Davydd and Warren headed out to Masterson's Bar in Moonee Ponds for a live show with Dough and Adam from Bells Beach Brewing in front of a great live audience! As ever with a live show there are a few audio issues to deal with [and a few forgetful host issues as well!] We hear the origin stories of the brewery and which they tried before finding success in the market. We enjoy a cracking yuzu beer and learn all about the fruit that makes it so special. And then it's on to a WCIPA and the opportunity to discuss the "staunch" rules the brewery follows when creating this style. Gill from Masterson's joins the chat and we explore which styles are hot at the moment, what makes a good beer rep and what are the best bits about doing a collaboration with one of your favourite breweries. Don't forget to join us for our next live show at the Williamstown Beer and Cider Festival!
Val and Faith are joined in the studio today by Tommy Quick who has just finished cycling the four most extreme points of Australia. We all share our bike moments, and as you might expect, Tommy's was a bit more epic than the rest! We take a look at some news, including a report in The Guardian over the weekend detailing how Australia's road toll has risen over the past twelve months, particulalry for those on bikes. Followed by the City of Yarra's consultation on Wellington Street, make sure you have your say!We also catch up on the Critical Mass North held on last Friday which saw over 200 people riding to raise awareness for safer infrstcructure for cyclists in Darebin and Yarra. Check out some of the highlights at this thread. Tommy tells us the inspiration behind his challenge to ride to the four most extreme points of Australia, after he suffered a stroke at twelve years old. Discovering that staying active helped him manage the challenges he faced physically and mentally, he set himself the goal of walking the Kokoda Trail before investing in a tricycle and looking for his next challenge. Cycling over 9000kms on his recumbent tricycle Tommy's challenge was made even more difficult after he was hit by a car in 2021 and needed extensive rehabilitation to carry on his journey. So far he has raised over $100,000.00 to raise awareness of young stroke for the Stroke Foundation but you still have time to make a donation yourself! As usual we run out of time far too soon! You can follow Tommy's journey at the4points.org and find all of his social media links there too. Heads up: Tommy is hosting a fundraiser in Moonee Ponds on MOvember 11th. All the details here.
Dale Kemp began his cooking career back home in Aotearoa, New Zealand. Although he had always been aware of and interested in the fact his grandmother was a great cook - she had a huge garden and grew fruit and vegetables throughout the year – he didn't think about becoming a chef until he got an after-school job at 16 as a dishwasher at the Boat Shed Café in Nelson. He loved the sounds, the aromas, and the adrenaline you get from a busy service. This was at the Boat Shed Cafe in Nelson, New Zealand. After working there and at other venues around the South Island, as well as completing his qualifications, Dale moved to Melbourne when he was 18 and began working at Hammer and Tong in Fitzroy under Emma Jeffery and Simon Ward. After Hammer and Tong, he worked at Little Big Sugar Salt on Victoria Street in Abbotsford as sous chef before starting at Terror Twilight also as sous chef. A few months later, he took over the head chef role and five years on he is executive chef of the group with 4 venues and a thriving catering kitchen. I sat down with Dale at Convoy in Moonee Ponds on a chilly Melbourne morning and had a really great coffee. It's a beautiful space with white walls, pale wood and a lot of lush plants on the huge deck. The menu is no run-of-the-mill café fare offering a very popular Turkish eggs dish as well as cinnamon scroll pancakes, a king prawn roll and a steak frites sandwich amongst other delicious options. Convoy turns one this week and they are offering free coffees on Friday. But I reckon you are in for a treat any time you go. And if you like great music, the other venues, Terror Twilight and Hifi spin vast amounts of vinyl as well as producing tasty wholesome food.
