(STINGER: WWE) The wrath of Hurricane Ida led to WWE postponing a SmackDown show at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans. The SmackDown on October 1st will now be held at the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore. The Smoothie King Center's primary tenants, the NBA's New Orleans Pelicans, announced Monday that the arena had "minor exterior damage" from Ida...and “will be prepared to host games for the upcoming season without issue”. The Pelicans' only home preseason game is scheduled for October 6th. Tonight's NXT has Johnny Gargano vs. LA Knight...Tommaso Ciampa vs. Ridge Holland...Kyle O'Reilly vs. Duke Hudson...and Roderick Strong vs. Ikemen Jiro. On last night's Raw… Nia Jax pinned the Raw Women's Champion Charlotte Flair...in a match that frankly got a little ugly at one point. Earlier in the show, Jax laid out Rhea Ripley...after Ripley had beaten Shayna Baszler. The United States Champion Damian Priest held an open challenge...which led to a 3-Way against Sheamus and Drew McIntyre. Priest prevailed...pinning McIntyre with The Reckoning. The Raw Tag Team Champs Randy Orton & Riddle beat WWE Champ Bobby Lashley & MVP to retain their titles. Riddle pinned MVP with the Floating Bro. After the match, Lashley speared Riddle, but Orton retaliated with an RKO. Also last night, Omos pinned John Morrison. AJ Styles submitted Xavier Woods with the Calf Crusher. The Viking Raiders beat Jinder Mahal & Veer. Mahal took the pin. Plus, Karrion Kross submitted Humberto Carrillo with the Kross Jacket. Three matches promoted during last week's Raw did NOT happen on last night's show. A match between Eva Marie and Doudrop came the closest to happening. But Eva turned her back during Doudrop entrance...so Doudrop attacked her from behind...and the referee determined Eva was unable to compete. An interview with Goldberg was shown on last night's Raw, where he said he needs knee surgery following his loss to Bobby Lashley at SummerSlam. But Goldberg also said he's coming after Lashley. WWE formally introduced a new class of Performance Center recruits on Monday. They include Joseph Fatu, the younger brother of Jimmy & Jey Uso - all sons of WWE Hall Of Famer Rikishi... Bobby Steveson, the brother of Olympic gold medalist Gable Steveson... Ben Buchanan, the son of former WWE Tag Team Champ Bull Buchanan...and Joshua Dawkins, the nephew of former NBA player Darryl Dawkins. (STINGER: AEW) At least ELEVEN matches are announced for tonight's AEW Dark, including QT Marshall vs. Evil Uno...Matt Sydal vs. PAC...and Frankie Kazarian vs. Serpentico. On last night's AEW Dark: Elevation… Jora Johl, still working to cement his place in the Hardy Family Office, got his first win in AEW. He beat Kal Herro. Fuego Del Sol picked up a rare win in AEW. Kenny Omega will defend the Impact World Championship against Christian Cage - the same man who will challenge Omega for the AEW Championship at All Out next month. Also tonight...Dr. Britt Baker defends the AEW Women's Championship against Red Velvet… And Miro puts the TNT Championship on the line against Fuego Del Sol. If Fuego wins, he doesn't just get the gold...he gets an AEW contract. Rampage airs tonight at 10PM Eastern on TNT. (STINGER: Impact) Whoever holds the Impact World Championship after tonight will defend it against Brian Myers…at the Impact Plus exclusive show Emergence...on Friday, August 20th. Myers earned the shot by winning a 20-man battle royal on last night's Impact. He dumped both Moose and Chris Sabin as they were battling one another to secure the victory. It was made very clear during the broadcast that Myers could challenge either Omega or Christian. In fact, Christian Cage himself appeared during the show in an interview with AEW's Alex Marvez. Another new match added to Emergence: Steve Maclin vs. Petey Williams. There was a pretty big upset last night. John Skyler pinned Matt Cardona...thanks in part to an outside distraction by Rohit Raju. Tenille Dashwood pinned Taylor Wilde after interference by Madison Rayne...the same Madison Rayne who announced her retirement back in January. Rayne and Dashwood embraced after the match. X-Division Champ Josh Alexander beat Daivari in a non-title match. FinJuice got a DQ win over Jay White & Chris Bey...after White blatantly attacked David Finlay and Juice Robinson with a steel chair. (STINGER: WWE) Keith Lee discussed the health issues that caused him to miss months of action. In a video posted Thursday, Lee went through his year...from contracting COVID-19 in January...to doctors later finding inflammation in his heart. Lee said he had to cease almost all physical activity while doctors decided what to do next. (Lee Heart Inflammation) That clip from that video Lee posted on Thursday. Lee said he's healthy now. He returned to Raw last month. As of Thursday night there are no matches announced for tonight's SmackDown...but we're being promised an appearance by John Cena for a face-to-face confrontation with Roman Reigns. 