noise and lots of pressure. I don't need to create that because it's already there! One of the reasons MLM works so well is because I have purposefully targeted the MLM space, knowing that it's saturated. One of the biggest fears I had was that I couldn’t go talk to someone because they'd already been pitched… Q: How many books have you ever bought on one topic? My guess is that it's more than one. It's a false belief to sit back and say, "I can't because they have already purchased." GOOD! I should not be the first person that my customer ever buys from. I want to help you realize there are literally decades of previous people who've built ALL this: Pressure Noise Education … For us! I don't have to educate people on what MLM is. All I have to do is educate them on why my stuff is cool and why they should buy it. It's a gift. I don't care what MLM you're in, I just want to go change the industry. EDUCATE THE SECRET MLM HACKS MARKET I know it's tough to find people to pitch after your warm market dries up, right? That moment when you finally run out of family and friends to pitch. I don't see many up lines teaching legitimate lead strategies today. After years of being a lead funnel builder online I got sick of the garbage strategies most MLMs have been teaching their recruits for decades. It's time for some Saturday biz talk! And I'm going to bring up something that's a bit of an elephant in the room: why I DON'T want you to start a podcast. This might seem a little off-brand, given that I help entrepreneurs launch podcasts for a living. Why would I try to talk you out of it? Because there are people and businesses for which podcasting simply isn't the right fit, solution, or platform. Or simply because you have too much else on your plate and perhaps this isn't the right time. The potential reasons are endless, and we need to discuss them because as passionate as I am about podcasting and shouting the amazing benefits from the rooftops, I also don't want you to dive head first into launching one of your own if there aren't some key puzzle pieces in place. There have been multiple times I've gently turned people away from launching a podcast of their own, or redirected their attention to a different part of their business that would help them to have a greater impact, and I'm walking you through some areas that you need to seriously consider before deciding to start a podcast. There's a lot to consider, and I want the greatest success for you. So before you make the decision to launch a podcast, let's have an open discussion around why you might want to decide against it. He’s invited by some of the world's top salesmen to help them sell more. He’s incredible...and amazing at it - I’ve learned SO much from him. Every time he speaks, I take out a pen and paper... (Hint, hint...cue, cue...to everybody here!) Please take out a piece of paper and take notes! This is a man who’s likely to make MORE money arrive in your pocket just by listening to him... ;-) Mr. Myron Golden. Myron: Hey, Steve. How are you doing, man? Steve: Fantastic. Thanks for being on here, man. Myron: Absolutely my pleasure to be on Sales Funnel Radio, talking to one of my favorite trainers...teachers… ‘OfferMinds…’ Ooh, did you see what I did there?! ;-) Steve: That's good! Honestly, thanks so much for taking the time. The feeling is mutual. I have notebooks upon notebooks from your things. Every time you come speak...or anytime I’m at Inner Circle or one of Russell's events, I’d fill a WHOLE legal pad. And thinking… "Oh, man, that was amazing." "No, that was better than the last." "Oh, my gosh, they're getting better…” Myron: You're kind, thank you. Steve: You are just an incredible salesperson. You have so much skill and so much knowledge... I've watched you unplanned… (...and I know you've done this multiple times!) ….get up and pitch someone's product better than they pitch it to an audience that doesn't know you… AND you'll make MORE sales than the actual owner of the product! How do you do that?! I know that's a huge question, but that's amazing… HAVING NO INHIBITIONS Myron: First of all, how I do that in particular, is how I sell. First and foremost, I have to believe in the thing that I'm selling. If I believe in the thing that I'm selling, then it's easy for me to sell it. What I mean by that is... Most salespeople don't even realize that they haven't gotten out of their own way yet. Most people who sell things, whether they sell cars, or sell shoes, or sell online courses… or whatever... … they believe that selling is doing something ‘TO’ people not doing something *FOR* them. So first and foremost, I look at selling as a service. I look at it as something that I do *FOR* people’ that makes their lives better. It makes the world a better place because people like me are selling. So I don't have ANY inhibitions. For example...a pitcher will have pain in his shoulder, and he can't throw the ball as fast, or a golfer will have pain in his back and he can't swing. Because subconsciously, his body knows that, “This movement is gonna hurt me or hurt someone.” Right? When we are incongruent or when we have incongruence about selling in general, that makes it hard for us to sell things. I think the thing that I have going for me when it comes to selling is that I have *NO* incongruence in me whatsoever. If I feel like a product isn’t good, then I wouldn't sell it to somebody in the first place! Does that make sense? Steve: Yeah, that makes sense. Myron: I get out of my own way. Steve: And I mean, you've done that multiple times. I saw you do that at Dream 100 Con. I mean, you're the guy that Russell Brunson asks to come re-pitch ClickFunnels' amazing offer after he's pitched! Myron: Yeah. Steve: It's impressive. Myron: I'm honored. I'm honored by Russell. I appreciate him more than I can say... I've got so much belief in what he offers, that selling a Russell Brunson coaching program is easy for me to sell. (...even though he doesn't consider himself a guru, okay? I'm gonna call him my bounce-back guru.) Because I went out, made a fortune and had a lot of great things happen in my life. And then… I went through seven years of life devastation. Like every year, major tragedy after major tragedy, of some kind, happened in my life. ...from 2007 through 2013. I signed up for another coaching program in 2014 and I just didn't like that kind of work. I don't believe that the key to success is to find something you're passionate about and the money will follow.’’ I DON’T believe that's true. Steve: I don't either. Myron: But I do believe that… If the work that you’re doing doesn’t match the person that you are, you will never create wealth or massive world change in that arena - because your ‘doing’ has to match your ‘being’. Right? The coaching program was great; they had a lot of people making A LOT of money...it just wasn't the kind of work that suited me. After that in 2015, I joined Russell's Inner Circle and my life has been on an upward trajectory financially, ever since then. Selling a Russell Brunson coaching program? That's like the easiest thing in the world for me to sell! Because he is the one person who I can point at and say, incontrovertibly, has helped more people to become millionaires in a shorter period of time than ANY other human being I've ever known of. Steve: Yeah, not even just “known of”. I've never heard of anyone doing that! Myron: Exactly. And he's not an MLM guy. He's just a guy who teaches you frameworks that work. So standing up and selling his product is easy because… I wasn't selling the product I was selling the payoff ...and I know what the payoff is because I get paid from that payoff all the time! So that's why, if I can look at something and it makes sense, then it's easy for me to see how it makes sense... ...then it's easy for me to say HOW it makes sense in a way that's easy for people to receive. Steve: It's powerful stuff! And you know what's funny? I feel like there's a lot of people who are jumping in entrepreneurship… (which is great!) ….but they do it under this notion that it's NOT sales, it's “entrepreneurship”. But like, “ Eh, entrepreneurship IS sales. It's a sales role." Myron: Yeah, exactly. Steve: And if you're lying to yourself about that, you're already a bad entrepreneur! To be an entrepreneur is to be a salesperson. Myron: Exactly. Steve: How can people be better? How can they get rid of the inhibitions around selling? Myron: Let's start with this. So as you just said… The reason that people say, “I'm an entrepreneur, I'm not a salesman," (What does that even mean?) ...that is because they think there's something inherently wrong with sales! But I'm gonna fix that right now. BLOOD & SALES …. the people reading right now - they can agree or disagree. If you disagree ...here's what I'm gonna say to you… ”You've been wrong before… congratulations, it's happening again!” So I happen to have some money in my pocket…. ….if you take some money out of your pocket, any amount of money… and you look at that money - just check it out - and you’ll realize that: All of the money that you have... All of the money you will ever have... To do the things… You desire to