Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are back in the United Kingdom—but is their return really about the children, or is something much bigger happening behind the scenes? Tudor Dixon is joined by British journalist and Outspoken host Dan Wootton for an explosive conversation about Harry and Meghan’s reported return to the UK, the state of their marriage, and what could come next for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Wootton argues that Harry and Meghan have been living through an increasingly troubled marriage and explains why their move could mark the beginning of an effective “trial separation,” with Harry focused on life in Britain and Meghan potentially spending significant time back in Montecito. The two also examine what the move could mean for Archie and Lilibet, Harry’s relationship with King Charles, and the possibility of a future custody battle. They also dig into Harry’s fractured relationship with Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales; whether the Royal Family could ever welcome Harry back; Meghan’s future without the monarchy; and why Wootton believes Prince William could take a much tougher approach to Harry and Meghan when he becomes king. Plus, Tudor and Dan revisit the infamous Oprah interview, Harry’s memoir Spare, the brothers’ longtime rivalry, Meghan’s relationship with royal staff, and how Harry went from one of Britain’s most popular royals to one of its most controversial figures. Could Harry and Meghan ultimately divorce? Can Harry repair his relationship with the Royal Family—or have too many lines already been crossed? And could their return to Britain set the stage for the next major royal family showdown? See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Citizen McCain is BACK, and there is a lot to catch up on. Meghan McCain and Miranda Wilkins return from summer break with an emotional tribute to the legendary Dolly Parton, reflecting on her extraordinary life, generosity, music, and rare ability to bring people from every corner of American culture together. Then, Meghan responds to the backlash over her comments about 13-year-old North West and asks a bigger parenting question: when does self-expression cross the line into adults failing to protect a child's childhood? Senator Ted Cruz joins Meghan and Miranda for a wide-ranging conversation about his new book, Going Further: The Incomparable Clarence Thomas. Cruz shares stories from his decades-long friendship with Justice Thomas, his remarkable political evolution, and the experiences that shaped one of the most influential conservative figures in America. Cruz also gets personal about sending his daughter off to college and becoming an almost empty nester. Then, Citizen McCain's resident royal expert Lady Sarah Elliott breaks down why Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may suddenly be looking back toward Britain. Have the Sussexes run out of cultural capital in America? Do their titles simply mean more in the UK? Could money, status, and their children's royal connections be pulling them back into the fold? And what happens to Harry and Meghan when Prince William eventually becomes king? Plus, Meghan and Miranda react to South Carolina's wild Senate race, Darline Graham's viral national security stumble, and plenty more after nearly three weeks away. Politics, pop culture, parenting, royals, and a little vacation oversharing. Citizen McCain is officially back. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Prince Harry blew through a hundred million Netflix dollars on shows nobody watches and now wants his old bedroom back at the palace, which David and Brad note is a rough way to test the theory that you can never go home again. Meanwhile in Belgium, a 26 year old car salesman named Clement Vandenkerckhove gets a DNA test and a royal title, becoming a literal prince the same week Harry becomes a metaphorical pauper. Up at Penn State, a Sigma Chi and Delta Upsilon joint venture turns out to have been running a multimillion dollar cocaine operation, which the guys generously concede is at least ambitious for a fraternity. And in Massachusetts, hundreds of women in pink gather outside a courthouse to defend a mother who strangled her three children, which David and Brad call it what it is: evil, and a society that's started cheering it on.