To mark the TENTH anniversary of the very first GttA podcast in July 2013 this is the first of a very special 4-part series of podcasts featuring music from each decade of the Army's existence right up to the present day.The Salvation Army began - as The Christian MIssion - in 1865 when William Booth preached outside The Blind Beggar pub in Whitechapel, East London. Spreading throughout the whole of England, Wales and Scotland in its first decade it became The Salvation Army in 1878, Booth taking on the mantle of the General of his army.Within 25 years, as we hear in this episode, 60,000 Salvationists could gather together at the Crystal Palace for a Silver Jubilee and today, 158 years after those humble beginnings the Army is at work in over 130 countries, right round the world. This episode uses music with its origins in the earliest 40 years of the movement's history 1865-1905, a surprising amount of which is still known and occasionally used in the present day. We hear music from writers such as Richard Slater, George Scott Railton, Kate and Herbert Booth (two of the Founder's children) and William Pearson as well as, of course, popular tunes of the day 'adopted and adapted' for the Army's mission a-plenty.Some of the music has been adapted by well-known composers like Ray Steadman-Allen, Norman Bearcroft and Leslie Condon and sections featured include the ISB and ISS, Hendon, Portsmouth, Stockholm and Boscombe Bands, songster brigades from Birmingham and Moonee Ponds, Sydney Australia and a stellar collection of soloists including Susan Turner, Fred Crowhurst, Kaytie Harding and Ian Johnston - not to mention Commissioner John Lawley himself!Enjoy this opportunity to transport yourself back in time to hear music and words with a relevance to the present age.God bless you all.Marc

In the space of an hour, we covered so many topics with Hugh about his life, his passions, his family and of course the movement he has created. From the more serious talking points about his family, parenthood, the messages he receives and where his life is now, to his love of cricket, comedy and Hamish and Andy, we got a glimpse into a more wholistic Hugh. And speaking of Hamish and Andy, Hugh shared a couple of hilarious stories about early encounters with them which will make your skin crawl with second hand embarrassment! He also answered the hard hitting questions like which stories he wish he never shared in his books or on his podcast. Boy did that open a can of worms! What can we say about this week's guest, Eirene Tsolidis Noyce? A force to be reckoned with, that's for sure. Eirene is the inaugural secretaty of the Renters and Housing Union (RAHU), Melbourne's new union born in the fire of the 2020 Rent Strike at the beginning of COVID-19. Hailing originally from Moonee Ponds, Eirene played piano from a young age and eventually discovered blues, playing in a range of groups before moving to New York and learning first hand what it's like to live in a country without a safety net. Eirene has given her time to and supported different actions over the last 10 years, from Occupy Melbourne to the Djap Wurrung Embassy and is a super smart, articulate and thoughtful person now raising hell for slumlords across the city! It was great having Eirene on the show and we hope you enjoy her story. Thanks, Eirene!

Today on Dirty Linen, we talk with Suzy Pavlov from Moonee Ponds' Lebanese restaurant Bekka. Melbourne is a few days into reopening and it's a juggle of joy (welcoming customers back, facilitating happy reunions, putting food on plates again) and pain (easing laggardly diners out the door, getting heartily sick of masks, wondering why owning a business doesn't pay these days). The pandemic has caused Suzy to reevaluate everything: even though feeding people is still her passion, she wonders how much longer she can stick it out in restaurants.https://www.bekkarestaurant.com.auFollow Dirty Linen on Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/deepintheweedspodcast/?hl=enFollow Danihttps://www.instagram.com/danivalentFollow Deep In The Weeds on Instagramhttps://www.instagram.com/deepintheweedspodcast/?hl=enFollow Rob Locke (Executive Producer)https://www.instagram.com/foodwinedine/Follow Huck (Executive Producer)https://www.instagram.com/huckstergram/

