How do you prioritize self-care and personal growth while balancing the demands of your business and raising teenagers? What strategies have you found helpful for maintaining open communication and connection with your teens while managing your workload? In this podcast episode, Colleen O'Grady engages in an insightful conversation with Leona Burton, exploring the unique challenges and triumphs of being both a mother and a business owner. They discuss the intricacies of balancing entrepreneurship with raising children, especially during the often tumultuous teen years. Leona shares her journey of founding Moms in Business International and her experiences with juggling a fast-paced career while raising six children of varying ages. Their conversation sheds light on the pressures moms face to "do it all," the societal expectations that often lead to feelings of guilt, and the importance of creating a supportive community for moms who need to balance business growth with family life. The episode emphasizes the importance of clarity, intention, and being kind to oneself amidst the chaos of parenting and working. Leona Burton is a dynamic entrepreneur, high-performance coach, and the founder of MIB International, the world's largest community for women and mums in business. With over a decade of experience in business development, she has become a prominent figure in empowering women to achieve success. As a Forbes-featured Jack Canfield Advanced Success Coach, Leona specializes in guiding others through personal and professional growth, focusing on areas like visibility, sales, and marketing. Her leadership extends beyond the business realm, as she is a passionate advocate for mental health and personal well-being, balancing her career with being a mother to six children. Key takeaways from this episode highlight the importance of intentional time management and prioritizing both personal well-being and family needs. The conversation reinforces the idea that perfection is unattainable and that embracing the messy, imperfect moments is part of both parenting and business ownership. Leona and Colleen stress the value of open communication, not just with children but within one's own support network. Moms are encouraged to trust their intuition, practice self-care, and set boundaries to avoid burnout. The episode ultimately serves as a reminder that while the journey is challenging, with a clear vision and community support, moms can thrive in their dual roles as parents and professionals. As a coach for 12 years now, I understand how a working mom feels when everyone else is counting down the days until summer. I have identical twins who are 9 and a 12 year old. All of them will be cared for in a mix of summer camps, by a babysitter, me, and my husband this summer. Sound familiar? This used to make me anxious until I started asking myself an important question that I'll share with you here. If the answer is YES (Melissa, I'm anxious about this summer), then I want to share with you ONE tangible solution to help you avoid feeling overwhelmed or anxious when you look at the days flying by. P.S. This is the tip of the iceberg and if rethinking how you navigate your life as a mom in business is your top priority in 2023 then I will let you know how you can reach me for a free private and confidential consultation as a member of this newsletter community. Read through the note. Some context: This note starts off my series of work-life integration for moms in business….because I don't believe that balance is real and frankly a lot of us are more excited about being on the thrill ride of business building than hopping off this ride. And this goes for ME too. Now, the working moms that I have spoken with during the last few weeks are feeling enormous levels of anxiety right now about the upcoming summer months. There's a lot on a mom's mind in May. Summer camps - some have 20 chrome tabs open with options that are just okay Extensive childcare - some are paying $27/hour or more for this (so filling the calendar gaps in between camps is pricey too) Family travel - some are navigating logistics here and booking and packing for their crew and when arriving will continue to be on-call You are currently mentally overloaded if this email rings true. The kid/s are in school YET now you are getting those migraines. Imagine when the kids at home this summer? Imagine them staring at you for entertainment ideas 24/7? Let's get ahead of that right here and right now. You want to bring your best to your family, right? You want to bring your best to your business, too? The MAJOR challenge you will experience as a mom in business if you have not let go and decided to ask for help during this summer set of months is that you will be in charge of managing everyone's daily life experience while maintaining the health of your business with zero slack in your schedule. You will have a hard time bringing your best to your business and bringing the best to your family. This will result in feeling disappointed, having a short fuse, and adding to a chaotic summer season which will set you back come September which is when you have got to be ready for maximum impact….every September is when entrepreneurs seem to rush out of the gates with offers and solutions for everything. This has been what I've noticed these last 12-years. And yet, these months before summer tend to go the same every single year...is this the case? Or is this the case? This is a cycle....that needs to be addressed right now.... It is a cycle that does not produce the fruits you deserve It is a cycle that is a disservice to yourself and your family It is a cycle that does not just have consequences for yourself, lack of sleep etc.