Meet more Stars of Eurovision 2026 this week.     Bzikebi (Georgia 2026) with JP at Eurovision in Concert 2026 in Amsterdam   Interview with Bzikebi (Georgia 2026):  It was in 2008 when the seeds wee planted as group Bzikebi were created out of Georgi and two ladies both called Miriam as little wasps not only representing Georgia at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2008 but also winning the contest with the song "Bzzzz". Now 18 years on the three members have grown and once again will represent Georgia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 with the song "On Replay".  Radio International's JP had the big pleasure meeting the three once again at the recent edition of the Eurovision in Concert in Amsterdam. At that time Alicja Szemplińska she won the national final with the song "Empires". In 2023, Alicja attempted again to get the ticket to the Eurovision Song Contest with the song "New Home" coming 6th in the Polish National Final.  At long last in 2026 Alicja was chosen to represent Poland at the Eurovision Song Contest with the song "Pray". Get to know Alexandra and the group in this week's edition of Radio International.  Eurovision Song Contest 2026 - Semi Final 1: This is the final edition of Radio International before the Team will be heading out to Vienna, Austria - Home of the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 and in view of  Semi Final 1 of the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 to be staged on Tuesday, 12 May 2026, Radio International will be playing all the songs competing in Semi Final 1 in full in the order as they will be performed during the live show on Tuesday including interviews mentioned above.      Boggie (Hungary 2015) in 2026 Interview with Boggie (Hungary 2015):  It was in 2015 when the Eurovision Song Contest came from the very same venue where the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 will be staged - the Wiener Stadthalle. Back then Hungary was represented by Boggie with the song "Wars for nothing" which made it from the Semi Final into the Grand Final were it ended up at Number 20. W kolejnym odcinku wideokastu „Rowery, nie bajki” Julek Ćwieluch i Alicja Cieloch, gościni odcinka, zastanawiają się, jakie są najlepsze trasy rowerowe w Polsce? Autorka przewodnika „Polska rowerem. Alicja Gescinska is filosoof en schrijver. Ze maakte haar debuut in 2011 met ‘De verovering van de vrijheid', dat door deMens.nu bekroond werd als het beste non-fictieboek van dat jaar. Vijf jaar later schreef ze haar debuutroman ‘Een soort van liefde', dat de Vlaamse Debuutprijs van 2017 won. Andere bekende boeken van haar hand zijn ‘Kinderen van Apathe' en ‘Gezichtslozen'. Nu komt Gescinska met ‘Vrouwen in duistere tijden'. Het boek neemt de lezer mee op een woelige en filosofische reis door de vorige eeuw. I've been wanting to talk about this topic for a while and to bring you a conversation with people who are in more of a position to explain, give examples, and help others to either start thinking or learn more about the topic of inclusive language.In this episode we talked about: What is inclusive language? What are some general tips that we can implement to make our texts and speech more inclusive? Are there any language-specific aspects, approaches, or challenges that we should be aware of in terms of the languages represented on the panel? Different experiences of speaking with clients about making their texts more inclusive or pointing out where the original text was not? “Very often, doctors try to suppress what they feel or don't even have the vocabulary to describe their emotions,” says Professor Alicja Galazka of the University of Silesia, an observation based on decades of work with physicians to enhance their emotional intelligence and resilience. Galazka, a psychotherapist, psychologist, lecturer and coach, believes this deficit is rooted in part in a lack of instruction in the internal and external psychological dimensions of being a medical provider. “There is not enough space created in medical school for teaching and training students about how to deal with their own stress and all of the skills connected to building relationships with patients,” she tells host Michael Carrese. Those same skills are also critical to working effectively as a member of a care team, which is an increasingly common arrangement in hospitals and clinics. Galazka employs simulations, dramatic role-playing, mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and other methods in her work with an eye on increasing the emotional agility and sensitivity of her trainees and clients. Few artists aim to make sense of the subjectivity and complexity of time and space quite like the Polish-born, Berlin-based artist Alicja Kwade. In each of her works, ranging from sculptures and large-scale public installations to films, photographs, and works on paper, Kwade displays an astute sense of temporality and the ticking hands of the clock. Her practice, in a literal and figurative sense, is a quest to understand time as a ruler and shaper of our lives and of our world. For her latest exhibition, “Telos Tales,” on view at Pace Gallery in New York's Chelsea neighborhood through August 15, Kwade has created three monumental steel-frame sculptures with treelike limbs alongside new mixed-media works in an effort to engage the intangible nature of time.