The Nerds are back, proving that 107 episodes just isn't too much for the human body to handle. This week, the Professor has a complaint about that saintly game developer, Valve. What's his problem with Gabe and the multi award winning game studio? They're sold out of VR headsets with only a month to go before the release of Half Life: Alyx. The Masters of the Universe are coming back as well. The Professor has another complaint, this time about the casting of Skeletor. He thinks it's ridiculous to bring back Skeletor's original voice in a different role and cast a new actor for Skeletor. Even if that actor is the esteemed Mark Hamill. DJ thinks this sacrilege is 100% ok. The star studded cast list has the Nerds highly excited for this revival. Now that Dragon has been human rated, SpaceX have moved the capsule to the launch pad, and the crew are a pair of former Shuttle pilots. This will be the first manned space mission from the US since the Shuttle program was shut down. America Can Into Space? Soon, hopefully.Professor and DJ have some trouble pronouncing American Indian and Finnish words in the Remembrances and Shoutouts, and laugh at the Boomers who couldn't believe Bill and Ted actually speak like that.Stay hydrated and come hang out with us again next week.Valve Index all sold out…while Half Life : Alyx is a month away-https://www.roadtovr.com/valve-index-sold-out-stock-check-2-13-2020/Masters of the Universe:Revelations cast revealed….and its star studded-https://boundingintocomics.com/2020/02/14/mark-hamill-lena-heady-sarah-michelle-gellar-part-of-all-star-voice-cast-for-netflixs-masters-of-the-universe-revelation-series/Crew Dragon capsule now at the launch site…-https://www.engadget.com/2020/02/15/spacex-crew-dragon-capsule-delivery/Games PlayedProfessor– Particle Fleet Emergence - https://store.steampowered.com/app/422900/Particle_Fleet_Emergence/Rating – 4/5DJ- Warzone 2100 - https://store.steampowered.com/app/1241950/Warzone_2100/Rating – 3.5/5Other topics discussedMagic smoke ((also factory smoke, blue smoke, angry pixies, or the genie) is a humorous name for the caustic smoke produced by severe electrical over-stress of electronic circuits or components, causing overheating and accompanying release of smoke.)-https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magic_smokeSamsung Gear VR (The Samsung Gear VR is a virtual reality headset developed by Samsung Electronics, in collaboration with Oculus VR, and manufactured by Samsung.)-https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samsung_Gear_VRFacebook’s Oculus Quest VR Headset Shipments Delayed As Industry Grapples With Coronavirus Complications-https://www.forbes.com/sites/mattperez/2020/02/19/facebooks-oculus-quest-vr-headset-shipments-delayed-as-industry-grapples-with-coronavirus-complications/#51e1cb152c8dPlaystation VR ( (officially abbreviated as PS VR), known by the codename Project Morpheus during development, is a virtual reality headset developed by Sony Computer Entertainment, which was released in October 2016)-https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PlayStation_VRVirtual Boy (The Virtual Boy is a 32-bit table-top portable video game console developed and manufactured by Nintendo)-https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtual_BoyWarcraft III : Reforged (Warcraft III: Reforged is a remastered edition of the 2002real-time strategy video game Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos and its expansion The Frozen Throne.)-https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warcraft_III:_ReforgedMossman (voiced by Alan Oppenheimer in the new Masters of the Universe series)-https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/heman/images/5/58/Mossman_myp_%281%29.jpg/revision/latest/scale-to-width-down/340?cb=20111105161316Justice league Action : Missing the Mark (When famous actor Mark Hamill is kidnapped by master villain The Joker it will take all his voice acting skills to escape.)-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EL-VHe_4GmEHe-Man singing What’s Going On by Four Non Blondes-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=32FB-gYr49YSpaceX Rocket Engines (Since the founding of SpaceX in 2002, the company has developed four families of rocket engines — Merlin,Kestrel,Draco and SuperDraco — and is currently (since 2016) developing another rocket engine: Raptor.)-https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SpaceX_rocket_enginesKennedy Space Center Launch Complex 39 (Launch Complex 39 (LC-39) is a rocket launch site at the John F. From 1850 to 1886, Geronimo joined with members of three other Chiricahua Apache bands — the Tchihende, the Tsokanende and the Nednhi — to carry out numerous raids, as well as fight against Mexican and U.S. military campaigns in the northern Mexico states of Chihuahua and Sonora and in the southwestern American territories of New Mexico and Arizona. Geronimo's raids and related combat actions were a part of the prolonged period of the Apache–United States conflict, which started with American settlement in Apache lands following the end of the war with Mexico in 1848. During Geronimo's final period of conflict from 1876 to 1886, he "surrendered" three times and accepted life on the Apache reservations in Arizona. Reservation