The show opens with a reminder of VP JD Vance's worry that our European allies are not sharing the same shared values we once had, which dovetails into the lawfare against Marine LePen in France. Another activist judge believes he controls the hiring and firing at the CIA. Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) cannot find any statutory and Constitutional basis for the wielding of such inferior court powers. DOGE reveals that the U.S. Institute of Peace not only deleted 1TB of financial data, which was thankfully recovered by the DOGE team, but we are getting a slight glimpse into their lavish spending. On top of that, they were also doling out taxpayer money to the Taliban and Iraq. We look at the effects of the woke mind virus on people and how sad and debilitating it is. It causes fits of rage, damage to property, criminal behavior and a desire to blame the innocent over the law-breakers. So, let's remind you about that loan Musk took to get Tesla off the ground. He qualified under a loan program conceived by President Obama and put into law by a Democrat controlled congress. And, while several other also took a loan, he paid his back in full, early and with interest. Many of the others went bankrupt and had their loans forgiven. The Atlantic screws up another story. Turns out the “innocent' Maryland man deported to El Salvador was really an MS13 gang member, now designated as a terrorist. Border Czar Tom Homan makes no apologies for what they are doing. Leslie Stahl is a filthy piece of human debris. Interviewing a Jewish hostage of Hamas who was freed thanks to Donald Trump, when he comments he was starved, she immediately tried to find an excuse, asking him to consider if that was only because Hamas didn't have food for themselves? He immediately told her they ate in front of him as part of his torture. We close with a few back-to-back stories. A childless woman thinks she should get Meternity leave. The Anteater himself, Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT) who is worried about oligarchs, paid his stepson over $800,000 to run his foundation. The Village Idiot Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) demonstrated real racial bigotry toward Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) and his wife, so we get a Jim Gossett satire song about the ghetto. Please take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. Rich talks with Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) about President Trump's executive order to create a bitcoin reserve. Next, Mike Howell, executive director of the Heritage Foundation's Oversight Project, gives details of research claiming that President Biden signed January 6th pardons using an autopen. We also hear from Col. (Ret.) John Mills, senior fellow at the Center for Security Policy, with thoughts on Israel's deadly wave of airstrikes against Hamas in Gaza as well as a preview of what to expect from President Trump's impending phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Today's podcast begins with our host Mike Slater reviewing a couple of news stories related to President Donald J. Trump with a particular focus on his recent statements related to the nation of Yemen and the fighting that's been happening there.Following the opener, U.S. Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL-19) comes on-air to talk about the early stages of his campaign to be Florida's next Governor. He's endorsed by Trump and he's ready to take an already great state to the next level!
Today's show opens with the Bureau of Labor Statistics once again revising down the employment numbers from all of 2024 by more than 600,000 and then Kevin Hassett, National Economic Council Director, says it may be revised again to make the drop more than one million. Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) was with Andrea Mitchell on MSNBC and once again told us she was part of the coup to do whatever it took to keep Trump from winning. However, since they failed, she assures us the Democrats will be different this fall when the start campaigning for the midterms. To see how different, we get a montage of them all calling for Elon Musk to be fired. We also find reporters purposely writing hit pieces and smear stories about the core DOGE team, trying to embarrass them for what they may have said back in middle school. However, this time, US attorneys and the DOJ are going to be going after such threats as appropriate. CNN's Jake Tapper says all news agencies have the right to edit material. Well, Jake, there is a difference between editing out a cough that won't change the intent of the original response, versus trying to create brand new answers to interfere in a presidential campaign. While we are still learning more about USAID and how many journalists and news agencies were being paid to propagandize, Musk says we can expect to find even more fraud out of Medicare and Medicaid. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) says the media and the Left are lying about the DOGE team. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent also corrects the record with the media. Trump doesn't fall for the bait of Time Magazine putting Elon behind the Resolute desk. Instead, he tells the press what a wonderful job Elon is doing. We get to have fun with another episode of Deep Thoughts with (former) VP Kamala Harris. This time, we get her wonderful insights about adaptation and weather. Finally, we end with an announcement from White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt. Continuing to keep his promises, we get a list of all the new tax cuts Trump wants to pass through Congress. Today's show opens with a story I learned about how Elon Musk decided to share all of Tesla's patents for free. He did that in 2014. At the time, it was considered foolish. But, Musk was playing the long game. In a similar way, his purchase of Twitter is about a much bigger and longer strategy than just owning a social media company. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre gave us another meltdown when simply asked if there is any awkwardness now between Joe Biden and Kamala Harris? Tom Homan reminds us that Donald Trump wants to declare the Cartels a terrorist organization to be able to leverage to full might of our military to take them out. When you think of the heinous crimes they perpetrate on a daily basis, it's hard to find a reason not want that to happen. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) said there will be firings across the agencies. But, he reminds us, if some broke the law, they need to be held accountable. Secretary of State Antony Blinken reminds us the Biden-Harris regime are committed to sending billions and billions of dollars to Urkraine before January 20. With all the campaign promises she made, you would have thought starting to implement them might be a better idea. Then we get to see more histrionics from the Deep State and their willing accomplices from the Legacy/mainstream media over the appointments of Pete Hegseth, Tulsi Gabbard and Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL). We hear from Joe Reid, John Bolton and Rev. Al Sharpton and an NBC field reporter inside the Capitol. We close with a nod to the DOGE – Department of Government Efficiency. While the squaw, Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) tried to be snarky about it, Elon Musk dropped the hammer of truth on her pathetic head. Today we open with another report from southern Lebanon, showing just how close Israel came to having an even worse Oct 7 massacre than they already had. The construction of the terror tunnels and planning for the attack were years in the making. I am waiting for Israel to show the world just how much the UN has been involved in supporting these terrorist regimes. Bombshell news from the J6 Investigative Committee chaired by Congressman Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) revealing how former representative and co-Chair Liz Cheney was exchanging secret text messages with one of their “star” witnesses, Cassidy Hutchinson. This is obviously even more bad news for the J6 Reality TV Show that took place in 2022. A crime spree of 50 burglaries in NYC was carried out by 20 members of the same Venezuelan gang that took over “only” and handful of apartment complexes. A NYPD spokesperson told a local affiliate that they are all back on the streets of New York City. An activist judge in Georgia has decided that election officials in Georgia voting precincts have no choice but to certify their election numbers, even if they have evidence of fraud or error. Plus, he said he was suspending the rule of providing a hand count of the ballots to make sure they match the electronic number submitted. The FBI just now discovered they had misreported violent crime stats. Remember when ABC's David Muir “fact-checked” Trump during the debate with Harris? Looks like Trump was right once again! The Left, their paid shills and most of Hollywood is trying to convince you that Donald Trump had some episode where he froze for 30 minutes and played music. We all know, and ABC News confirmed it, that two people in the audience had a medical issue and Trump suspended the Town Hall to let the paramedics do their jobs. Anyone who lies and tries to tell you the opposite is a soulless parasite. So, of course, that's exactly what Gov. Elmer Fudd, aka Tim Walz (D-MN) did. The Bill Clinton moment I brought up yesterday while he was here in Georgia became the headline of the NY Post today. It's great to see when the truth accidentally finds it's way to the mouth of Leftists. We close with two sound bites from the Trump rally in Atlanta, GA yesterday. The first comes from Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) about masculinity. The second comes from Michaelah Montgomery whom Trump first met at a Chick-fil-A in Atlanta several months ago. Today we open with a person arrested in California who seemed intent on assassinating Donald Trump at a rally. It's going to get worse, the closer we get, especially with the horrible week and weekend for the Harris-Walz campaign. Former CIA Director John Brennan was on MSNBC over the weekend, stating how dangerous Trump would be if he gets back into the White House. Well, excuse me if I no longer trust any of the spies who lied to us four year ago about the Biden laptop, directly interfering with the 2020 election. Martha Raddatz failed miserably in trying to down-play the Venezuelan gang takeover of several apartment complexes. JD Vance eviscerated her on This Week on ABC News. Reince Prebus did the same on the same ABC news show, talking about how Harris is losing across so many demographics. Then, House Speaker Mike Johnson took NBC's Kristen Welker apart regarding FEMA money spent on migrants and on Trump's cholesterol levels. For Halloween, a reminder, that the walking male member with eyebrows could easily pass for a long-distant relative of Nosferatu! He said having an open border simply to have illegals vote is preposterous. He is so adamant about it, that it must mean it is true. In an effort to regain momentum, Harris accused Trump of “hiding” from the public. Can you believe that? Only a complete idiot would think she is telling the truth. Then she told some wide-eyed story about meeting Sen. John McCain and how he said she was going to be a “great” senator. Unfortunately the late McCain's daughter said that didn't sound like him. In fact, she alluded to a story of what he really thought of her and spared her the embarrassment of saying it out loud. Gov. Elmer Fudd, aka, Tim Walz, made a fool of himself trying to do a hunter photo-op. Even a Leftist writer, Larry Taunton, had to call out the pathetic display for all the world to see. It's all fake and manufactured. Speaking of which, going back to the Univision Town Hall where Harris was caught with a teleprompter. Turns out journalist Michael Tracy was there and discovered half the audience was hand-picked and flown in to ask questions while the other half were a result of a casting company looking for actors. Even Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) has started to notice she is nothing more than a bad actress trying to play the part. In an attempt to get the campaign out of it's tailspin, someone thought it was a good idea to have Harris call out Indigenous People's Day and throw European settlers under the bus. It's too bad no one saw the irony of her condemning an open border that allowed an invasion of