do for yourself... For the people that you love... The causes that you care about... The only reason it's possible for me, you, or anyone else to ever have money is because somebody somewhere sold something to someone for a profit. PERIOD. (I wasn’t gonna go here, but I will…) Money is like blood, right? Money is like blood, in that, money is stored in a bank. Where's blood stored? Steve: In your body. Myron: Well, no, it's stored in a blood bank. Money is stored in a money bank, right? Steve: Oh, I get what you're saying. Myron: Blood is stored in a blood bank. Blood has to be in circulation in order to give life to your body and money has to be in circulation in order to give life to the economy. Steve: I love that. Myron: Right? So money is very much like blood. Blood carries oxygen to every part of your body. Money doesn't really carry oxygen, but it does help you breathe. … because when you don't have any money, you feel like you can't breathe. Steve: That's true. Myron: Right? But also… Money is a mass noun, just like blood is a mass noun. Yesterday, I went and got some blood drawn - I didn't go get ‘A blood’ drawn, I got SOME blood drawn. … even though it's singular, it's a mass noun. So you have to put “some” (which is plural) in front of a singular word. You'd never say "I gave A blood," because that doesn't make any sense. I gave SOME blood. Well, guess what? When it comes to money, you wouldn't say, "I gave A money..." It's SOME money. Money and blood are both mass nouns. Money and blood are both fungible. Q: Now, what does fungible mean? Well, you drove my car when you were in Tampa. Steve: Yeah, great car, beautiful car. Myron: With my name on the floor mat. Steve: On the floor mats right there, that was...wooooo! Myron: I drive a Bentley Continental GT. If I let Steve borrow my car, when he brings my car back, my car is NOT fungible. It's a car, but he can't bring me back a Volkswagen Jetta and say, "Here Myron, here's a car." You have to bring back the same car! ...or at least the same kind of car in, at least the same kind of condition. (Preferably my car, right?) So if somebody borrows a car, a car is NOT fungible. If somebody borrows my golf clubs... (… I wouldn't let somebody borrow my golf clubs 'cause those are my babies!) But if I did, it's like, "No, you can't bring me back some other golf clubs." "Well, they're golf clubs! What difference does it make?" No! Golf clubs are NOT fungible. If you give blood at a blood bank and then get in a car accident, you need to go get some blood… they don't have to search through millions of pints of blood to find the exact blood you gave! Steve: "Oh, here are your cells!" Myron: Exactly. They just have to find the same blood type. It's like with money. Money is fungible. If you loan me $5, you don't care if I pay you back the same bill. Or if you owe me $50 then you don't care if I pay you back a $50 bill. Or two $20s and a $10 or five $10s or 10 $5s. You don't care. Q: Why? A: Because money is fungible. As long as it's the same currency type (#American dollars), you don't care. You don't wanna loan me $50 in American dollars and I give you back Costa Rican dollars. That wouldn't work. So… Money and blood are very much alike. So here's what you gotta realize. The only reason any of us EVER have any money in our pocket to do… The things we wanna do The things we desire for ourselves The things we desire for people we love or the causes that we care about … is because somebody somewhere sold something to someone for a profit. Here's what that means: Just like money is the blood, it keeps the economy alive, money is the lifeblood of the economy. Salespeople are the heart of the economy that keeps the blood flowing. If you are in sales, free yourself from the idea…from this ridiculous Hollywood notion that selling is somehow doing evil in the world. Hollywood does way more evil in the world than salespeople! The government tries to demonize business and salesmen and entrepreneurs while they do WAY more evil in the world. Here's what you gotta realize... Being a person who is in sales (a salesman or saleswoman) is one of the most noble, honorable positions and vocations in the world. You make the world go ‘round. Once you realize how essential salespeople are in the world and how much joy they bring into the world? Salespeople bring joy into the world! Remember how good you felt last time somebody sold you a new car? Or somebody sold you a new house? You felt great! Why? Because they sold you something that made your life better. Salespeople bring more joy into the world than almost any