life was confining to the free-moving Apache people, and they resented restrictions on their customary way of life. He was a superb leader in raiding and warfare, he frequently led large numbers of men beyond his own following. At any one time, he would be in command of about 30 to 50 Apaches. He died from pneumonia at the age of 79 in Fort Sill, Oklahoma.17 February 2017 – Alan Aldridge - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alan_AldridgeBritish artist, graphic designer and illustrator. He is best known for his psychedelic artwork made for books and record covers by The Beatles and The Who. He designed a series of science fiction book covers for Penguin Books. He made a big impression with his illustrations for The Beatles Illustrated Lyrics book. He also provided illustrations for The Penguin Book of Comics, a history of British and American comic art. His work was characterised by a flowing, cartoony style and soft airbrushing – very much in step with the psychedelic styles of the times. His work includes the 1971 anti-war poster entitled A great place for hamburgers but who'd want to live there! Aldridge also created the artwork for Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy by Elton John in 1975. He also the creator of the Hard Rock Café logo. He died at the age of 78 in Los Angeles, California.18 February 2019 – Toni Myers - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toni_MyersCanadian film editor, writer, director, and producer, best known for her 3D IMAX work. Ms. Myers’s half-century in filmmaking included credits as writer, producer, narrator and editor as well as director. Much of that work involved documentaries that made use of Imax technology, which, with a bigger screen and enhanced sound, creates a more vivid viewing experience than a conventional movie offers. Ms. Myers directed three feature-length Imax films: “Space Station 3D” (2002), about the construction and occupation of the International Space Station; “Hubble 3D” (2010), which documented a 2009 shuttle flight to repair the Hubble telescope; and “A Beautiful Planet” (2016), which concentrated on images of Earth shot from space. All had marquee narrators — Tom Cruise for the first, Leonardo DiCaprio for the second, Jennifer Lawrence for the last. She explained in a 2010 interview with The Gazette of Montreal, “The sun rises and sets every 90 minutes in space, which means there wasn’t much time to capture the shots we asked them to get,”. She also said “There was no time or room to say: ‘Could you move to the right? It would make a better shot,’”. She died from cancer at the age of 76 in Toronto.Famous Birthdays16 February 1964 – Christopher Eccleston – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christopher_EcclestonEnglish actor. He wrote many ballads and poems about Australian life, focusing particularly on the rural and outback areas, including the district around Binalong,New South Wales, where he spent much of his childhood. Paterson's more notable poems include "Clancy of the Overflow" (1889), "The Man from Snowy River" (1890) and "Waltzing Matilda" (1895), regarded widely as Australia's unofficial national anthem. He was born in "Narrambla", near Orange, New South Wales.17 February 1934 – Barry Humphries - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barry_HumphriesAustralian comedian, actor, satirist, artist, and author. He is best known for writing and playing his on-stage and television alter egos Dame Edna Everage and Sir Les Patterson. He is also a film producer and script writer, a star of London's West End musical theatre, an award-winning writer, and an accomplished landscape painter. Humphries' characters have brought him international renown, and he also appeared in numerous stage productions, films, and television shows. Originally conceived as a dowdy Moonee Ponds housewife who caricatured Australian suburban complacency and insularity, Dame Edna Everage has evolved over four decades to become a satire of stardom – a gaudily dressed, acid-tongued, egomaniacal, internationally fêted Housewife "Gigastar". He was born in Kew, Melbourne, Victoria.Events of Interest17 February 1864 – H.L Hunley sunk a ship- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sinking_of_USS_Housatonic- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H._L._Hunley_(submarine)#Attack_on_HousatonicH.L. Hunley or Hunley made her only attack against an enemy target on the night of February 17, 1864. The target was the USS Housatonic, a 1,240 long tons (1,260 t) wooden-hulled steam-powered sloop-of-war with 12 large cannons, which was stationed at the entrance to Charleston, about 5 miles (8.0 kilometres) offshore. Desperate to break the naval blockade of the city, Lieutenant George E. Dixon and a crew of seven