Discussed: dipping into your parent's stash, our meme ideas, how Taylor Swift brought rap to the masses, the ECW debuts of Doug Furnas and Johnny Smith (such SEO!), the weight class system, the power of making it boring, some very choice ECW merch design, remuneration and renumeration, Taz-voice, and a whole lot more, ya knuckelheads. The Duke Basketball Roundup is here with a recap of the Blue Devil's bounce-back win over Michigan State. Caleb Foster went bananas (get it?!?!) from long range in this one... and Duke needed it as some of our more reliable guards suffered from poor shooting performances. Jason and Donald are joined by Forbes.com college basketball writer Jeff Fedotin to talk about what went right and wrong in the United Center. In addition to gushing about Foster, everyone was impressed with the rebounding and the play of Ryan Young. Plus, Jeff gives us some behind the scenes from his conversations with Jon Scheyer and Tom Izzo at the game. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Sometimes, a collaboration goes beyond creative magic and into the friendship world. Take Emily Positano, for example. The Founder/CEO of Made Better Brands has become not only one of our favorite collaborators (we've created sites for her clients CoLeague and The Channeled Source) but also one of our favorite people. Seriously, folks: she's a gem.As happens with friends, this No Surprises conversation goes way too quickly. But we manage to touch on a range of topics, including the moment Emily knew she wanted to help others, the old-school tactic of leading through fear, the new-school idea of creating a space where there are no bad ideas, and her favorite creative book. Emily also shares how she started her career by wanting to be Jenna Rink in “13 Going on 30,” but ended up as “The Devil Wears Prada” — the Anne Hathaway character, of course. Unfortunately, too many of us can relate. Finally, we answer the burning question: If AI was a dinner guest, how would you react to it?You can find us at weekofthewebsite.comFollow us on Instagram @weekofthewebsiteWatch the full episode on our YouTube Channel

It is Saturday Night and Peter and Cecil welcome listener number one, Scott, back to the Camel City Studios. Tonight in this episode of 'That Don't Sound Right' they continue to explore and question questionable advice. In a follow up to episode sixty-seven, "Wild New Year" Scott takes exception to the advice given. The trio dives deeper into the brave conclusion that spanking an alligator is the best course of action in an encounter with one. But that's not all, they bring along a companion story about the dangers of distracting a water moccasin. Tune in for questionable knowledge as they separate fact from fiction. It's our very first female guest ever, as author and spanking kinkster Jillian Keenan joins Scott to discuss what it is about guys spanking each other that appeals to some women. In the Real Dudes Spankin' Real Dudes segment, we discuss a complex issue that Jillian has strong feelings about: Are kinks and fetishes a type of sexual orientation that we should treat differently from being gay or straight (or other)? Scott talks about some of the feedback he has gotten since coming out in episode 41 as asexual, and we discuss a recent Dan Savage letter from a straight guy who wants to be spanked by other men and how frequently dudes spank other dudes in her part of the spanking community. In the Fantasy Life of Spanking, Jillian absolutely loves stories about Star Wars Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn spanking Padowan Obi Wan Kenobi, and really any spanking fan fiction revolving around a male mentor spanking a younger student (like Batman and Robin). We discuss why that is, and she details an amazing recreation of one of her favorite stories that some of her fans put together. All of this, plus updates about Hot Seat Retreat and news about a new spanking party coming to Cleveland's CLAW event, and a letter from a top who is getting mixed signals from a bottom. We had the pleasure of interviewing SZNS over Zoom video! Los Angeles based pop-quartet SZNS premiered the music video for new single “Build A Boy” recently with People Magazine. Now SZNS are following up with the TV debut of the music video for “Build A Boy” with MTV's Spankin' Brand New. SZNS give a fresh take on the classic 90's girl group music we all know and love with blending elements EDM, Latin-synth, and House inspired beats. The single was written by SZNS along with Stefan Litrownik (One Direction, Boyz II Men) and Jason Hahs, with production by K-Kov & Stefan Lit . Each member Winter, Spring, Summer, and Autumn bring their own unique vocals and styles that blend together