About Toni Cornell Toni Cornell is a distinguished automotive sales professional who has mastered the art of selling vehicles through social media! Starting as a BDC representative, Toni has built an impressive career, selling up to 51 cars in a month and leveraging platforms like Facebook to expand her clientele. With over 17,500 organic followers and an engagement reach of 90,000 on her personal Facebook page, Toni has become a social media influencer in the automotive industry. Aside from her sales achievements, she is also recognized for her commitment to community service and advocacy! Unlocking Success in Car Sales: Leveraging Social Media, Mentorship, and Innovation Key Takeaways: Social Media Mastery: Harnessing Facebook to generate leads and influencer-level engagement can significantly boost car sales. Mentorship and Empowerment: A supportive management team can elevate salespeople, transforming potential into performance. Innovation in a Changing Landscape: Staying ahead in the auto industry requires thinking outside the traditional dealership model. Harnessing the Power of Social Media for Car Sales In today's digital age, social media has emerged as an invaluable tool for car sales professionals looking to maximize their reach and influence. Leveraging platforms like Facebook not only enhances personal branding but also serves as a powerful lead generation tool. Toni Cornell, a standout figure in automotive sales, exemplifies this transformation with her impressive use of social media to drive business outcomes. Toni's journey from a beginner to a leading salesperson showcases the monumental power of social media in sales. By cultivating a staggering 17,500 followers on her organic page, she managed to achieve an engagement level that reaches up to 300,000 people, with 90,000 directly engaging with her content. As she shares, "I have videos with up to 1.4 million views, and it's my main source of business." What sets Toni apart is not just her ability to attract followers but also her strategic use of Facebook as a revenue-generating tool, earning $1,000 to $2,000 a month from ad revenue. This showcases the potential of social media to supplement income while bolstering sales efforts. Her story is a testament to the impact of integrating social media into a sales strategy, emphasizing how platforms like Facebook can become indispensable allies in a competitive market. The Role of Mentorship and Empowerment in Sales Success Behind every high-achieving professional is often a supportive mentor who recognized and nurtured their potential. For Toni Cornell, that mentor was her general sales manager, Harry, who not only identified her potential but also directed her towards invaluable resources to foster her growth. "I've been following it for a while. Someone just suggested it for me, and I really like the content, what you guys were about," Harry explains. Harry's approach highlights a critical element of success: empowerment. By encouraging Toni to join the "Millionaire Car Salesman Facebook Group," he provided her with tools that propelled her knowledge and operations beyond traditional dealership expectations. Harry describes Toni as someone who "took off with it" and transformed her online presence into a consistent source of leads, thereby enhancing dealership sales without any direct dealership expenditure. The essence of Harry's mentorship style lies in allowing salespeople to explore creative methods of growing their business while offering unwavering support. This strategy has propelled Toni to achieve remarkable feats, such as selling 51 cars in a single month. Her experience shows how encouragement and autonomy can unlock previously untapped potential within sales professionals. Innovation: Leading the Auto Sales Industry into a New Era In a rapidly evolving automotive landscape, innovative thinking has become non-negotiable. The traditional dealership model's limitations are becoming increasingly apparent, especially when contrasted with the fresh approaches of individuals like Toni Cornell. Her story is a blueprint for those looking to thrive amidst industry changes. The proactive pursuit of alternative avenues, such as strategic social media utilization, not only fills the gaps left by traditional methods but also opens new doors for customer engagement. Harry, the GSM at her dealership, recognized this dynamic early on: "I didn't do anything with it. I didn't prospect it, I didn't work or lead. I wasn't in the CRM, didn't pay for it. It's all extra." Such forward-thinking approaches are critical, especially in an industry where to remain stagnant is to fall behind. As dealerships face tighter competition and evolving consumer expectations, integrating innovative tools like AI chatbots and personalized social media campaigns can enhance customer experience and loyalty. Gaining Traction: Elevating Car Sales through Creativity and Community The journey depicted in this conversation serves as a powerful example of how combining social media prowess with effective mentorship can lead to unprecedented success in car sales. Toni Cornell's achievements underscore the profound impact that social media and community engagement can have on business outcomes. Her story is a reminder that in an ever-changing industry, innovation and adaptability remain the cornerstones of sustained success. Supporting team members and equipping them with the tools to thrive is not just beneficial