205 Live enters a new era tonight - a week after its roster lost a number of regulars to the latest round of cuts. A preview on WWE.com says the brand “will now occasionally play host to matches where one or multiple Superstars eclipse the 205-pound weight limit”. That's the reasoning for tonight's match between Joe Gacy and Josh Briggs. There's also a match between two true cruiserweights - Ikemen Jiro vs. Grayson Waller. On Thursday's NXT UK… Noam Dar beat Mark Andrews 2 falls to 1...in the first round of the Heritage Cup #1 Contender tournament. Also, Wolfgang beat Flash Morgan Webster...and Amale beat Nina Samuels. There will be TWO title matches on next week's show. Meiko Satomura defends her UK Women's Championship against Stevie Turner...and Pretty Deadly put their tag titles on the line against Moustache Mountain. NXT's Candice LeRae and Johnny Gargano announced Thursday that they are expecting their first child. The Great Muta has been pulled from Sunday's Pro-Wrestling NOAH show...due to Muta possibly coming into contact with someone who has COVID-19. But Reigns eventually showed up at the end of the show...and announced that the answer is “no”. Cena was not present for this. But Finn Balor entered...and issued his own challenge. This time, Reigns agreed...and that's when the show faded to black. Earlier, Balor pinned Sami Zayn with the Coup de Grace. Part of last night's SmackDown was broadcast from the Rolling Loud hip-hop festival in Miami. A massive crowd of music fans got to see two matches. Bianca Belair beat Carmella to retain the SmackDown Women's Championship...and Angelo Dawkins beat Chad Gable. WWE had been promoting Big E vs. Apollo Crews as the second match at Rolling Loud. Instead, those two were in Cleveland...for a segment that also included Dolph Ziggler, Robert Roode, Shinsuke Nakamura - with Rick Boogs - and Cesaro...who said he wants a shot at Crews' Intercontinental Title. Toni Storm's SmackDown debut was a win over Zelina Vega. She pinned her with her new Storm One finisher. Also, Jimmy Uso stole a pinfall win over Dominik Mysterio...with a little leverage assist from Jey Uso. WWE announced it will be running a pay per view on New Year's Day - that's Saturday, January 1st - at State Farm Arena in Atlanta. (STINGER: New Japan) New Japan has a major show on Sunday. It's Wrestle Grand Slam in Tokyo Dome. But as of Friday night, there's still no guarantee that Kota Ibushi will be there for his main event title match. Ibushi is scheduled to challenge Shingo Takagi for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship. But Ibushi is recovering from aspiration pneumonia. He's been out of action since he was pulled from a show on July 11th. New Japan is running a Summer Struggle show on Saturday. There could be an announcement during that show. Here's what else is on Sunday's Wrestle Grand Slam card. Tetsuya Naito & SANADA defend the IWGP Tag Titles against the former champs Taichi & Zack Sabre Jr. The Champs stood tall on Friday's Summer Struggle show. Now...Carmella was set to be in the women's Money In The Bank ladder match. But she's now out of that match and will be replaced by Liv Morgan. Seth Rollins qualified by pinning a bloodied Cesaro...and Shinsuke Nakamura is also in after he scored another win over Baron Corbin. At least three women from NXT are joining the SmackDown roster. Shotzi Blackheat & Tegan Nox debuted last night - announced simply as “Shotzi & Nox”. They were the surprise opponents for the WWE Women's Tag Champs Natalya & Tamina...and they got the win. Shotzi pinned Natalya after a senton from the top rope. The third call-up is Toni Storm. A hype video last night announced that she's “coming soon”. Jimmy Uso did appear on last night's SmackDown. He and brother Jey took a beating from Edge and the returning Rey and Dominik Mysterio at the end of the show. Jimmy Uso was arrested and charged with D.U.I. earlier this week. They attacked Moose. That meant a DQ victory for Callihan. Scott D'Amore now wants to add Callihan to the title match at Against All Odds - making it a 3-Way. Don