If we push up our energy from our lowest part of our body (sex or root chakra) to our heart/heart chakra, we become blissful! The sex or root chakra is 5 cm above the vagina inside of the body; the heart chakra is between the breast nipples, or on the sternum 5 to 10 centimeters inside of the body. All mystical tradition have done so. Still, the techniques are different. We can even gain the Kundalini through these techniques and with the Kundalini the energy is going always upwards.1.)Shaking method of the whole body ... the pelvis is the pivot point. This is the best-known technique from Bhagwan/Osho as Kundalini Meditation. The Qigong uses the shaking of the body to relax. 2.)Dancing like crazy... trance dancing. Let your body dance and don't interfere with your mind. And then miracles can happen!3.)Unique rhythms of drums used as a shamanistic technique. The African, Hindu, Tibetan, are famous for their complicated drum rhythms that cause trance trough raising the energy from your lowest chakra upwards, like dancing and shaking. Even working in a fabric that involves doing the same movement again and again at a specific speed can cause that. 4.)Singing of Gospels or religious devotional songs. A good singer always sings from the lowest chakra. And if he/she is singing devotional songs for the Lord, the energy raises upwards.5.)Different sounds resonate with different parts of the body so the U is in the lowest area of the body and the A sound is in the heart chakra.  For instance, the Sufi Dikir: Huh Allah or Sufi breathing. The Chinese created great mantras for this, so you can also heal your body with a combination of different sounds/Chinese Mantras. When we move our pelvis back and forward with the sounds, we create even more energy upward… 6.)Even it looks weird we use this pelvic movement back and forward also in a different area with the same effect. It also works without sex only with deep breathing and sounds (Hu Allah) in the standing position! If you do it correct your body gets a body orgasm. 7.)The Tao Energy pump: We do the Kegel exercise. When breathing in the female contract the vagina and the male pull up the testicles and give some tension to the penis. No pressure on the anus. With the inhale we pull up the energy from the root chakra upward until the crone-chakra (head highest point). We press the tongue on the roof of the mouth and with the exhale we release the tension of the vagina or testicle and push the energy from the crone-chakra downward to the root chakra.Every baby does this when soaking milk. In this Video we are learning about the the third eye chakra which governs our intuition and Pituitary Gland. A healthy third eye and pituitary gland is important in order to go from constant states of fear, anxiousness, and not trusting, to faith, love, and acceptance. This state of consciousness is what our ancestors the Mayan spoke about when they referred to the Age of Harmony. To access this state of consciousness we have to have a healthy Third Eye or Pituitary Gland. Below are the instructions and music to the Meditation and feel free to Share your experience of this meditation below in the comments. Sat Nam From 3Ho.org Indra Nittri means the eyes of Indra. It connotes the feeling that every pore of the body becomes an all-seeing eye. It represents knowledge that comes through the soul and intuition. The body is a temple through which you can experience the consciousness of the Infinite. As that happens, all knowledge and bliss flow through you. This mantra—the Siri Mantra—contains the essence of the wisdom of the Siri Guru Granth Sahib, the holy scripture of the Sikhs. It is said to bring great intuition to the practitioner. After chanting this mantra, don't say anything negative for some time. It is a creative chant which can amplify and manifest anything you speak. When you are in this state, give your prayers and most positive projections for health, happiness, and holiness. The Practice Posture: Sit in Easy Pose, with a light jalandhar bandh. Mudra: Grasp the knees firmly with the hands. Keep the chest and spine lightly lifted. Eyes: The eyes are closed or 1/10th open. Mantra: Meditate through the Brow Point on the movements of the tongue as you chant the Siri Mantra in a steady rhythm: EK ONG KAAR, SAT GUR PARSAAD SAT GUR PARSAAD, EK ONG KAAR Pull the Navel Point in on EK. Release the Navel Point on KAAR. Lift the Diaphragm Lock with SAT and GUR. Release the lock on the sound of PARSAAD. This will create a wave-like motion of tension and relaxation in the torso. It will release great heat in the body. It is also said that if you do this meditation for 11 minutes daily for 18 months, your face will not age and it will give endurance, intuition and reverse disease. This week I am sharing with you a kundalini meditation to disrupt patterns of poverty and clear your energy channels for Prosperity and Wealth. According to Kundalini Yoga, prosperity comes through the heart. The Sanskrit mantra, “Har,” translates to “God as the Creative Infinity,” and affirms our ability to co-create. This kriya is a prosperity practice. It is an active combination