Part One: Newfoundland Adopts Right-Hand Drive On January 2, 1947, Newfoundland made a switch that had everyone—drivers, pedestrians, and even horses—feeling a bit jittery. Just past midnight, the colony's roads transformed as Newfoundlanders were suddenly required to drive on the right side of the road, leaving behind decades of left-side driving. The change symbolized a shift away from British ties and toward a North American alignment. In retrospect, it was the harbinger of a bigger changes to come. Read more: The Day Newfoundland Started Driving on the Right Part Two: Don't Tell the Newfoundlanders Greg Malone is a Newfoundland legend. As a member of the Wonderful Grand Band and CODCO, Malone became a fixture in living rooms not only across Newfoundland and Labrador, but across the country. He served-up wickedly funny satire and his celebrity impersonations (ranging from Queen Elizabeth II to Jean Chrétien to Barbara Frum) remain legendary. Malone's talents go well beyond television; he's appeared in films (including The Adventure of Faustus Bidgood, HeyDay! Rare Birds,) directed a docudrama on suffragists in Newfoundland and championed important political causes. Malone has written two books — a memoir titled You Better Watch Out and piece of historical non-fiction titled Don't Tell the Newfoundlanders. Don't Tell the Newfoundlanders shares the untold story of Newfoundland and Labrador's entry into Confederation with Canada. Based on official documents and supported with personal interviews, Malone paints a dramatic scene of per-confederation Newfoundland filled with intriguing characters vying for control of the islands resources. Malone's fresh perspective casts new light on an often misunderstood chapter of Newfoundland and Labrador's history. The book forms the basis of a new six-part docu-series set to premiere on Bell's FibeTV. On this episode of the podcast Malone discusses his work and the journey from CODCO to Don't Tell The Newfoundlanders Watch CODCO's Pleasant Priests in Conversation. Part Three: Monstrous Things As per usual, the episode ends with Monstrous Things — a short segment that recounts sea monster sightings that were reported in the mainstream media. This edition takes us off Cape Freels where, in 1953 an enormous sea monster was seen by fisherman near Cabot Islands. Platforms You can listen to the episode here or on your favourite platform. From international bestselling authors James S. Murray (better known as "Murr" on the hit TV show Impractical Jokers) and Darren Wearmouth, comes You Better Watch Out, a suspenseful, serial killer thriller that leaves you wondering, is Christmas really the best time of the year? Forty-eight hours until Christmas, Jessica Kane wakes up with blurred vision, ears ringing, and in excruciating pain. A gash in her head and blood running down her face, the last thing she remembers is going for a run and something or someone hitting her in the head. It doesn't take her long to realize she is trapped in an unknown, deserted town with five other strangers who share similar stories of being attacked and stranded there. Unsure why and how they got there, she knows one thing for certain, she has to find a way out. That becomes nearly impossible when someone is meticulously orchestrating their deaths, one by one, and the only thing Jessica can do is watch the life leave their eyes. The fenced-in town is the killer's very own playground and there's nowhere left to hide... she better watch out because she could be next. "And Then There Were None meets Saw in the deliciously demented latest collaboration between Murray and Wearmouth... A slick slasher that's easy to wolf down in a single sitting [for] readers who like their holiday fare bitter." -Publishers Weekly "In You Better Watch Out, authors Murray and Wearworth have produced a story for lovers of campy B-horror movies, creating a book that feels like Saw with a Christmas twist." -Booklist "Who doesn't like giving a little murder for Christmas? The killer thriller that goes with everything-especially if you like red. You Better Watch Out is the only gift you won't want to return." -Brad Meltzer, #1 bestselling author of The Lightning Rod "A snow-swept little town delivers a gruesome holiday story in another Murray/Wearmouth thriller. You Better Watch Out is part mystery, part haunted house, part slasher movie. Every twist comes at high speed, every riddle winds the tension higher, every death more shocking than the last. Jump aboard and buckle up for a true slay ride!" -James Rollins, #1 New York Times bestseller of Tides of FireBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/arroe-collins-like-it-s-live--4113802/support.