….it affects the financial health of your entire family….because what kind of energy and enthusiasm will you have when Sept comes around and everyone else is pushing hard on the Sept momentum in their businesses? So today here is one piece of the puzzle that I want to encourage you to make time for today….one piece of the puzzle to navigate this summer season with greater ease so that you can actually enjoy this time off…this saved me from pre-summer anxiety and pre-break anxiety too. Now, I ask myself this question before school breaks.... What's The ONE Thing You Can Do Such That By Doing It Everything Else Will Be Easier Or Unnecessary – Gary Keller I've shared this question with coaching clients for whom it became crystal clear that some of the things they were doing were NOT necessary if they could just identify that ONE thing…. Personal example, creating a podcast guest system was that one thing for me years ago….the time I spent creating a podcast guest system has saved me hours My emails back and forth are down between guests and I My interview prep easier My asking guests for affiliate links or coupon codes is now effortless In time for this summer to manage your anxiety….what is your ONE thing….tackle it… THE GREATEST SOLUTION TO CALM ANXIETY IS ACTION THE BEST ACTION IS THAT ONE THAT MAKES A BIG IMPACT (think 80:20 rule) THE HARDEST THING FOR A MOM IS FOCUS USE THIS QUESTION TO GET OVER THIS HUMP and if you want to skip the off-school anxiety and anxiety of toggling between motherhood and running a service-based business then I want to invite you to schedule a 30-minute Zoom call with me. It's complimentary and the idea is to uncover how else you can your imagination to reimagine how to make major advances on your business in sprints, bounce back quicker from life's interruptions, and stay energized and present for meaningful moments. Please know these free calls are exclusively for moms in business who must find a better way to integrate their work and life. A mom who is committed to achieving success in both areas of her life without losing her health, mental sanity, or joy along the way. It's NOT worth it. Book a free 30-minute call today to get major clarity on that ONE thing for you and let's devise a plan for how you can stay FOCUSED during the next few weeks and months without losing your cool! Select a date/time from my calendar HERE. https://www.melissallarena.com/sessions/ This is complimentary and if you want my additional coaching to hold you accountable then that's for us to decide if it's a fit once those 30-minutes are done. Sound good? I'll hold 5 spots open in the next two weeks. First come, first served. Yes, it's exactly like those quickly dwindling summer camp openings. Argh. :) -Melissa

Mama, get ready because you're about to be extremely inspired by my guest Emily, The Brow Fox! She shares that when the pandemic hit and having her second child, she found herself exhausted and in overwhelm while running her multiple beauty businesses. Emily is so transparent in her struggles and explains how hitting this point forced her to restructure her business as a service provider to fit her and her families needs. Often times clients can feel so connected {as a friend}, yet disconnected {as a mom with kids} from us by taking advantage of showing up late to appointments, canceling last minute or just not showing up. My guest was done with these scenarios! Emily shares that restructuring her business around HER needs and setting clear boundaries allowed her to keep her job as a service provider. A recurring schedule gives her the structure and the flexibility that she WANTS and NEEDS!Emily is not only a service provider but a landlord and a product creator. Like most moms she wears many hats, however in this episode she tells us what that truly looks like, how she's evolving by creating structure in ALL her businesses that work around being a mom and how she is trying to incorporate self care as a top priority. Which is honestly something we as women and moms should really try to do! Let's Connect:@mamaknowsbeautybizpodcastConnect with Emily:@thebrowfox@browfoxbeauty@suitespotslo

Find a quiet place for the next hour and take a deep breath because today's episode with Mindset Coach for Mom-preneurs, Carina Groombridge, covers a wide variety of inspirational topics! Most importantly, we dive deep into how your thoughts and feelings create your results. Yes. Read that again. Your thoughts and feelings create your results and instead of forcing an action over and over again without the results you want to achieve, you'll actually get there by shifting your mindset instead. Coming from the corporate world, Carina never really imagined herself as an entrepreneur, but while raising her family, she realized that she wasn't loving what she was doing AND she wasn't finding the freedom and flexibility that she was craving. It was time to make a change and now Carina is living the life she had been dreaming of, helping moms create and find business success. Some of her sound advice: Do what you love. End of story. If you are doing what you love, you can build what you enjoy. Carina works to achieve this by being deliberate in how she speaks to herself and the conversations she has in her brain, which are the most critical actions one can take. Curious to learn more? I run 3 companies and on average I work 15 hours a week. Crazyyyyy! I want to be clear and say that I'm just now getting to this point! I was working "around the clock" in my business prior to 2019. I would probably work upwards of 40 hours in my businesses before my kids were born (while still working my day jobs) but once they showed up to the scene, something had to give! The other thing I want to say is: Some weeks I work 7-10 hours and other weeks I work 20-32, I rarely hit 40 and thats only if I'm in a creation stretch or working on a new project. So the amount of hours I work each week ranges but my ideal work week is 15 hours! So here we go: Time saving hacks for moms in business! Join the BecomingCEO Method Follow Kay Follow the Podcast