to create the vibrant SZNS sound. Their conversational lyricism stems from the four's collaborative writing style - a late night kitchen heart-to-heart. Their relatable and empowering tracks call to not only girls and women, but anyone regardless of their gender, race or sexual origination that might be feeling pressured into submission to address and disrupt the status quo. Now following the successful release of “Build A Boy,” that included a billboard in Time Square, SZNS is ready to hit the road to bring their live performance to fans across the US. When asked about their new single “Build A Boy” SZNS's said, “When we came together to write Build a Boy, the energy in the studio was a bit different from our usual confident selves. We were all feeling very vulnerable and even a little lonely. Each of us has experienced a relationship that wasn't fulfilling us mentally, physically and/or spiritually. Build a Boy is our way of saying I deserve more than the bare minimum & I have to do what's best for me. We realized some people are only in your life for a reason or a season and if you want the perfect partner, you have to find that within yourself first, because you can't Build a Boy.” In order to better understand SZNS, one must first understand the unique personalities of each member Winter, Spring, Summer, and Autumn and how their names uniquely play into seasons they represent. Winter for instance is your shoulder to cry on, a listening ear, and your biggest advocate, someone who is there for you during those tough times. All Spring wants in life is to connect and heal people through her music, using her talents to help others grow through her art similar to how the showers of April bring help to bring the beautiful flowers of May. Autumn on the other hand is troublemaker of the group, some might see her tough exterior but those closest to her in SZNS know she's a real softie, you may find her out on town on Friday night but you have just a good chance of finding her curled up on the couch watching NetFlix. While Summer is known for being the bubbliest of the group, and can be found dancing everywhere she goes bringing her energy that turns even your darkest times to a bright sunny day. Together these four personalities come together to create the fresh high energy sound of SZNS. With this in mind SZNS are getting ready to release a series of four EP's each specifically crafted for each member/season, emanating power, vulnerability, wit, and reality ranging from bass dropping dance beats to sultry ballads! We want to hear from you! Joey from Friends did a movie between the first and second seasons and it bombed. 00:00 Intro: Song: Lobby Time from Incomptech.com. 00:08 Brendan gets a new cellular telephone and is way too excited about something that everyone else already has in their pockets. #adulting. Do you pay too much for mobile data? Canada is one of the countries with the highest prices for mobile data in the whole entire world. 03:10 Brendan introduces his new drink: Sangria la-ti-da. 04:09 Alex has an idea. Please congratulate him at refined90scinema@gmail.com. We discuss our upcoming reunion and how we will fall back in-love once we can record in the same room. 04:23 Introducing (Alex's new segment) Dirty Laundry. Do you put on a new pair of socks everyday? If not, you should, because your feet will stink badly. Change your underwear and your socks daily. Multiple times a day if you sweat. Send us your sock recommendations. 07:35 We fail to properly parody Brokeback Mountain and then we learn some fascinating facts about the famous Kentucky River and its importance as a source of drinking water for its surrounding areas. 09:26 Back to our Drinks of the Week. Alex takes a trip to the liquor store and insults a customer service representative whilst realizing that he is creepy and old since he turned 30 years old. People be thinkin' you creepin'. 11:12 The movie for this week is finally revealed. It's 1996's Ed starring Matt Leblanc.**_ _**The recent Friend's HBO Reunion and Matt Leblanc is revealed as being a horrible actor without Friends. 12:07 Ed (1996) was a commercial flop and failure. We discuss our opinions as to why? Was it promoted properly? Did it get bumpers and commercials before and after Friends? Is Friends actually funny? How many times can I say Friends? It has a zero on Rotten Tomatoes. 16:16 After many trials and salutations we start the movie. It begins with M. Night Leblanc playing baseball with a horrible green screen behind him. He gets to milk a cow because he is uneducated? His mother looks like Chris Farley in a wig. Matt meets his arch enemy and we see the wife from Jingle All the Way. Just kidding, it's actually Jayne Brook from Kindergarten Cop. 21:15 Kirby Woods unveils his plan to get the team back into fighting form. A classic tale of Tribiani's. They changed his hair. Is it a hair piece? The plan involved a monkey. We meet the eponymous monkey named Ed. Looks like a toupee. The monkey is a great baseball player! 