While fish oil supplements are widely promoted for brain health, the brain only needs 2-6mg of DHA per day, and the typical fish oil capsule provides 600mg - a massive 40-100x overdose that can deplete crucial antioxidants.EPISODE SUMMARYProfessor Brian Peskin, an MIT-trained engineer turned medical researcher, presents groundbreaking insights about essential fatty acids and cellular health. He explains that 25-33% of our cell membranes are made up of parent essential oils (PEOs) - primarily parent omega-6 and parent omega-3. When these essential building blocks are replaced with processed oils or excessive fish oil supplements, it impairs cellular oxygen absorption and energy production, leading to chronic inflammation. This cellular dysfunction underlies many modern diseases including heart disease, diabetes, and cognitive decline. Contrary to popular belief, properly sourced organic omega-6 oils are not inflammatory - rather, it's the processing of these oils that creates harmful compounds. Peskin details how getting the right balance of unprocessed parent omega-6 and omega-3 oils, while avoiding processed versions, can help reduce inflammation, improve blood pressure, and even reverse coronary calcium buildup. He emphasizes the importance of organic oils and supplements to counteract the ubiquitous processed oils in our food supply.NOTABLE QUOTE"87 percent of what clogs an artery is the adulterated omega-6, not saturated fat like we were told for 30 years... Saturated fat can't combine with anything. There's no binding space on it. It's saturated. There's nothing open. But we have been so misled."https://brianpeskin.comFor the Eztrek product, listeners can visit this website https://store.goodforhealth.org/ and use the code HEALTH1 for 10% off the entire order and free shipping. For general health supplements and EFA support, available at this website Send Dr. Ovadia a Text Message. Today, I have here with me Prof. Brian Peskin, a world-leading scientist specializing in parent EFAs — termed PEOs — and their direct relationship to cardiovascular disease, cancer, and wound care (both traumatic and chronic). Brian has always had one goal – to help people — regardless of personal sacrifice. But despite his integrity, Brian has suffered a lot of criticism and even slander as a reward for his hard work. Brian is not alone. Many other health researchers have also spoken the truth and were chastised for it. Brian's great genius is “connecting the dots” between established sciences that usually remain separated, and coupling his findings with real-life results. He combines theory with practicality in a very unique way. Even though Brian does not always take credit for the science he has studied – he is often only the messenger of the information already published in leading medical textbooks and medical journals — he has also been called a “quack. Brian attended the world's leading engineering institution, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he studied highly complex mathematics, engineering and physics, along with probability and statistics. He has also studied biochemistry and physiology. Brian's various fields of study give him a unique systems perspective when applied to health and nutrition. Electrical engineering is an exact science. 90 Day Detox Program: http://www.ketokampdetox.com Order Keto Flex: http://www.ketoflexbook.com -------------------------------------------------------- / / E P I S O D E S P ON S O R S PureForm Omega Plant Based Oils (Best Alternative to Fish Oil): http://www.purelifescience.com Use ben4 for $4.00 off. [include file=get-in-itunes.html]I warned you that professor Brian Peskin was a fireball. Talk about a guy who is passionate about his work! But in reality how could you not be when you see how the "mainstream" medical science is killing people by telling them that fish oils are healthy? It would be similar to seeing injustice being done and not really caring. Brian is passionate about what he does because he actually cares about people. He cares that people are being lied to and are taking supplements that are actually harming people. Like he says it take about 10 years or so until the damage is known from the concentrated forms of fish oils. According to Mr. Peskin and Otto Warburg, cancer results when a cell is deprived of 35% of its oxygen. What are cell membranes made from? If my memory serves me correct they're mostly constructed of lipids, fats. These cell membranes built from fish oils prevent oxygen coming into the cells and thus making sure they stay healthy. He makes the argument during the show that athletes and people who exercise a lot of high amounts of oxygen in the blood but not inside the cells. So somehow the oxygen from exercise isn't making it into the cell itself. He also states that a lack of parent essential oils (PEO) is also the