Andrea Canning speaks to insiders and reports on the verdict in the Sean Combs trial.
Megyn Kelly begins the show by discussing the possibility that the Trump administration will be releasing more on Jeffrey Epstein now, why the story really matters even if it isn't the most important story in the country or world, the need for journalists to stay on it and get to the truth, the nuances in the Epstein and Diddy story and why not all alleged victims are to be believed, the hypocrisy from some in the press who covered for Biden's cognitive decline now trying to spin Epstein to hurt Trump, and more. Then Vicky Ward, author of "The Idaho Four," joins to discuss the facts we know about whether Epstein was an intel asset or "belonged to intelligence," the significance of Ghislaine Maxwell's father Robert Maxwell, Alex Acosta's past non-answers, the details of Epstein's strange career path, how he supposedly got wealthy, the circles he ran in that included Ehud Barak and Bill Clinton, how he was able to get the cushy plea deal, how Epstein threatened her unborn children while she investigated his finances and real estate for Vanity Fair, how he infiltrated newsrooms to manipulate coverage, why his intimidation tactics went unchecked for years, new reporting about the roommate who was Bryan Kohberger's main target, his behavior mirroring past killers, how investigators used DNA technology to crack what was nearly the perfect crime, and more. WATP Karl takes down Girls Rewatch, Epstein List backlash, Fyre sale, Sydney Sweeney in lingerie, Jessica Alba's new dong, the Gen Z stare, Emmy nominations, and Drew Crime: an American Idol murder & MLB pitcher turned murderer. Drew has the hiccups again. Scott Burnstein has the answer to who killed Jimmy Hoffa. The Big Dumper, Cal Raleigh, won the MLB 2025 Home Run Derby. He totally predicted it when he was 8-years-old. Diddy is doing the work in prison. He's in therapy to avoid a long sentence. Beyoncé is flying again. Some of her crap was stolen from her dancer's car. Dentist James Craig is a terrible husband and probably a bad dentist. “Blackface” ruined Holden Hughes. It was actually Greenface, so he sued. Britney Spears rants like a mad woman. We watch Britney off her meds. Jessica Alba has a new man. She's extremely rich, btw. Sydney Sweeney's boobs are launching a lingerie line. Jeff Bezos is funding it. Blake Lively is targeting YouTubers. Richard Dreyfuss is dying ASAP… or he didn't want to go to the Jaws convention. Wolfgang Van Halen is probably the dude that angered Sharon Osbourne. It's not Motley Crue according to Motley Crue. Karl from WATP drops by to rip StutJo a little more, destroy Lena Dunham on the Girls Rewatch Podcast, make fun of Gregg ‘Opie' Hughes and more. Only 40 tickets remain for the LIVE WATP show with us and Dave Landau. Andy Green is still touring NYC. Trudi calls out the ‘Gen Z Stare'. Rob Wolchek drops another stellar Hall of Shame. The Emmy nominations dropped. Jared Goff's wife popped out their first kid. Drew Crime: Former MLB pitcher Dan Serafini found guilty of murdering his in-laws. An American Idol professional was murdered. Republicans are blocking Jeffrey Epstein information from being released. Kevin Spacey wants the files out now. The Lufthansa CEO's wife hit and killed a woman. A 114-year-old has died… of a hit and run! Billy McFarland is the worst. He sold the Fyre brand for a measly $245K. Drew is obsessed with some turd film named Parthenope. Drew does not recommend it. How Did Diddy Get Away With His Crime? Legal Experts Weigh In DESCRIPTION: In this no-holds-barred interview, defense attorney and former prosecutor Eric Faddis joins Hidden Killers to break down one of the most disturbing legal questions in modern celebrity crime: How did Sean “Diddy” Combs manage to escape real legal consequences for decades of alleged abuse, manipulation, and coercion? With a staggering number of allegations spanning decades—and now federal investigations and civil lawsuits mounting—many are wondering how someone so publicly accused has remained so legally insulated. Faddis offers a sobering, expert-backed analysis of how wealth, celebrity, and influence can create an invisible shield around high-profile defendants. We examine the role of NDAs, victim intimidation, PR spin, and the legal gray areas where truth and power collide. This isn't conspiracy—it's the mechanics of a justice system that bends under the weight of money and media manipulation. If you're tired of seeing the rich skate while survivors suffer in silence, this episode delivers real answers from someone who knows exactly how the legal machine works. #Hashtags: #DiddyCase #EricFaddis #HiddenKillers #CelebrityJustice #SeanCombs #DiddyLawsuits #JusticeForVictims #TrueCrimePodcast #PowerAndSilence #LegalBreakdown Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? In this episode, Izzy is rejoined by Jessie Holly of Everyone Can't Go Podcast for a spicy and surprisingly insightful livestream. They start off with a recap of the latest PSA: The Mental Health Podcast episode about relationship types — diving into the question of whether your “type” is actually your downfall. Jessie and Izzy clash (respectfully) over prenups, trial marriages, and whether the expectations placed on Black love are even realistic anymore. From there, the conversation takes an unexpected turn into pop culture, beginning with a playful but pointed debate: should a man be watching Love Island? Is it just entertainment — or is it reshaping how young men view love, masculinity, and their own emotional needs? Jessie's reaction to the show's STD testing policies might be one of the funniest moments of the night. But it's not all jokes. The episode ends with a deep reflection on Justin Bieber, who just dropped a new album but appears to be under major distress. Is it burnout? Industry pressure? Or is there something darker at play? Izzy doesn't shy away from asking the hard questions, including whether or not this is another Diddy-adjacent conspiracy unraveling in plain sight.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/p-s-a-the-mental-health-podcast--5520511/support.