infiltrators. We close today with another installment of Deep Thoughts with VP Kamala Harris. She really has no idea how to be genuine, which his what makes her all the more worrisome as a candidate. Please take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. Born in Brooklyn, New York to a single mother — Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL) was always taught to research everything for himself instead of following the crowd. The advice would ultimately lead him to leave the Democratic Party shortly after the financial collapse in 2008 and run for Congress as a Republican. With such an interesting political perspective, Rep. Donalds discusses how he feels about all the historic moments that have happened over the last few weeks -- from Vice President Kamala Harris becoming the new presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, to former President Donald Trump choosing Senator JD Vance (R-OH) to be his running mate. He shares how he believes these things change the race and why he remains confident that the Republican ticket will be successful in November. Today's show focuses on just two subjects, one from Sunday and one that was taking place today. The first deals with the revelation that Joe Biden, or his X account, took to social media and announced he was dropping out of the Presidential race and wanted to spend the rest of his time in office focusing on the issues of the nation. The second is today's House Oversight Committee hearing with the Director of the US Secret Service, Kim Cheatle. Biden's decision to step down and how he did it leaves me with questions, concerns and a warning for the GOP. First, how do you like the party of “democracy” rigging the primary and getting over 14 million Americans to vote for him are now going to throw those votes away simply because polling isn't going well. They are literally going to replace the peoples' selection with someone more viable at the polls. That cannot be allowed to be the new norm. So, I suggest the lawful use of lawfare. Also, while we have not seen or heard from the president, we found out the letter was mostly penned by an advisor by the name of Steve Ricdhetti. Then the signature doesn't look like Joe Biden's signature. Finally, why was his statement not on White House letterhead? Then we move to the first part of Director Kim Cheatle's testimony today on Capitol Hill. Unsurprisingly, we were getting little to know information from her. But, on the flip side, there were a number of Democrats on the Committee who were just as incensed about the failure of the USSS and her lack of transparency. This included comments from Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Ro Khanna (D-CA) and Jared Moskowitz (D-FL). On the other side of the aisle, we had great questions from Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH), Rep. Nancy Mace (R-NC) and Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL). But, it was Donalds who got her to admit, accidentally I think, that the USSS knew the shooter had been elevated to a threat in time to get Trump off the stage. Finally, I close with an oldie but a goody from VP Kamala Harris. While she does not have his age problem, her word salad, inappropriate cackles and propensity to address adults like she's talking to children, are going to be serious issues for her. President Biden sat down in an exclusive interview with ABC's George Stephanopoulos where he reiterated his intentions to stay in the 2024 presidential race. The interview did little to stem concerns about the President's age and mental acuity with more Democrats calling for him to drop out and for cognitive tests for both President Biden and former President Trump. On the other side of the aisle, President Trump is set to pick his running mate with only a week remaining until the Republican National Convention. Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL-19) joins the Rundown to share his reaction to President Biden's interview, how foreign leaders are viewing his performance, and how he feels about being on a short-list for President Trump's running mate. And will it ultimately have an impact on the election? 5:50pm- While appearing on CNN with host John Berman, Vivek Ramaswamy argued that Thursday's CNN presidential debate will likely be biased against Donald Trump—noting that it would be like Joe Biden doing a debate hosted by Fox News.
The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (06/27/2024): 3:05pm- According to a report from Axios's Alex Thompson, former First Lady Michelle Obama is refusing to campaign on behalf of Joe Biden leading up to the 2024 presidential election—citing frustrations with how the Biden family has treated Hunter Biden's ex-wife Kathleen Buhle. 3:15pm- Presidential Debate Night: How desperate is Joe Biden for a good night? According to new polling from The New York Times/Sienna College, Donald Trump now leads Biden in national polling 48% to 44%. Similarly, Quinnipiac University's most recent data shows Trump leading by 4-points—with his lead expanding to 6-points when considering third party candidates. 3:35pm- While appearing on CNN with host Kaitlan Collins, Speaker of the House Mike Johnson said—despite jokes—no one actually expects President Joe Biden to be on “cocaine” during Thursday night's presidential debate. But a report from The New York Post reveals it isn't uncommon for executives to take Adderall, Botox, and B12 shots before big events/speaking engagements. You can read more here: https://nypost.com/2024/06/26/us-news/why-trumps-claim-that-biden-will-be-on-drugs-for-cnn-debate-isnt-far-fetched/ 3:50pm- What does Donald Trump need to focus on during tonight's presidential debate? 4:05pm- Marc Lotter—Chief Communications Officer for the America First Policy Institute & former Press Secretary to the Vice President of the United States—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to preview Thursday's presidential debate between Donald Trump and Joe Biden. Lotter notes, according to polling, Trump is starting to pull away from Biden—could tonight's debate ultimately amount to a knockout blow? Plus, Santa Ana City Council is now asking voters to decide whether noncitizens should be permitted to participate in local elections. The America First Policy Institute recently filed a lawsuit to prevent undocumented migrants from voting in elections. 