main issue with heart disease and even diabetes. These oils are everything. We need oil but we need the right kinds of oil. Butter, coconuts and other oils are good but not as good as parent essential oils according to Brian Peskin. Olive oil he says is simply the lack of a negative (fish oil) but doesn't really benefit you very much. So right after the show we ordered some parent essential oils and we're going to see what they do for us. If we like them and see results we're going to start selling them on the website. As you know we like to use and thoroughly review each and every product we sell first so we know what we're recommending to all of you. We're real sticklers for quality over here at Extreme Health Radio. So if you know anyone who is taking fish oil as part of their supplement protocol, could you do us a HUGE favor and send this link to them? We had our good friend Matt Blackburn on the show today to talk about a variety of subjects relating to health. Bonus for EHR listeners! For a limited time Matt is giving Extreme Health Radio show listeners 25% off his line of products. Just enter code EHR25 at checkout while it lasts! We had Matt on a couple years ago and what I love about him is that he's always evolving, growing and changing. He's constantly doing new research and really trying to get to the root of what we call health. I'm convinced that we only know less than 1% of what's "actually" going on in our bodies but right now it's all we got. In this show we discussed Omega 3 fatty acids which are fish oils, DHA and many other types of lipids. We talk about Omega 6 and what these oils potentially do once inside the body. Most of you know that some time ago he had a company that sold these oils. Then he came across some supressed research about how the fish oil industry started and what their true intentions were. Is it true the omega 3 oils are not even essential? Is it true like Atom Bergstrom says that these oils suffocates the cell, combine with iron and cause lipid peroxidation aka lipofuscin. What does excess iron do inside the body now that we live in a 5G world? If this is all true how can we get rid of lipofuscin (age spots), oxidized iron and fatty acids that turn into plastics once inside the body? Is it possible to cleanse this out of the body? Is it possible to 100% eliminate it from coming in? If not, what can we do about it? We also discuss fibrosis, copper, excess iron along with enzymes, shilijit, some conspiracy type subjects and even took listener questions near the end. If this idea of Omega 3 being a poison is interesting or shocking to you (like how could all the other health gurus be wrong?) I encourage you to listen to this show we did with Atom Bergstrom and this one also, along with this one from professor Brian Peskin. Now you've taken the red pill my friend. Your journey is just beginning. What else have you been lied to about? I hope you enjoy this show with Mr. Matt Blackburn. Please share the show on Instagram if you liked it! In my recent episode Two Nutritoinal Phobias, I offered a story how the Two Nutritional Phobias come into my awareness and in that episode I share Nutrtioinal Phobia No. 1 is the Fear of Germs/Microorganisms. Check out that episode to listen to the back story and then come back to this one where I share information that validates that Saturated Fat and Cholesterol are not to be feared! They can be embrased as part of your nutritional strategy to optimize your health and healing. Some Book Titles I mention in the opening "Primal Fat-Burner" by Nora Gedgaudas "The Carnivore Code" by Paul Saladino, M.D" "Know Your Fats" by Mary G. Enig, Ph.D "The Big Fat Surprise" by Nina Teicholz "Cholesterol and Saturated Fat Prevent Heart Disease by David Evan "The Cholesterol Myths" by Uffe Ravnskov, M.D., Ph.D "PEO Solution" by Brian Peskin "We Want to Live: The Primal Diet" by Aajonus Vonderplanitz, Ph.D "Fat and Cholesterol are GOOD for You!" by Uffe Ravnskov, M.D., Ph.D "The Great Cholesterol Con" by Dr. Malcomlm Kendrick "The CURE for Heart Disease" by Dwight Lundell, M.D. and Todd R.Nordstrom "Good Calories: Bad Calories" by Gary Taubes This should give you some notion that Saturated Animal Fat and Cholesterol are in fact very benificial and even necessary for optimal health, espeicially in our stressed out modern life. You might be asking yourself... What are Dr’s Sonya and Caitlin take aways from the conversation they had with Brian Peskin and Parent Essential Oils? In this episode they recap some of the highlights for them along with answering the following questions:How do the Women N Wellness docs utilize Fish oils (if at all)How do the Women N Wellness docs get PEO’s into their diets? What are the criteria for purchasing Oils for cooking/eatingHow do the Women N Wellness docs keep cost down with the more expensive oils (like pumpkin)?