Ellyn is joined by Emily Pelphrey, a former criminal prosecutor at the County, State and Federal levels. Ellyn does a quick Karen Read update before they dive into the Diddy trial and the recent verdict reached. Emily notably was the prosecutor on the Richard Beasley trial -- the Ohio Craiglist Killer who, prior to the escalation, authorities were building a human trafficking case against. There are a number of similarities between both trials, and they look at the system through the lense of Emily's prosecution experience. Emily is the co-host of the new podcast God Hook and, together with award-winning journalist Carol Costello, they delve into the complex case of the Ohio Craigslist Killings, and in doing so, unearth the untold story of the crimes that preceded the murders – and the victims who've never received justice.

Did Diddy Tamper With Witnesses To Secure Not-Guilty Verdict Description: Two key witnesses were expected. Two never showed. And shortly after, the most serious charges—sex trafficking, racketeering, kidnapping, arson—quietly disappeared from the jury's hands. Coincidence? Or something darker? In this gripping episode, attorney and former prosecutor Eric Faddis joins us to tackle one of the most lingering, uncomfortable questions surrounding the Diddy verdict: Did Sean “Diddy” Combs tamper with witnesses to secure his not-guilty outcome? We break down what we know about Victim #3 and Victim #5—two alleged survivors who were listed in pre-trial filings, referenced in jury prep, and reportedly prepped by the government… until they vanished. There was no testimony, no explanation, and no redirect. And in their absence, the case lost its teeth. Eric explores: What counts as witness tampering under federal law Why tampering is notoriously hard to prove—even when it's suspected How fear, intimidation, or power imbalance can silence victims without leaving a trail What prosecutors typically do to secure vulnerable witnesses—and why it might've failed here We also examine what legal tools prosecutors have when witnesses back out mid-trial, and why jurors often interpret missing testimony as evidence that the government is hiding something—or that a case isn't as strong as it seems. Whether this was tampering, trauma, or trial mismanagement, one thing is clear: the absence of these witnesses dramatically altered the case's trajectory. And for a man accused of orchestrating years of systemic abuse, silence may have been his most powerful ally. #DiddyTrial #WitnessTampering #MissingWitnesses #EricFaddis #TrialAnalysis #JusticeSystemFailure #SexTraffickingCase #FederalCrimes #CourtroomTactics #HiddenKillers Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? The Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General (OIG) report into Jeffrey Epstein's 2007 Non-Prosecution Agreement (NPA) presents a disturbing portrait of federal cowardice, systemic failures, and deliberate abdication of prosecutorial duty. Instead of zealously pursuing justice against a serial predator with dozens of underage victims, the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Southern District of Florida, under Alexander Acosta, caved to Epstein's high-powered legal team and crafted a sweetheart deal that immunized not just Epstein, but unnamed potential co-conspirators—many of whom are still shielded to this day. The report shows that career prosecutors initially prepared a 53-page indictment, but this was ultimately buried, replaced by state charges that led to minimal jail time, lenient conditions, and near-total impunity. The OIG paints the decision as a series of poor judgments rather than criminal misconduct, but this framing betrays the magnitude of what actually occurred: a calculated retreat in the face of wealth and influence.Critically, the report fails to hold any individuals truly accountable, nor does it demand structural reform that could prevent similar derelictions of justice. It accepts, without sufficient pushback, the justifications offered by federal prosecutors who claimed their hands were tied or that the case was too risky—despite overwhelming evidence and a mountain of victim statements. The OIG sidesteps the glaring reality that this was not just bureaucratic failure, but a protection racket masquerading as legal discretion. It treats corruption as incompetence and power as inevitability. The conclusion, ultimately, feels like a shrug—a bureaucratic absolution of one of the most disgraceful collapses of federal prosecutorial integrity in modern history. It is less a reckoning than a rubber stamp on institutional failure.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:dl (justice.gov)