It's Popzara's Movie Time! Podcast, where our in-house movie nerds Ethan Brehm and Nate Evans take you on an unscripted journey yakking and chatting about some of their favorite movie moments and cinematic scenes, from past and present, presented without snark and snobbery for your listening pleasure. Wrapped under this year's podcast tree is our second Santa-themed holiday episode featuring two very different, yet oddly similar movies about men becoming Santa Clause. Parents should exercise caution before gathering the family around the television, however. First up is 1994's The Santa Clause, the John Pasquin-directed, Tim Allen-starring family film about a man tricked into becoming the literal Father Christmas. The guys dissect why this holiday favorite, which spawned a massively successful franchise that continues to this day, is darker and more satisfying than you remember. It's the rare Christmas entertainment where body horror and child custody take center stage, where farting reindeer and legalese reveal the true meaning of Christmas is about loving not who you are, but who you could be. Next is 1980's Christmas Evil (aka “You Better Watch Out”), Lewis Jackson's infamously miscategorized psychological examination of a man descending into madness that's more Taxi Driver than a typical Halloween-style slasher. Lighter on blood than the marketing suggested, Brandon Maggart wows in a stunning performance predated Joaquin Phoenix Oscar-winning turn in Joker, with beautifully shot locations that look better than most modern films. How many Christmas films can boast having a Frankenstein-like mob wielding actual torches?
Legends Podcast puts the missile in mistletoe with a bloody take on a Christmas movie! When a disenchanted Santa Claus gets caught up in a home invasion, he has to give out lumps of coal to everyone on his naughty list… and he's all out of coal, so they'll just have to take their lumps! Starring Stranger Things' David Harbour, this Die Hard meets Miracle on 34th Street mashup takes the violence up to eleven. John Leguizamo co-stars as the bad guy and National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation alum Beverly D'Angelo plays the family matriarch in this chaotic holiday treat from Dead Snow director Tommy Wirkola. Happy Holidays, Movies For Life listeners! This year to celebrate Christmas, we decided to get a little MEAN with our movie picks and talk about a couple of our favorite Christmas horror movies. First up, we're talking about Michele's pick - a 2000s horror gem that deserves a lot more love, Franck Khalfoun's P2 from 2007! Rachel Nichols and Wes Bentley battle it out in an underground parking garage on Christmas Eve, and we love watching it all play out in this genuinely well done, solid little thriller (that's also surprisingly gory at times!). Then it's time for Brian's pick, a recent favorite of his that also deserves a lot more love - 1980's CHRISTMAS EVIL (aka YOU BETTER WATCH OUT). With its unbelievable lead performance and compelling characterization, this movie is way more than just your typical killer Santa story. We get into it all in our discussion - especially that ending! Thank you all for listening and we hope you have a wonderful holiday season! Today we're starting with an update on the Kanye West (Ye) controversy after some of you pointed out that the symbol Ye tweeted (which led to his eventual Twitter suspension) was that of the Raelian Movement, a UFO-based religious group. The story just keeps getting weirder. We discuss how this might tie into his statements of late and why his roots in black supremacy theology are problematic. Then, we look into 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis, a case that questions whether Lorie Smith, an artist who runs her own design studio, 303 Creative, should be forced by Colorado law to create websites promoting messages that contradict her beliefs about marriage. We break down yesterday's arguments and explain why this is yet another monumental case to determine what free speech and religious liberty mean in this country. We finish with the tragic story of Athena Strand, a 7-year-old girl who was kidnapped and murdered by a FedEx driver. We reiterate why the death penalty is not only just, it's necessary in cases like this. --- Timecodes: (01:07) Intro / merch discount / podcast update (06:25) Kanye West update (18:25) 303 Creative LLC v. Today we're diving into the Kanye West (who now legally goes by "Ye") saga that's been unraveling over the past few weeks. We break down the entire timeline, from Ye's initial controversial statements on Tucker Carlson and at Paris Fashion Week to his scary and unhinged comments against Jewish people this week. We look at some of the statements from the unreleased parts of Ye's Tucker Carlson interview and on the podcast "Drink Champs." We discuss his dinner with Trump and the controversy of Ye's relationship with Nick Fuentes and Milo Yiannopoulos. Then, we talk about