25:56 Matt Leblanc needs to prove himself in order to stay on the team. So he pitches in front of the team. Naturally, this leads him to be chosen as the monkey's new roommate. Ed gets high from eating a flower and then uses some air freshener. The next morning, Matt has an even darker fake tan and he practices pitching, even though Ed is way better than him. Then we see a refined favourite, Kevin Kopelow. Turns out, it's not Chubbs, it's another guy. 32:45 One-note character, Jack 'Coop' Tribiani is doing monkey business #TCOMB. Now, inevitably, Jack 'Coop' and Ed are becoming friends. They do some pitching and catching with varying degrees of success. They finally put Ed Sullivan (Monkey) on the field. 38:37 Ed hits the field and becomes immediately famous. We figure out who actually played Ed in the costume in the movie. Who gets cut during Cut Day? It doesn't matter, because it's not Ed and It's not Jack. They continue bonding and Ed drives a drunk Coop home. They also share a toilet. We then compare Friends and Ed. Marcel vs. Ed is a definite contender for a sequel. 44:55 We digress into pausing the movie for wine and making Refined 90's history by deciding if we will even bother finishing this awful movie. Do you YEET? We at least know how to conjugate the verb. How do you do your laundry? Now back to this ridiculous movie… 49:29 Part 2. Back to the movie. Jack and the little girl's mom go on a date. He's all shoulders and back. Ed babysits and they make a huge mess. But, we think the couple gets it on. Then we go back to the field where a group of businessmen are scheming about how they can screw over Ed and take all his money. Chocolate banana anyone? 54:34 They steal Ed with 25 minutes to go. Jack's new girlfriend is very unhappy with him. The hallway they are in looks like it's from the K&P Slap-Ass Sketch and Ed was traded in secret according to the team owner. 01:04:11 The Championship Game. They won the game. Alex wants a Nutty Nanner because the ending is worse than in The Cube. We then Whose Line the credits. Since the movie is useless. 01:09:26 Budget breakdown for the film to try to figure out how much of a colossal failure it truly was. And we're done. That's it. Why did we even watch this movie? So, shut up. The End. Nostalgia Unscripted. Refined 90's Cinema is two friends reviewing movies from the 1990s. Find us at https://refined90scinema.com. YouTube Channel: http://refined90scinema.live. You know that feeling you have when you’re getting to the end of your time off and it’s like a deep dark pit is about suck you up and never let you go? I call those the Sunday Dreads. They can and will go away and I’m giving you three ways to eliminate them today. I can’t take credit for all of these recommendations though. My good friend and mastermind member, Kelli Thompson, has a system that she’s been talking about and I love it. She calls them the N’s. Notice it, Name it, Normalize it, and Neutralize it. Because once you’ve noticed the feeling, if you work to name it and normalize it, then neutralizing it is much easier. This works if it’s just a one-time, stressed out, hard season of life type moment. But if you keep having them week after week, month after month, then it could be your body telling you that it’s time for a change. If that’s the case, you’ll want to start doing things to make changes in your life and see if that helps. For instance, stop scrolling Facebook, turn off the TV, stop listening or consuming content that causes you stress and anxiety. It’s amazing what happens when you stop filling your head with things that make the Dreads worse. Last, try some DO magic. Grab a book or a rolled up towel or have a partner massage the occiput on your skull. That area is specifically linked to your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system and by manipulating the area, you activate your calm! Don’t believe in DO magic? That’s fine (though a scalp massage is always warranted!). Get your butt outside. There is a ton of research that shows walking barefoot in the grass with the sun shining on your face is an amazing way to ground your body and settle your emotions. Once you’ve tried some of these, come back and let me know what worked, what didn’t, and how you’re feeling now! “To me it felt like this big dark storm cloud had just surfaced around me and I was like OMG I have to go back and it really killed any family time we had left on