other profession. So once you wrap your mind around what selling really is… … that FREES you up from all those internal conflicts and incongruencies that create the cognitive dissonance that restrict you from going out and making your offers boldly. Steve: I 100% believe that. Myron: That was a long answer. Steve: But it's an amazing answer. It drives me crazy…. "Money's evil." Money is NOT evil, money is an amplifier. I feel like (most of the time) when someone is NOT good at sales, usually they need to redefine their relationship with money. They have so many *false beliefs* around money. Myron: Absolutely. Steve: Do you find that to be true? Myron: Absolutely. I'm gonna say, money IS an amplifier, but I'm gonna add a caveat. Because money IS an amplifier… If you're bad, money will make you a worse person, or give you the opportunity to do more evil in the world. If you're a good person, money will give you the opportunity to do more good in the world HOWEVER… Money itself is NOT bad, nor is it neutral. Money itself is good. Money is a good thing. Steve: Right. Myron: How can you say money is a good thing? Q: What is the substance that represents wealth around the world since the beginning of time? What's that substance? Steve: Gold. Myron: Gold, that's right. Steve: Yeah. Myron: Gold is the substance that represents wealth. The first time gold is mentioned in Scripture is in the Garden of Eden. Here's what God said, "And there was gold in that land, and the gold of that land is good." Now, wait a minute, wait a minute! Help me understand something here. The Garden of Eden is a place where all the food is free. The Garden of Eden is a place where there were only two people who ever lived there, Adam and Eve, (last I checked, they were married to each other). There were no stores, there was nothing for sale, and yet God put gold in the Garden of Eden and then, He made sure He told us it was good. Money is good. It's not neutral. It's not bad. It is inherently good. You can do bad things with money, but it’s inherently good. A car is inherently good - it's not bad to not have to walk everywhere you go! It's good to be able to get places faster and it gives you the ability to save time and put more experiences in your life. But people have run over people intentionally with cars! You can do something bad with something that's good but it doesn't make the good thing bad - it just means that a person did a bad thing with it. Steve: And the person did it, NOT the car, or the gold, or the object! Myron: You know how you talk about the Capitalist Pig it really irritates people? THIS MAY OFFEND YOUI'm gonna say something that really irritates people. Steve: Yeah. Myron: I'm not attempting intentionally to offend anybody (that's not my intention) but if they get offended…. they should probably grow up a little bit! So the government talks about gun violence, right? Steve: Yeah. Myron: Oh, there's no such thing as gun violence. I know, I just lost a bunch of people....but I lost the ones I wanted to lose. Steve: Sure. Myron: Okay? There's no such thing as gun violence. I have a whole bunch of guns, not one of them is violent. (I know I just lost a bunch of people… but I lost the ones I wanted to lose) Steve: Me too. It's so funny, they're just sitting there and they never harmed anyone. Myron: They don't do anything to anybody. They just mind their own business! In fact, they don't even mind their own business ...because they don't do anything. They just sit there until I go to the range and I practice. There's no such thing as gun violence, it's people violence and some of those people use guns. Nobody talks about... Steve: Car violence. Myron: Car violence. Nobody talks about fist violence. It's stupid, it's like saying, "My stupid pencil failed that test." *Your pencil didn't take the test* Steve: I'm gonna use that one! I wish I would have known that when I was in elementary school, hah. “My pencil's broken!” Myron: "My pencil...I can't believe this... What kind of pencil is this?!” Steve: So we've gone through and said, “Okay, in order to get better at sales, you really need to embody…” Myron: You have to fall in love with it. Steve: Sales are incredible. Myron: You have to fall in love with it. I love sales and salespeople. Pray for salespeople every night when you go to bed. Thank God for them every morning when you wake up. Stop being, "I can't believe that person tried to sell me something." When somebody tries to sell something to you, get excited about it and watch their process and see what you can learn. Instead of , "I can't stand these