This week on KSP, we break down what Trump's Big Beautiful Bill means for working Americans — from tax exemptions and benefit cuts to controversial Medicaid changes. We cover the latest on the Texas floods, the Diddy trial outcome, and growing speculation around a government cover-up of the Epstein list. Send us a textHave you ever been tempted to "get back" at an ex who wronged you? Before you plot that revenge, this brutally honest conversation might change your mind. We're diving deep into the psychology of revenge, the emptiness of retaliation, and why leveling up your own life is the only truly satisfying response to heartbreak.Through raw, unfiltered dialogue, we explore why revenge is ultimately a childish pursuit that leaves you stuck in the past rather than moving toward your future. When you're focused on getting even, you're still giving that person power over your emotions and decisions. Instead, we make the case for quiet dignity, personal growth, and letting your success speak for itself. The best revenge isn't complicated – it's becoming better than you were when you were with them and redirecting that negative energy toward positive self-improvement.We also tackle the problematic trend of broadcasting breakups on social media, airing dirty laundry, and why these behaviors reflect more poorly on you than the person you're trying to expose. Through honest conversations about relationship boundaries, respect, and authentic living, this episode challenges listeners to examine their own behaviors and consider whether they're contributing to their own happiness or sabotaging it with petty pursuits.Remember that people's opinions are like assholes – everyone has one, but that doesn't mean they're entitled to dictate your happiness. Your life is yours alone, and living it authentically is the greatest freedom you can give yourself. Sean “Diddy” Combs now finds himself at a dramatic and irreversible crossroad. On one side lies the prospect of federal incarceration—an outcome already partially realized as he remains held without bail in a detention center, stripped of the image, influence, and power that once shielded him. On the other side, a narrowing path toward limited freedom, constrained by the weight of felony convictions under the Mann Act. Though he was acquitted of the most severe charges, his guilty verdicts have firmly placed him in the federal system's grip. The judge's upcoming sentencing decision will determine whether his future is served behind bars for years or counted through supervised release, probation, or credit for time already served. Every legal maneuver now carries life-altering consequences, not just for his physical freedom but for his empire, reputation, and legacy. As the clock ticks toward his October sentencing, Diddy is in a liminal space—neither free nor formally sentenced, yet deeply aware of the walls closing in. The government is pushing for years of incarceration, arguing that the crimes he was convicted of are part of a broader, disturbing pattern of abuse and control. His legal team, in contrast, is urging the court to consider the nearly ten months he's already spent behind bars as sufficient punishment, emphasizing his past contributions to music and culture. But those arguments may falter in the face of mounting civil lawsuits, new allegations, and a public image that continues to deteriorate with each passing week. Diddy is no longer navigating celebrity scandals—he's on the precipice of becoming a cautionary tale, trapped between what was and what comes next..to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.
We kick things off with the latest on the Nigeria visa drama, and Trump's Big Beautiful Bill before diving into explosive updates on the Diddy case and those long-whispered Epstein tapes. Plus: Nicki Minaj's latest rant (was it valid or just vibes?), Justin Bieber's comeback rumors, Drake's new drop, and Burna Boy's album rollout

The last fortnight has seen the failure of the high-profile trial of rapper P Diddy for sex trafficking and the Epstein files not released after months of promise they would be by the Trump administration. Could the American elites really be willing to embarrass themselves to this degree without incentive? We try to think of the best explanation for why Trump won't release the Epstein files and how P Diddy has likely got away with sex crimes. We also discuss Obama's reported bisexuality, Mac Miller's death and use of prostitutes as drug carriers, Joan Didion's critique of leftism as an excuse for drug fests, Meek Mill and Nikki Minaj's lavender relationship, sexual attraction to power, pizzagate, Kash Patel, Epstein as a Mossad asset, the rapid rise of antisemitism, and Holocaust denial in the Information Age.
What really happens to high-profile criminals once they're locked up? In this episode, Tom Zenner sits down with a former prison warden to reveal the harsh realities awaiting Bryan Kohberger, Diddy, and Jeffrey Epstein behind bars. From solitary confinement and inmate threats to the mystery behind Epstein's death, we break down the dark truth about life inside maximum-security prisons. Plus, hear real stories of prison corruption, reform, and the mental toll of incarceration.