for individual professionals; it contributes to a dealership's overall growth and resilience. As Toni continues to forge ahead, her journey inspires others to explore how they can reinvent their practices and embrace the digital age's opportunities. Marlen Ochoa-Lopez was murdered before her baby was cut out of her body, according to police. The teen mom went missing as she tried to pick up baby clothes from someone she met online in a motherhood forum. Now the mother/daughter duo who killed Ochoa-Lopez will spend decades behind bars. Clarisa Figueroa, 51, told a judge she understood that she would be in jail for the rest of her life, as the judge sentenced her to 50 years behind bars. Both Figueroa and her daughter, Desiree Figueroa, were charged with first-degree murder for the brutal slaying of Ochoa-Lopez. Prosecutors said they lured Ochoa-Lopez to their home on April 23, 2019, with the promise of baby supplies. The duo then strangled Ochoa-Lopez when she arrived and cut the baby from her womb, in an attempt to keep the infant as their own. Two months later, the infant, Yovanny Lopez, passed away from brain damage, along with complications from a prolapsed umbilical cord and placenta. In January, Desiree Figueroa pleaded guilty to murder and took a plea deal, which allowed her to receive 30 years in prison in exchange for testimony against her mother. A metro Atlanta mother who was seemingly targeted in a drug case as part of an effort to be denied custody of her daughter has now been granted full temporary custody. On Friday, a Spalding County Superior Court granted an emergency motion for full custody filed by Macy Jones, who was the target of an anonymous tip that led to the investigation. Judge Ben Coker granted Jones “sole custody on a temporary basis” of Jones' and Tyler Andrews' now-four-year-old daughter.Andrews will have “approximately one hour” of “supervised visitation” every other Sunday. Previously, the couple had joint legal custody.Jones filed an emergency motion for full custody within hours after Atlanta News First Investigates told her about the case and sent her a copy of the internal investigation. Because it's a public record, we offered to share the investigative file with both Jones and Andrews when separately asking them for interviews about its contents.Andrews, as originally reported by Atlanta News First Investigates and Chief Investigative Reporter Brendan Keefe, gave an anonymous tip to Kris Voyles who was, at that time, commander of a Spalding County Sheriff's Office Special Operations Unit.Innocent mom wants to thank police who turned in their own commanderThe sheriff's internal investigation determined that Voyles assigned his drug agents to set up surveillance on Jones' griffin home to help his friend, Andrews, in a custody case.Read the full story here: https://www.atlantanewsfirst.com/2024/02/26/drug-unit-commander-fired-after-anonymous-tip-traced-father-targets-child/
Des has suffered from seizures for many years and has had 3 brain surgeries to try to curb them. During her last surgery, she suffered a stroke but was not informed by her surgeons until after she fell out of bed in the recovery room without any knowledge that her legs didn't work. She lost function in one of her arms and for the last 8 years has managed to dominate life one-handed, and with a whole lotta humor along the way.
Denisse Oleas-Arancibia has not been in touch with her son and is worried something has happened. As her son reports her missing in Queens, where she lives, the front desk at the SoHo 54 Hotel on Watts Street is being asked to perform a wellness check on one of their guests. Despite a "do not disturb" sign on the door, a hotel employee entered the room and saw the 38-year-old Oleas-Arancibia lying covered with a blanket. She looked like she was resting so the employee quickly backed out of the room and reported to the front desk that the guest was sleeping. Police, following up on the missing person report filed by her son, end up at the SoHo 54 Hotel in Manhattan. It is around 10:30 a.m. when a maid enters the room and realizes that Denisse Oleas-Arancibia is not sleeping, but rather, the blanket has been used to cover the body of a woman who has been beaten to death. Police arrive at room 1190 on the 11th floor of the SoHo 54 Hotel and find a bloody crime scene with evidence left behind by the possible killer. The victim has been beaten and strangled, and there are fragments of plastic embedded in her head and an iron covered in blood next to her. Police catch a break when they find a pair of blood-soaked men's pants with a receipt. Police find surveillance video of the man in the leggings walking through the lobby and immediately begin their hunt. NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny says police have video of the woman arriving at the location wearing a distinct pair of leggings and later on a male, leaving the hotel wearing the same leggings. And of course, the male pants covered in blood left behind in the hotel room Investigators say they can track the suspect's movements through the victim's credit card and MetroCard the suspect allegedly stole and is using. As investigators are identifying their suspect in New York, Arizona Police have their hands full with a one-man crime wave. On February 17, in Phoenix, Arizona, an attempted carjacking and stabbing happen. The next morning, February 18 at 8:30 a.m. in Surprise Arizona, a man goes into a