stupid infomercials. I can't stand these stupid commercials….” I like infomercials… I really love them! Steve: Me too! I watch them for fun. Myron: Goodness, they're so entertaining! I'm like, "Ooh, that is such a great idea!" Steve: Oh man! So we’re saying … THE STRUGGLE IS NOT REAL! Number one: You can't even learn any of the skills or real tactics that you teach if you can't even accept the fact that… Sales ARE good. That money IS good. Myron: Absolutely, absolutely! And that you are doing good in the world when you sell things to people. Do you understand that people only buy something because they value the thing they're buying more than they value the money? It's kind of amazing when you think about it. Steve: Yeah, money is GOOD. Sales are GOOD. I'm writing down some of the notes here... What else would somebody need to do? I mean these are all major foundational pieces before you even get into tactics… (or even things that you'll be speaking at OfferMind about) So what else can somebody do to just increase their sales? They're like, "Hey, I've got those things, I know sales are GOOD. I know money is GOOD." What would be the next step? Myron: Realize that the struggle is not real, it's imagined. “But sales are SO hard!” No, no, no, no, that's just a story you tell yourself. Sales are NOT hard, you're just NOT good at it. I love what Jim Rohn said his mentor told him. He said, "Mr. Rohn, Mr. Rohn. Don't wish it were easier. Wish you were better." Steve: Ohhhhh...there's some zing on that! Myron: That's juicy, ain't it? Steve: It's a little sting, there. A little spicy. Myron: Yeah, he was like, "Sales is hard." No, no, no, no. It ain't the problem. Sales are not hard. Sales are really, really easy! You just don't know how to do it. Jim Rohn said his mentor, Mr. Earl Shoaff asked him, “So how much money do you make?" He said, “Well, I don't make that much. I'm broke.” His mentor said, “How is it that you, being 26 years old and a healthy American male...and you're broke?” He said, “Well, I can't help it. This is the job I have. This is all they pay.” His mentor said, “Well, now Mr. Rohn that's not true. Let me ask you a question. Are there people who work for your company that get paid more than you get paid?" He said, "Yes." His mentor said, "Well then, that's not all they pay. That's just all they pay YOU." And I said, "That is so good!" Steve: I totally I can hear his voice as you say that. You do it well! Myron: That's all they pay *YOU* So what we have to realize is… Mr. Rohn said, "It's too expensive." "No, Mr. Rohn. The problem is not that it's too expensive. The problem is that you can't afford it." We always wanna blame it on something outside of ourselves. We always wanna relieve ourselves from the responsibility to do the thing, but the reality is... the reality is that sales ISN’T hard… “…I just haven't learned how to do it yet!” I'm gonna tell you something, Steve. I have NOT always been good at sales. When I got started in sales in 1985 selling insurance and investments through a company called AL Williams, I was not even good enough to be bad yet. I was so bad, I was worse than bad! I got started in October of 1985 and I did not make my first sale until April of 1987. I was working and doing presentations... and I was woefully awful. See, here's what happens. Most people are not willing to be bad long enough to get good. I was making offers and doing presentations from October of 1985 to April of 1987. (By the way, if you're counting that's 18 months before I made a single, solitary sale.) Shortly after I made that first sale, I became the top salesperson in our office month after month after month after month. Some of you will say, "Well, Myron. How did you do that? What was it that changed for you, that took you from not being able to make the sale, to being the top salesperson in your office?" *EASY* I ran out of all the ways that wouldn't work. Steve: Mat time! Myron: The only thing I had left? The ways that it WOULD work. It's so amazing, Steve. People resist the only activity that can help them get better at the thing they are desiring to do. They'll create all kinds of creative avoidance around not doing the one thing, i.e., Making offers Doing presentations. DON’T HIDE I'm gonna tell you something, I've got a young lady who's in one of my high-end coaching programs. Her name's Eileen, I think you met her. This particular coaching program is $40,000 and they have to put at least half down and then they get on weekly bank drafts, right? So she's like, "Myron, I really wanna get in this and I don't have the money. I