On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, it's shocking that Sen Tim Kaine's said that our rights come from government, which is a Marxist and buffoonish view. The Declaration of Independence's concept of unalienable rights from God is rooted in eternal truths and the Judeo-Christian tradition. Kaine rejects the American founding, which is based on divine sovereignty bestowed on individuals. Kaine's view is emblematic of the Democratic Party, which rejects America, embraces Marxism and Islamism, and supports initiatives like the 1619 Project. Chapter 5 of On Power says that human rights, liberty, and equality are inherent, God-given through natural law, predating and transcending governments, as affirmed in the Declaration of Independence and echoed in state declarations like Virginia's. These views, shared by Founders such as Jefferson, Mason, Franklin, and Adams, emphasize governments' role in securing these unalienable rights via consent of the governed. In contrast, 19th-century philosophers like Hegel and Marx—influencing modern progressives, American Marxists, and figures like Woodrow Wilson—reject these principles, creating an irreconcilable clash of worldviews at the core of ongoing power struggles, where liberty depends on rights preceding government. Also, anonymous judges are complaining about the Supreme Court to NBC News. They say that the Court overturns lower rulings on Trump administration cases with insufficient explanations, undermining judicial integrity amid rising threats and criticisms from Trump allies. These judges are cowards and activists, and the NBC article is propaganda.  Later, Robert Kennedy Jr. fought back in the latest hearing. Democrat Senators refused to let him answer a question. They hate him because he rejected them.  Finally, Trey Gowdy calls in to discuss his new book, The Color of Death: A Novel. The story follows assistant DA Colm Truesdale, who, after losing his wife and daughter, becomes apathetic about life but excels in his prosecutorial role. Kennedy Jr. fue blanco de críticas y gritos durante su audición ante el Comité de Finanzas del Senado, donde intentó defender sus polémicas reformas en materia de salud pública. La víspera, las autoridades de Florida anunciaron su intención de acabar con la vacunación obligatoria en las escuelas del estado, generando inquietudes en el gremio médico. "¿Quién soy yo para decirle qué poner en el cuerpo de sus hijos?": así anunció Joseph Ladapo, la mayor autoridad de Salud en Florida, que se preparaba a poner fin a la obligación de vacunarse para los alumnos de las escuelas públicas. Una decisión que preocupa en el sector salud. La Dra. Dadilia Garcés, médico epidemióloga y profesora del Miami Dade College, lamenta que este anuncio llegue “en un momento en que la tasa de vacunación en el estado se encuentra en declive” y cuando existe “el riesgo de que se presenten enfermedades que son prevenibles por vacunas”. “Precedente de desconfianza” “Las vacunas que son obligatorias para los niños son las enfermedades que tienden a ser más comunes en niños. Muchas se transmiten por contacto, se transmiten por las gotas de saliva o por la respiración. Y cuando nos encontramos en las escuelas, estamos muy juntos unos a otros, y esto brinda el ambiente perfecto para la transmisión”, detalla Garcés. La doctora explica además que, en Florida, la desconfianza en las vacunas ha aumentado drásticamente. Algo que ha sido observado también en la comunidad latina. “Hay una falsa percepción, sobre todo en la comunidad migrante, de que por medio de las vacunas se puede ejercer algún control migratorio de las personas”, cuenta. Refiriéndose a los casos de esterilización forzada contra la comunidad latino en California hasta los años 70, Garcés subraya que este tipo de cosas ha creado “un precedente de desconfianza hacia lo que viene de los gobiernos. Cuando salió la vacuna del Covid-19 yo hacía campaña en estas comunidades y muchas personas me decían que no querían quedar estériles, por ejemplo”. “Se vienen tiempos difíciles” La administración Trump y en especial el secretario de Salud están bajo críticas por su intento de remplazar a los directivos de los Centros para el Control y la Prevención de Enfermedades con perfiles leales al Gobierno y más hostiles a la vacunación. Y aunque profesionales de la salud han reclamado la renuncia de Robert Kennedy Jr., no todos en Florida rechazan sus propuestas. “Inclusive personas que trabajan en los medios de salud empezaron una campaña directa o indirecta contra las vacunas, algo que lamentablemente ocurrió con el Covid. Las medidas de salud pública empezaron a teñirse de política, así que se vienen tiempos difíciles en la salud pública. No solo para el estado de Florida, sino también para Estados Unidos”, concluye la doctora.

Et pour elle, la politique de coupes budgétaires du gouvernement de Javier Milei, « c'est la déshumanisation des personnes porteuses de handicap ». Kennedy Jr. fue blanco de críticas y gritos durante su audición ante el Comité de Finanzas del Senado, donde intentó defender sus polémicas reformas en materia de salud pública. La víspera, las autoridades de Florida anunciaron su intención de acabar con la vacunación obligatoria en las escuelas del estado, generando inquietudes en el gremio médico. "¿Quién soy yo para decirle qué poner en el cuerpo de sus hijos?": así anunció Joseph Ladapo, la mayor autoridad de Salud en Florida, que se preparaba a poner fin a la obligación de vacunarse para los alumnos de las escuelas públicas. Una decisión que preocupa en el sector salud. La Dra. Dadilia Garcés, médico epidemióloga y profesora del Miami Dade College, lamenta que este anuncio llegue “en un momento en que la tasa de vacunación en el estado se encuentra en declive” y cuando existe “el riesgo de que se presenten enfermedades que son prevenibles por vacunas”. “Precedente de desconfianza” “Las vacunas que son obligatorias para los niños son las enfermedades que tienden a ser más comunes en niños. Muchas se transmiten por contacto, se transmiten por las gotas de saliva o por la respiración. Y cuando nos encontramos en las escuelas, estamos muy juntos unos a otros, y esto brinda el ambiente perfecto para la transmisión”, detalla Garcés. La doctora explica además que, en Florida, la desconfianza en las vacunas ha aumentado drásticamente. Algo que ha sido observado también en la comunidad latina. “Hay una falsa percepción, sobre todo en la comunidad migrante, de que por medio de las vacunas se puede ejercer algún control migratorio de las personas”, cuenta. Refiriéndose a los casos de esterilización forzada contra la comunidad latino en California hasta los años 70, Garcés subraya que este tipo de cosas ha creado “un precedente de desconfianza hacia lo que viene de los gobiernos. Cuando salió la vacuna del Covid-19 yo hacía campaña en estas comunidades y muchas personas me decían que no querían quedar estériles, por ejemplo”. “Se vienen tiempos difíciles” La administración Trump y en especial el secretario de Salud están bajo críticas por su intento de remplazar a los directivos de los Centros para el Control y la Prevención de Enfermedades con perfiles leales al Gobierno y más hostiles a la vacunación. Y aunque profesionales de la salud han reclamado la renuncia de Robert Kennedy Jr., no todos en Florida rechazan sus propuestas. “Inclusive personas que trabajan en los medios de salud empezaron una campaña directa o indirecta contra las vacunas, algo que lamentablemente ocurrió con el Covid. Las medidas de salud pública empezaron a teñirse de política, así que se vienen tiempos difíciles en la salud pública.