Ye's appearance on "Timcast," in which he stormed off set after host Tim Pool pushed back on his views on Jewish people, which was quickly followed by an appearance on Alex Jones' “Infowars,” where he shared very clear and consistent praise for Hitler and Nazis. He was then kicked off Twitter for posting similar anti-Semitic statements. We end with some final thoughts on how we as Christians should approach “speaking out” against things like this. --- Timecodes: (01:27) History of Kanye's controversies (09:40) "White Lives Matter" and Tucker Carlson interview (14:30) Interview on Drink Champs & with Chris Cuomo (18:13) Trump dinner (23:37) Ye on Timcast (29:30) Ye on Alex Jones' Infowars (34:55) Kicked off Twitter (39:25) Ye's defense of Balenciaga (48:23) Final thoughts --- Today's Sponsors: Raycon — go to BuyRaycon.com/ALLIE today to save 15% off sitewide with code "HOLIDAY", plus free shipping! Today we're talking about the Senate's passing of the Respect for Marriage Act and how Christians should respond. We look at the reasons why this bill is so dangerous for religious liberty and discuss our utter disappointment in the weak Republicans who voted this in. Then, we're joined by Pedro Gonzalez, associate editor at Chronicles: A Magazine of American Culture, to discuss his new report, "The Transgender Leviathan," which is a deep dive into the world of trans culture and ideology. We discuss how lucrative the transgender medical industry is, who is profiting from "gender-affirming care," specifically surgeries and drugs that ruin young peoples' bodies, and why exactly these entities feel incentivized to keep encouraging these "treatments." We cover the story of John Money's horrific experiments on David Reimer, a boy raised as a girl under medical advice. We talk about how it's both Democrats and Republicans who have contributed to this issue and ask how conservatives should respond and what we can do. --- Timecodes: [00:56] Christmas merch [03:48] Respect for Marriage Act [23:10] Interview with Pedro begins [34:00] Lupron [43:45] David Reimer and John Money [59:25] Bipartisan contribution --- Today's Sponsors: Genucel — go to genucel.com/ALLIE and get the skincare package for 75% off. Today we're rounding up a few news stories, but first we give an update on the Balenciaga saga after the company released yet another semi-apology. We discuss the Tampax tweet that sexualized tampons, which the company doubled down on before apologizing, as well as the NHL's tweet in support of a transgender hockey tournament, followed by the statement that "trans men are men and trans women are women." We talk about why these tweets are so off-base and the need to hold companies accountable. Then, we briefly look at the atrocious Colorado Springs shooting and the Left's heartless insistence that "anti-trans rhetoric" was the cause, only for it to come out that the suspect is non-binary. We take a look at Biden's "gender-fluid" nuclear official Sam Brinton, who was just charged with stealing a woman's luggage at the airport, and talk about the fascinating story of twin 30-year-old embryos being born. --- Timecodes: [01:00] Balenciaga update [06:04] Tampax tweet [18:02] NHL trans tournament tweet [23:35] Colorado shooter is "nonbinary" [32:42] Sam Brinton charged with stealing woman's luggage [43:34] 30-year-old embryos --- Today's Sponsors: Patriot Mobile — go to PatriotMobile.com/ALLIE or call 972-PATRIOT and use promo code 'ALLIE' to try Patriot Mobile for two months and get your third month for free! Today we're talking about Balenciaga's horrifying ad campaign. The campaign, which has faced intense backlash, featured children posing with the company's BDSM-themed items (including a teddy bear backpack), while set dressing for one photo includes a document from a court case about child pornography. The ads were removed from circulation, and Balenciaga issued something of an apology, while also blaming others for the ad. In the end, who is responsible, and where were the parents? We look into these questions and discuss why this response from Balenciaga is not good enough. Then, we talk about Tia Mowry's divorce announcement, in which she claims she put "self-love" over keeping her marriage going. We explain why this is the ultimate selfish decision, why it's detrimental for the kids involved, and why the ever-growing philosophy of "choosing your own happiness" is poisonous. --- Timecodes: [00:44] Intro: Thanksgiving recap, illness, and Christmas merch [08:20] Balenciaga ad campaign [47:41] Tia Mowry's divorce & self-love --- Today's Sponsors: Annie's Kit Clubs — all subscriptions are month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime! Today we're joined by Naomi Schaefer Riley, resident fellow at the American Enterprise Institute and author of "The New Trail of Tears: How Washington Is Destroying American Indians," to discuss what's really happening on Native American reservations. Many of us have heard of the disproportionate