This week, the No More Late Fees gals are taking it to the clouds—literally—with a deep dive into Sky High, the 2005 Disney superhero flick that blended high school angst with spandex and laser vision. Jackie and Danielle relive the charm of Will Stronghold's awkward ascent from powerless freshman to full-on hero, fangirl hard over Warren Peace (because duh), and marvel at the casting perfection that gave us Kurt Russell, Kelly Preston, and Linda Carter in one glorious package. If you've ever wondered what Hogwarts would look like with capes and cafeteria brawls, this is your cinematic comfort food. But that's not all! The duo spill all the juicy behind-the-scenes tea—from the sequel that never was to casting “what-ifs” that will make your head spin (Alec Baldwin? Danny Trejo?!). There's debate over superhero genetics, impassioned rants about Layla's questionable choices, and a proper send-up to the real MVP: Ron Wilson, Bus Driver. Add in some throwback trivia, fandom hot takes, and a nostalgic love letter to Disney's mid-2000s magic, and you've got an episode that's more fun than a power placement day gone rogue. Buckle up, listeners—this one's sky high in laughs and geeky glee.·Season 5 Episode 16—No More Late Fees https://nomorelatefeespodcast.com909-601-NMLF (6653)—Follow Us on Social:Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/nomorelatefees TikTokhttps://www.tiktok.com/@nomorelatefees Facebookhttps://www.facebook.com/nomorelatefeesYoutubehttps://www.youtube.com/@nomorelatefees Twitterhttps://x.com/NoMoreLateFees —CONQUERingmyconquering.com10% Off Code: JACKIE10

Phillip Browne was born into a large and loving Windrush generation family in Birmingham. Church and singing were an important part of his upbringing, and when he struggled at school it was singing that gave him an escape and a status. But just as he was beginning to show signs of real potential, a devastating ear infection robbed him of his hearing completely in one ear - and Phillip was told by a doctor that a singing career was out of the question. Phillip's struggle in the aftermath of his illness and his need to find a job resulted in him becoming a London bus driver. He knew the security of employment was a relief to his father who had spent a lifetime working on the railways, but it seemed to be leading him further and further away from his dream. Until a chance meeting with an old college friend turned his life in an extraordinary new direction.Phillip tells Dr Sian Williams about that Life Changing moment - and his incredible journey to the bright lights of the West End stage. Bus driver Ross Munns has disputed Virginia Giuffre's account of the March 24, 2025, collision in Neergabby, Western Australia. Munns stated that he was overtaking a slow-moving Toyota Highlander when it unexpectedly turned in front of him, resulting in a minor collision that damaged the car's tail light. He emphasized that he was traveling below 75 km/h, contrary to Giuffre's claim that the bus was moving at 110 km/h. After ensuring the 71-year-old driver was unharmed, they exchanged details, and both vehicles departed the scene. Munns reported the incident to the police the following day, describing it as minor.Munns expressed surprise upon seeing Giuffre's subsequent Instagram post, which depicted her with facial bruises and stated she was in renal failure with only four days to live. He questioned the severity of her injuries, asserting that such harm could not have resulted from the minor collision. Western Australia Police corroborated Munns' account, classifying the incident as minor with no reported injuries and approximately $2,000 in vehicle damage.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Bus driver refutes Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre collision claims