On todays episode we are lucky to have Brian Peskin on talking about Parent Essential Oils. What is a parent essential oil you might ask? You’ll have to listen to learn all about them, but here are some benefits from getting them into your diet:- Less cravings for sweets and greater appetite fulfillment- Decreased stress levels- Healthier, smoother skin and decreased cellulite- Stronger, smoother fingernails- More luxurious, faster growing hair- Fewer and less severe headaches- Increased hormonal efficiency and production- Increased athletic endurance and faster recovery- Faster healing (from surgery and other procedures)Less pain, maximum anti-inflammation ability (from painful procedures)Prof. Brian Peskin is a theoretical research scientist specializing in lipids-based pharmacognosy—a class of drug derived from plant-based sources; specifically, seed oils. A notable benefit with this approach is the minimization / elimination of harmful side effects. He focuses specifically on the modulation of physiologically targeted essential fatty acids (EFAs) — termed Parent Essential Oils (PEOs) — and their eicosanoid metabolites. He is a translational science expert with a long-term interest in diabetes and its underlying pathophysiology. In 2002, he began extensive research on the relationship of PEOs and their metabolites to cancer and cardiovascular disease. Prof. Peskin’s work is focused on pathways that maximize oxygen delivery and blood flow to the human cell and maximizing tissue functionality. A former electrical engineer, Prof. Peskin founded the field of Life-Systems Engineering Science in 1995 – bringing the “cause-effect” accountability of engineering into the life sciences. Focus is on supporting and optimizing the patient's natural physiologic processes—not blocking or impeding metabolic pathways. Utilizing an interdisciplinary approach, the results are novel, highly effective treatment for specific chronic diseases / disorders across diverse patient populations. To get more information about Brian Peskin’s Research, books and articles:https://brianpeskin.com/
Drs Nick and Sonya Jensen interview Brian Peskin on the facts and myths around fish oil. We have all been told the benefits of taking fish oils, but are we doing more harm than good? Are we destroying the cell membranes and the very aspects of our bodies that help us thrive? The number one health mistake that nobody is talking about. Oils are everything when it comes to our performance, overall health, and prevention of disease. The source and ratio of your omega 6 and omega 3 fatty acids is monumental in allowing your body to function at optimal levels. Have we have been mislead about the benefits of using adulterated fish oils? Are the oils that we use in some of our food (restaurant/processed foods) toxic and making us sick? Prof. Brian Peskin is a world-leading scientist specializing in parent EFAs — termed PEOs — and their direct relationship to cardiovascular disease, cancer, and wound care (both traumatic and chronic). While advancing the scientific understanding of the role of essential fatty acids in the body's metabolic pathways, he has also advanced the discoveries of Nobel Prize-winner Otto Warburg, M.D., Ph.D. — to increase cellular oxygenation (The Hidden Story of Cancer, www.pinnacle-press.com). Amazingly, there is a fundamental cancer / heart disease connection, whereby the same physiologic solution solves both conditions. This information will lead to a new understanding of how to treat and prevent both cancer and heart disease. The basis for Peskin's current work, grounded strictly in state-of-the-art science — in particular, physiology — can be found in his seminal work and peer-reviewed medical journal articles. Clinical physicians throughout the world have validated Prof. Peskin's EFA recommendations. In the most exciting development to date, Brian's theoretical conclusions were recently and completely validated in a physiological experiment by precise instrumentation capable of measuring arterial compliance. This experiment (IOWA experiment) provided the first conclusive clinical proof and validation of Prof. Peskin's theory. Peskin Pharmaceuticals has a patent pending on the medicament that embodies this development. Parent Essential Oils (PEOs) Support Patients appreciate these important benefits. Brian’s great genius is “connecting the dots” between established sciences that