rates of violence and crime on reservations, but there's little information on why this is happening. One of the biggest problems isn't lack of funds, as many on the Left would have you believe – it's mismanagement of funds. We talk about how the cycle of throwing money at the problem never fixes it and discuss the horror of the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978, which prioritizes keeping Native American children on reservations over putting them in safe homes. We also discuss poor education rates on reservations and look intro why Native Americans don't seem to have the same protections from crime and violence that the rest of the country does, even though they are U.S. citizens just like anyone else. Then, we ask what we can do to help. --- Timecodes: [01:44] Interview with Naomi begins [05:15] Why do Native Americans stay on reservations? Today we're joined by Marc Morano, founder of Climate Depot and author of "The Great Reset: Global Elites and the Permanent Lockdown," to discuss the politics of climate change ideology and the recent COP27 U.N. climate change conference held in Egypt. We discuss the global elites' need to force the doctrine of climate change upon us and explain exactly why this is the specific issue they've chosen. We look at some of the science behind their beliefs and ask if there's some truth behind any of it. One example of wishy-washy science is the former insistence that polar bears will quickly become extinct. Now we see polar bear statistics scrapped from climate change materials, as polar bear populations increase. We hear about the COP27 climate change conference and discuss why Klaus Schwab, who gave a speech at the conference, seems to be regarded as a national leader of sort despite only heading the WEF. We take a look at the hypocrisy of global leaders and regimes as they say one thing, yet live very differently, and ask the question: What can we do to push back? --- Timecodes: [2:03] Christmas merch [3:26] Interview with Marc begins [5:40] How did the climate become the interest of so many powerful people? You Better Watch Out!! The Blues had a plethora of heroics and triumphs in the 2008-09 season. While they would meet a sudden end into chasing Lord Stanley, hope was abound that the rebuild era was coming to some sort of conclusion. This was evidence that the franchise would do WHATEVER IT TAKES to get back into respectability. Joe goes over all the highlights in this epic episode!
It's that time of year again! Nick and Dan sit down in front of the fireplace and reflect on what the holiday season means to Harry Stadling, the protagonist of Lewis Jackson's classic yuletide feature, Christmas Evil (aka You Better Watch Out). Be good to each other, and we'll be back next year. Otherwise, Santa will be coming for you... TIMECODES: 00:00:00 / An excerpt from "The Fool-Killer" by O. Henry, read by Sharon from Whores Talk Horror 00:02:21 / Theme Song 00:03:40 / Episode Start 00:05:00 / Film discussion: Christmas Evil (1980) 01:06:39 / Intermission 01:08:16 / Film discussion continues 01:47:46 / Segment: The A-List An important correction: at one point Nick makes a boneheaded joke about Harry and Phillip not to be confused with "Diana's children." This is because Nick has seen like 3 episodes of The Crown and recently watched Spencer (twice, actually, it was quite good!), and frankly knows very little about the Royal Family but knew those two names were related to Diana in some capacity. My apologies to the entire country of England for accidentally mixing up her Father-In-Law and her sons. LINKS First off, we give much thanks to Sharon, co-host of "Whores Talk Horror", for providing her stupendous vocal talents to this episode's intro; she's performing a section taken from O Henry's short story "The Fool-Killer". "Whores Talk Horror" is on hiatus as of a few days ago, but they have 126 entertaining &, dare we say it, enriching episodes available to listen to. Sharon & Mindy, besties since 3rd grade, talk about everything from horror movies, the paranormal, true crime, & even "Twin Peaks" & David Lynch, so what are you waiting for? It's time for some holiday horror!! Our episode this week features two Christmas themed films: Christmas Evil (aka You Better Watch Out; aka Terror in Toyland) from 1980 and the 2016 film featuring Dee Wallace, Red Christmas. Spoilers start around 5:58.
Devin & James are back in the Den of Cin, just in time to deck the halls with perhaps our oddest double feature yet! So many Holiday movies, so little time. We debate what it is that makes a Christmas movie a CHRISTMAS MOVIE (Yippi-ki-yay). Then we take a closer look at a couple of more obscure holiday perennials around our own homes. James takes on the melancholy cuteness of Jim Henson's "Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas," while Devin digs into why the yuletide thriller "Christmas Evil (a.k.a. You Better Watch Out)" is worthy of a closer look. MERRY CHRISTMAS!