of mudra (hand position) and mantra (sound) designed to bring prosperity to your life. This meditation stimulates the mind, along with the moon and Jupiter centers of the hands. It's the coming together of Moon and Jupiter that's said to create wealth. You may practice this meditation for 3-11 minutes, but no more. More than 11 minutes is said to be greedy. The Practice Posture: Sit in Easy Pose Mudra: Elbows are by the sides, forearms are at a 45° angle, with the fingers at the level of the throat. The exercise begins with the palms facing down. Alternately strike the sides of the hands together. When the palms are face down, the sides of the Jupiter (index) fingers touch, and the thumbs cross below the hands, with the right thumb under the left. When the palms are face up, the Mercury (pinky) fingers and the Moon Mounds (located at the base of the palms) touch. Eyes: Focus at the tip of the nose, eyes are 9/l0th closed. Mantra: Har Chant continuously from the navel, using the tip of the tongue (pronounced "hud"). The Tantric Har song played here is by White Sun All meditations should be practiced for a minimum of 3, 5, 7, or 11 Minutes and for 40 days consecutively so that the grey matter of the brain starts to change. She describes how investigating fatal car accidents frequently reminded her how life can truly change in an instant, which led her to be more present and intentional in her day to day life. Lianne talks about how she was so busy doing all the things that she never slowed down, until one day, she sat down for only15 minutes and it felt so good! The next day, she did the same, and then again the next. She talks about how she ended up coming back to a meditation practice that she once had many years ago. She also shares the benefits that have come from this practice and some tips about how to ease into meditation if you have never tried it before or if you want to get back into it. Lianne is a Productivity and Meditation Coach for Moms and Female Entrepreneurs.  For the last 20 years, Lianne has served her community as a Police Officer in the city of Ottawa and in the province of Ontario. #29 | August 16, 2021 Kundalini Meditation for a Calm Heart Experience a new level of inner peace with this practice from the tradition of Kundalini yoga & meditation. Breathe your way to a new sense of calm. This soothing breath practice (pranayama) relieves anxiety and promotes calmness and mental clarity. Kundalini Meditation is an active and energizing practice which involves moving awareness through the chakras and allowing the awakening of consciousness within ourselves. The home of the subtle force of prana is in the lungs and heart. The left palm is placed at the natural home of prana and creates a deep stillness at that point. The right hand that brings you to action and analysis, is placed in a receptive, relaxed mudra in the position of peace. This posture induces the feeling of calmness. It creates a still point for the prana at the Heart Center. Emotionally, this meditation adds clear perception to your relationships with yourself and others. If you are upset at work or in a personal relationship, sit in this meditation for 3 to 15 minutes before deciding how to act. Then shift from your head to your heart - to be able to then respond and act from your heart. Physically, this meditation strengthens the lungs and heart. This meditation is perfect for beginners. It opens awareness of the breath, and it conditions the lungs. When you hold the breath in or out for "as long as possible," you should not gasp or be under strain when you let the breath move again. Posture: Sit in an Easy Pose, with a light jalandhar bandh. Place the left hand on the center of the chest at the Heart Center. The palm is flat against the chest, and the fingers are parallel to the ground, pointing to the right. Make Gyan Mudra with the right hand (touch the tip of the index finger with the tip of the thumb). Raise the right hand up to the right side as if giving a pledge. The palm faces forward, the three fingers not in Gyan Mudra point up. Gyan Mudra represents wisdom and knowledge. The elbow is relaxed near the side with the forearm perpendicular to the ground. Eyes: Either close the eyes or look straight ahead with the eyes 1/10th open. Breath: Inhale slowly and deeply through both nostrils. Then suspend the breath in and raise the chest. Retain it as long as possible. Then exhale smoothly, gradually, and completely. When the breath is totally out, lock the breath out for as long as possible. Concentrate on the flow of the breath. Regulate each bit of the breath consciously. To End: Inhale and exhale strongly 3 times. Relax. Try it for 3 minutes. If you have more time, try it for three periods of 3 minutes each, with one minute rest between them, for a total of 11 minutes. For an advanced practice of concentration and rejuvenation, build the meditation up to 31 minutes. Another tip: If you practice Reiki, turn on Reiki before the start of this meditation to layer the tools for greater benefits for whole health. Press play and have the belief to always expect miracles for the Highest Good.
