It is, in fact, essential that the gas produced by the body is released. If it is not, it can build up and become very uncomfortable. People can expect to fart between 5 and 15 times per day. This may seem like a lot, but it is entirely normal. Most farts do not smell and are not noisy, and so they go unnoticed. Many people may feel as though they are unusually gassy, but it is probably just because they are more aware of their farts than anybody else's. It is usual to pass 1–3 pints of gas per day. For those who feel as though they have excessive gas, there are several steps to reduce flatulence. Here, we look at 12 possible remedies. Rajiv Dixit was an Indian Orator. The book wings of fire is the autobiography of Dr.APJ Abdul kalam. This is one of the best book and big inspiration for students. It teaches us how can we achieve success and most important how to manage failure... Decision making is hard and scary but there's something harder and scarier than that, that is being stuck. To avoid decision-making sometimes we tend to take shortcuts like Astrology, horoscope, tarot card reading etc. The whole business of fortune-telling is growing and the fact that it's there is because we don't want to spend time on decision-making. We want somebody else to make decisions for ourselves, which is sometimes not best for us. That's why it's really important for you to make decisions for yourself. It does 2 things, One it saves time, instead of going into multiple astrologers, different people to discuss your problems, it saves your time. Of course you need to take some advice from some experts, for someone you look up to, you need information but then if you make your own decision it will save you time. Two, there's a saying that it's better to make a wrong decision then, no decision. because any decision will move you forward. It's better making a wrong decision than being stuck. Decision Making is hard in and of itself but then there are some other elements that makes it even harder one of them being commitment decision-making is also a commitment, if I commit to one thing then what will happen to 99 other things. FOMO right? but then do you know what's more scarier than Fomo? incompetence the feeling that you are not living the life to the fullest and to avoid the feeling of incompetence you'll have to take decision and take a steps to One Direction.Another thing that does not help to take any kind of a decision as information overflow, in today's world there's so many information all over the place that you do not know where to look and to find right information, to make a right decision and if you fail to check your sources, then there's this risk of taking the wrong decision. It's important to make sure, you gather your information from the right sources and check if they are science backed or not.another thing that's in our way to take a decision Make a decision is confirmation bias because you believe in something and when you see the similar information in the same direction you trust that it. it's really important to explore some contradictions, and then doubt your own sources. it's actually really the balance between learning more and trusting your own intuition and it only comes from practice. Decision making is like exercise as much as you practice you will develop more trust in your own decision-making process and your intuitions. Then you will either stick to your decisions. Why is it so important to make decision and move forward? The decision-making process is so tiresome, it is so hard, we don't want to do it, then why can't we just stay the way we are, on our robe all day, doing nothing and we don't have to take any decision and life would be so Rosy and purple, is that so? no, because you have a dream and if you don't work on your dream when you cannot sleep, your dreams won't let you sleep at night. the way Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam said ones, “dream is not what you see in sleep dream are something which wont let you sleep”. we all have those dreams that won't let us sleep and to be able to work on that dreams guess wha? t you will have to take action and then to take action guess what you'll have to do? take the decision and for that you will have to let go of other options

I have heard that the Former Chief Minister of erstwhile Madras State Shri. Kamraj said after taking oath as the Chief Minister that it is only by the end of his tenure the world would know if the chair added glory to him or he brought fame to the position. This was a very pertinent statement coming from a very tall and unsung leader from the southern state of India. I really believe most leaders derive fame from the chair that they occupy while legends leave glory to the position that they had occupied through their contributions. India has seen 14 different Presidents till date from 1950 but the moment I mention President the one name that comes on top of everyone's mind is APJ Abdul Kalam for the sheer contribution from the man. Leadership gives enormous scope to contribute. These days I see lots of youngsters being reluctant to take up leadership positions and I for one would urge people to occupy leadership positions. With chair comes position and power and with that also comes the responsibility to make a difference and an opportunity to leave a legacy. It is the social responsibility of every good person to rise to the position of leadership. When capable persons rise to the leadership position they would leave a legacy and add glory to that position forever. When noble people don't climb the ladder of leadership mediocres occupy those chairs and they just derive fame from that position. Think of contribution of Jack Welch who transformed the DNA of GE during his tenure as CEO, think of TN Seshan the former Chief Election Commissioner of India who transformed a toothless body called Election Commission of India into a powerful organization which took on the might of corrupt politicians. Every time you occupy a leadership position is an opportunity to leave a legacy. Every time I travel to Kenya and hit the highways the conversation would invariably feature about Kibaki the Former President of Kenya who transformed the roads across urban and rural Kenya. Occupying the chair is a once in a lifetime opportunity to bring eternal glory to the position. If these leaders had refused to occupy the chair of Leadership the world would have missed the glory of those positions. Hence if you are a parent Inspire your children to take up leadership positions right from early days and even if you are a senior citizen take up the leadership position in your community and society. And when we sit in the leadership position let us remember the words of Kamraj to bring glory to the position that we occupy. Let the mission of every leader be to “Make a Difference & Leave a Legacy.' Loving you. JVC Sreeram