usually remain separated, and coupling his findings with real-life results. He combines theory with practicality in a very unique way. Even though Brian does not always take credit for the science he has studied – he is often only the messenger of the information already published in leading medical textbooks and medical journals — he has also been called a “quack. Brian attended the world’s leading engineering institution, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he studied highly complex mathematics, engineering and physics, along with probability and statistics. He has also studied biochemistry and physiology. Brian’s various fields of study give him a unique systems perspective when applied to health and nutrition. Electrical engineering is an exact science. In this episode, Brian opens the show explaining why people with diabetes are more susceptible to the coronavirus. Brian reveals how we can enhance our bodies with essential oils to fight coronavirus. We need omega-6s! Both omega-6 and omega-3 come from food. The last thing that you want to do it take fish oil. Brian also reveals how we can minimize our risk for the coronavirus, including why oxygen is so essential. Stay tuned as Brian describes why we shouldn’t have self-quarantined and shut down the economy. Oxygen kills everything. More blood flow means more oxygen. You can take an oil that contains the precursor of what PGE1 needs to do its thing. A 12-inch pizza has 38 teaspoons of sugar. If you eat 20 teaspoons of sugar, you have no leukocytes, which are essential for fighting viruses. Twenty calories from a carbohydrate is a teaspoon of sugar. The more carbohydrates you eat, the more you crave. Right now, people are eating more carbs, and they are doing the worst possible thing in the world for their bodies. People with diabetes are one of the largest at-risk populations. [19:55] Enhancing Your Body to Fight Coronavirus with Essential Oils Omega-3 and omega-6 come from food. You need much more omega-6 than omega-3. It’s 11 fold more. We have overdosed on processed omega-6. Oils have been converted to be suitable for frying, so they have lowered the omega-6s. This virus isn’t that strong. Most people don’t have symptoms. Our immune system is weaker because we are overdosing on carbs, and we aren’t getting these oils. Fish oil is a poison. It is an overdose! [33:30] Minimize Your Risk You should avoid fast-food restaurants. If you get fries, eat a third of them. Instead of the whole bun, rip off half of it. Wheat is horrible. It doesn’t matter what kind of wheat it is. You can have some junk as long as you are bringing in some of the good stuff. [35:00] How to Find Essential Oils Flax oil will help. Eat fish. If you bake it, then most of the oil is gone. Fish oil is processed. The oil is concentrated, it’s horrible for you. If you take fish oil, your heart won’t have the energy to pump. There are no land sources of DHA. Your body makes enough just fine. Be careful with anecdotal stuff – people get misled. [44:15] The Importance of Oxygen for the Body Decreasing oxygen in the cell can result in cancer. In a study, every heart that had been reduced oxygen got cancer. In the cell membrane, the oxygen can come out of the oils. You want oxygen going in and out of the bloodstream and in and out of the cells. All the oils in a regular supermarket are processed, and the oxygen transferring is profoundly impaired. This is the biggest problem that we have today. When you have a lack of oxygen, you either kill the cell or grow yeast. The yeast is growing sugar. The cell is actually not using the oxygen because it can’t. The oxygen transfer is tied to the omega-6. Everybody in the world is missing the omega-6s. All the fish oil studies are finding that it fails. [59:20] We Shouldn’t Have Self-Quarantined People are unemployed, and they are not going to have money for food. If you are in panic mode, your immune system will go down. When you are in panic mode, you are burning oxygen. It’s the worst thing we could have done is to panic people. The numbers are not in an epidemic that we are led to believe. The numbers are not growing. It doesn’t warrant an epidemic. The solution is worse than the problem. If people with diabetes don’t get insulin, their blood sugar stays high, and they are at risk for everything. AND MUCH MORE! Question: Can you explain what parent essential oils are? I was given some articles