In this episode of the Success Fundamentals Podcast, Kris and Brian talk to Tisha Marie Pelletier. As a self-made serial mom entrepreneur, professional speaker, author, and business mentor, Tisha seeks to empower more women and mothers to take control of their lives without sacrificing family or their careers. HIGHLIGHTSJuggling business with everything else Women don't need to choose between family and entrepreneurshipPerfection is overratedThe road to success is not smooth and straightforward Everyone needs to learn to say no sometimesSeek mentorship and companionship to unlock your possibilitiesNothing's gonna change unless you want to make it changeIncome always follows impactOwn your power, believe in yourself, and see things start to shiftQUOTESTisha: "I don't agree with that statement at all, that women have to choose. I think that women and moms become entrepreneurs because they want the freedom and the flexibility to be able to design life around their schedule, make sure that their priorities are in check, and that their kids are their priority."Tisha: "Vulnerability is really what connects you to people. It's not the I have it all figured out, I'm untouchable, you can't ask me anything, you can't talk to me. I think that as women, if we open that up and we're approachable, I can tell you what it's like, we can get through this together, we're a tribe, then that just makes it more real." Tisha: "None of us are perfect. I actually say perfection is so overrated. Women, we just need to know it's okay to let your guard down. It's okay to say, 'I'm really having a rough time right now.' And it's okay to be able to ask for help when you need it, whether that's with your kids, whether that's in your business."Tisha: I don't care about failure. I really don't. Yes, I'll fail millions of times. I have failed millions of times. But I've used every single thing that I've gone through as a learning experience like okay, I know I can do this better next time." Work life balance? Who is she? A huge complaint about working mom life is the inability to have work-life balance. As moms we are not only expected to give 100% to our kids, but also 100% to our spouses, our work, ourselves, our family, friends, church and every combination in between. If we only have 100% to give how are these expectations even relevant? THEY ARE NOT. The world we live in today expects too much out of mothers and too much out of business women. It is our job to PERSONALLY step back and create the right balance for ourselves. The question is how… It is all about priority setting and resetting your own expectations. You ARE super mom, but you are not perfect and that is OKAY! The tools and tips we talk about in this podcast are efforts we use on a regular basis to help give the balance we so desperately need in our lives. It's not an easy math equation though, there is a lot of give and take. The biggest takeaway is to give yourself some grace. God gave us 24hrs in a day for a reason, there is only so much we can pack in there. Setting realistic priorities in your life is step #1. What are some tips you have for achieving work life balance? Are you struggling or have you mastered it? Leave your thoughts in the comments below!!!
Join us as we discuss with Amy Lenius finding passion and purpose as a mom and an entrepreneur, letting go of what does not serve you, and how self care is selfless and it helps you work and play.Amy Lenius has a mission on her heart to help women and mothers everywhere dive deeper into their passions, purpose, vibrancy and joy. She helps guide them into focusing on self care and self love so that they can learn what it feels like to give from a space of fulfillment instead of emptiness, stress and overwhelm. To give the best of them, not just what is left of them. It is time we normalize conversations around the fact that just because it is common for women to be in a constant state of survival mode, hormonal imbalances and overwhelm doesn't mean it's normal - even though it has been "normalized". #ABandP BizHelpForYouhttps://youtube.com/channel/UCrOQuO6v...Instagram.com/amylenius If you are looking for more discussions like this check out her podcast or find her on Instagram and send a message - she loves to connect and create community with women needing support. To learn more about Affordable Bookkeeping and Payroll, visit: https://affordablebookkeepingandpayro... Have you ever wondered how you can overcome self-doubt and unwanted beliefs in both your business and your personal life? In this episode, Camille welcomes Beth Miller, the founder of Soulify Wellness. She is a teacher of psychology and sociology, a consulting hypnotist, and a Reiki energy practitioner. Using psychology, neuroscience, and energetics, she teaches women how to reprogram beliefs that are holding them back, so that they can achieve the best in life and become a mompreneur."Feel the emotion. You recognize that you're triggered. You understand that this is a gift and you get excited because you don't want to feel this anymore." – Beth MillerBeth gives insight into how she overcame her own anxiety and depression after suffering from a stroke and shares effective tips and tricks that you can use in your own life and in your business. She shares her advice on how to deal with inner conflict, limiting beliefs, and triggers. She also goes in-depth on how to deal with unsupportive partners to become a mompreneur without compromising your own values and beliefs. "Every conversation that has some conflict or tension, that's why we celebrate these triggers because they are showing us. If it wasn't for those conversations, you wouldn't necessarily know that you have