volunteers successfully attacked Housatonic, ramming Hunley's only spar torpedo against the enemy's hull. The torpedo was detonated, sending Housatonic to the bottom in five minutes, along with five of her crewmen. Hunley did not survive the attack and sank, taking with her all eight members of her third crew, and was lost. The Sinking of USS Housatonic on 17 February 1864 during the American Civil War was an important turning point in naval warfare. H.L. Hunley became renowned as the first submarine to successfully sink an enemy vessel in combat, and was the direct progenitor of what would eventually become international submarine warfare, although the victory was Pyrrhic and short-lived, since the submarine did not survive the attack and was lost with all eight Confederate crewmen.17 February 1984 – Krull makes its way into theatres in Finland - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Krull_(film)The film was released under Krull ja näkymätön vihollinen or Krull and the invisible enemy. Directed by Peter Yates, the feature starred Ken Marshall and Lysette Anthony, and here's the plot summary as provided by IMDB.com: "A prince and a fellowship of companions set out to rescue his bride from a fortress of alien invaders who have arrived on their home planet." Krull underwent a very expensive, harsh, and dangerous production process. The film's huge budget ballooned, mainly due to the designers having to make numerous alterations to the sets corresponding to the heavily evolving script. The film was a commercial failure upon release, and critical opinion has been mixed, both upon release and in retrospect. Numerous reviewers have highlighted its visual effects and soundtrack, while several critics have criticized its plot as being derivative and nonsensical. The film has gone on to achieve cult film status.17 February 1989 – Bill and Ted’s excellent adventure came into theatres. -https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_%26_Ted%27s_Excellent_Adventure#ReleaseThe flick premiered on this day in 1989, and it still enjoys a cult audience today ... so much so that a third installment is said to be in-the-works. Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure received generally positive reviews, and was a success at the box office, grossing $40.5 million against a $6.5 million budget. The picture had been planned for a 1988 release, and filming and production had completed on schedule. However, the original film distributor, DEG, fell into significant debt in late 1987, and by 1988 had filed for bankruptcy. At this point, the film was in post-production, and the director Stephen Henek attempted to show around the rough cut to other distributors. Henek said many of these companies were confused, asking him "Are there kids that really speak like this?" on seeing the film. However, the cut had an extremely popular reaction from a test audience of volunteers pulled from local malls, which led to a small bidding war from production companies to get the title.IntroArtist – Goblins from MarsSong Title – Super Mario - Overworld Theme (GFM Trap Remix)Song Link - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-GNMe6kF0j0&index=4&list=PLHmTsVREU3Ar1AJWkimkl6Pux3R5PB-QJFollow us onFacebook- Page - https://www.facebook.com/NerdsAmalgamated/- Group - https://www.facebook.com/groups/440485136816406/Twitter - https://twitter.com/NAmalgamatedSpotify - https://open.spotify.com/show/6Nux69rftdBeeEXwD8GXrSiTunes - https://itunes.apple.com/au/podcast/top-shelf-nerds/id1347661094RSS - http://www.thatsnotcanonproductions.com/topshelfnerdspodcast?format=rssInstagram - https://www.instagram.com/nerds_amalgamated/General EnquiriesEmail - Nerds.Amalgamated@gmail.comRate & Review us on Podchaser - https://www.podchaser.com/podcasts/nerds-amalgamated-623195

Happy Halloween all you lovely listeners out there! Take a listen to what most likely will be the longest episode of our show of all time! How can we make an episode that goes longer than the length of the movie you ask? When you get guests on and go on a bit of an excursion it'll always bump your time up. The Good Beer Bad Movie Night went on tour for this episode and paid our friend Kris-from-Geelong a visit. We started the evening up with dinner and beer tastings at Little Creatures Brewery. Then once back at Kris' we start our viewing of the Stephen King classic, "Cujo." We watched "Cujo" in honour of Kris' recent step into Doggy-fatherhood, and were accompanied by his great dane puppy, Ella and his old black cat, Sabbath throughout a good chunk of this episode. While watching "Cujo" we chatted about our love of Halloween, all things Stephen King (films and books), we introduce our listeners to the Gheory Scale from the American Good Beer Bad Movie Night, murderous rabbits, Moon