The show opens with a reminder of VP JD Vance's worry that our European allies are not sharing the same shared values we once had, which dovetails into the lawfare against Marine LePen in France. Another activist judge believes he controls the hiring and firing at the CIA. Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) cannot find any statutory and Constitutional basis for the wielding of such inferior court powers. DOGE reveals that the U.S. Institute of Peace not only deleted 1TB of financial data, which was thankfully recovered by the DOGE team, but we are getting a slight glimpse into their lavish spending. On top of that, they were also doling out taxpayer money to the Taliban and Iraq. We look at the effects of the woke mind virus on people and how sad and debilitating it is. It causes fits of rage, damage to property, criminal behavior and a desire to blame the innocent over the law-breakers. So, let's remind you about that loan Musk took to get Tesla off the ground. He qualified under a loan program conceived by President Obama and put into law by a Democrat controlled congress. And, while several other also took a loan, he paid his back in full, early and with interest. Many of the others went bankrupt and had their loans forgiven. The Atlantic screws up another story. Turns out the “innocent' Maryland man deported to El Salvador was really an MS13 gang member, now designated as a terrorist. Border Czar Tom Homan makes no apologies for what they are doing. Leslie Stahl is a filthy piece of human debris. Interviewing a Jewish hostage of Hamas who was freed thanks to Donald Trump, when he comments he was starved, she immediately tried to find an excuse, asking him to consider if that was only because Hamas didn't have food for themselves? He immediately told her they ate in front of him as part of his torture. We close with a few back-to-back stories. A childless woman thinks she should get Meternity leave. The Anteater himself, Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT) who is worried about oligarchs, paid his stepson over $800,000 to run his foundation. The Village Idiot Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) demonstrated real racial bigotry toward Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) and his wife, so we get a Jim Gossett satire song about the ghetto. Please take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. Today's show opens with the Bureau of Labor Statistics once again revising down the employment numbers from all of 2024 by more than 600,000 and then Kevin Hassett, National Economic Council Director, says it may be revised again to make the drop more than one million. Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) was with Andrea Mitchell on MSNBC and once again told us she was part of the coup to do whatever it took to keep Trump from winning. However, since they failed, she assures us the Democrats will be different this fall when the start campaigning for the midterms. To see how different, we get a montage of them all calling for Elon Musk to be fired. We also find reporters purposely writing hit pieces and smear stories about the core DOGE team, trying to embarrass them for what they may have said back in middle school. However, this time, US attorneys and the DOJ are going to be going after such threats as appropriate. CNN's Jake Tapper says all news agencies have the right to edit material. Well, Jake, there is a difference between editing out a cough that won't change the intent of the original response, versus trying to create brand new answers to interfere in a presidential campaign. While we are still learning more about USAID and how many journalists and news agencies were being paid to propagandize, Musk says we can expect to find even more fraud out of Medicare and Medicaid. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) says the media and the Left are lying about the DOGE team. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent also corrects the record with the media. Trump doesn't fall for the bait of Time Magazine putting Elon behind the Resolute desk. Instead, he tells the press what a wonderful job Elon is doing. We get to have fun with another episode of Deep Thoughts with (former) VP Kamala Harris. This time, we get her wonderful insights about adaptation and weather. Today's show opens with a story I learned about how Elon Musk decided to share all of Tesla's patents for free. He did that in 2014. At the time, it was considered foolish. But, Musk was playing the long game. In a similar way, his purchase of Twitter is about a much bigger and longer strategy than just owning a social media company. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre gave us another meltdown when simply asked if there is any awkwardness now between Joe Biden and Kamala Harris? Tom Homan reminds us that Donald Trump wants to declare the Cartels a terrorist organization to be able to leverage to full might of our military to take them out. When you think of the heinous crimes they perpetrate on a daily basis, it's hard to find a reason not want that to happen. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) said there will be firings across the agencies. But, he reminds us, if some broke the law, they need to be held accountable. Secretary of State Antony Blinken reminds us the Biden-Harris regime are committed to sending billions and billions of dollars to Urkraine before January 20. With all the campaign promises she made, you would have thought starting to implement them might be a better idea. Then we get to see more histrionics from the Deep State and their willing accomplices from the Legacy/mainstream media over the appointments of Pete Hegseth, Tulsi Gabbard and Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL). We hear from Joe Reid, John Bolton and Rev. Al Sharpton and an NBC field reporter inside the Capitol. We close with a nod to the DOGE – Department of Government Efficiency. Today we open with another report from southern Lebanon, showing just how close Israel came to having an even worse Oct 7 massacre than they already had. The construction of the terror tunnels and planning for the attack were years in the making. I am waiting for Israel to show the world just how much the UN has been involved in supporting these terrorist regimes. Bombshell news from the J6 Investigative Committee chaired by Congressman Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) revealing how former representative and co-Chair Liz Cheney was exchanging secret text messages with one of their “star” witnesses, Cassidy Hutchinson. This is obviously even more bad news for the J6 Reality TV Show that took place in 2022. A crime spree of 50 burglaries in NYC was carried out by 20 members of the same Venezuelan gang that took over “only” and handful of apartment complexes. A NYPD spokesperson told a local affiliate that they are all back on the streets of New York City. An activist judge in Georgia has decided that election officials in Georgia voting precincts have no choice but to certify their election numbers, even if they have evidence of fraud or error. Plus, he said he was suspending the rule of providing a hand count of the ballots to make sure they match the electronic number submitted. The FBI just now discovered they had misreported violent crime stats. Remember when ABC's David Muir “fact-checked” Trump during the debate with Harris? Looks like Trump was right once again! The Left, their paid shills and most of Hollywood is trying to convince you that Donald Trump had some episode where he froze for 30 minutes and played music. We all know, and ABC News confirmed it, that two people in the audience had a medical issue and Trump suspended the Town Hall to let the paramedics do their jobs. Anyone who lies and tries to tell you the opposite is a soulless parasite. So, of course, that's exactly what Gov. Elmer Fudd, aka Tim Walz (D-MN) did. The Bill Clinton moment I brought up yesterday while he was here in Georgia became the headline of the NY Post today. It's great to see when the truth accidentally finds it's way to the mouth of Leftists. We close with two sound bites from the Trump rally in Atlanta, GA yesterday. The first comes from Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) about masculinity. The second comes from Michaelah Montgomery whom Trump first met at a Chick-fil-A in Atlanta several months ago. Today we open with a person arrested in California who seemed intent on assassinating Donald Trump at a rally. It's going to get worse, the closer we get, especially with the horrible week and weekend for the Harris-Walz campaign. Former CIA Director John Brennan was on MSNBC over the weekend, stating how dangerous Trump would be if he gets back into the White House. Well, excuse me if I no longer trust any of the spies who lied to us four year ago about the Biden laptop, directly interfering with the 2020 election. Martha Raddatz failed miserably in trying to down-play the Venezuelan gang takeover of several apartment complexes. JD Vance eviscerated her on This Week on ABC News. Reince Prebus did the same on the same ABC news show, talking about how Harris is losing across so many demographics. Then, House Speaker Mike Johnson took NBC's Kristen Welker apart regarding FEMA money spent on migrants and on Trump's cholesterol levels. For Halloween, a reminder, that the walking male member with eyebrows could easily pass for a long-distant relative of Nosferatu! He said having an open border simply to have illegals vote is preposterous. He is so adamant about it, that it must mean it is true. In an effort to regain momentum, Harris accused Trump of “hiding” from the public. Can you believe that? Only a complete idiot would think she is telling the truth. Then she told some wide-eyed story about meeting Sen. John McCain and how he said she was going to be a “great” senator. Unfortunately the late McCain's daughter said that didn't sound like him. In fact, she alluded to a story of what he really thought of her and spared her the embarrassment of saying it out loud. Gov. Elmer Fudd, aka, Tim Walz, made a fool of himself trying to do a hunter photo-op. Even a Leftist writer, Larry Taunton, had to call out the pathetic display for all the world to see. It's all fake and manufactured. Speaking of which, going back to the Univision Town Hall where Harris was caught with a teleprompter. Turns out journalist Michael Tracy was there and discovered half the audience was hand-picked and flown in to ask questions while the other half were a result of a casting company looking for actors. Even Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) has started to notice she is nothing more than a bad actress trying to play the part. In an attempt to get the campaign out of it's tailspin, someone thought it was a good idea to have Harris call out Indigenous People's Day and throw European settlers under the bus. It's too bad no one saw the irony of her condemning an open border that allowed an invasion of infiltrators.  We close today with another installment of Deep Thoughts with VP Kamala Harris. She really has no idea how to be genuine, which his what makes her all the more worrisome as a candidate. Please take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. The Alan Sanders Show