We're fully in the Christmas zone now. We're talking holiday parties, 90s nostalgic Christmas movies, and a particularly insane killer Santa movie: Christmas Evil (1980). Or is it You Better Watch Out? Or is it Terror in Toyland? Whatever it is, it's nuts and we're here for it. Grab some eggnog and throw another Yule log on the fire and get ready for some holiday horrors! Join us as we discuss some Slayer Santas with criminal tendencies! We kick things off by exploring all the different laws and regulations Santa breaks on a regular basis, from tax evasion to unlawful surveillance. Next, we dive into …And All Through the House, both the segment from the 1972 anthology film and the episode from the 1989 television series Tales from the Crypt, the ladder featuring the most menacing Larry Drake as the escaped lunatic. We also get to hear Mike's Cryptkeeper impersonation! If you've ever wanted to glue a beard and eyebrows to your face and go on a Yuletide rampage, then Christmas Evil aka You Better Watch Out from 1980, which is John Waters favorite Christmas themed film, is just for you. A Black Christmas / Friday the 13th mashup, To All a Goodnight. 1984's Silent Night, Deadly Night also gets a lengthy, in-depth analysis, just in time for GARBAGE DAY! The film with many names that the ripped off as the basis for Home Alone, Dial Code Santa Claus aka Game Over features a Slayer Santa and a young French Rambo. Wrapping it all up, we get silly with the horrible Silent Night remake from 2012, which was partially inspired by the tragic real life Covina Massacre on Christmas Eve in 2008, where Bruce Pardo crashed the party of his in-laws and killed 9 members of his ex-wife's family dressed in a custom made Santa suit before torching their house with a homemade flamethrower that he brought with him wrapped as a present.

Don't bother locking those doors because this week's episode is coming from INSIDE THE HOUSE! For a special You Better Watch Out "two-fer," if you will, the gals bring the original (Dir. Bob Clark, 1974) and newest (Dir. Sophia Takal, 2019) interpretations of BLACK CHRISTMAS, the sensational seasonal sorority slasher, together in conversation. This episode has it all: musings on feminist horror, 1970s cool girl fashion, cursed statues, creepy Christmas vibes, DivaCups™, and Jo and Rhiannon's earnest regrets that they never pledged a sorority. Tis the season!
In the second episode of Listener's Choice Months we try to stay off of the naughty list with 1980's Christmas Evil (aka You Better Watch Out). This film was written and directed by Lewis Jackson and stars Brandon Maggart, Jeffrey DeMunn, and Dianne Hull. If you answered yes to any of these questions, this episode is for you!

Both on the Disc and in Roundworld there is a seasonal song about a portly gentleman who wears red, comes to your house once a year to leave you presents (or perhaps something less pleasant), and is said to be omniscient when it comes to the behavior of children. This song begins with the words, “You Better Watch Out.”As we explore the magic of the (Hogswatch) holiday season, it is best to keep the above in mind. We are talking holiday season here, and Hogswatch is a mash-up of New Year's Eve, Christmas, and the Winter Solstice. It is also much, much more. During this and next week's show, I'll be trying to describe what that “more” is. I'm going to do this without giving any spoilers. We're going to get a cosmic view of ritual and belief. At least one of the above statements is probably true. This week, the contest quote is “It is said that someone at a party once asked the famous philosopher Ly Tin Wheedle, ‘Why are you here?' and the reply took three years.” This week though, I'm giving you three books to choose from. The answer is in one of the three books, so even if you don't know you have a one in three chance of getting it right. The choices are Thief of Time, Light Fantastic, and Small Gods. Ho Ho Ho! Good morning and welcome to EPISODE 34, our last episode of 2018! Massive thanks to all listeners and guests who have made our first 8 months much better than we could've hoped. We will return with a Minisode at 8am on Monday, 7th January, with our first full Episode coming at 8am on Friday, 11th January. So, we end the year as we began, with an Andy v Mitch episode and a film chosen by Andy! His chosen film? Christmas Evil! Coming four years before Silent Night, Deadly Night caused a moral outrage for doing, pretty much the same thing, but in a more grisly way, Christmas Evil (a.k.a. You Better Watch Out) is an interesting little character study that follows one man's descent into madness. Think Falling Down in a Santa suit. Christmas Evil is currently available on Shudder. You might enjoy it! The synopsis is as follows: A toy-maker who revels in the Christmas spirit suffers a mental break when his work is met with hypocrisy and cynicism and goes on a yuletide killing spree. Dan and Garrett bring you good tidings, Bone Tomahawk's, and cheer this holiday season, with a discussion of Lewis Jackson's CHRISTMAS EVIL, otherwise known as YOU BETTER WATCH OUT. The boys have a blast trying to parse reality from fantasy as they attempt to understand the plot mechanics and structure of this joyously insane holiday slasher. They also break down what they think the essential elements of a Christmas movie are in an attempt to settle the age-old DIE HARD debate once and for all. From the snow-covered McCallister mansion to the claustrophobic HVAC vents of Nakatomi Plaza, there are certain things that set classic Christmas movies apart. Now, this is 2018 and we’d be right on trend yelling baseless opinions at you. But our aim in this episode is to kick off You Better Watch Out with a conversation about what, exactly, makes a classic a classic. Then, we’ll either stick to the criteria we lay out or (more likely) totally fly off the rails Polar Express-style as we debate the best and worst Christmas movies in the episodes ahead!