Prince Harry lost his years long battle for "privacy" in the UK court system. So many have predicted that his arrogance and unhinged suspicion would not serve him well in court- and it certainly didn't, as the Judge stated that he failed to provide concrete evidence for all of his personal 14 claims against the Daily Mail regarding illegal information gathering. Will he FINALLY learn something from all of this? Unfortunately, I don't think so, but that isn't even the REAL tragedy here. The real issue? Prince Harry is his OWN WORST ENEMY. September is just around the corner and with the start of the new month comes the fall film festival circuit. Taylor Antrim served as a guest host on today's episode and was joined by fellow Vogue editors and cinephiles Liam Hess and Lisa Wong Macabasco. They discussed the slate of fall film festivals ahead. Liam will be attending Venice—the first and most glamorous of the bunch—and then Taylor and Lisa will both be headed to Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) as well as New York Film Festival (NYFF). “We do get the opportunity sometimes to see some of these festival films before they come out in the festivals because they're trying to drum up support from Vogue and other, other outlets,” Taylor explained. As such, they began their conversation by shouting out some of the films they've already had the chance to see. First on that list was the New York centric film Paper Tiger, by James Gray starring Adam Driver, Miles Teller, and Scarlett Johansson. “There's a lot of wigs and suits and accents that are a little over the top,” Lisa noted of the thriller that takes places in Queens, New York in the eighties. After watching the film, Taylor found himself asking his group chats “Is Adam Driver a great actor or not?” The cohort weighed in on this quandary. They weighed in on All of A Sudden, Ryusuke Hamaguchi's French language debut, Fjord, Cristian Mungiu's legal thriller starring podcast favorite Renate Reinsve and Sebastian Stan, Hope, an action film starring two-time Vogue cover star Ho-yeon, and Gentle Monster, a vehicle for an incredible performance from Léa Seydoux. In a final lightning round, they each shared the two films they are most excited to see at the festivals. For Liam, he is looking forward to catching Possible Love by Lee Chang-dong and Primetime, a striking portrayal of television host Chris Hansen. Lisa is excited for Bucking Fastard, starring the Mara sisters as twins, and Misty Green, Chris Rock's directorial return promising a commentary about race in Hollywood. Taylor rounded it out with Ink from Danny Boyle, a biographical film about Rupert Murdoch's acquisition of The Sun, and Magazine, an indie pick from Vogue contributor Alexandra Pechman. Also on today's episode, Chloe is joined by Marley Marius to talk about the big news of the week: the reported return of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to the UK. They also discuss the latest movies they've seen (Paw Patrol for Chloe and Novak Djokovic: The Wolf in Winter for Marley) and which stars they are most excited to see on the Venice red carpet (hint: it starts with Parker and ends with Posey). And they gushed over Margaret Qualley's Chanel barefoot sandals which she rocked at a recent red carpet appearance for The Dog Stars in London. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have announced plans to return to the United Kingdom, moving their family to a private, non-royal residence outside London after six years in Montecito, with Archie and Lilibet already enrolled in British schools for the September term. Kate is joined by Kinsey Schofield, creator and host of To Di For Daily, a royal-focused podcast with a pop-culture perspective, and host of the YouTube show Kinsey Schofield Unfiltered. Chris Franjola and I are kicking things off by reminiscing about the absolute worst local TV news appearances we've ever endured while out on the road doing stand-up! Then, we dive straight into the wild headlines: Bill Gates' daughter, Phoebe, is facing serious federal fraud allegations and potential prison time over her startup's controversial practices, and Rosie O'Donnell is getting major heat from famous friends who felt snubbed during her hosting gig on Jimmy Kimmel Live. Plus, I'm breaking down why I hope Alex Earle's new show finally exposes all the juicy dirt on her stepmother, and we look back at our old-school spoof of Chris Hansen's To Catch a Predator now that his new movie is officially out. We also ponder what's next for Prince Harry and Meghan, including my bold prediction for Harry and William if he ever returns to England, and debate whether Howie Mandel was actually being gross or if it was just a masterclass in viral clickbait for his podcast. Later, I fill Chris in on the disturbing Lindsay Clancy case and the viral theories surrounding it, before we explore the tragic loss of Hayden Panettiere and its unexpected connection to a former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills figure. Finally, we end the episode dying of laughter as we look back at the most outrageous and wildly inappropriate movies from 25 years ago that could never be made today!
