He explains the importance of self-awareness in leadership. * Because of limited reliability and validity testing, Unlabeled Leadership and Gary DePaul do not endorse any personality typologies, systems, or tests. However, the study of personality, what people are like, and human individuality is worth exploring, especially when the study opens positive communications among groups of people. _________________________________ How You Can Support the Show Unlabeled Leadership is a free service for people to learn about leadership.