McDonald's women's restroom, crawls under a stall door, and threatens a McDonald's employee with a gun. She screams and he stabs her several times before fleeing the facility. Police arrive at the McDonalds in Surprise Arizona but the suspect has fled on foot. Employees get out a good description of the man and in a matter of minutes, someone matching his description steals a car. Surprise, Phoenix, and Scottsdale Police are all alerted and looking for the stolen car when the Scottsdale Police see the vehicle and get a good look at the suspect driving. He is pulled over and police take 26-year-old Raad Almansoori into custody. After spending the summer with her mother, Katie Ferguson reaches out to her ex, Adam Aviles Jr. She wants the girls to have time with their dad. Katie Ferguson tells her family that Adam has really "grown up" since they have been apart. Adam starts the round-trip drive from Wyoming. On their drive back, Aviles, Ferguson, and their girls draw the attention of local police. They are sitting in a parking lot with the front passenger door open on their Dodge Durango. A Trumann, Arkansas police officer asks how they are doing. Katie Ferguson tells the officer they are a bit tired but fine. Four days later, the Dodge Durango, with Adam Aviles Jr. behind the wheel, is captured by a Texas DPS patrol camera. Two things are noticeably different from the police encounter in Arkansas. It's been eight years since Crystal Roger went missing. Her then-boyfriend, Brooks Houck, immediately became the main suspect. The mom of five was last seen at Houck's home. Rogers' car was found abandoned with a flat tire on the Bluegrass Parkway two days later. Her keys, phone, and purse were inside the vehicle. Houck was interviewed, but not arrested. Houck has been charged with murder and tampering with evidence. The details of why, however, remain sealed until his arraignment. Houck's bond has been set at $10 million cash. This is the second arrest related to Crystal Rogers' disappearance. 32-year-old Joseph L. Lawson was charged with conspiracy to commit murder and tampering with physical evidence in the case. Lawson has pleaded not guilty. His connection to this case is not yet known, but Lawson's father worked for Houck. Rogers' body has not been found. After having three children, 34-year-old Markita McIntyre is worried about her weight. Having heard about weight loss surgery, Kiki researched the most common bariatric surgery and found it costs around $18,000 in the US. In Tijuana, Mexico, a doctor will do the same surgery for around $4,000. McIntyre has gastric sleeve surgery in Mexico and dies. Two years later, Lisa Marie Presley, the only child of music icon, Elvis Presley, also dies from complications of bariatric surgery. In this heartbreaking video, we shed light on a tragic incident that has shaken the Home Depot family to its core. An 18-year-old, who was simply trying to make a living while working inside Home Depot, has had her life cut short by the father of her child. To make matters even more devastating, it has come to light that the perpetrator's own mother played a role in assisting him. Our aim with this video is to raise awareness about senseless acts of violence and the devastating impact they have on families and communities. Together, we must stand against such heinous acts and strive for justice. Through the untold sorrow and mourning that has befallen the Home Depot family, we hope to encourage discussions and reflections on the importance of creating safe environments for all individuals, both inside and outside the workplace. No one should ever fear for their life while carrying out their duties. Join us in honoring the memory of the young woman who lost her life too soon, as we unite in demanding justice for her and her loved ones. Brian Walshe, who was already wearing an ankle monitor after an arrest for art fraud, was arrested again and charged with hindering the police investigation. They are stories that took place thousands of years ago—stories that, at times, feel so removed from our present-day that we feel we just can't relate. But as she studied the Old Testament in 2022, the same year her world got rocked by a cancer diagnosis, Anne Bednar found that those stories came alive. And the people in them? They weren't all that different from her. In this week's episode, Anne helps us see just how applicable the scriptures can be to our unique life circumstances if we take the time to study their pages.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

In April 2020, Katie and John Palmer, walking in their Denison, TX neighborhood are struck from behind by an F-250. The couple is knocked about 75 feet. John Palmer, who suffers a broken back, crawls over to his wife, watching her take her last breath. The driver was later identified as Cory Foster, one of the Palmer's neighbors. Foster tells cops that fog and sun glare prevent him from seeing the couple. Cops push for a breathalyzer test and Foster blows a .06 BAC, but no blood test was conducted. House Bill 558 passed after Katie Palmer's death. This bill ensures that drivers are blood tested when involved in any accident that causes serious bodily harm or kills a pedestrian. The legal limit in Texas, is .08 BAC. After questioning, a trooper takes Foster home. A grand jury has twice declined to charge Cory Foster. The Palmer family has a civil suit pending against Cory Foster. A jury trial is set for October 17th.