Callis says AEW Owner Tony Khan won't want Callihan wrestling Omega. D'Amore responded by saying Khan will be on next week's Impact so D'Amore can pitch adding Callihan in-person. The Knockouts Title Match at Against All Odds may also see a late change. Rosemary and Havok will meet on next week's Impact. If Havok wins, she gets added to the Title Match at Against All Odds. If Rosemary wins, she gets Deonna Purrazzo all to herself. Josh Alexander is still the X-Division Champion. He survived a 60-Minute Iron Man Match against TJP last night. It began on Before The Impact...and extended into the opening minutes of Impact's main show...and then it went into overtime. Alexander held a 1-0 lead...and had TJP in an ankle lock...but TJP managed to reverse it into a rollup with just seconds left on the clock to even the match and force overtime. In OT, Alexander hit Divine Intervention...and pinned TJP for the win. Fire n' Flava beat Jordynne Grace & Rachael Ellering to retain the Knockouts Tag Titles. Grace took the pin. Kimber Lee & Susan will get the next title shot at Against All Odds. Rich Swann was set for a match against W. And do you know what most people do? They focus on SEO (search engine optimization). They ask things like: How do I get on the first page of Google? I heard that Google will penalized me if (insert reason here). I need to make sure I don’t do that. I heard that Google likes it when you do (insert SEO thing here). I need to make sure I do that all over my whole entire site. And then they spend all of their time in a dark room with their laptop, tweaking every single word and image on every single page and post on their site, testing page speeds and file sizes and meta tags and alt tags and… I could go on and on and on. But do you know what they aren’t doing? Intentionally driving targeted traffic to their website. Connecting with real people. Interacting. Providing value. Putting something OUT so that something can come back IN. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Is SEO important? Yes!! Absolutely it’s important. But when you’re a solopreneur who’s just starting out, it’s not important yet. It’s not the best way for you to be spending your time. The amount of time and effort you would put into SEO when you’re a brand new online entrepreneur would far outweigh the benefits (in most cases.) So what should you do instead? The 30 Day List Building Challenge!!!!! Don’t let the name fool you. Just like the Free 5 Day Website Challenge, it’s kind of a bait and switch… The 30 Day List Building Challenge is going to show you exactly what to do, step by step over 30 days to drive traffic to your website and how to convert that traffic into subscribers. And that’s the secret sauce to building an online business that you love. Because once you get people on your email list, you can start to create a relationship with them through providing more valuable, actionable, relevant content and eventually offer them something for sale. And you can track how people interact with your email. Did they open? Did they click? What did they click on? They must be interested in X, I’ll send them more content related to X. Maybe I need to create a product or service around X because so many people are interested in the topic. Or maybe I thought people would be interested and no one was, so I know that I probably shouldn’t waste my time creating a product around X. Without an email list, you’re really just taking stabs in the dark. The 30 Day List Building Challenge is entirely responsible for the growth of my business. I didn’t know this whole online entrepreneur thing existed. I didn’t know there were people in Facebook groups supporting each other as they build their businesses. I built the Free 5 Day Website Challenge and had no idea what to do next to actually get it in front of people. So I did what I always do: GTS (Google That Shit). I literally typed in “how to build an email list” and voila, the Free 30 Day List Building Challenge appeared. Oh, the irony… I signed up, followed the steps on Day 1, paid for instant access to all 30 days because I just couldn’t wait that long to get started, and after following the steps laid out for me, I instantly went from 0 subscribers and zero money to 1 subscriber and $115 in affiliate commissions. That’s not a big, sexy number, is it? But it starts with ONE. You add subscribers to your list one at a time. You add customers to your business one at a time. And that one subscriber confirmed for me that I created something that people need.