Today's show focuses on just two subjects, one from Sunday and one that was taking place today. The first deals with the revelation that Joe Biden, or his X account, took to social media and announced he was dropping out of the Presidential race and wanted to spend the rest of his time in office focusing on the issues of the nation. The second is today's House Oversight Committee hearing with the Director of the US Secret Service, Kim Cheatle. Biden's decision to step down and how he did it leaves me with questions, concerns and a warning for the GOP. First, how do you like the party of “democracy” rigging the primary and getting over 14 million Americans to vote for him are now going to throw those votes away simply because polling isn't going well. They are literally going to replace the peoples' selection with someone more viable at the polls. That cannot be allowed to be the new norm. So, I suggest the lawful use of lawfare. Also, while we have not seen or heard from the president, we found out the letter was mostly penned by an advisor by the name of Steve Ricdhetti. Then the signature doesn't look like Joe Biden's signature. Finally, why was his statement not on White House letterhead? Then we move to the first part of Director Kim Cheatle's testimony today on Capitol Hill. Unsurprisingly, we were getting little to know information from her. But, on the flip side, there were a number of Democrats on the Committee who were just as incensed about the failure of the USSS and her lack of transparency. This included comments from Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Ro Khanna (D-CA) and Jared Moskowitz (D-FL). On the other side of the aisle, we had great questions from Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH), Rep. Nancy Mace (R-NC) and Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL). But, it was Donalds who got her to admit, accidentally I think, that the USSS knew the shooter had been elevated to a threat in time to get Trump off the stage. Finally, I close with an oldie but a goody from VP Kamala Harris. While she does not have his age problem, her word salad, inappropriate cackles and propensity to address adults like she's talking to children, are going to be serious issues for her. On the other side of the aisle, President Trump is set to pick his running mate with only a week remaining until the Republican National Convention. Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL-19) joins the Rundown to share his reaction to President Biden's interview, how foreign leaders are viewing his performance, and how he feels about being on a short-list for President Trump's running mate. President Biden sat down in an exclusive interview with ABC's George Stephanopoulos where he reiterated his intentions to stay in the 2024 presidential race. The interview did little to stem concerns about the President's age and mental acuity with more Democrats calling for him to drop out and for cognitive tests for both President Biden and former President Trump. As companies and governments across the globe attempt to harness the power of artificial intelligence, some are already using the powers for nefarious activities. The debate between President Biden and former President Donald Trump was brokered by the campaigns and will be different from past showdowns in its lack of an audience and the muting of microphones when a speaker's time is up. The move means TV viewers may entirely miss off-mic remarks and that coverage will be limited to what CNN cameras show at the time—with CNN moderators Dana Bash and Jake Tapper expected to be the only journalists in the room if there is other related significant news to tell. Reps for both Biden, 81, and Trump, 78, said it would be OK to allow the daily White House press pool to observe the face-off, but CNN allegedly refused. The Atlanta-based cable news outlet has instead relegated journalists unaffiliated with CNN to another building.” You can read the full article here: https://nypost.com/2024/06/27/us-news/wh-correspondents-slam-cnn-for-excluding-outside-press-from-biden-trump-debate/ 5:05pm- Congressman Wesley Hunt—U.S. Representative for Texas's 38th District—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his participation in a conversation with Black Americans who own small businesses. On today's show we open with the latest inflation numbers. While the Biden regime is wanting to take a victory lap for a CPI that didn't go up (or down), the number still represents a sharp increase from four years ago. In fact, if you are not making at least $12,000 more a year than what you were making four years ago, then you are not even breaking even. Speaking of breaking, it seems the news from last night is 8 members of ISIS-K were arrested across three cities here in the United States. All of them came across our southern border. In fact, the rise of people on the known terrorist watch list has skyrocketed under Joe Biden. Next, I give you my thoughts on Hunter Biden being found guilty on the three charges related to him lying on the gun purchase form. This was the lowest of all the low-hanging fruit and the one crime that would not remotely connect to Joe Biden. The real issue is whether the DOJ will go after all of the other far more serious crimes that run throughout the Biden Crime Family Syndicate. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) reminds us how US Attorney David Weiss initially cut a sweetheart deal for Hunter and allowed the statute of limitations to expire on serious tax evasion charges. We also need to recognize that the DOJ went along with the Biden campaign to cover-up Hunter's laptop. Work done by the non-profit group Marco Polo reminds us they put out a 640 page report on the Biden laptop, containing 2,020 citations that documents 459 crimes committed by the Biden family and their business associates. 140 were business crimes, 191 sex crimes and 128 were drug crimes. Rep. James Comer (R-KY) says, “Justice won't be served until the DOJ prosecutes the Biden family's FARA violations and other financial crimes. And, let's remind you that the 2020 Biden campaign, with the help of Antony Blinken, got 51 intelligence community operatives to lie about the laptop and then Joe Biden lied to the American people. Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-WY) helps us understand why we need to audio of Joe Biden's testimony to Special Counsel Robert Hur. To illustrate her point, I say the following line three different ways: No. Stop it. You! I said stop. What are doing? Stop...stop...stop. During his “Boys of Point du Huc” address, President Reagan stated: “We're here to mark that day in history when the Allied armies joined in battle to reclaim this continent to liberty. For four long years, much of Europe had been under a terrible shadow. Free nations had fallen, Jews cried out in the camps, millions cried out for liberation. Europe was enslaved, and the world prayed for its rescue. The flag was intended to be a distress signal following the conflict. Alito has also been criticized by the left for having flown an “Appeal to Heaven” flag from his shore house in New Jersey—with the left arguing it's an insurrectionist symbol. Smith is the most powerful prosecutor in the United States because AG Merrick Garland gave him that power without having the authority to do so. Cannon will hear arguments from both sides about whether there was a breach of the appointments clause with Smith. While we have judges like Chutkan and Merchan using their power to destroy the rule of law, we have judges like Cannon standing up to the corrupt Biden regime, mob attorney general, and rogue prosecutor. Later, Mark is joined by Josh Blackman, a lawyer who will be making one of the oral arguments about Jack Smith being unconstitutionally appointed, to discuss the basic points of the brief and the overstepping of Merrick Garland in appointing Smith. Also, the crisis on our southern border did not exist under the Trump administration but was created by President Biden through his open border policies and non-enforcement of our immigration laws. Everything Biden is doing now is to get re-elected, which is why he is acting like he is the savior and closing the border. Finally, Mark speaks with Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL) to talk about the Biden campaign and the Democrat media hit pieces twisting his words and lying to smear him. On today's show, we open with the UN revising the numbers downward by nearly 50% for Palestinians killed in their war with Israel. We then move to a reminder that Ashley Biden's therapy journal was real and she was 37 years old when she wrote about taking showers with her dad. Today we read the letter she (or her legal team) wrote to try to paint the person who found it as a criminal, while Ashley gets to play the role of victim. We then turn to DA Alvin Bragg's case against Donald Trump with is star witness, habitual perjurer and criminals felon, disgraced lawyer Michael Cohen. No media pundit seems to be able to understand this move find it a winning strategy. Attorney Michael Avenatti put out a post regarding Stormy Daniels and her testimony. It seems he is suggesting Stormy was paid a lot of money via illegal means so she wouldn't have to pay her court ordered judgment to Donald Trump. Will Bragg investigate her? Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) was asked over the weekend to discuss the lawfare cases. He stated what many are finally realizing, they are all falling apart and were ridiculous to begin with. It's all a move to interfere with the presidential election cycle. Which brings us to an interesting monologue from Fareed Zakaria on CNN's program GPS. I take time to go through Zakaria's premise that “none of this is playing out as I thought it would,” meaning the lawfare against Donald Trump. It's a bit of introspection that helps us understand how the Legacy/mainstream media lives in a perpetual bubble of make-believe and self-delusion. Trump held a rally in New Jersey over the weekend and drew over 100,000! Biden can't do anything close to that even with Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, George Clooney and Julia Roberts on stage at the same time. FOX's Brian Kilmeade added, Biden would be lucky to get 15,000 with those people AND Bruce Springsteen opening with a concert. T his leads to the polling everyone was talking about over the weekend on the talking head shows. Trump is leading in 5 of the 6 battleground states and is winning over more minorities than he did in 2020. People are waking up to just how bad Biden has made our day-to-day lives. In the meantime, Speaker Johnson is pushing a bill called the SAVE Act to keep illegals from voting. That's what the Biden regime has always wanted and we better understand that is a big part of their strategy to steal the election. In closing, Gad Saad was on with Joe Rogan and he talked about a concept I've discussed with my audience for years. He said people seem more unwilling than ever to process new information and then change their minds. He then discusses the concept of pride and identity. To illustrate that, I use a recent placard held by a woman at a rally. It read, “I dream women will one day have the same rights as guns.” I wonder, after I go through the difference, if she would be able to see just how stupid her slogan really is? Rep. Cammack Proposes Banning Foreign Flags On House Floor

Real News Now Podcast

A movement led by Rep. Kat Cammack (R-FL) among GOP representatives is gaining traction aimed at preventing the exhibition or carrying of foreign flags within the House floor. The push for this ban arose in response to an incident where members of the Democratic party displayed miniature Ukrainian flags to endorse the passing of a significant foreign aid package. The package, valued at $95 billion, intended to provide a substantial $61 billion to assist Ukraine in its conflict against Russia while also supporting other regional partners. Cammack expressed her position firmly: 'In the assembly hall designated for the representatives of the United States of America, the single flag that should be flying is our own. It is in that space that we deliberate and take decisive stands in favor of our citizens and the fruitful utilization of taxes collected from them.' She continued expressing her conviction, stating, 'Every resolution we make should take place beneath the unique symbol of our nation – our Star-Spangled Banner – a reminder of those we serve and the reason we consider our nation superior to all others in the world's history. I'm immensely grateful for and proud of the colleagues who've voiced their agreement and joined me in raising our voices for the American people, pledging ourselves to our nation's cause above all else.' If this resolution is ratified, no member would retain the right to bring or exhibit any foreign nation's flag on the floor during the House's sessions. The mandate of enforcing this ban would fall on the House sergeant-at-arms. However, this resolution allows a pair of exemptions: members permitted to adorn their lapels with pins exemplifying foreign flags, and foreign flags portrayed as part of exhibits or speeches by members, as consistent with House rules. Whether this resolution will be put to a vote remains undetermined. However, Cammack's office has revealed that the resolution has already attracted numerous co-sponsors during its inception. Among those voicing their solid support are representatives Stephanie Bice (R-OK) and Byron Donalds (R-FL). Bice expressed her firm stance on the matter through a statement. 'The assembly hall of the United States representatives serves a single entity and a common cause – the United States of America. It is fundamentally unfitting for a Member to exhibit any other flag within this space, barring our own. The initiative taken by Rep. Cammack on this issue deserves appreciation.' Donalds admonished those politicians detached from reality who recklessly approved a colossal sum of taxpayers' money going out to Ukraine. The Congressman also took a strong stance in solidarity with Rep. Cammack's endeavor to ensure that such uncalled-for actions never repeat, reinforcing his commitment to prioritizing American citizens. According to Russell Berman of The Atlantic, it isn't a foregone conclusion. Congressmen Jamie Raskin (D-MD), Adam Schiff (D-CA), and Jim Clyburn (D-SC) did not confirm their willingness to accept the 2024 election results. Meanwhile, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) refused to comment. You can read more here:https://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2024/02/democrats-congress-trump-january-6/677545/ 3:15pm- Mitch Smith of The New York Times documents President Joe Biden's likely struggles appealing to Michigan voters—not just in the 2024 general election, but also in Tuesday's Democrat presidential primary. During a recent interview with Dana Bash on CNN, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer (D) conceded that she's “not sure” how Biden will fare in the state. Smith writes: “Arab Americans, irate over Mr. Biden's support for Israel, are pushing Democrats to select ‘uncommitted' on the state's primary ballot on Tuesday. Several recent general election polls show Mr. Biden running behind former President Donald J. Trump in Michigan, while another shows Mr. Biden leading. Prominent Democrats in Detroit and Lansing say they are worried not just about losing Arab Americans, but also about Black men and union workers and young people. That leaves Ms. Whitmer, one of eight national co-chairs of Mr. Biden's campaign, who is seen by many Democrats as a future contender for the presidency, facing perhaps the biggest electoral test of her career even though her name is not on the ballot. Ms. Whitmer is particularly strong with moderate voters and suburbanites, and has forged deep ties with Black leaders in Detroit. But it remains to be seen whether she can help much with those most frustrated with Mr. Biden, including voters further to the left and Arab Americans.” You can read Smith's full article here: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/02/25/us/gretchen-whitmer-michigan-biden.html 3:25pm- While appearing on MSNBC with Jen Psaki, Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro (D) accused the Republican party of being an “extremist party.” 3:40pm- Former Obama Campaign Manager & Administration Advisor David Axelrod suggested that President Joe Biden may struggle to appeal to black voters if Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump selects Sen. What won't help Mayorkas with sympathy is a trove of documents just released showing he personally rejected the request by Robert Kennedy, Jr. for Secret Service protection while on the campaign trail. It seems Biden loves to weaponize the government to go against anyone who he deems as the opposition. Next, we jump in the DeLorean and head to August 19, 2022, when I first told you about Special Agent Brian Auten being assigned to work with the Mar-a-Lago raid on Donald Trump's home. Auten was a disgraced and scolded agent who was part of the Russian Collusion Hoax, aka, Crossfire Hurricane. I said the only reason Auten would be involved is if the FBI was trying to make sure they had all of the documents Trump might have had related to the hoax. Fast forward to yesterday when investigative journalist Michael Shellenberger hinted to a big news bomb about to drop from fellow investigative journalist Matt Taibbi regarding the Mar-a-Lago raid. According to their sources, they are saying the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago was to get back a specific folder that contained the memos and the plans to perpetrate the hoax on Donald Trump. The operation was said to have started under CIA Director John Brennan and would involve the Five Eye's nations – or the top intelligence apparatus of the United States, Canada, the U.K., Australia and New Zealand. Supposedly, it was decided by Brennan to target 26 of Trumps team in an effort to bring the president down with the Hillary Clinton conceived plan to vilify Trump as a Russian asset. It's nice to see I am once again a full 18+ months ahead of the news cycle, but I am happy it's being brought back to light. The worst deep state collusion against a sitting president was perpetrated by Barrack Hussein Obama and his team in cooperation with Hillary Clinton and the DNC. As I have said multiple times, this is the worst scandal in our history. The House Oversight Committee not only spoke with Biden Crime Family Syndicate member, Rob Walker, in behind-closed-door testimony, but also just heard from former Hunter Biden partner Tony Bobulinski. While other members of the Syndicate have been reluctant to name Joe Biden specifically, Bobulinski was not. We close today with yet more breaking news surrounding the DNC HQ pipe bomb story. We get a short 3 ½ minute piece from investigative journalist Steve Baker. It seems, when bomb disposal crews finally showed up on the scene, two cameras that had been trained on the building were suddenly turned completely away from the scene. It's almost as if someone wanted to make sure the “bomb” retrieval was not captured on camera. Now, why would that be? On today's show we open with Nikki Haley's amazing 2nd place finish for Nevada's GOP primary, losing to “None of the Above.” Yes, I'm not making that up, folks. Nikki Haley got 30.8% of the vote, while None of the Above earned 62.9%! Yesterday, the GOP embarrassed itself with a failed vote to have DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas impeached. The loss happened in a way that will allow the vote to be brought back to the floor in the future, but it was sad nonetheless. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) weighed-in on the subject right after the vote to impeach failed. Meanwhile, in Chicago, Quenton Jordan, the VP of Black Conservative Federation couldn't find anyone on the southside who wanted to vote for Joe Biden. The border issue is the most pressing item on the minds of those voters. Jordan actually makes a great observation about Biden and his current lie about wanting to shut the border down, but blaming the GOP for not letting him. If that's the case, why is Biden fighting the state of Texas with all their might? So, let's examine some of the money buckets built into the Senate's border security bill. Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) shows us just how much of our taxpayer money will be sent to other countries versus what remains here. And, what is focused on the border is not for closing it or protecting Americans. In the meantime, President Biden wants everyone to know how much he loves and support Ukraine by wearing his Ukraine tie and his Ukraine pin. You know what I'd like to see? I'd like to see President Zelenskyy wearing an American flag tie and sport and American flag pin as a way of showing a modicum of gratitude! Apparently, this is just a one-way street. While we are on the subject of Ukraine, and by way of extension, Russia, let's see who the real fascists are in the world today. The EU is suggesting that Tucker Carlson should be banned from all of Europe for his interview with President Putin of Russia. Bill “The Kickball Kid” Kristol thinks Carlson should be denied re-entry to the United States of America. And, should we be sending taxpayer dollars to countries who put Americans on a “kill list”?? Because Ukraine just added Tucker Carlson to their list for assassination. Continuing the subject of fascism, which more aligns with that definition: people what want to make sure pornographic material isn't made available in elementary school or people pressuring Amazon to hide books that have messages that run contrary to the approved White House narratives? The latest jobs report, by the way, is filled with imaginative statistics and magic numbers. I break down a few examples of this and it's all meant to hide just how badly the Biden regime is handling the economy and our jobs market. As we close, I introduce a new intro for all future Big Fani Willis Reality TV Show episode discussions. With so much happening in the Fulton County DA's office, it seemed appropriate to create an official opening to use from now on when we discuss all the fun happening there. Hunter Biden PR stunt, WH narrative crumbles, Mayorkas impeachment and the press under assault

Almost all of my show prep went out the window today after Hunter Biden pulled his latest stunt on the House Oversight Committee. For those who didn't catch it, just as the committee was holding the debate over whether or not to hold Hunter Biden in contempt for the stunt he pulled in December by not showing up as required by subpoena, he walked into the proceeding. He literally walked into his own contempt of Congress hearing. He believes he is above the law and above reproach and enjoyed making a mockery of the proceeding. He did make a glaring error by telling a Fox News reporter as he was retreating from the building that most people pickup the phone when their dad calls. Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) called out the stunt and said Hunter should be immediately arrested. Here is where I have to remind the audience that there isn't a contempt of Congress charge, yet. That's why they were meeting. If they pass it (which I believe they will), it then has to go to the DOJ for them to process and decide if they will follow through on an arrest. Let's see just how fairly AG Merrick Garland and the Democrats play this as opposed to January 6 subpoena subjects who were found in contempt. Rep. Mike Waltz (R-FL) made some great points about how committees work, what Rep. Jaime Raskin (R-CA) stated when it related to January 6 and how Article 1 Section 6 of the Constitution works. He also stated the Florida Democrat representative Jared Moskowitz helped facilitate the Hunter Biden stunt, much like Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) aided and abetted Hunter with his first stunt back in December. Of course, Moskowitz, when asked by MSNBC, denied it, but praised Hunter for his performance and suggested Republicans should have been prepared for his bit of theater. Rep. Wesley Hunt (R-TX) put forth an articulate explanation for why Hunter should not be allowed to consider himself like a prince and outside the laws of the United States. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) said much the same, but in a less subtle way. Happening in a separate hearing, a call to see if Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas can be placed under an impeachment inquiry. Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) asked for their expert witnesses to give their thoughts and they each said Mayorkas should be impeached. You may have missed it, but Ray Epps, a J6 provocateur and a long believed Fed asset was sentenced yesterday. Oh, he's not going to serve any jail time. Nope. Just a small fine and some community service. Just go ahead and confirm he is a Fed without using those words. By way of comparison, we look at a sentencing today of an independent journalist who was at the Capitol on January 6. It seems our justice system hands out sentences based on whether or not you are in support of the official state narrative or if you are trying to get to the truth. Truth tellers are being shown, the First Amendment will not apply and they will be met with much more harsh sentencing. Swalwell aided and abetted, CNN tries to win a townhall and Wu dreams of a no-white Christmas

Today opens with a question as to whether Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) aided and abetted the commission of a crime by helping to setup the Hunter Biden press stunt, before he took off and chose to ignore the congressional subpoena? It's a legitimate concern and at the very least rises to the level of a ethics problem in the House. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) weighed in on the stunt and then on the impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden. According to Donalds, Joe Biden is, at the very least, a co-conspirator in violating FARA or the Foreign Agents Registration Act. Even CNN”s Phil Mattingly knows Biden and the White House have shifted the goal post numerous times when it comes to knowledge of Hunter Biden's business dealings. White House spokesman Ian Sams, disputed Mattingly, gas-lighting him and the rest of the country with a smile on his face. We next move to a CNN town hall yesterday in Iowa. The point of a town hall, supposedly, is to learn more about a candidate. Unfortunately for Vivek Ramaswamy, the hostess of the town hall thought she was there to win a debate, rather than let the candidate speak. This all centers around Ramaswamy's comments about J6 looking like an inside job with possible government entrapment. The back and forth is a bit infuriating, but is highly illustrative on both how to conduct yourself as a Constitutional candidate and why the Legacy/mainstream media is not worth listening to at all. Boston democrat Mayor, Michelle Wu, decided to throw a coloreds only holiday party and doesn't mind that she favored some races over others at tax-payer expense. To help introduce the story, I let my good buddy Jim Gossett do his best Bing Crosby impression to the tune of “White Christmas.” The more we continue to let CRT and DEI ideologies permeate our culture, the worse off we all will be as one institution after another will be doomed to fail. As we begin to close, we have two uplifting stories. The first, White House spokesperson John Kirby did an excellent job of telling a reporter that Israel is going above and beyond to avoid innocent casualties. The press just loves to regurgitate Hamas propaganda, showing us who they are and I applaud Kirby for hitting back with a dose of reality.  Finally, one of the most neutral countries in the world, Switzerland, had just announced they are withdrawing all funding from UNRWA. When they discovered that the group was “teaching hate every day” and “glorifying terror against Israel,” they decided not to send them any more government funding. Now, what will it take for the United States to step up and do the same with the whole of the United Nations? Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. While speaking in Anaheim, CA at the California Republican Party Convention, Donald Trump hypothesized that Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) is waiting to replace President Joe Biden as the Democrat party's 2024 presidential nominee. On Saturday, the House drafted a 45-day stopgap spending bill that would temporarily fund government and avert a shutdown through November 17th. The bill passed with bipartisan support—335 to 91 in the House and 88 to 9 in the Senate. After signing the bill into law, President Joe Biden blamed Republicans for the near shutdown and insisted that the legislative branch needed to provide more funding for Ukraine. While appearing on Fox News, Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) said Republicans “did not get anything” out of the stopgap funding measure. While appearing on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) was asked if he would consider being Donald Trump's Vice President. DeSantis explained: "No, I'm running for president…We need somebody that can win states like Georgia and Arizona, which President Trump cannot do and did not do.” Governor Gavin Newsom (D-CA) has appointed Laphonza Butler to replace Dianne Feinstein's vacant seat in the United States Senate representing California. Butler is the president of Emily's List—a far-left organization that advocates for abortion rights. Critics of the appointment note that until just recently Butler was a registered voter of Maryland and may even still live in the state. On Saturday, Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) pulled a fire alarm in the Cannon House Office Building just prior to the House holding its vote on a stopgap spending measure to avoid a government shutdown. Although Rep. Bowman has claimed he pulled the alarm in error, some have speculated that it was a tactic to delay the House vote—providing Democrat members of the House additional time to read through the Republican proposed legislation. On October 9th in Philadelphia, PA, presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is expected to announce he will continue his campaign as an Independent. What kind of impact will this have on the 2024 election? Vermin Supreme—a man best known for wearing a boot on his head like a hat—has announced he will be running for president. The bill passed with bipartisan support—335 to 91 in the House and 88 to 9 in the Senate. After signing the bill into law, President Joe Biden blamed Republicans for the near shutdown and insisted that the legislative branch needed to provide more funding for Ukraine. 3:15pm- On Monday, former President Donald Trump arrived in New York for a civil trial in which New York Attorney General Letitia James alleges that Trump-owned properties were dramatically, and fraudulently, over-valued on official documents. The New York Times notes: “If the attorney general's office proves its case, the judge could impose a sweeping array of punishments on Mr. Trump, including a $250 million penalty and a prohibition on operating a business in New York ever again.” You can read more here: https://www.nytimes.com/2023/10/02/nyregion/trump-fraud-trial-letitia-james.html 3:40pm- Prior to appearing before a New York judge on Monday for a civil fraud trial, former President Donald Trump addressed the press, explaining: “There was no crime. The crime is against me…They are trying to damage me, so I don't do as well in the election…This is an attempt to hurt me in an election…They waited until I was right in the middle of my campaign.” Trump accused NY Attorney General Letitia James of undervaluing his property for political reasons. In 2018, while campaigning to become Attorney General, James vowed to “sue” Donald Trump—providing evidence to Trump's claim that this is nothing more than a political vendetta. 3:55pm- Social media influencer “Meatball” was arrested for her participation in wide-spread looting in Philadelphia. Dayja “Meatball” Blackwell, who has nearly 500,000 followers on TikTok, was charged with 6 felonies. She is now selling mugshot t-shirts for $35 to $45 with the hashtag: “#FreeMeatball”. 4:05pm- On Monday, the Supreme Court starts its next term. According to Jess Bravin of The Wall Street Journal one of the most noteworthy cases will be Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) v. Community Financial Services Association. The Court will hear oral argument in that case on Tuesday—and the Justices will be asked to decide whether the “bureau's independent funding mechanism,” absent Congressional approval, is constitutional. The initial law, which Newsom signed in September 2022, violated doctors' First Amendment rights to free speech and Fourteenth Amendment rights to due process of law, critics say.” Could this move towards moderation be a sign that Newsom is at least considering a run in the 2024 presidential election? Today's show opens with an admission that I did not watch the second round of the GOP debates. I think they no longer serve to provide any meaningful content. Next we discuss some of the information Rep. James Comer (R-KY) had released the day prior to the first day of the Impeachment Inquiry that took place today. From wire transfers to Joe Biden's home to more text messages, it's clear we have direct ties to Joe Biden and Hunter Biden's business dealings. It's also clear Joe Biden has been lying about it and is both corrupt and compromised. But, in typical Leftist lunacy, they still see nothing. I'm getting pretty tired of the mountain of “no evidence” that continues to tower over the Biden Crime Family. The Left wanted direct links and once they are shown them, they still pull a Sergeant Schultz, “I know nut-ting!” Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) and Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) did masterful jobs of opening the discussion of the inquiry and laying the foundation of Joe Biden's criminality and culpability. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez provided an example of everything the Democrats tried today. AOC asked if a crack addict could be a reliable witness. That's all they had folks. They want you think that because Hunter was on drugs, nothing he said or did is reliable and therefore can be dismissed. That's their only play. While this was taking place, Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH) was in a briefing regarding the classified documents taken out of Joe Biden's garage. He is quoted as saying, “I've seen some of these documents as the Chairman of the Intelligence Committee and I can tell you they are of the highest level of concern and a threat to national security. We have to get to the bottom of why was he [Joe Biden] taking these [classified materials] and what was he doing with them.” By the way, you UAW workers and other blue collar types, if you think Joe Biden is on your side, you are sadly mistaken. To remind you, I play a confrontation that took place between a hard-hat laborer and Joe Biden. Senate Minority Leader Mitch “long stare” McConnell wants us all to believe that sending more money to Ukraine is the highest priority for the United States right now. There is nothing more urgent or pressing than to support Zelenskyy. On a closing note, why was the Arizona State Treasurer asked to be Acting Governor for a day? And ABC News wants us to believe that half the country wants to take the latest mRNA C-19 vaccine for the fall. So far, in a poll I have on X, I just don't see that at all. Today opens with some of the opening questions being asked of Attorney General Merrick Garland in the House of Representatives. It is a perfect illustration of how a gifted liar and forked-tongue politician can play the game of being in the hot-seat while never answering anything. Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA) and Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) both try different tactics to help illustrate how corrupt, biased and weaponized our current Department of Justice operates. Another House investigation reveals there may be even more interference and criminal violations involving the 2020 Biden presidential campaign. Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) discussed the latest information in the ever-widening and deepening hole of criminal malfeasance on the part of Joe Biden and his entire Crime Family Syndicate. Miranda Devine has a piece in the NY Post detailing the latest revelation that the FBI lost count of how many paid informants were in the crowd on January 6, 2021. Talk about another “conspiracy theory” coming to light and revealing itself to be true. In House testimony yesterday, former Capitol police chief Steven Sund testified about January 6 and disclosed he had been in contact with then-Speaker Pelosi three times that day. The problem for Pelosi, who demanded his firing in a presser on January 7, stated she never once heard from him. Unfortunately for Pelosi, Sund brought the receipts. Remember when we discussed the Biden regime really released $16B dollars to the world leading state sponsor of terror, Iran, but assured us the money could only be used for food and humanitarian reasons? Well, Secretary of State Antony Blinken just admitted, there is no way to control Iran or how they plan to use that money. Volodymyr Zelenskyy was very shrewd when he spoke yesterday in front of the UN General Assembly. He played the virtue-signaling, Green New Deal card and somehow made Putin's war an act of climate change. You can't make this up! He literally pandered to the West's ongoing hoax in order to gain more sympathy and demand more money. When asked about Zelenskyy coming to speak at the Capitol, Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) said there is no money left to give away. He also went on to say the situation is a disaster of Biden's own making. Finally, as promised from yesterday's show, I go into more detail on the flawed climate models Nobel Prize laureate John Clauser just recently brought to light. The fact that every climate model being used for doomsday predictions is based on a cloudless Earth, means every model if flawed beyond measure. In fact, in a calculation he drafted, cloud coverage is between 100 and 200 times more important than CO2. But, there is no money to be made in the cloud business, is there? Putting America last, variant trial balloon and a desperate Deep State pushing us to war