don't know what to do." First of all, she came to me and she didn't hide from me. She came to me and said, "I don't have the money. I don't know what to do. What should I do?" I'm like, "This person's gonna be awesome." … because when they didn't have the answer, they knew there was an answer… ... and so they ASKED for the answer instead of avoiding the place where they could get the answer. Steve: Yes. I'm a student of exceptions. If you don't have the means, or you don't have whatever... JUST FIND ANOTHER WAY. It doesn't mean that you're blocked! You keep moving! Myron: Yeah, exactly. Here's what I told her: "Eileen, you already have a $4000 offer. Raise the price to six and make more offers. In fact, take the people who are in your current database right now and give them a date at which you're gonna raise your price to $6000 and give them an opportunity to get it now for only $4000. Raise your prices." I said, "Then the second thing you wanna do, raise your prices and make more offers." Now, here's what make more offers means to me: *Collapsed timeframe*. Take the number of offers you would do in the next year and do that in the next month! Take the number of offers you'd do in the next month and do that in the next week! Take the number of offers you'd do in the next seven days and do that many offers today! You will have the money in less than 30 days. She called me a week later, "Myron, I have the money." Steve: That's SO cool. Myron: It’s something as simple as “make more offers”. I can tell you story after story. That's not unusual, but it is unusual to find people who are willing... To make an offer! Adjust the offer and then make that offer to another person when somebody says no to their offer Make that offer just the way it is to 10 more people just to see if the problem is the offer... OR if it’s just the way they're offering it. Steve: Right, right. Myron: Most people won't allow themselves to stay in the game long enough to figure out how to win the game. Steve: You know, it's funny. I went back and I recounted how many tries it took me... and it was 33 failures over six years! It was painful... Myron: Well, why didn't you quit? Steve: Right? Yeah, I know. Someone was like, "Why did you think you could keep going like that?" I was like… I realized that failure is largely made up. You just learn. Everything is progression. It's not win-lose, it's just progression. Man, I had a lot of garbage in my own head around the beliefs in money that I had to overcome. Myron: Absolutely. Steve: Before I could even sell what I was making in the first place. ALL WORK *WORKS* Myron: Absolutely. What's really interesting that a lot of people don't realize? They'll say, "But Steve, it's not working! But Myron, it's not working!" I say, "Okay, first of all, let me help you understand something. All work WORKS." Steve: I'm gonna put that on my ceiling! Myron: All work works. There's no such thing as, "I did that thing, and it didn't work." Oh, it worked. "No, no, but I made the offer and nobody bought." It still worked. "Well, if I made the offer and nobody bought, how can you say it worked?" See, work is a two-sided coin. Q: What are the two sides of the coin? There's the work I do on it There's work it does on me. When the work I do on it doesn't do what I thought it would do...then the work it does on me ALWAYS does what it's supposed to do! I know all work works. So when I'm working on something that seems like it's NOT working, it's still working on me. It's so interesting, we were talking about how you had six years... six years you tried all these different things and none of them "worked." You had six years of failure, about 30-some odd failures but here's what we as human beings fail to realize. Repetitive use of a limited ability will always produce an increased capacity. What do I mean? If I wanna get in shape and started doing push-ups, and I wanna do 30 push-ups, but I can only do five, here's what happens initially after I do five. The next day I can only do three, right? Because push-ups, in the beginning, don't make you stronger at first, they make you weaker because of fatigue. So people think when they become fatigued from the activity that they wanna get good at, they think that means it's NOT working. But you have to do it over and over again. Repetitive use of a limited ability will ALWAYS produce an increased capacity. Unless you do the activity repetitively, it cannot increase your capacity to do that thing. Eventually, if you do five push-ups today, and three tomorrow, and then five the next day, and then three the next