4:30pm- Ross Connolly—Northeast Regional Director of Americans for Prosperity—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy's plan to hold a fundraiser for President Joe Biden. Americans for Prosperity is holding a rally to “welcome” President Biden to Garden State and, in the process, make it clear that Bidenomics is not working for Americans. You can learn more about the rally here: https://x.com/ConnollyRoss/status/1806408613033882041 4:45pm- Steven Nelson and Diana Glebova of The New York Post, write: “The White House Correspondents' Association blasted CNN on Thursday in a last-ditch attempt to expand access to the evening's first presidential debate of 2024 to reporters outside the network. The debate between President Biden and former President Donald Trump was brokered by the campaigns and will be different from past showdowns in its lack of an audience and the muting of microphones when a speaker's time is up. The move means TV viewers may entirely miss off-mic remarks and that coverage will be limited to what CNN cameras show at the time—with CNN moderators Dana Bash and Jake Tapper expected to be the only journalists in the room if there is other related significant news to tell. Reps for both Biden, 81, and Trump, 78, said it would be OK to allow the daily White House press pool to observe the face-off, but CNN allegedly refused. The Atlanta-based cable news outlet has instead relegated journalists unaffiliated with CNN to another building.” You can read the full article here: https://nypost.com/2024/06/27/us-news/wh-correspondents-slam-cnn-for-excluding-outside-press-from-biden-trump-debate/ 5:05pm- Congressman Wesley Hunt—U.S. Representative for Texas's 38th District—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his participation in a conversation with Black Americans who own small businesses. During the conversation at a barbershop in Atlanta, Georgia, Rep. Hunt was joined by Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL), Dr. Ben Carson, and former President Donald Trump. According to a recent poll from The New York Times/Sienna College, Donald Trump has 30% support with Black voters—he won only 12% of the vote in 2020. Could this newfound support be enough to swing the 2024 election in Trump's favor? 5:40pm- Listeners weigh-in on tonight's presidential debate: Who do you think will win? Michael R. Turner (R-OH)—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his latest article for Broad & Liberty, “Is Joe Biden really a ‘good and decent man?'” You can find the article here: https://broadandliberty.com/2024/06/26/andy-bloom-is-joe-biden-really-a-good-and-decent-man/ 6:20pm- Election Analyst Nate Silver says, “the presidential election isn't a toss up” and that, according to his data, Donald Trump has a 65.7% chance of winning. Silver writes: “The candidate who I honest-to-God think has a better chance (Trump) isn't the candidate I'd rather have win (Biden).” 6:50pm- Sixteen Nobel Prize-winning economists have warned that Donald Trump's proposed policies will make inflation worse. However, one of the economists is Biden Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen's husband, George Akerlof—and another is her former academic advisor, Joseph Stiglitz!
On today's show we open with the latest inflation numbers. While the Biden regime is wanting to take a victory lap for a CPI that didn't go up (or down), the number still represents a sharp increase from four years ago. In fact, if you are not making at least $12,000 more a year than what you were making four years ago, then you are not even breaking even. Speaking of breaking, it seems the news from last night is 8 members of ISIS-K were arrested across three cities here in the United States. All of them came across our southern border. In fact, the rise of people on the known terrorist watch list has skyrocketed under Joe Biden. Next, I give you my thoughts on Hunter Biden being found guilty on the three charges related to him lying on the gun purchase form. This was the lowest of all the low-hanging fruit and the one crime that would not remotely connect to Joe Biden. The real issue is whether the DOJ will go after all of the other far more serious crimes that run throughout the Biden Crime Family Syndicate. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) reminds us how US Attorney David Weiss initially cut a sweetheart deal for Hunter and allowed the statute of limitations to expire on serious tax evasion charges. We also need to recognize that the DOJ went along with the Biden campaign to cover-up Hunter's laptop. Work done by the non-profit group Marco Polo reminds us they put out a 640 page report on the Biden laptop, containing 2,020 citations that documents 459 crimes committed by the Biden family and their business associates. 140 were business crimes, 191 sex crimes and 128 were drug crimes. Rep. James Comer (R-KY) says, “Justice won't be served until the DOJ prosecutes the Biden family's FARA violations and other financial crimes. And, let's remind you that the 2020 Biden campaign, with the help of Antony Blinken, got 51 intelligence community operatives to lie about the laptop and then Joe Biden lied to the American people. Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-WY) helps us understand why we need to audio of Joe Biden's testimony to Special Counsel Robert Hur. To illustrate her point, I say the following line three different ways: No. Stop it. You! I said stop. What are doing? Stop...stop...stop. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (06/06/2024): 3:05pm- To commemorate the 80th anniversary of the D-Day, President Joe Biden spoke in Normandy, France on Thursday. However, he used the occasion to emphasize the importance of Western countries supporting Ukraine militarily and financially—and bizarrely did so by talking about how many Russian troops have been killed in the ongoing war. 3:20pm- On June 6th, 1984, Ronald Reagan delivered a speech from Normandy to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Allied forces invading Nazi occupied France on D-Day. During his “Boys of Point du Huc” address, President Reagan stated: “We're here to mark that day in history when the Allied armies joined in battle to reclaim this continent to liberty. For four long years, much of Europe had been under a terrible shadow. Free nations had fallen, Jews cried out in the camps, millions cried out for liberation. Europe was enslaved, and the world prayed for its rescue. Here in Normandy the rescue began. Here the Allies stood and fought against tyranny in a giant undertaking unparalleled in human history.” You can watch the full speech here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CTLVIp1AjAg&t=125s 3:40pm- - Dave McCormick—Republican Candidate for U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania & former Under Secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs during the George W. Bush Administration—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss President Joe Biden's new border policy, Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA) being unconcerned about biological males competing in female sports, and a volunteer for McCormick's campaign being assaulted by an anti-Israel protester while on University of Pittsburgh's campus. The broadcast broke the news that Allied forces had invaded Nazi occupied France. 4:40pm- The New York Times has targeted Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito whose wife flew an upside-down American flag in response to a confrontation with a neighbor displaying a political message with an expletive. The flag was intended to be a distress signal following the conflict. Alito has also been criticized by the left for having flown an “Appeal to Heaven” flag from his shore house in New Jersey—with the left arguing it's an insurrectionist symbol. However, the flag is associated with George Washington and John Locke and remains the official maritime flag of Massachusetts. UPDATE: Alito's neighbor is now speaking to the press—and she's just as weird as we were imagining, even conceding that she cursed at Alito's wife. 5:05pm- Gunnery Sergeant for the U.S. Marine Corps Jessie Jane Duff—2024 Campaign Executive Director of Veterans for Trump & Ambassador for America First Policy Institute—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to breakdown President Joe Biden's disastrous appearance in Normandy, France during Thursday's commemoration of the 80th anniversary of D-Day. Rep. Donalds (R-FL) was on The Rich Zeoli Show earlier this week vociferously condemning Jim Crow laws. Rep. Jeffries is simply promoting falsehoods. 5:45pm- While speaking with Newsmax, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump noted that his campaign has raised an enormous sum of money—primarily via small donations—following the conclusion of his “hush money” trial where a jury found him guilty of 34 counts relating to falsifying business records during his 2016 presidential campaign. Trump's legal team will appeal the verdict. 6:05pm- To commemorate the 80th anniversary of the D-Day, President Joe Biden spoke in Normandy, France on Thursday. However, he used the occasion to emphasize the importance of Western countries supporting Ukraine militarily and financially—and bizarrely did so by talking about how many Russian troops have been killed in the ongoing war. 6:15pm- While appearing on MSNBC, Jen Psaki reacted to Joe Biden's executive order designed to stem the flow of unlawful migration at the U.S. Southern border—explaining that the president needed to do something in order to cover a “political vulnerability.” Meanwhile, on Meet the Press NOW, Chuck Todd notes that he believes the way the executive order was rolled out almost certainly guarantees Biden will gain nothing politically: “they did it in a way to get minimum political gain, and actually maximum political pain.” 6:30pm- Ryan Saavedra of The Daily Wire writes: “President Joe Biden's war on the oil and gas industry has cost the United States more than a quarter of a trillion dollars in lost economic activity…The Committee to Unleash Prosperity released the findings of its study to The Daily Wire after U.S. oil production under Biden has failed to reach the same trend line regarding rate of growth that was achieved under former President Donald Trump. While the U.S. is currently producing more oil than ever before, it is only slightly higher than the U.S. was producing in 2019, prior to the coronavirus pandemic.” You can read the full article here: https://www.dailywire.com/news/bidens-war-on-oil-and-gas-has-cost-the-u-s-250-billion-in-lost-gdp-study 6:40pm- While speaking with MSNBC, Secretary of State Antony Blinken seemed to outlandishly compare President Joe Biden to the brave American soldiers that stormed the beaches of Normandy on D-Day. 6:50pm- On June 6th, 1984, Ronald Reagan delivered a speech from Normandy to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Allied forces invading Nazi occupied France on D-Day. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, there is an argument that will be heard by Judge Aileen Cannon on whether the appointment of Jack Smith as special council was Constitutional. Smith is the most powerful prosecutor in the United States because AG Merrick Garland gave him that power without having the authority to do so. Cannon will hear arguments from both sides about whether there was a breach of the appointments clause with Smith. While we have judges like Chutkan and Merchan using their power to destroy the rule of law, we have judges like Cannon standing up to the corrupt Biden regime, mob attorney general, and rogue prosecutor. Later, Mark is joined by Josh Blackman, a lawyer who will be making one of the oral arguments about Jack Smith being unconstitutionally appointed, to discuss the basic points of the brief and the overstepping of Merrick Garland in appointing Smith. Also, the crisis on our southern border did not exist under the Trump administration but was created by President Biden through his open border policies and non-enforcement of our immigration laws. Everything Biden is doing now is to get re-elected, which is why he is acting like he is the savior and closing the border. Finally, Mark speaks with Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL) to talk about the Biden campaign and the Democrat media hit pieces twisting his