The most important message in today's show will come as part of my closing. I think it something everyone needs to hear and would implore you to share this episode, even if it is to skip to the last 23 minutes of the show. I think the latest Covid variant scare is both a trial balloon and a distraction. I think the plan heading into the 2024 election cycle is far more nefarious and concerning than anything the Left has pulled to-date. First, we do dive into some news items. If you need more evidence that Joe Biden and the Left have an America-last policy, look no further than the latest move to tie disaster relief funding to more money being sent to Ukraine. With Americans still suffering in Hawaii due to man-made malfeasance and incompetence and the latest hurricane to cross Florida, Joe Biden is unwilling to offer emergency funding unless Congress ties it to allocating more money to Ukraine. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) finds that reprehensible, showing Biden's priorities are not focused on America.  Donald Trump released a 90 second message to the country, telling us all to not comply with any mandates. He adds that when back in office, he will institute a policy of pulling all Federal funds from any institutions that every try to put a mask or vaccine mandate in place.  I then take a moment to explain a recent headline stating Covid is to blame for just 1% of weekly deaths from all causes across the US, CDC data shows. I think it does help illustrate there is no reason for any panic from anyone related to the newest variant.  A story that nearly slipped under the radar in Canada is worth noting. Back in the first week of July, a story was quickly buried related to a memo being leaked out of Prime Minister Trudeau's government. Apparently, he and others were advised to “keep quiet” about vaccine deaths and injuries. Once again, Big Government doesn't really care about the people.  Senator Mitch McConnel (R-KY) had another brain lock-up when taking questions at a Chamber of Commerce speech. Like the last time, he continues to stare, unblinking, for nearly 40 seconds while his brain reboots. It's time for discussion on either cognitive testing for competency or term limits.  On a positive side, another former climate alarmist has had an awakening and sees the hoax for what it is. Tom Harris from International Climate Science Coalition says the only way to beat their fake science is to expose it with real data. Also, the 12 year old boy who got in trouble in his school for pinning a Gadsden Flag patch on his backpack caused enough issue online that Gov. Jared Polis (D-CO) had to go on CNN to soften the blow-back. Translation: the democrats are getting a lot of heat because one of them got caught pushing Wokeness too far and got slapped.  Finally, as promised, my close. I link together the Nord Stream 2 pipeline sabotage, Germany's weakened economy as well as Europe, our proxy war in Ukraine, the move to weaponize the Executive Branch and the new line crossed of persecuting political opposition. All of this leads me to believe that the Left is willing to take us into a hot war with Russia in order to issue a form of martial law, suspending our elections until they can put someone they approve of into office. They cannot afford to let anyone into office who will expose them for all they've done and continue to do. We need to write our representatives and demand they start holding back all funds, including payroll, until they can root out the corruption. They need to do it before the Left gets us into a war no one will win. Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. Recapping IRS whistleblower testimony in front of unserious Democrats

Today's show is a full recap of yesterday's IRS whistleblower sworn testimony before the House Judiciary Committee. While the Republicans seemed focused on getting facts out to the American people, the Democrats were doing all they could to avoid any relevant topics and to throw shade. The only Democrat who stepped in it was Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) who blew it so badly, even Jonathan Turley wrote a piece about it. To start, we look at some of the comments from Democrats in the Committee. Rep. Kweisi Mfume (D-MD) seems to believe we are something other than a Constitutional Republic. In his mind, the DOJ, the FBI and the IRS are there to help keep us all in-line. Not sure what form of government he think we are, but that's not it. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wanted to focus on climate change, the gun debate and equity. The one thing she did mention in which I am in total agreement is in getting US Attorney David Weiss in front of the Committee. Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) played cute and tried to make it look as those the IRS whistleblowers represented the overzealous Javert, who persecuted the poor, innocent Jean Valjean, when he evoked Les Miserables. In his mind, Hunter Biden is being needlessly persecuted by over-the-top IRS agents. But, the devastating moment came from Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) who tried to be cute and make it look like Joe Biden didn't know about his son's business dealings with CEFC China Energy. Instead, he ended up implicating Joe Biden as being keenly aware of his son's business dealings – something Joe has denied since before the election. So much for that line of defense moving forward. Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) did get to another point of how Hunter claimed a hotel room expense for his dad as a business expense. So, either Hunter lied on his taxes and tried to claim a business deduction that wasn't true. Or, he was telling the truth and Joe Biden was involved in yet another business dealing with Hunter. Either way, it's bad. Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) decimated the coordinated effort by Democrats to co-opt the two-tiered system narrative. While Democrats bemoaned the inequity of IRS audits happening to more black and brown people, Luna pointed out that those same Democrats were bending over backwards protecting a privileged white man! Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) reminds us the investigation did not start with Hunter Biden. However, now that it has moved to him, there is over $17 million dollars of known transactions that have flowed from Ukraine, China and Romania into the Biden Crime Family. Finally, in a beautiful exchange between Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and IRS Agent Gary Shapley that as soon as “Main Justice” was contacted, the entire investigation came to a grinding halt. Jordan also suggested the need to get AG Garland, US Attorney Weiss and other top Justice officials before the Committee to help explain the shift in the investigation. As Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) states, for Garland, it's like he's flushed the toilet and the water is suddenly rising. He's got a serious problem on his hands. Today's show opens with a look at how we used to revere and protect whistleblowers, but it seems that time has passed. As I started to record today's show, the House Judiciary Committee was taking testimony from the two IRS whistleblowers, including one who had been referred to as Witness X. It turns out, that second witness is Joseph Ziegler, a gay Democrat with over a decade of experience on some of the most sensitive and high-profile IRS investigations. As Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) states, the testimony the two whistleblowers have given hasn't changed. Yet, over the last 33 days, the Department of Justice has changed their story at least three times. In fact, just two days ago, another FBI whistleblower came forward and corroborated their stories. Coincidentally, that same FBI agent was threatened by FBI legal to not cooperate with the Committee. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) stated, prior to the hearing, that their committee was well over $30 million dollars in payments flowing into the Biden Crime Family Syndicate. And, after detailing just how insidious that corruption is, did use the word “impeachment.” Once again, these people are saying the right words, but we need more than that at this point. We need action. Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) was asked about what we know so far and said the IRS whistleblowers would add another layer of credible testimony to their investigation. According to other members of the House Judiciary Committee, they believe upwards of $100 million dollars have been paid to the Biden family. I guess there is a price where someone feels it's acceptable to sell-out their country. Who knows? Maybe in their minds, by getting away with it for as long as they have, they just never thought about it as being harmful. It's just how Washington, D.C. works, right? It seems that's the new thinking for insiders. Anyone from the outside has to be destroyed. That explains why, as Trump gains even more support from Americans for 2024, we get word that Jack Smith, under the direction of Merrick Garland as Attorney General, seems poised to charge Donald Trump with the crime of insurrection. After all, it's in the 14th Amendment. If a jury agrees with that bogus charge, the Constitution would forbid him from hold any public office ever again. They are so desperate to achieve that end, they are wiling to ignore that very Constitution. Similarly, the AG for the State of Michigan, Dana Nessel, has decided to bring felony charges against 16 electorates who wanted to cast their votes for Trump in 2016, even though the state won the popular vote for Biden. Constitutionally, that is actually permissible. In fact, if you remember, back in 2016, after Trump beat Hillary Clinton, there was a concerted effort to convince 36 Republican electors to change their vote. Funny how it was okay then, but it's a felony now. Lastly, we turn to my new favorite Geologist, Professor Ian Plimer and his thoughts on climate change. He sums up in 2 minutes the perfect answer to those who want to continue to perpetuate the hoax. We need to know our past before we can understand our present. How very true indeed. oday we continue to look at how so many people in the current regime knew the truth about the Biden's and lied about it anyway. Their rotten narratives are finally starting to come apart at the seams and the more we learn, the faster it's unraveling. From the Congressional investigations both in the House and the Senate to the whistleblowers, the Biden Crime Family Syndicate is not going to be able to withstand much more of the pressure. Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) weighs in with his thoughts on the investigations, the criminality and the two-tiered justice system currently in place. He does remind the audience that Congress controls the purse strings and oversight and it's been nice to see those terms being used. However, we will have to wait to see if they will carry out their Constitutional role. Investigative journalist and author Peter Schweitzer revealed a brand new revelation to the story. It seems Hunter Biden bought a private, global, AT&T phone for his dad to have to conduct private business. It could very well be that was the phone the Ukrainian businessman claimed to have recorded conversations with Joe Biden related to bribes. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) and Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) also discussed the voluminous amount of wrongdoing flowing into and out of the Biden Family. They are both open to impeachment proceedings, but both discuss moving prudently forward to ensure all I's are dotted and T's crossed. I remind my fellow Constitutionalists who are justifiably angered at the two-tiered system, that the GOP has to have an air-tight case to present. And even still, the Legacy/mainstream media will use all of it's weight to misrepresent or smear the effort. Right after Attorney General Merrick Garland's whining about being unfairly attacked for their duplicity, one of the IRS whistleblowers decided to fight back against Garland by naming an additional six witnesses who would be able to rebut his denial of interference in the Hunter Biden investigation. This has also seems to have led to an interesting comment today from Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA). During an interview this morning, McCarthy suggested that if it turns out that the whistleblower is telling the truth and Merrick Garland is lying, they are ready to begin an impeachment inquiry as early as July 6. Once again, everyone is being rightfully cautious to make sure they have all of the facts lined up before leaping to any conclusion. However, the longer this plays out, the more it looks like the entire Biden Crime Family cover-up is spiraling out of control. At this point, I would not be surprised if the DNC is quietly working to throw Joe Biden under the bus so they can appoint someone like Gov. Gavin Newsome (D-CA) to take his place on the ticket. No one in the Legacy/mainstream media seemed interested in that story. 10 years ago, FBI corruption of this magnitude would be plastered on every screen of every network. Look how far we have fallen as a society. They are content to feed us state narratives and many are content to be spoon fed, only to regurgitate the same nonsense elsewhere. However, there are still some New Media/independent journalists out there. Michael Shellenberger put out a great piece over the weekend, discussing the move by both the FBI and the mainstream media to crush the whistleblowers. What is stunning is how not a single one of the whistleblowers was interviewed by any of the outlets who wrote hit-pieces on them. Not one! This same corrupt FBI, we discovered, had four different criminal investigations going on Bill and Hillary Clinton and they were all suddenly dropped just before the 2016 presidential election cycle. The Durham Report indicated high level FBI officials with “ties to the Clinton's” made the call to kill the investigations into pay-to-play schemes from foreign governments. Seems this is just standard operating procedure in the Democrat party. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) did comment that he would like to see those investigations restarted, but I'm not going to hold my breath. And even if the FBI did re-open them, do we really think, with the current observable corruption we see with our own eyes, they would actually follow through? This is where we need a moment of levity. I turn, once again, to my good buddy, Jim Gossett, who delivers a nostalgic bit of parody about the FBI, using School House Rock's music to bring us Corruption Junction! As we start to close, the Meat Puppet-in-Chief once again lied and took credit for something he never did. He was at the G7 and said he was the one to form the alliance known as the Quad. Here's the problem. The Quad started in 2017 under President Trump. Do you think the Legacy/mainstream media called him out on it? So far, not yet, but you know I did! Kevin McCarthy’s most stubborn opponents in his House speaker bid is vowing not to fold and to continue the current stalemate until the California Republican either agrees to the defectors’ demands or drops out altogether. Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), who has been one of McCarthy’s most vocal opponents, pledged not to back down in the House speaker showdown, intensifying what has already been a dayslong fight as the chamber looks to elect its next leader. “I think this ends one of two ways,” Gaetz told Fox News after the House adjourned on Wednesday. “Either Kevin bows out, realizing there is no path to become speaker of the House even with one or two or three or five of the 20 who have opposed him half a dozen times on the floor, or he essentially has to wake up, bring the House into session, and put on a straitjacket with a rules package that we’ve presented to him that doesn’t allow a lot of discretion for the speaker of the House.” After failing to make headway in three rounds of roll call votes on Wednesday, McCarthy proposed a new bout of concessions to some of his most stubborn opponents in a last-ditch effort to win their support before the chamber reconvenes. As part of his latest concessions, McCarthy agreed to a proposal to add more Freedom Caucus members to the House Rules Committee, as well as further lowering the number of members needed to call for a floor vote to oust a sitting speaker, according to CNN. The compromise builds on previous concessions in which McCarthy agreed to lower the number of votes needed to oust him from the position possibly should he be elected, marking a significant win for far-right conservatives such as Gaetz. “The reason we’ve demanded that is we do not trust Kevin McCarthy, and it’s not a small body of work,” the Florida Republican said. Even if those demands are met, however, Gaetz has vowed not to back McCarthy’s bid. Twenty GOP lawmakers voted against McCarthy to back Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) in the latest round of voting, with one Republican voting present. Donalds initially voted for McCarthy in the first two roll call votes before backing Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) in the third round on Tuesday, conceding that “at the end of the day, we’ve got to get to 218." https://thepostmillennial.com/black-couple-given-plot-of-land-in-reparations-sells-it-back-to-la-for-20-million?utm_campaign=64487 Black couple given plot of land in reparations sells it back to LA for $20 million The heirs to Bruce's Beach, the prime beachfront property in California's Manhattan Beach, have sold the land back to the county for $20 million after receiving it just over a year ago in an act of restorative justice. The direct descendants of the black couple who were run off of their land and business got a form of "reparations," according to LA County. In 1912, Charles and Willa Bruce, a black couple, bought the plot of land for $1,225 and opened up a black beach club, reported the Los Angeles Times. These clubs were common in southern California during that period, when segregation kept black people out of "whites-only" beaches. Facing mounting pressure from racist individuals and groups, including the Ku Klux Klan, city officials condemned the property to eminent domain in 1924, claiming that they needed it to build a park. According to the Los Angeles County website, no park was actually built until nearly 30 years later, and the real reason for seizing the land was racially motivated. "It is well documented that the real reason behind the eminent domain process was racially motivated with the intention of bringing an end to the successful Black business and to thwart other African Americans from settling in or developing businesses in Manhattan Beach," the government site reads. The county ended up forcing the black couple off of their land, paying them only $14,000 when the plot was actually valued at $70,000, according to Daily Mail. The Bruces left the beach and closed their business. According to their family, they never financially recovered. In July 2022, LA County returned the land to direct descendants Marcus and Derrick Bruce as well as Derrick's sons, Anthony and Michael. "It destroyed their chance at the American Dream. I wish they could see what has