day, and five the next day... all of a sudden, you get down one time and then it’s 21. Where did that come from? Repetitive use of a limited ability will ALWAYS produce an increased capacity. Over that year and a half when I was making presentations and nobody bought, what I didn't realize I was learning two very valuable lessons. I was learning how to NOT work for money. I was learning how to hone my message and how to adjust my approach and then go back and do it again. And that's what I mean when I say I literally became the top seller. Went from a year and a half no sales...to making a sale...to top salesperson. “How did you do that?” I ran out of all the ways that wouldn't work. The only thing I had left were ways that would work. Steve: I totally get it. It's kind of the same thing for me... after a while, I was like, "I don't know how else to be bad, or make it not produce cash.” Myron: Exactly. Steve: So just so everyone else can see, I've taken so many notes that I even turned the page… ….now I'm going down this side of the page with notes! I have so many notes and what's funny is that I've listened to you speak so many times... Every time I hear you speak, more and more comes out! I have a greater understanding of why I behave the way I do. Not just, "How do I sell more?" It's, "How do I actually behave better?" It's really fascinating and I want to thank you for that. Myron: Absolutely, my pleasure bro. Steve: So you're gonna be teaching a lot of stuff at OfferMind and you're gonna come speak... Myron: Yes. Steve: And at the point where you're gonna come speak, people should have a great idea of what their offer actually is. The core offer, what they should be doing. Horse blinders on about everything else and just hyper-focused on that one core offer…which is what I'll be doing on the first day. But you're gonna come in and teach them how to offer the offer. Myron: How to offer the offer in a way that people expect it. So many people make the mistake of thinking that the offer is their person. What do I mean by that? What they'll do is say, "Well you'll get so many hours of my time." I say, "How many hours of your time?” What I want less than hours of your time is for you to have hours of my time! Steve: Right. Myron: Okay? So they'll sell their person. They'll sell their pieces, "Well, this has got five books, 17 videos and 47 audios." Well, nobody cares about the pieces. Steve: No, I don't want that. Myron: Nobody cares about the pieces. They'll sell their process. It's fine to teach people the process after they've taken advantage of your offer, but don't sell them the process! If you sell them the process then they're not gonna buy it. I'm gonna teach you how to offer the offer... Q: ...and so how do you offer the offer? When you're selling to somebody you don’t sell them the process, you only sell them the payoff. You don't sell them your person, you don't sell them the pieces, you don't sell them the process. Q: What do you sell them? You sell them the payoff and you use a concept that I call Emotional Cooperation. After you use Emotional Cooperation… (and I'll teach you what that means when I get there - at OfferMind…) ...then you use what I call Logical Justification. When you combine Emotional Cooperation with Logical Justification, you become what I call a Psychological Artist. You can hang pictures in people's minds for them to refer to that help them see your offer in a more favorable light. OFFERMIND???Steve: That is powerful stuff and I’m taking notes like CRAZY. If anyone's watching or listening to this now, and they're like, "Will OfferMind be worth it?" ...first of all, if you're NOT convinced by now… I don't know what to tell you! What would you say to somebody who's like, "You know what, I don't know if I should show up to OfferMind?" Myron: What does that mean? Steve: Right. Myron: No, no, I know what you mean. I'm like, "I don't know if I should show up for OfferMind?" Some of the greatest marketing and sales minds in the world alive today are gonna be there teaching you how to get BETTER at creating offers, and offering those offers… ...if you don't know if you should be there…? Perhaps we should come get your family and take them to safety!?! It's that kind of deal. THE TWO THINGS...One of my old mentors, Charlie "Tremendous" Jones... I love that man and he was so amazing. He changed my life in so many ways. Steve: Oh, I didn't know he was! Oh, that's cool. Wow. Myron: Oh yeah, I knew Charlie. Steve: Oh, that's amazing. Myron: Yeah, I knew Charlie. Steve: Cool. Myron: He lived in the same town as me. I