that seemed to be saying that high-dose cold-water fish oils are damaging to cell membranes and mitochondrial function. "Parent essential oil" is a term invented by Brian Peskin, who looked at some data that said it's not clear that supplementing with fish oil is good for you because doing so can cause oxidative stress and cause damage to cells. That's true because the highly unsaturated oils found in fish oil, as well as in liver and egg yolks, are highly vulnerable to being damaged. This includes the physiologically essential omega-3 fatty acid, DHA, and omega-6 fatty acid, arachidonic acid. But that damage comes only when you eat too much. This is where I think Peskin is wrong, because he took that data and concluded that you don’t want to eat any of these oils. Instead, you should eat oils like flaxseed that provide the “parent” fatty acids that your body turns into DHA and arachidonic acid. But the parent oils are prone to being damaged too, just to a lesser extent. On a gram to gram basis, they are safer, but you need to eat a ton of parent oils to get the physiological requirement for DHA and arachidonic acid. So, on a daily requirement basis, the parent essential oils are going to be way more damaging. I recommend simply taking a small amount of arachidonic acid and DHA, since then you fulfill your requirements regardless of genetics or the environment or whatever could impede the transformation of parent oils to these physiologically essential oils. High-dose fish oil is ridiculous, and risky, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t consume any.

Science says one thing, and society is doing the opposite. Brian says more people need to be writing the science. [12:50] You Never Build on the Past in Medicine In medicine, you don’t look into the past – it doesn’t exist; it all starts today. Medicine is looking at studies, not science. Studies are open to misinterpretation. Ask your doctor what the metabolic pathway that causes your health issue is. Pathways are science. If your doctor doesn’t know the pathway, then don’t believe a word they say. Brian uses science to talk about food. [17:30] Solving Type 1 Diabetes Brian could not bring back a pancreas. Stop eating 4-6 times a day; we are not meant to be a goat. People who don’t know what they are talking about are putting others on an awful path. The diabetes epidemic has to stop. [19:45] Stop Eating Every 2-3 Hours Brian has no idea why people think they need to eat every 2-3 hours. Carbs are sugars. You get just as much fat eating complex carbohydrates. The pancreas does not store insulin very well. If you eat six times a day, you blow your insulin reserve. The pancreas doesn’t know how to react to you eating so frequently. Eating every two to three hours came from the food industry. How much sugar is in your bloodstream? Less than a teaspoon. Brian double checked, and it still came back to one teaspoon. This is why exercise became a second job for some people, to burn off all the access sugar we are intaking. [24:30] One Teaspoon of Sugar If you eat carbs, you’ll be using the sugar when you exercise. However, you would rather your body burn the fat (unless you are running a marathon). Most people quit their training program because it doesn’t work, and they are being told the wrong thing from their trainer. [25:30] What Time to Cycle in Carbs Early morning is the best time to eat carbs. You don’t want to eat carbs at night because your blood sugar will stay high all night. For every ounce of carbohydrates you eat, you will need three ounces of water. If you eat the carbs at night, most likely, you are not doing that much activity. Make sure the carbs are good, get the bang for your buck. You can add carbs later in the day if you are going to stay active. If you eat carbs and you feel horrible, you’ve overeaten. [32:20] Eating Too Many Carbs Your body wants it back to normal, so it needs to get the sugars out of the body. Exercise your body to get rid of the sugar, or burn it by starving. Brian says he doesn’t want to store it to begin with. [34:00] Eating Fats and Protein to Excess Brian says you can’t overeat fat because your body physically won’t let you. Your appetite will eventually go away, and you will no longer want to eat anything else. To get no carbohydrates is virtually impossible. If you eat just fats and proteins, none of that protein is going to fat. 58% of a steak is water after it’s cooked. 