happened today," Anthony said when the land was finally returned. On Tuesday, it was announced that the Bruces had opted to cash out on the land instead. The chair of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, Janice Hahn, stated that the selling of the land will help rebuild "generational wealth" that the family lost out on after their great-grandparents' business was destroyed. "This fight has always been about what is best for the Bruce family, and they feel what is best for them is selling this property back to the county for nearly $20 million and finally rebuilding the generational wealth they were denied for nearly a century," she said. "This is what reparations look like and it is a model that I hope government across the country will follow," the county official added. https://townhall.com/tipsheet/madelineleesman/2023/01/04/indigenous-arts-leader-revealed-as-white-n2617839 ‘Non-Binary’ Founder of Indigenous Artists’ Collective Accused of Faking Native American Heritage The co-owner of a “queer Indigenous artists’ collective” in Wisconsin reportedly faked her Native American background and “used the front to make money,” the New York Post reported. Kay LeClaire, a woman who identifies as “non-binary,” was accused in an online forum of being white after claiming for years that she was of Metis, Oneida, Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, Cuban and German descent. LeClaire is a founding member of an art collective and is well-known in the Indigenous arts community in Madison, Wisconsin. LeClaire went by the Indigenous name “Nibiiwakamigkwe,” the Post noted. Reportedly, LeClaire earned artist stipends, a paid residency at the University of Wisconsin, paid speaking gigs, and art exhibitions based on her Native American background. But, a “hobbyist genealogist” who did not reveal their identity posted evidence of LeClaire’s real ancestry on an online forum. It showed that LeClaire is of German, Swedish, and French Canadian descent. “I am sorry,” LeClaire reportedly told local outlet Madison365. “A lot of information has come to my attention since late December. I am still processing it all and do not yet know how to respond adequately. What I can do now is offer change.” The art collective said in an Instagram post that it had parted ways with LeClaire on Dec. 31, 2022. The anonymous user who published LeClaire’s ancestry online went by the screen name “AdvancedSmite.” They spoke with Madison365 and revealed they are of Native American heritage. Townhall reported that several high-profile activists had been caught pretending to have Native American ancestry, including Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Canadian academic Carrie Bourassa, and actress Sacheen Littlefeather, whose sisters came forward late last year after her death to reveal that she was of Mexican descent. According to studio source Belloni reports that Transformers: Rise of the Beasts racked up over 506 million views in two weeks across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 drew in 187 million views while Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny only brought in 79 million views. Taking a peek at the YouTube numbers, as of today, the Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny trailer only has 10 million views on the Lucasfilm YouTube channel. Transformers: Rise of the Beasts has 26.3 million views on the official Paramount Pictures YouTube channel. While Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 isn’t trailing Transformers: Rise of the Beasts as much as Belloni reported after two weeks, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is still significantly off the pace compared to Transformers: Rise of the Beasts and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. In fact, both films have more than doubled up on trailer views compared to Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny. Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is not only trailing these films when it comes to trailer views as noted by both Belloni’s inside source as well as spot-checking YouTube, but Belloni also claims the film is already at a disadvantage because Stephen Spielberg is not directing the film and Harrison Ford is 80 years old and is supposedly the leading man in a film franchise known for its action adventure heroics. The film’s promotion has also been plagued by director James Mangold’s antagonistic behavior to concerned fans about what he and Lucasfilm have planned for the film. Lucasfilm has a track record of destroying their male-led franchises, one needs only look at the the desecration of Han Solo in The Force Awakens that turned his character into a deadbeat dad, who then gets murdered by his own son. This anti-male theme would be doubled down on in Rian Johnson’s The Last Jedi that shows Luke Skywalker as a man who has abandoned everything he believed in and even tosses his lightsaber away like a piece of garbage. This theme is not isolated to the sequel trilogies, The Mandalorian turns what was pitched as a ruthless bounty hunter living in the outer reaches of the galaxy into a glorified baby sitter for a child-like Yoda character that is apparently not a child at all. The Book of Boba Fett also turned the famed bounty hunter into an incompetent town manager. Given this track record, fans have a healthy skepticism of what Lucasfilm and Mangold will do to the franchise and have especially had their hackles up following the casting of self-proclaimed feminist Phoebe Waller-Bridge. In response to one fan concern, Mangold decided to attack him and then proceeded to lie about his attacks on the fan. Matthew Kadish shared his concerns writing on Twitter, “To anyone thinking Indiana Jones 5 might be good, just let me point out… 1. Steven Spielberg is not directing. 2. Kathleen Kennedy is producing. 3. Harrison Ford is 78 years old. 4. It’s written by Jonathan Kasdan, who wrote SOLO.” Mangold responded writing, “Thanks, Matt! 1) Keep making the world a better place crapping on things in the 1st week of production from your basement. 2) Never seen a script by Jon. Nothing against him. Just reality. Butterworths & I started from a blank page. 3) 1-3 r hugely talented & all at my side.” Clearly, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny does not appear to be connecting to people via trailer views and on top of that it has an antagonistic director who not only confirmed fan fears about Lucasfilm’s production are legitimate, but he’s openly degrading them for expressing such concerns.

The presumptive next Speaker, Kevin McCarthy, fell well short of the 218 needed on both the fourth and fifth ballots—garnering less support on votes four and five than he had received on vote one yesterday. 3:10pm- Speaking to reporters outside the Capitol, Rep. Byron Donalds stated that he “didn't come to D.C. being interested in becoming Speaker of the House.” On votes four and five, Donalds consistently received 20 votes to become Speaker. 3:30pm- Prior to the 6th vote to decide the House Speakership, Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) nominated Byron Donalds (R-FL) to the Speakership.  3:45pm- While on the House floor, Rep. Lauren Boebert implored fellow Republicans to vote for Byron Donalds and asked former President Donald Trump to rescind his support for Kevin McCarthy. 4:05pm- Speakership Vote #6: Kevin McCarthy has once again failed to get the 218 votes necessary to become Speaker of the House. Is it time for the Republican party to rally around a new candidate?  4:10pm- Twitter Files Part 11: On Tuesday, investigative journalist Matt Taibbi released another series of Twitter files—this time documenting why the social media company allowed the intelligence community to suppress and moderate content, specifically references to a lab leak theory as the origins of COVID-19. 4:30pm- The House of Representatives has adjourned until 8pm ET after six failed attempts to select a new Speaker.  4:45pm- The Centers for Disease Control tweeted: “The best defense is a good offense! Defend yourself against blood clots…” Rich can't remember government agencies ever issuing blood clot warnings for young athletes in the past.  4:55pm- After six failed votes to determine a Speaker of the House, are more Republicans willing to defect from Kevin McCarthy? 5:00pm- While appearing on The Guy Benson Show, Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) said “we cannot let the terrorist win”—referring to the twenty Republicans refusing to vote for Kevin McCarthy for House Speaker.  5:10pm- While on MSNBC, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) suggested that Democrats may be open to a “coalition government” if Kevin McCarthy were to approach Democrats for help with the House Speakership vote.  5:30pm- During an interview with CTV News, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau—son of Pierre Trudeau and definitely not Fidel Castro's son—referred to protestors who objected to mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations as tin foil hat conspiracy theorists. 5:45pm- According to a report from Brandon Drey of The Daily Wire, “[m]ajor fast-food chains like White Castle and Chipotle have started employing restaurant robots as labor shortages continue to impact the industry while the price of food increases in the aftermath of COVID and crippling inflation.” 6:05pm- Appearing on Fox News, Rep. Michael Waltz (R-FL) claimed that Democrats are laughing at Republicans for failing to select a House Speaker. 6:15pm- On 60 Minutes, Stanford University biologist Paul Ehrlich warned of an unavoidable “mass extinction.” Despite CBS' alarmist report, Ehrlich's credibility is questionable. In the 1970's he famously warned that overpopulation would cause mass starvation and chaos. In response to Ehrlich's most recent claims, investigative journalist Michael Shellenberger called the report “apocalyptic pseudoscience.”
