Angelas humør endret seg. I stedet for sinne gikk hun over til forførelse. Rehab Rebels: OTs, PTs, and SLPs transition to Alternative Careers
#019 Listen to how Angelas occupational therapy lead her to a personal research career in kinship care. Learn what kinship care is and how Angela based her research on kinship care. Alternative career change to online business and research. “I built a community, and I feel like I'm the professional doing the work and giving to others; but, at the same time, I feel others have given me back a lot in the process, and that's what motivates me to keep going.” Angela Tobin went to the Ohio State University and graduated in May ‘22. In our interview, Angela shared that she learned about Occupational Therapy (OT) school randomly and wasn't sure about it, so she changed to Psychology, but in the end, she returned to OT. Currently, her primary work is at the UNC School of Social Work, where she researches kinship families. She also runs a support group that meets twice a week, which she started three years ago while she was still a student for kinship families. Also, she is training in consulting within kinship care to provide information about kinship families and how we can support them. In our conversation, Angela tells us how she got interested in this personal topic as she comes from a kinship family. Angela realized that no one was doing anything related to Kinship Care in the OT field, so she thought outside the box and Googled kinship organizations in Ohio. She only found one, so she emailed them her idea, applied for a fellowship, and made a good connection to get help for her support group. For Angela, mental health is the route of OT, but she also thinks that holistically we can serve populations and rethink what Occupational Therapy is. She fell in love with the OT philosophy because it can apply to anything offering a unique glance that comes through in the work OTs do.Catch this new episode of Rehab Rebels out now on Spotify, Apple Podcast, Google Podcast and all podcast platforms available. FYI/in the program Horsepower the generating capacity of Hoover Dam is estimated at 200,000 KW The city of LA uses 24% of that power to provide drinking water, that's before the first Tesla leaves the factory. You may be startled to learn an electric vehicle requires between 1500/20,000 kW to charge or about four times the power required by your clothes dryer!See the site calculator.net under electricity calculator.I accèssed this site looking for information regarding statements which didn't add up in a recent program talking about power requirements for the LA Lift plant, So-called hybrid electric technology is like driving the wrong way on a one-way street because it relies on steam technology for recharge. Now, if we could just locate those redwood charging stations in the California Sequoia forests our lives would be so much simpler to manage. The top 3 downloaded episodes are: Ep 53- the SOAP series kickoff with Pastor Jessica Stallbaum Ep 55- SOAP Proverbs 10 - I pity the Fool! and Ep 56- SOAP Love and gratitude I hope you enjoyed this season of SOAP'ing the bible with me and my guests- if so please let me know! All my links are below and I welcome your feedback. In this final SOAP episode I get the honor of SOAP'ing Proverbs 31 with Angela Cook. This is Angelas' fourth appearance on the Say So with Jeanne show! She has been featured in episodes 28, 30, and 31 which released in November 2020 and was the most downloaded show of all the episodes on this show! She discusses how she has been reading this verse for over 30 years and how this chapter should encourage women. She mentions how this chapter is a type cast of Jesus and hones in on verses 8 and 9 right out of the gate. She parallels this with Luke 4:18-19 and Isaiah 61:1. She points out that scripture has been fulfilled in Jesus and that we get the privilege in living in this time. I point out that there's no mention of the beauty of this woman, only that she wore nice clothing. I comment that this woman would be naturally beautiful on the outside as her internal characteristics shine through- making her countenance strikingly beautiful. We discuss that Jesus is the precursor of our lives and that God sent Him to set captives free and relieve oppression for all people. We agree that when people are spiritually set free by Jesus who is The Truth that makes us free, that they become capable of becoming all that God calls them to be. Living in freedom is a lifestyle that God always intended for us, but worldly culture has historically oppressed all kinds of people since the fall of mankind. God sent Jesus to show us the error in our ways and thinking that one person is better than the other. That God shows no favoritism over His children. Jesus came to bind the prejudice, discrimination and oppression that the world uses to hold people back. When we realize this truth, we can be free from comparing and judging and rest in know that we belong to Jesus. We are His and He loves us right where we are at and we can do the same for others. Angela provides you an opportunity to accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior if you haven't already. What an honor! Down Home Cajun Music- Angelas LeJeuneOne of the most obscure Cajun artists of the late 20's and 30's was Angelas Lejeune. As a teenager, As a teenager, Angelas was collaborating and interacting with both Amede Ardoin and Dennis McGee. Angelas developed into a visible figure on southwest Louisiana's dance circuit, sometimes performing five nights a week at house dance in and around the rural Pointe Noire community. In 1929, Angelas recorded during a Brunswick session that lasted from September 30th to October 2nd in New Orleans. Many of modern Cajun tunes can be traced back to some of the earliest recordings of his. His recordings feature fiddlers Dennis McGee and Ernest Fruge, providing some of the most intoxicating music of the era. My mini Michaels, Dwights, and Angelas, Teaching is sort of like a day long stand up comedy act. We are up there, giving our best, balancing curriculum details and character building, all while throwing in some wit, humor, and personality. Now, just like in comedy shows, sometimes the jokes don't land… BUTTTTTT then there are these golden unicorn students who get every joke, laugh WITH us (not at us), and keep us grounded as we continue the “show”. So to those students who “get” our humor, THANK YOU. This one's for you. Hvordan kan Facebook sette seg over WHO etter å ha brukt dem i over ett år? Malone?

Onze hoofden werken klaarblijkelijk conservatief. Waarover maken we ons toch zulke zorgen? Nieuwe ronde, nieuw geluk. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
