Beautiful Blu Birds,  It wasn't easy for me to sit down and record today's episode. Teary eyes and a grateful heart over here.  I had a lot of resistance and got to move through many layers of attachment, identity and not wishing to dishonor a creation that has - and continues to - genuinely impact people's lives in a positive way. You have all played such a huge role in my life, and I feel like we have become a community. In over 122 episodes I have poured my heart and soul into the vastness of the internet, and the gifts I have received from doing so are boundless.  When I sit down and truly ask myself what it is that I need in this phase of my life, the answer is not to be more visible and continue to share online, but to cultivate something so rich within my being that can only be found in silence - to no longer feed any instant gratification.  The answer is to create art as an extension of my being, and to birth it into the world from a place of gentle persistence. To truly walk the path of devotion through consistency and focus over time.  So, this is not a goodbye. I didn't want to go to Egypt. In fact, I was dead set against it. And then while doing ayahuasca with Matias De Stefano, he downloaded a prophecy. A brother of African descent and a brother of Hebrew descent needed to travel the initiatic path up the nile together. Well it just so happened that Mehcad (actor & musician) is of African descent and already had a boat trip booked on the Nile. And I am his brother of Hebrew descent. So I had to go...  And we were nowhere near ready for what happened. What unfolded for both Mehcad and I  was absolutely astounding. I was curious and puzzled as to why some Twin Flames were together and then there were other Twin Flames that were physically separated and couldn't seem to be together physically until they became enlightened and had reached a consistent unity of mind, body and soul. Both Twin Flames scenarios - seemed to be on a similar path, both following the push, pull - runner chaser dynamics. The Twin Flame characteristics appeared the same - but the outcomes looked different. Some twins got together while they were learning and growing spiritually while others were on the deep dive ascension path through separation. When you are feeling down or low energy, what's the best way to shift your energy and your mood? My experience has been that taking even one small step towards a goal, mission, or even in the direction of joy can be an incredibly effective way to change your vibration. Mood follows action.
