Through extensive research and personal experience, Rebecca Woulfe has discovered the importance of raising children punishment-free. She has over 30 years of parenting experience having raised four daughters without using punishment to discipline. She shares her expertise through parenting workshops and her 'how to' book on the topic. In her book, The Gift of a Punishment-Free Childhood: A New Way to Parent for a New World, Rebecca provides evidence of how punishment not only negatively affects the parent-child relationship, but how it also Rebecca provides parents with specific examples of how to discipline children through teaching with a goal of showing them how to be good humans without resorting to punishment to control their behavior. She uses humor and a non-judgmental approach to support parents, and grandparents, to learn how to positively interact with children and teenagers. Rebecca empowers readers to trust their instincts, address each child's unique needs, and uncover solutions that work for each family. She provides practical guidance for each stage of development so whether you are parenting a toddler, tween, or teenager, you can apply Rebecca's techniques.