Sundays.” Dr. Errin Weisman In this episode: [01:32] I’m talking about the Sunday dreads! [03:40] Tip #1 is the N’s - Notice it, Name it, Normalize it and Neutralize it. [05:48] Tip #2 Use them as a signal for change. [07:14] Tip #3 is some DO magic knowledge, osteopathic manipulation. [09:07] I’m sharing how to use my DO magic with details but no slides. [11:13] I wanted to give you some actional things to do with all the mindset work. Warning: If your ovaries explode at the sound of a happy new baby, you're gonna wanna grab a towel before starting this episode, and be prepared to clean that shit up afterward. Because oh my GAWD. Baby sounds abound in this episode. Love love love. Okay. Now, on with the show. Brittany Ion had her first child, a boy called Thane, in September of 2019. And she's loving it.I tried to find something that Brittany doesn't like about motherhood. I tried hard. Like, I pushed. Hard, I pushed. I came up empty-handed time and again.Which is awesome. And awe-inspiring, from where I stand. Brittany's episode is light and easy, a nice paddle through calm water, compared to some of the heavy stuff that's come up in previous episodes. And that's great. Because it's authentic. Of course, without much conflict or trouble to talk about the episode is short - only about half an hour. So I'll do a followup ramble (for Patrons) to serve as this episode's bonus.See the full show notes here. cML78r8a5Tnh1I7niqtaSupport the show (https://www.patreon.com/twomomsdaydrinking)

It's Spankin' Time Hello, and welcome to episode 333 of The Fantasticast. Each week, Steve Lacey and Andy Leyland guide you through every issue, guest-appearance and cameo of The Fantastic Four. This week we're back in the realms of Marvel Two-in-One, as an extended cast (including Starhawk, Moondragon, Her, and Alicia Masters) make their way to Counter-Earth. Well, they would do, if some bastards hadn't towed the bloody thing away, forcing them to resurrect the High Evolutionary to work out where it's gone. All this for a shag... Mark Gruenwald, Jerry Bingham, Gene Day, George Roussos, Joe Rosen, Jim Salicrup, Jim Shooter, George Perez, and Joe Sinnott present Marvel Two-in-One #62 - The Taking Of Counter-Earth, in which Counter-Earth is taken, Starhawk reveals his secret power, and Moondragon receives some corporal punishment. Yes, it's time for us to look at a spanking! As well as this, we linger in the Microverse for Micronauts #16, and head into the multiverse for a brief look at What If? #20. Jaden is back as a co-host this episode! We have fun news for Dudes into Spankin' and also into IPhones. Also, there's some straight dudes into spanking with other dudes who are willing to answer your questions. In "Real Dudes Spanking Real Dudes," Jaden is here to follow up on Episode 7, where we introduced Whappz, a connection site for dudes into spanking Jaden has designed to become an app. But it was a struggle to get Apple to let it into the App store. It's finally available, and Jaden talks about what he had to go through to get Apple to approve an app to help people with specific fetishes connect. In the "Fantasy Life of Spanking" segment, Jaden and Scott talk about "headspace" and how fantasies help you get in the mindset for spank play. We tend to associate this behavior with roleplay, but it's a bit more complicated than that. It's not just a performance. It's about psychologically putting yourself in the right mental space to accept and enjoy the spanking experience. Jaden and Scott talking about spanking videos that helped them figure out their own "headspaces" for spanking play.

Lab tests that are making the biggest difference in our patients’ lives, including the BioNutrient Test to discover what nutrients you’re deficient in, CardioMetabolic Test to identify inflammatory markers and measure heart health, and the anti-aging Telomere Test to see how old you really are. We also talked about what we’re doing with our health participants to get them “the edge”, helping to heal and recover faster, get in shape, and feel amazing. We talked about things such as: What essential supplements they should be taking and what we recommend for children How to make a super-food coffee (organic coffee, organic half and half, xylitol, collagen peptides (great for skin & gut health), and MCT oil (brain fuel) Which collagen to use to make homemade gummies with your kids Running apps, such as Tabata and Runkeeper Where to get healthy recipe ideas: Ashleigh’s pinterest page or NuVision’s pinterest page Zyrowski’s workout regimen and what is working for him. The fat-burning exercise that Ashleigh recommends that you can do in under 30 minutes. The importance of yoga and stretching for overall well-being.