70% of that steak is burned up in digestion. Most people don’t know this and have never seen it in writing. [36:30] Eating Steak with Ketchup You’ve introduced carbohydrates when adding ketchup to steak. You can have some carbs; you don’t need zero. For instance, if you want to have a sandwich, have one slice of bread. Carbohydrates are very cheap and inexpensive. Fats, proteins, and cheeses are expensive. [38:00] How to Gain Fat Faster Fat does nothing on its own. Minimizing carbs is always the answer. The average person can be just fine with minimum carbs. Do not have a high carb meal after a fast. The smartest thing you can do is a steak coming off of a fast. Do not eat anything with carbohydrates. [42:00] Never Use Vegetable Oil or Fish Oil Smoke 2 packs a day for 28 years, how many people will develop lung cancer? 16% of people will develop lung cancer. If you give processed oil to people, most people will develop heart conditions. Fish oil goes rancid immediately. Dermatologists don’t have a clue why skin cancer rates aren’t going down. Sometimes, dermatologists will even prescribe fish oil to their patients to clear acne. Fish oil destroys your immune system. Brian doesn’t even know what to say. The most pristine fish oil in the world, in moderation, is still wrong. Fish oil doesn’t help anything; it fails at everything! [52:40] Organic Supplements Organic isn’t better because of more vitamins; it’s because they lack a negative. Many supplements will have carcinogens in them. If we take carcinogens over a long period of time, we will end up with severe health problems. You want more Omega-6 in your supplements. [57:15] Diet is More Important Than Exercise You don’t want your appetite going through the roof. With carbohydrates, you can’t exercise enough. You don’t start burning fat right away. At the tail end of a workout is when we will start burning fat. AND MUCH MORE! Have you ever wondered what fish oil does to your health and vision? Over the years, Professor Brian Peskin’s specialty has become essential fatty acids. However, he doesn’t like the term because “acid” is in it. Instead, he calls them Parent Essential Oils (PEOs). It’s the most powerful anti-inflammatory there is. It’s also a vasodilator, so it gives you increased blood flow. The benefits go on and on. Fatty acids, which can be found in fish oil, are tied to almost every biochemical reaction in your body. Essential Fatty Acids | Fish Oil And Eye Health What Are Essential Fatty Acids? All anybody needs to know about this, to begin with, is that there are two essential fatty acids: parent omega-6 and parent omega-3. Your body can’t make either of them. If you don’t get them from food or from supplements, you’re very short. What Are the Benefits of Essential Fatty Acids? You may say, “Big deal. I’m short on these. Who cares?” For starters, every one of your 100 trillion cell membranes has 25 percent to 33 percent of these, so they are actually the brick and mortar of every cell. They also lead to making the biggest anti-inflammatory your body has, PEG1 or prostaglandin series 1. What Is Fish Oil? Fish oil is DHA and EPA. What people don’t realize is DHA and EPA are used very little in the body. The brain and central nervous system do use them. Outside of that, it’s next to zero, so the daily requirement is no more than 15 milligrams. The average recommendation today is 20 to 500 times over what the body actually needs. Why Does It Have a Fishy Smell? What everybody needs to understand is that DHA and EPA have five and six double bonds. The more double bonds there are, the faster the substance turns rancid. This is the fish smell in the supplement section of the supermarket. That is rancid oil. How Does Fish Oil React in the Body? It turns out DHA and EPA become rancid spontaneously at room temperature, never mind 98.6 in your body. At 70 degrees, they’re rancid. DHA and EPA are in fish to keep the membrane of the fish fluid in freezing water. You have to ask yourself if you are living in freezing water. Of course, the answer is heck no. You’re living in something way above freezing all the time. Should I Take Fish Oil? That is grave cause for concern because the eye nervous system in the brain has about 14 percent DHA and EPA in it. If you overdose it by taking the fish oil supplements the way they’re prescribed most commonly, you’re going to put too much into the tissue. Professor