On today's episode I start off talking about my 4th of July recap, and how we gave a better performance the the Macy Fireworks show allegedly. From there I talk about the universe paying it back to me and how i ended up covered in yolk like it was a fashion accessory. Finally I get to bring a national holiday to your attention that you might be missing out on. Believe me it seems like a grand ol time. BODIES - DROWNING POOLBODIES - OFFSET(00:00 - 24:28)I have a new not so new segment which is about movie reviews and spoilers. This week i speak about “ THE ACCOUNTANT AND ACCOUNTANT 2 ” and how different they both are from each other. One movie was calculated and very business like and the other was a comic relief type film. But don't get it twisted, when it came to the action scenes, it did deliver. The duo in the film had great chemistry that really resembled a brother like bonding. Its a good film series, it is definitely worth a watch. (24:29 - 36:48)I then jump into The Cool Report where I discuss good samaritans protecting a woman on the subway from a creep. This would have ben a feel good story if the proper charges were brought up on this slime ball. Another creep steps it up from the first one, this one has a tack record of being a nasty. This one was recording people using the rest room for years and has a count of 13k victims. Speaking of victims i don't know where the next story lands. A mans grave site was blown up 28 years after death. All i could think of was a quote from Thugnifficent “ what did he do to make them that mad”.(36:49 - 55:38)We then step into a segment where the listeners ask me 3 questions about myself or just randomness. Like what are my thoughts on Drake new song and what did i take away from it. Another wants to know if my stance has changed from the Diddy trial, so i went back to show y'all my original stance on the subject. From there i respond to a character that sent me a clip of Jonathan Major's being messed with, and people forget that man is frolic and can run really fast. I can assure y'all he is not the one to play with.(55:39 - 01:23:43)Then we have 2 fans ask us a questions for PTL where we get asked the tough questions where we place ourselves in their shoes. Like how can we do a smooth break from a marriage where we can get our cake and eat it too or however that line goes. Basically someone is tired of there partner and want out. Another lover want to know how to get their man to start helping out more with their baby, she basically want him to change a diaper every now and then. She is absolutely right, step it up fellas. (01:23:44 - 01:32:17)THE FINi give thank to everyone that shows us love and wish y'all the best on the journey called life.(01:32:18 - 01:39:55)please continue to like, share, comment and subscribe.PEACE OUT!!!! As the DOJ now claims no Epstein client list exists and Epstein-related files remain sealed, we're re-releasing one of the most explosive interviews we've ever done. This is Part 2 of our deep dive with investigative journalist Nick Bryant, originally recorded in October 2024. Nick connects Epstein's rise, from college dropout to Mossad-linked blackmailer, to the Franklin Scandal he spent years uncovering. We break down Epstein's intelligence ties, the blackmail network, and the eerie parallels to the Diddy case. With media silence and official denial louder than ever, this episode cuts through the noise and exposes the machinery still working to bury the truth. Nick Bryant is an investigative journalist and author focused on uncovering systemic abuse and corruption. His reporting has explored the intersections of power, politics, and justice, including investigations into the Epstein and Diddy cases. In the case of John Doe v. Sean Combs et al., the Combs defendants filed a reply memorandum in further support of their partial motion to dismiss the complaint. They argue that several of the plaintiff's claims—including those related to alleged events occurring outside the statute of limitations—should be dismissed as time-barred. The defense maintains that the plaintiff has failed to provide sufficient factual support to sustain certain causes of action, including claims under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act and various state law allegations. They also contend that the complaint improperly lumps together multiple corporate entities without specific allegations connecting each to the alleged conduct.Additionally, the Combs defendants assert that the complaint is vague and fails to meet the pleading standards required under federal law. They emphasize that the plaintiff has not sufficiently linked Sean Combs or the named corporate entities to actionable misconduct that would justify moving forward on all counts. The reply brief reinforces the argument that certain claims—particularly those not tied to clearly identified actions or dates—lack the specificity needed to survive a motion to dismiss. As such, they request the court to dismiss the relevant portions of the complaint while allowing only properly pleaded claims to proceed.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:gov.uscourts.nysd.629905.61.0.pdf

Diddy scored a significant partial win in April Lampros's civil suit after a judge dismissed most of her claims—covering alleged rape, battery, and emotional distress from the 1990s—as time-barred by New York's statute of limitations and lacking sufficient factual detail. Additionally, any claims against Bad Boy Records and Sony Music were dropped, narrowing the legal firestorm to focus almost exclusively on Combs himself. What's left is a single active allegation under New York's Gender‑Motivated Violence Protection Law. Lampros claims that in late 2000 or early 2001, Combs physically grabbed her and tried to force himself on her—a moment she says she resisted. With that as the only surviving allegation, both parties are now entering discovery. Diddy's legal team sees the much narrower case as a major strategic win, while Lampros's attorney emphasizes that the remaining claim keeps her pursuit of accountability alive.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Diddy team claims legal win in April Lampros' sexual assault lawsuitBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.