these things within you, these beliefs, these patterns that are holding you back. When you can unleash those and let them go, you can step into so much more." – Beth MillerAt the end of the day, it's about being your true authentic self and connecting to your purpose. If you're interested in learning more about what you can do to overcome your own challenges and become a mompreneur, listen to this episode to find out the different strategies you can use in your personal and work life. "Your authentic self is this incredible piece of you and we may not be in touch with it every day. A lot of times as moms we are so busy that we almost lose our identity because we're so busy helping others and doing things that need to be done, not necessarily doing things that feel authentically like us." – Beth MillerResources: Interested in becoming a virtual assistant? Have you ever considered buying a franchise instead of starting a business from scratch? this episode, Camille welcomes Jean Colarusso, a mompreneur who recently decided to sell her franchise, Dream Dinners, after 13 years of being in business. Listen in to learn how to buy and sell a franchise, valuable lessons learned from owning a franchise, and the importance of listening to your gut when you know that it's time to pivot and make a change in your motherhood journey. Jean tells the story of how she started her business and made it through the 2008 recession and provides tips for balancing your time and energy between work life and home life. “I could tell when I needed to pass something off because it wasn't in my strengths. So, I think that the ability to let things go and the ability to let other people take care of things, not even necessarily your way, can really launch your business in a better way.” - Jean ColarussoAs a pregnant mother of 5 (soon to be 6) boys, she shares her experience homeschooling in Costa Rica during the pandemic, how she plans on transitioning back to public school, and how she teaches her kids about business and entrepreneurship. Plus, she offers advice for moms dealing with depression and moms transitioning from being a working mom to a stay at home mom. “I never lost the passion, I never lost the drive, I did work hard until the very end…but at the same time, I kind of knew that it would be better with new, fresh hands… It's not an easy process selling something that you love.” - Jean ColarussoResources: Learn more about Dream Dinners: www.dreamdinners.comGreen Lights by Matthew McConaughey: www.greenlights.comCreate goals and stick with them with Qube Money: www.qubemoney.com/camille Interested in becoming a virtual assistant? Hello Fempreneur! Lyndsie Barrie here! So happy to have the opportunity to share a little taste of my nerdy brain with you because helping you feel more confident and at peace in your business is my mission. Here's a little taste of what's to come in this episode..."Women often say to me, I love that I can just message you and talk to you. Obviously I'm just a person but some people would search me up on the internet and think I'm a bigger deal than I am! But I'm not! I'm just a human who wants to hang out with other sweet, awesome ladies like me. And if you reach out to me, I'm more than happy to chat. So I think that's a big thing about email marketing that people don't understand - it's not just about getting their name and email address and having that automated email go to them with their free gift. No! You want to know where they are in the social media world because that's where you want to engage with them.My third book, .COM UNITY, is about all those tips and tricks and things that have worked to grow a community of women who actually get to know each other and support each other."A huge thank you to Vivian @realbizmoms for interviewing me! Hopefully I can introduce her to you soon in person at one of our upcoming hikes or YYC bike nights in Calgary Alberta! Hi Everyone, this is Sheliza Yacoob from CanadiaSME Small Business Magazine, please join me in welcoming Anna Sinclair – a mom of 2 boys under 4 – who started an initiative for moms who own small businesses and have been impacted by COVID who deserve the chance to keep going. She started the company The Total Mom Inc. in 2017 after she wasn't getting the support she needed as a working mom which led her to produce The Total Mom Show which was the first-ever large-scale holistic festival for moms. After having to cancel 3 major events this spring which was her company's bread and butter, she spent day and night since April with 2 small children trying to attract business development centers, banks, and brands to support her in the mission of turning a business competition into something more! The Total Mom Pitch is a competition that aims to support entrepreneurship among moms. We believe that a community of women who stand together, succeed together and that is why we are connecting successful female leaders with ambitious moms. Pitch your business for a chance to win a $10,000 cash prize along with $20,000 in business services, including mentorship from A-List Coaches and Entrepreneurs! The Pitch allows moms across Canada who own a small business to participate and connect with other entrepreneurs during the competition and beyond while receiving expert feedback. The initiative recently got the attention and support of Scotiabank Women's Initiative and Visa Canada “She's Next” which is huge for any small business to get. If a small-town mom can do something like this, thousands of Canadian moms can get online and make it happen too! Canadian moms can apply from now to the Deadline: November 12, 2020 Apply online ttmp.thetotalmomshow.ca The finale is on March 15th, 2021 which will bring together students, small business owners, executives, and business ecosystems to help us all get back on track.