words and lying to smear him. According to a new report from The Wall Street Journal's Annie Linskey and Siobhan Hughes: “When President Biden met with congressional leaders in the West Wing in January to negotiate a Ukraine funding deal, he spoke so softly at times that some participants struggled to hear him, according to five people familiar with the meeting. We fill in all the blanks for you regarding the latest about Trump's situation, expectations, and future criminal activity. You'll hear the content of a special live interview with FOX Weekend hosts in which Trump answered some hard questions about what happened and his expectations of what's ahead. "What's ahead" includes his sentencing details coming up on July 11 and why he would love to see what happens in the way of appealing those convictions. We've all asked what are the possible impacts ahead for him regarding the conviction. One former Manhattan Prosecutor joined the show to give us his thoughts on the matter. Then, Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) joins Stuart Varney to dig further into what happened and what happens next. On tomorrow's (Tuesday, June 4, 2024) show, Investigative Journalist Steve Baker joins us at 10:00 AM Central.
On today's show, we open with the UN revising the numbers downward by nearly 50% for Palestinians killed in their war with Israel. We then move to a reminder that Ashley Biden's therapy journal was real and she was 37 years old when she wrote about taking showers with her dad. Today we read the letter she (or her legal team) wrote to try to paint the person who found it as a criminal, while Ashley gets to play the role of victim. We then turn to DA Alvin Bragg's case against Donald Trump with is star witness, habitual perjurer and criminals felon, disgraced lawyer Michael Cohen. No media pundit seems to be able to understand this move find it a winning strategy. Attorney Michael Avenatti put out a post regarding Stormy Daniels and her testimony. It seems he is suggesting Stormy was paid a lot of money via illegal means so she wouldn't have to pay her court ordered judgment to Donald Trump. Will Bragg investigate her? Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) was asked over the weekend to discuss the lawfare cases. He stated what many are finally realizing, they are all falling apart and were ridiculous to begin with. It's all a move to interfere with the presidential election cycle. Which brings us to an interesting monologue from Fareed Zakaria on CNN's program GPS. I take time to go through Zakaria's premise that “none of this is playing out as I thought it would,” meaning the lawfare against Donald Trump. It's a bit of introspection that helps us understand how the Legacy/mainstream media lives in a perpetual bubble of make-believe and self-delusion. Trump held a rally in New Jersey over the weekend and drew over 100,000! Biden can't do anything close to that even with Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, George Clooney and Julia Roberts on stage at the same time. FOX's Brian Kilmeade added, Biden would be lucky to get 15,000 with those people AND Bruce Springsteen opening with a concert. T his leads to the polling everyone was talking about over the weekend on the talking head shows. Trump is leading in 5 of the 6 battleground states and is winning over more minorities than he did in 2020. People are waking up to just how bad Biden has made our day-to-day lives. In the meantime, Speaker Johnson is pushing a bill called the SAVE Act to keep illegals from voting. That's what the Biden regime has always wanted and we better understand that is a big part of their strategy to steal the election. In closing, Gad Saad was on with Joe Rogan and he talked about a concept I've discussed with my audience for years. He said people seem more unwilling than ever to process new information and then change their minds. He then discusses the concept of pride and identity. To illustrate that, I use a recent placard held by a woman at a rally. It read, “I dream women will one day have the same rights as guns.” I wonder, after I go through the difference, if she would be able to see just how stupid her slogan really is? A movement led by Rep. Kat Cammack (R-FL) among GOP representatives is gaining traction aimed at preventing the exhibition or carrying of foreign flags within the House floor. The push for this ban arose in response to an incident where members of the Democratic party displayed miniature Ukrainian flags to endorse the passing of a significant foreign aid package. The package, valued at $95 billion, intended to provide a substantial $61 billion to assist Ukraine in its conflict against Russia while also supporting other regional partners. Cammack expressed her position firmly: 'In the assembly hall designated for the representatives of the United States of America, the single flag that should be flying is our own. It is in that space that we deliberate and take decisive stands in favor of our citizens and the fruitful utilization of taxes collected from them.' She continued expressing her conviction, stating, 'Every resolution we make should take place beneath the unique symbol of our nation – our Star-Spangled Banner – a reminder of those we serve and the reason we consider our nation superior to all others in the world's history. I'm immensely grateful for and proud of the colleagues who've voiced their agreement and joined me in raising our voices for the American people, pledging ourselves to our nation's cause above all else.' If this resolution is ratified, no member would retain the right to bring or exhibit any foreign nation's flag on the floor during the House's sessions. The mandate of enforcing this ban would fall on the House sergeant-at-arms. However, this resolution allows a pair of exemptions: members permitted to adorn their lapels with pins exemplifying foreign flags, and foreign flags portrayed as part of exhibits or speeches by members, as consistent with House rules. Whether this resolution will be put to a vote remains undetermined. However, Cammack's office has revealed that the resolution has already attracted numerous co-sponsors during its inception. Among those voicing their solid support are representatives Stephanie Bice (R-OK) and Byron Donalds (R-FL). Bice expressed her firm stance on the matter through a statement. 