'Tis the season horror fans! To kick off December Chris and Paul slid down the chimney, onto the couch and witnessed 1980's Christmas Evil, or originally named You Better Watch Out! An incredibly acted story of a man's descent into madness, revolving around his childhood obsession with Santa thanks to an encounter that would change his life. Damn good if we do say so ourselves. We also lamented the loss of the beloved video store as our local legendary stalwart Civic Video closes down and Dicker scores a stack of bounty. Silver linings? ----------- Into The Minds of Madness is a (generally) weekly horror movie podcast hosted by two good pals; the horror aficionado Chris Dicker and the easily terrified Paul McWhirter. Covering the classics, the just released, the oft-forgotten gems and the train wrecks of the genre. From monster flicks to home invasion thrillers, body horror to campy slashers and everything in between. Jump on iTunes and give us a head-spinning 5 stars and write us a review if you so desire! We kick off our holiday season with the ultimate Christmastime family battle: The Lion In Winter (1968). Some families talk politics, this family IS politics. Amy and Steve discuss the near infinte quotability of the film, the performances of its leads, just how much scenery Peter O'Toole chews (hint: all of it) and Steve lends us a particular family insight of his own. Plus: James Bond made his debut! But which Bond? Listen in! We welcome Amy officially to the OscarWatch family. Huzzah! Director Anthony Harvey passed away today, November 30th at the age of 87. We would love to say that we recorded this in his memory, but it was already in the can when the news broke. Our thoughts to his family, and thank you Mr. Harvey for giving us such an enduring, endearing film. Next week, Matt returns with the next episode of our UnOscar edition. So, You Better Watch Out!
Well Horror Heads this is it, the final nail in the coffin. We wrap up this entire Part 3 series by adding insult to injury when we watch Silent Night, Deadly Night 3: You Better Watch Out! This was brutal! We'll be back to our normal sound quality and better (no promises) movies starting next week! Facebook: Patreon: T-Shirts:
You Better Watch Out, You Better Not CryThe History Behind the Darker Side of Christmas
This week, I interview Lewis Jackson. Jackson is the director of CHRISTMAS EVIL (aka YOU BETTER WATCH OUT). His film is a fascinating and genre-breaking masterwork that is now a mainstay for me every year. We talk about body horror pornography, how his film was financed by the Mafia and Communists, Fassbinder and his take on what Friday the 13th Part 3 woud've been if he had written it.
The War on Christmas is bloody and mindless this year as Dread Media celebrates its sixth ghoultide! First up, Adam, Desmond, and Jeff try to make sense of 1980's Christmas Evil (aka You Better Watch Out). Then, perhaps a little stressed over not being able to stomach a complete run through last year, Devil Dinosaur Jr. opens two horrible presents: Silent Night, Deadly Night 4: Initiation and Silent Night, Deadly Night 5: The Toy Maker. And of course, Dread Media always delivers on the finest Christmas Carols: "Reggae Christmas Eve in Transylvania" by Count Floyd (aka Joe Flaherty), "Frozen Corpse Stuffed with Holiday Cheer" by Agoraphobic Nosebleed, "Heavy Metal Christmas" by Twisted Sister, "Silent Night" by Christopher Lee, and, of course, "Silent Night, Deadly Night (acoustic)" by The Browns. We are like a well oiled machine! That murders people for money! That sounded less creepy in my head. We're back with round two of our Game Club series on Hitman: Blood Money! For this episode, we covered acts 5-7: A New Life, The Murder of Crows, and You Better Watch Out. Again, the video below covers some of the possible exploits that we cover this ep. If you want your comments or email read on next week's show, be sure to get them in by Monday afternoon.
Welcome back to Game Club! As previously mentioned, our new pick is Hitman: Blood Money. For our first episode we covered the tutorial and acts 1-3. If you haven't had a chance to play along yet, the video below should get you caught up in the meantime (though it certainly doesn't cover everything). For the next episode, play through and complete act 6, "You Better Watch Out", colloquially referred to as the Playboy Mansion level. Post your stories and strategies by next Monday afternoon for inclusion in Episode 2!