You are my source of faith and strength You are my anchor. My faith in you gives me all the strength I need to face any situation. If great souls like Jesus Christ, Prophet Mohammed, Buddha, Mahavira, Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Mother Teresa, Swami Vivekananda, APJ Abdul Kalam, Albert Einstein, Rabindranath Tagore… had faith in faith, then there must be some substance in faith. After all, it is an illustrious list of greatest of thinkers. The United States of America, arguably one of the most scientifically advanced nations, has this inscription on its coins: 'In God we Trust'. Faith is not anti-science; it is just beyond the comprehension of science. Faith is like electricity - you can't see it, but you can see light. Faith may be beyond our comprehension, but the results of faith are there for all of us to see. Faith is not subject to verification. And if you want to verify, then it is not faith. Faith is beyond human judgement. Faith is the ability to trust what you are not able to see. If faith is in believing what you cannot see, then the reward of faith will be that you will one day see what you always believed in. 'Faith' is even above God. After all, only for those who have faith, there is a God. Faith is above everything. In reality, it is not your God, who is making your faith work. In fact, it is your faith that is making your God work. His God is weak because his faith is weak. Her God is powerful because her faith is powerful. In fact, the power of the object of your faith is derived from the power of your faith in the object. Faith is the basis of your relationship with the force above… the force beyond… the force within. It doesn't matter by what name you refer to your object of faith! What's important is that you do have an object of faith to direct your faith. Though it is not the 'object of faith', but it is 'faith' that creates miracles, you still need an object of faith to direct your faith. It was 'Abba' to Jesus; it was 'Jesus' to Mother Teresa; it was 'Krishna' to Draupadi; it was 'Allah' to Prophet; it was 'Ram' to Hanuman, and it is 'Hanuman' to many of his devotees. Yet, all of them have experienced the miraculous power of faith in their lives. Faith transforms an ordinary vibration of thought created by the finite mind of man into a spiritual equivalent. Faith is the only gate through which the cosmic force of Infinite Intelligence can be harnessed and used by man. Like ideas which are more powerful than the mind that gave birth to them - for ideas have the power to live on much after the mind that created them has turned to dust - faith too is more potent than the 'object' on which the faith is directed. With faith in faith, infinitheists too open the doors of miracles in their life by praying, “You are my source of faith and strength…” to their Source. So the fourth line in the infiniprayer - You are my source of faith and strength. Watch video at https://youtu.be/pReN0wZ9AzU www.infinitheism.com
Lead me deeper... Lead me deeper in spiritual alignment The strength of the tree depends on the depth of the roots. Similarly, to evolve Higher in maturity, you need to grow Deeper in faith. Above all other factors, spiritual growth is growing deeper and deeper in faith. All the components of spiritual development gain meaning and significance only on the pedestal of faith. Faith is the ability to trust what you are not able to see, the ability to believe what is not yet, the ability to 'accept as true' that, which cannot be proven. Faith is in knowing that the Force that brought you to it will also carry you through it. Faith is not subject to verification. And if you want to verify, then it is not faith. Faith is beyond human judgement. Yet, faith works; faith alone works. If great souls like Jesus Christ, Prophet Mohammed, Buddha, Mahavira, Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Mother Teresa, Swami Vivekananda, APJ Abdul Kalam, Albert Einstein, Rabindranath Tagore, etc., had faith in faith, then there must be some substance in faith. After all, it is an illustrious list of the greatest of thinkers. The United States of America, arguably one of the most scientifically advanced nations, has this inscription on its coins: 'In God we Trust'. Faith is not anti-science; it is just beyond the comprehension of science. Perhaps a day will come when science may be able to explain faith. Faith is like electricity - you can't see it, but you can see light. Faith may be beyond our comprehension, but the results of faith are there for all of us to see. It is not the 'object of faith', but 'faith' that creates miracles. The object of faith is just incidental. It was 'Abba' to Jesus; it was 'Jesus' to Mother Teresa; it was 'Krishna' to Draupadi; it was 'Allah' to Prophet; it was 'Drona' to Ekalavya; it was 'Ram' to Hanuman, and it is 'Hanuman' to many of his devotees. Yet, all of them have experienced the miraculous power of faith in their lives, which confirms that it is not the 'object of faith' but 'faith' that creates miracles. The power of the object of your faith is derived from the power of your faith in the object. So, the question isn't, “How powerful your 'god' is?” The question is, “How powerful your 'faith' is?” Grow deeper and deeper in faith, and you will reach higher and higher in life. Pray, “Lead me deeper (in faith)…” So the infinitheists pray, “Lead me Deeper...” to their Source. This expression of infinitheists essentially means, “I surrender myself unto you my Lord. I am transferring the responsibility of my life in Thee hands. Lead me through…” So the ninth line in the infiniprayer - Lead me deeper...