used to go visit him. Steve: That's amazing. Myron: Like, I would go hang out with him. Charlie used to say: Your life would be the same 10 years from now as it is today, except for two things, the books you read and the people you meet. When he said, "The people you meet", he is talking about the people you associate with. I have found that NOTHING in this world ... in this life...changes your life for the better like going to live events. Live events are my vibe. I get to meet people and interact with people. If I had never gone to Funnel Hacking Live, I wouldn't even know you and we wouldn't even be having this conversation right now. Steve: No, definitely not. Myron: When you were at Funnel Hacking Live in San Diego, 2016 and I was at Funnel Hacking Live 2016... I don't even know if I remember meeting you. Do you remember meeting me? Steve: No. Myron: Probably not. No. Steve: No, no. Myron: Probably not, right? We were both there, just as attendees. And now you're having your event, and I'm coming to speak at your event! You learn from me, I learn from you. We make each other's lives better and we help each other's students, it's like... ...does it get any better than that?! Steve: I don't know?! Myron: You will meet joint venture partners and they can open doors for you that you can't open for yourself just by going to live events in general... But OfferMind! Like really?!! I mean where will an assembly (other than at Funnel Hacking Live) of this level of marketing and sales genius be converged in ONE place at the same time other than OfferMind? If you're not there ...where else would you be?! Steve: I don't know? I've asked the same question. I'm like, “I don't know why you wouldn't show up to this, it's pretty ridiculous…” Myron: Your life will change. I love what JR Ridinger used to say, he is a guy who is the president of a network marketing company I used to be a part of. He said, "You can change your life in two days." How long is OfferMind? Two days or three days? Two days? Steve: Two days. Myron: You can change your life in two days. You can get more accomplished in two days than you get accomplished in a whole year by being smart enough to get yourself to that next event. Steve: There’s something about it... Myron: It collapses timeframes It gives you a synergy It gives you a level of focus that you can't get...that's diffused when you're out here doing your own thing in the workaday world. When you come into a space where there are that many people focused on sales, focused on marketing, focused on offer creation, dude, it changes everything. Steve: Yeah. Myron: Yeah, I'm speaking at OfferMind. But I'm not just going to OfferMind 'cause I'm speaking, I'd be going to OfferMind if I wasn't speaking. Steve: Yeah. Myron: Let's not get it twisted, ladies and gentleman. Steve needs to go to events, I need to go to events, Russell needs to go to events. The teacher who has stopped learning has lost his right to teach. Steve: Okay, amen. I think about like wings on a plane. I tell everyone, if you're being coached by someone who's not also being coached, stop listening to them! They're not practicing the very thing they're teaching you. Myron: Absolutely. Steve: Get away from them. Myron: Absolutely. Steve: Oh man. Myron: Don't get stuck like Chuck in a pick-up truck. Steve: Well hey thanks so much for being on here, thanks for being in Sales Funnel Radio. I'm just incredibly excited to have you on. Myron: Me too. Steve: Guys, go to OfferMind.com and grab your ticket. By the time while I'm saying this right now, we're pretty much out of VIP seating - stuff is filling up very quickly. Go get your ticket and we'll see you September 2nd and 3rd! You’ll get to listen to Mr. Myron Golden teach you how to offer the offer that I'm gonna teach you how to build on day one. Myron: May I borrow one of your words? Steve: Yes. Myron: BOOM! Steve: BOOM! BOOM! If you're just starting out you're probably studying a lot. That's good. You're probably geeking out on all the strategies, right? That's also good. But the hardest part is figuring out what the market wants to buy and how you should sell it to them, right? That's what I struggled with for a while until I learned the formula. So I created a special Mastermind called an OfferMind to get you on track with the right offer, and more importantly the right sales script to get it off the ground and sell it. Wanna come? There are small groups on purpose, so I can answer your direct questions in person for two straight days. You can hold your spot by going to OfferMind.com. Again, that's OfferMind.com.