Peskin tells us that there’s no reason to take any fish oil whatsoever. All the 21st-century science shows your body makes plenty of it from the parents. This has been one of the big things in medicine. Professor Peskin gives us many examples and studies showing most people are looking at outdated, wrong analytical measurements. We have been given the wrong information. In the past, they made estimates that were much too high, so people thought you needed a lot of DHA and EPA, and you don’t. Is Krill Oil Good for You? If you ever look at a krill, it is this wicked small shrimp. It’s great food for a whale, not a human being. Humans don’t eat that. First thing when you hear where we’re getting this from, look at it. Would it be food for a human? The answer is no. It is less dangerous than the oil from fish because there are less DHA and EPA in it. It’s less of a poison if you want an answer to what it is. It’s still absolutely wrong and it’s not needed at all. What Are the Risks of Taking Fish Oil? Fish oil increases the risk of colon cancer. This was discovered on August 26, 2010 during cancer research. Researchers gave mice a high dose of fish oil, it made the colon cancer worse, and the lead investigator was shocked. They thought it would help the mice, but it made them worse. Fish Oils Decrease the Immune System Response Listen in as the professor explains how fish oils decrease the immune system response.

Professor Brian Peskin graduated from MIT with an electrical engineering degree, yet his passion to discover better forms of treatment for his wife with type-1 diabetes led him to apply his degree in the medical field. He was drawn to pharmacognosy, the study of medical drugs obtained from plants and other natural sources, and used this knowledge to help his wife reverse her diabetes naturally. He shares his incredible findings in his best-selling book PEO Solution - Conquering Cancer, Diabetes and Heart Disease with Parent Essential Oils. Peskin found that the greatest nutritional deficiency in America and in the world are the parent essential fatty acids or parent essential oils, which are parent omega six, parent omega three. They are essential because they have to come from food, our body cannot make them. Every cell in our body has a lipid membrane, and that membrane is composed of 25 to 33% of PEO‘s. This means that PEO's are essentially the brick and mortar of every cell, every tissue, every organ in your body. If that membrane is not fully functional nothing will work properly and no modality of treatment will be maximized. PEO's are some of the most potent anti-inflammatories known. They maximize and oxygenate blood flow and also inhibit the blood from clotting or sticking to the arteries.Parent omega threes and sixes come from plants, not fish. Contrary to popular belief, taking fish oil is not only ineffective, but actually very harmful to the body. Fish oil goes rancid at room temperature and is sold at toxically large doses that dramatically displace its balance with omega six in all our tissues and organs. The rancid omega threes in fish oils are toxic and brittle by the time we eat them and create what Dr. Peskin calls “plastic cell walls,” where hormones and nutrients bounce off of our cells instead of being absorbed into them. The cell membrane serves one of the most important functions in our body. It allows nutrients to enter the cells while excreting toxins and waste out of the cells. If our cell walls become too stiff and inflamed, they will not be able to communicate with the outside world by intaking nutrients and hormones and eliminating waste. As a result of being chronically inflamed from eating the wrong oils, we will eventually develop auto-immune conditions, cancer, and chronic disease.Visit Brian Peskin's websiteCheck out his book, PEO Solution - Conquering Cancer, Diabetes and Heart Disease with Parent Essential Oils Dr. McCollum's Contact Information & Further Resources:Get in Touch with Dr. McCollumMcCollumWellness.comGet Your Personal Toxicity ScoreMcCollum Wellness AcademyTrue Cellular DetoxificationChiropractic CareKetogenic Diet & FastingPurchase Dr. McCollum's Best-Selling Books:Turn Back Your Biological Clock (Health & Wellness)New Hope for Sciatica (Health & Wellness)The Adventures of Little Big Jim (Historical Fiction)Coaling Station A (Historical Fiction)Kaleidoscope (Historical Fiction)Journey's End (Historical Fiction)