'The assembly hall of the United States representatives serves a single entity and a common cause – the United States of America. It is fundamentally unfitting for a Member to exhibit any other flag within this space, barring our own. The initiative taken by Rep. Cammack on this issue deserves appreciation.' Donalds admonished those politicians detached from reality who recklessly approved a colossal sum of taxpayers' money going out to Ukraine. The Congressman also took a strong stance in solidarity with Rep. Cammack's endeavor to ensure that such uncalled-for actions never repeat, reinforcing his commitment to prioritizing American citizens. The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 4: On Saturday, South Carolina held its Republican presidential primary—with Donald Trump defeating Nikki Haley 60% to 40%. Despite the loss, Haley told supporters that she will remain in the race at least through Super Tuesday on March 5th. According to Politico's calculations, Trump will likely accumulate 1,215+ delegates by March 19th—reaching a majority of the Republican party's delegates and officially becoming the presumptive nominee. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (02/26/2024): 3:05pm- Will Democrats in the House of Representatives certify a hypothetical Donald Trump 2024 presidential victory? According to Russell Berman of The Atlantic, it isn't a foregone conclusion. Congressmen Jamie Raskin (D-MD), Adam Schiff (D-CA), and Jim Clyburn (D-SC) did not confirm their willingness to accept the 2024 election results. Meanwhile, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) refused to comment. You can read more here:https://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2024/02/democrats-congress-trump-january-6/677545/ 3:15pm- Mitch Smith of The New York Times documents President Joe Biden's likely struggles appealing to Michigan voters—not just in the 2024 general election, but also in Tuesday's Democrat presidential primary. During a recent interview with Dana Bash on CNN, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer (D) conceded that she's “not sure” how Biden will fare in the state. Smith writes: “Arab Americans, irate over Mr. Biden's support for Israel, are pushing Democrats to select ‘uncommitted' on the state's primary ballot on Tuesday. Several recent general election polls show Mr. Biden running behind former President Donald J. Trump in Michigan, while another shows Mr. Biden leading. Prominent Democrats in Detroit and Lansing say they are worried not just about losing Arab Americans, but also about Black men and union workers and young people. That leaves Ms. Whitmer, one of eight national co-chairs of Mr. Biden's campaign, who is seen by many Democrats as a future contender for the presidency, facing perhaps the biggest electoral test of her career even though her name is not on the ballot. Ms. Whitmer is particularly strong with moderate voters and suburbanites, and has forged deep ties with Black leaders in Detroit. But it remains to be seen whether she can help much with those most frustrated with Mr. Biden, including voters further to the left and Arab Americans.” You can read Smith's full article here: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/02/25/us/gretchen-whitmer-michigan-biden.html 3:25pm- While appearing on MSNBC with Jen Psaki, Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro (D) accused the Republican party of being an “extremist party.” 3:40pm- Former Obama Campaign Manager & Administration Advisor David Axelrod suggested that President Joe Biden may struggle to appeal to black voters if Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump selects Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) to be his Vice Presidential nominee. 3:50pm- On Saturday, South Carolina held its Republican presidential primary—with Donald Trump defeating Nikki Haley 60% to 40%. 4:05pm- Michigan will hold its Republican and Democrat primaries on Tuesday, February 27th. Donald Trump currently leads Nikki Haley for the Republican nomination with 110 delegates to 20. Steven Shepard of Politico writes about Haley's uphill battle: “In Tuesday's Michigan primary, say Haley actually wins her first state and gets a majority of the delegates awarded, seven of 13. But the bulk of Michigan's delegates, 39, will actually be awarded next weekend at a state convention, where Trump is expected to romp with the party insiders.” You can read more here: https://www.politico.com/news/2024/02/25/haley-path-nomination-impossible-00143205 4:20pm- Comedian Shane Gillis hosted Saturday Night Live (SNL) this past weekend—doing an incredible Donald Trump impersonation in one segment. Lorenz, who doxxed and has routinely targeted Raichik, mostly for reposting videos that people on the Left post of themselves, admitted that she has not viewed some of the most sexually graphic material aimed at children that Raichik has posted about online. Today's show opens with comments about the second attempt to impeach DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. We hear from Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) and Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) before the vote to impeach. Speaker of the House Mike Johnson announces the passage of the impeachment by a 214-213 vote. It will now move to a full senate trial. Let me be clear, Mayorkas will not be removed from office. It does not matter how much evidence they present, it will not end with Democrats following the Constitution or the rule of law. I mean, why start now? But, it will provide the American people with a lot of information heading into the election cycle. What won't help Mayorkas with sympathy is a trove of documents just released showing he personally rejected the request by Robert Kennedy, Jr. for Secret Service protection while on the campaign trail. It seems Biden loves to weaponize the government to go against anyone who he deems as the opposition. Next, we jump in the DeLorean and head to August 19, 2022, when I first told you about Special Agent Brian Auten being assigned to work with the Mar-a-Lago raid on Donald Trump's home. Auten was a