Dog Brewery's new venue, Moon Dog World, Mike's trip to Thailand, Reuben's path of music exploration and the discovery of the American/Cambodian band, Dengue Fever, and the Mongolian band, Hangaii, also a story how he once flooded his parents' car in a flash flood, how Kris and Reuben grew up watching horror films much (Reuben was provided a steady stream of horror films from his Nana without the knowledge of his parents), we even started to watch the movie "Howling 3" starring Barry Humphries, AKA Dame Edna, and got into the weeds about Reuben and Kris' love of Star Wars and Mike's ambivalence towards it. We mentioned a few friends of the show on this episode. We spoke about Marz-from-Glenroy who probably wouldn't mind the beers at Little Creatures, Jonah-from-Cleveland and his giant St. Bernard, Lucy, and Elan & Maya-from-Jersey City who, at the time of this episode, were gearing up for their wedding celebrations in which Reuben was soon to be on his way to attend. The beers had at Little Creatures were: - Little Creatures Dog Days Summer Ale - Little Creatures Pilsner - Little Creatures Elsie Steam Ale - Furphys Refreshing Ale - Little Creatures East Side Pale Ale - Little Creatures XPA - Little Creatures IPA - White Rabbit Dark Ale - Little Creatures Stout The beers we had during our viewing of "Cujo" and half of "Howling 3" were as dog-themed as we could get and were purchased from our friends at Penny Young in Moonee Ponds. - Southern Bay Session IPA - Moon Dog Vinnie IPA - Fox Hat Red Pelt India Red Ale - Six Strings Brewing Co / Redwood Distribution's Dub Dry Hopped Hazy IPA with Papaya - 3 Ravens Melon Juicy NEIPA - Moon Dog / Patient Wolf Two Moon Sloe Gin Fizz Cocktail Ale - La Sirene Paradox Farmhouse Ale - Dainton Red Velvet Chocolate & Cherry NEIPA - Wayward Brewing Co Coffee & Donuts Milk Stout
In todays episode of Eat, Sleep, Lash, Repeat the first two "Employees" (after our amazing founders of course), Jess & Ali - take to the mics to reminisce about the early days of Locks Lash. In between the copious amounts of laughter, the girls give a glimpse as to what it was like when they first started working for Jess and Derik in Moonee Ponds circa 2015/16. From Harry Potter, trusting the internet with their lives, being mistaken for a Locksmith and a bunch more in between, this one is sure to have you in stitches! Producer Rien gets involved towards the end as they have a bit of extra fun in the form of a few "Would you Rathers", which may be an ongoing theme for certain episodes, so stayed tuned..! Can you feel it?! It's time to get into the holiday spirit. We're not talking Christmas, we're talking the holiday that truly has some gravitas, Halloween! To celebrate we got into the weeds with a couple of horror dogsploitation films in honor of our prospective guest of the show, Kris-from-Geelong and his new puppy. We start with the 1993 straight to video 15 millon dollar budget "classic," "Man's Best Friend." We are joined by Reuben's two kids, Bea and Ezra and once they bugger off to bed we get rather dark while discussing "Animal Farm" (not the book, mind you...), the discussion changes gears to our misadventures during Good Beer Week which included a trip the amazing Rainbow Hotel, our anthropomorphic animal equivalents, Reuben's adventures in adapting Asian cuisine to be Kosher, amazing BBQ from Red Gum BBQ, and Dinner by Heston. We give shout outs to friends of the show: Nigel-from-Sunshine (another frequenter of the Thirsty Cafe and Bar), Marz-from-Glenroy (give this man a VB and he's happy, give him a well crafted IPA and he grimace with every sip), Thong from Moonee Ponds (likes craft beer and is far funnier and witter than either of us, we should probably get him on the show), and we give a proper congratulations to Pemmy-and-Phil-from-Ascot-Vale on their wedding back in May. Beers were purchased from the Thirsty Cafe and Bar and are as listed below (we attempted to get more dog themed beer, but only wound up with one...) - Mornington Peninsula Brewery Commonfolk Brown Ale - Old Wives Ales Hair of the Dog XPA - Founders Brewing Trigo Hoppy Wheat Lager - Coconspirator Brewing Co / Market Juice Middleman Grapefruit IPA - Mornington Peninsula Brain Squeeze Hoppy Sour - Sailor's Grave Winter Farmhouse Ale

Full of personality, it's clear from the moment you meet him that Nathan loves life, hospitality, and cooking Italian food. This is one of those conversations that would definitely have been great as a video because of the animated way Nathan talks about his passion. I learned a lot about risotto, reality tv cooking and Moonee Ponds and I can’t wait to try Nathan’s risotto in March. We chatted in a rooftop bar so the sound quality is atmospheric to say the least, but then you'll really feel as though you were there!
