Around the world, people who have had their reproductive choices interfered with, either intentionally or unintentionally, are seeking legal compensation. News and Editorial Director, Jessica Hopkins, spoke to Lecturer at the University of Auckland law school, Dr Anna Broadmore, about her research into how reproductive control could be recognised as a protected interest within the common law.

Recent surveys boast the benefit of early childhood programs for kids as young as 18 months. While the data is impressive, it speaks to a challenge in our nation for low-income families and how programs focused on care and and identity benefit kids for the long haul.  Dr. Kathy has words of encouragement for families considering any education path this year for their young kids. She also gives a great perspective of how caring for those in our communities not only benefits the individual but also the whole community. 

Dr. Kathy continues the weekly series of Dr. Kathy Says by looking at how we can walk with our kids through the school year. Could the best skill our kids get from school is to remember? Dr. Kathy considers a new requirement in Connecticut to have students look back on high school and consider the lessons they've learned.  The concept of remembrance is packed throughout all of Scripture. Dr. Kathy highlights this in calling parents to guide students to consider what God has done and to remember it.
