Chef Jean Paul Bourgeois - Sportsman, Game chef and Meat eater contributor As a man, a chef and an outdoorsman, I strive to honor and celebrate the traditions of southern cooking and cultures that came before us through sustainable food ways and new world techniques. s a young boy, I recall my earliest, fondest, and most lasting memories centered on food. Whether it was my dad competing in a community cooking contest, my mom preparing family meals every evening, or PaPaw eating biscuits and mayhaw jelly with me when we visited during the holidays; I cherish those as well as and so many other memories of my childhood. Growing up, my mom and dad encouraged me to make a “happy plate,” meaning I finished all of my food. Needless to say, I always did, and it still “irks” me to waste food. Well, all of those happy plates did their job, and today I find myself blessed to live in New York City and married to the love of my life, Candace Koehl Bourgeois. My time in New York City, has afforded me a network of new friends and family that I look to for inspiration, support, and good times.  Follow him on instagram- Jean-Paul Bourgeois (@chefjean_paul) • Instagram photos and videos     Download and Subscribe to Days in The Wild Big Game Hunting Podcast brought to you by Phoenix Shooting bags  on iTunes,  Podbean,   Player FM  or Sticher.  It's FREE!     Help keep this podcast free and give us review on Itunes and leave us a comment to let us know how we are doing !   www. Have you ever had a great idea for a game and thought, "I wonder how hard it would be to make it into an actual board game?" Our guest today, Brent Peterson, can answer that. He has nine games under his belt with more ideas brewing all the time.  He has sold thousands of games in retailers across the country and on  Amazon. He describes himself as the kid who was always starting up games of "Kick the Can" or "Sardines" in the neighborhood, and that that love of games has never stopped.  This successful side business was born out of love, not necessity, and he truly loves that it brings a little fun and joy into people's lives every day.  This episode isn't all fun and games though (Brent would appreciate that pun), as a self-described extrovert, he also discusses the difficulty of feeling isolated and anxious during the early months of the pandemic and the importance of staying connected.  He discusses that as a single guy, all of his social connections were cut off and he suddenly found himself not only alone but anxious from all the events going on - Covid, earthquakes, empty store shelves, etc. - and how he got to a better place. We think his message is one everyone can relate to these days:)To learn more about The Game Chef games, follow Brent on Facebook or IG:https://www.facebook.com/thegamechefhttps://www.instagram.com/gamechefgames/To purchase Game Chef games head to Amazon:https://amzn.to/3720ePHThanks for listening! But we still consider it our resPUNsibility to push forward with this crap anyways...Pun Intended is a party game created by The Game Chef that's intended for 4-12 players with an ungodly 60 minute playing time (Thankfully, we don't think it would take anyone nearly that long to rattle off a couple of puns to their friend).Join the Rough Draft Games crew as we plow through a hastily made party game and talk esoterically about the nature of comedy and laughter all the while vomiting up wordplay. Right about now would be a good time to close with another pun, but quite frankly we're sick of them and you probably are too...

¿Cuáles me hacen falta? De ellas no he formado parte y no conozco mucho. A lot of this is quite preliminary, but the basic foundations are likely to stand until the end of the competition. I have no hopes of winning, but I will certainly submit my game and hopefully find the time to develop it further after the competition.
