Management attributes this gap to institutional investors waiting for EA approval to validate the project's viability, particularly given Springpole's location in Attwood Lake. Institutional ownership has already doubled from 10% to 22% over eighteen months and is expected to accelerate post-approval.Rather than pursuing independent construction, Wilton openly discusses seeking a partnership model similar to successful precedents like Osisko's Windfall and Gold Road in Australia, where experienced operators provide construction expertise while the developer retains significant equity.