disgraced and scolded agent who was part of the Russian Collusion Hoax, aka, Crossfire Hurricane. I said the only reason Auten would be involved is if the FBI was trying to make sure they had all of the documents Trump might have had related to the hoax. Fast forward to yesterday when investigative journalist Michael Shellenberger hinted to a big news bomb about to drop from fellow investigative journalist Matt Taibbi regarding the Mar-a-Lago raid. According to their sources, they are saying the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago was to get back a specific folder that contained the memos and the plans to perpetrate the hoax on Donald Trump. The operation was said to have started under CIA Director John Brennan and would involve the Five Eye's nations – or the top intelligence apparatus of the United States, Canada, the U.K., Australia and New Zealand. Supposedly, it was decided by Brennan to target 26 of Trumps team in an effort to bring the president down with the Hillary Clinton conceived plan to vilify Trump as a Russian asset. It's nice to see I am once again a full 18+ months ahead of the news cycle, but I am happy it's being brought back to light. The worst deep state collusion against a sitting president was perpetrated by Barrack Hussein Obama and his team in cooperation with Hillary Clinton and the DNC. As I have said multiple times, this is the worst scandal in our history. The House Oversight Committee not only spoke with Biden Crime Family Syndicate member, Rob Walker, in behind-closed-door testimony, but also just heard from former Hunter Biden partner Tony Bobulinski. While other members of the Syndicate have been reluctant to name Joe Biden specifically, Bobulinski was not. We close today with yet more breaking news surrounding the DNC HQ pipe bomb story. We get a short 3 ½ minute piece from investigative journalist Steve Baker. It seems, when bomb disposal crews finally showed up on the scene, two cameras that had been trained on the building were suddenly turned completely away from the scene. It's almost as if someone wanted to make sure the “bomb” retrieval was not captured on camera. Now, why would that be? The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 3: On Friday's episode of Real Time, host Bill Maher insisted that President Joe Biden needs to drop out of the 2024 presidential race—comparing him to former Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg who held on to her position for too long. While speaking in Anaheim, CA at the California Republican Party Convention, Donald Trump hypothesized that Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) is waiting to replace President Joe Biden as the Democrat party's 2024 presidential nominee. On Saturday, the House drafted a 45-day stopgap spending bill that would temporarily fund government and avert a shutdown through November 17th. The bill passed with bipartisan support—335 to 91 in the House and 88 to 9 in the Senate. After signing the bill into law, President Joe Biden blamed Republicans for the near shutdown and insisted that the legislative branch needed to provide more funding for Ukraine. While appearing on Fox News, Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) said Republicans “did not get anything” out of the stopgap funding measure. While appearing on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) was asked if he would consider being Donald Trump's Vice President. DeSantis explained: "No, I'm running for president…We need somebody that can win states like Georgia and Arizona, which President Trump cannot do and did not do.” Governor Gavin Newsom (D-CA) has appointed Laphonza Butler to replace Dianne Feinstein's vacant seat in the United States Senate representing California. Butler is the president of Emily's List—a far-left organization that advocates for abortion rights. Critics of the appointment note that until just recently Butler was a registered voter of Maryland and may even still live in the state. On Saturday, Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) pulled a fire alarm in the Cannon House Office Building just prior to the House holding its vote on a stopgap spending measure to avoid a government shutdown. Although Rep. Bowman has claimed he pulled the alarm in error, some have speculated that it was a tactic to delay the House vote—providing Democrat members of the House additional time to read through the Republican proposed legislation. On October 9th in Philadelphia, PA, presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is expected to announce he will continue his campaign as an Independent. What kind of impact will this have on the 2024 election? Vermin Supreme—a man best known for wearing a boot on his head like a hat—has announced he will be running for president. Supreme's platform includes free ponies for all Americans and a pledge for substantial investment in time travel so that he can go back in time to kill baby Adolf Hitler. Matt desperately wants to have Supreme on the show—will Rich allow him to extend an invitation?

The New York Times notes: “If the attorney general's office proves its case, the judge could impose a sweeping array of punishments on Mr. Trump, including a $250 million penalty and a prohibition on operating a business in New York ever again.” You can read more here: https://www.nytimes.com/2023/10/02/nyregion/trump-fraud-trial-letitia-james.html 3:40pm- Prior to appearing before a New York judge on Monday for a civil fraud trial, former President Donald Trump addressed the press, explaining: “There was no crime. The crime is against me…They are trying to damage me, so I don't do as well in the election…This is an attempt to hurt me in an election…They waited until I was right in the middle of my campaign.” Trump accused NY Attorney General Letitia James of undervaluing his property for political reasons. In 2018, while campaigning to become Attorney General, James vowed to “sue” Donald Trump—providing evidence to Trump's claim that this is nothing more than a political vendetta. 3:55pm- Social media influencer “Meatball” was arrested for her participation in wide-spread looting in Philadelphia. Dayja “Meatball” Blackwell, who has nearly 500,000 followers on TikTok, was charged with 6 felonies.