I started my business in 2016, just one month after my son was born. I spent the next 9 months building my business with a baby on my back, literally on live streams and calls and working a 9 to 5. I've been running this business just as long as I've been a mother. So, when I tell you being an entrepreneur with kiddos, is a different ball game that's because I live it. And the truth is the tips that work for an entrepreneur as a whole don't always work for moms who run a business. For instance, morning routines...can I get an Amen on this one. I don't know about you, but I don't have 2 hours to meditate every morning I've got a kiddo to feed and entertain. But, I know building your dream business and raising a babe is possible, I'm living it daily, and today on the podcast I'm sharing my Top Tips for Moms in Business! If you're a female entrepreneur with kids, expecting, or plan to add a kiddo or two to the mix of your business, this episode is for you! I'm sharing all my secrets and giving some support to the women who wonder if it's even possible to make it work..it is and I know you can do it too! What's up friends!Welcome to the She Designs Her Life podcast! I am so grateful that you are here! I received this video on our family WhatsApp group the other day and it inspired me so much that I wanted to talk about it today! My nephew, Christiaan, wants to be an actor. He recently did an interview for one of Australia's biggest casting agencies and he absolutely nailed it. While I was watching him perform, I realized how confident he was. He has an obvious passion for acting and even though he is just a teenager, he seems like the kind of person who knows what he wants and goes for it. And we are all really proud of him. Just in case he is listening ;)Now, what makes his story inspiring is that Christiaan did not have anything handed to him on a silver platter. In fact, he was even told by other professionals in the acting business that he will not get very far in his career because of his accent. Most people will allow a comment like this. Especially from someone who is regarded as an expert, to get to them. Some may even give up on their dream entirely and just, you know, make peace with the fact that this is not for them.As a mom, I am sure this makes you cringe a little. The truth is, we can't keep critics and naysayers away from our children's dreams and passions. And even though we want to protect them from all that is wrong with this world, we can't. After watching Christiaan's video, I realized that the vigor with which we encourage our kids is vastly different from how we approach our own efforts in life. How many times have you bailed out of an opportunity simply because you were scared? Did you give up on your dream because someone told you you can't? Even worse. How often do you talk yourself down? Convincing yourself that you don't deserve it. That your dreams are ridiculous. That you're not good enough. That it will not happen for you. That that kind of success is meant for someone else. We get mad when we hear stories of others telling kids that their dreams are too big. Yet, we talk to ourselves like this. And then we wonder why we feel so low that we don't want to get out of bed in the morning. My "aha" moment made me realize that there are three important lessons in watching this kid chase his dreams. Tune in to find out what they are! Please share this episode if you think it would be valuable for someone else and remember to subscribe so that you don't miss another episode.Follow me on Instagram here.Join the Impactful Mama Facebook group here.
Hey There!Welcome to today's episode! I am hoping that by the time you listen to this episode that this whole pandemic will be under control and that we will all be able to move around again. In South Africa, we are currently on day 10 of the 21-day lockdown. This pandemic has sparked a lot of fear all around the globe. It is affecting all of us and it is scary! But! We don't have to stay in fear. We get to choose. I am sure that whatever your situation is currently, you are also feeling these feelings of uneasiness. Perhaps you are afraid. Perhaps you are just so caught up in washing and homeschooling that you haven't really thought about it (laundry...laundry...laundry!).Truth be told, we are all in uncharted waters. No one can truly predict what the future holds and what life is going to look like going forward. I do know one thing. I want you to know that whatever you are feeling is OK. We will be ok.A lot of people are saying what are you doing to make the most of this time and if you feel like you want to use this time to be super productive or get a six-pack then awesome. Just know that if you feel like you just want to chill out and spend time with your kids and just be. That is also good. What I don't want you to do is get into fear. Because the majority of the stuff you fear is probably not going to happen anyway. So what can you do when you get into fear?I ask myself the following questions:Are my fears really legitimate or am I just getting into fearful thoughts and then going into that cycle. Is there something that I can do to take action and get myself in a position so that I don't need to be fearful. In today's episode, I share some practical tips you can follow to get out of fear and anxiety and move towards calm. Go to shedesignsherlife.com/nofear and download the workbook so that you can overcome your fears and take action towards the life you actually want to create.
Yup, being a mom will actually HELP you build a better business. Anyone (those who have kids and even those who don’t) will tell you that the road of entrepreneurship is a long and lonely one. We see a lot of over night success on social media, but the truth of the matter is…there is no such thing. We rarely know about the long nights, financial and other struggles that these people went through to get to where they are today. Being a mom brings a totally different set of challenges into everyday life. I mean, just getting out of the house with a child for a quick errand can feel like a massive undertaking. People who don’t have kids can simply just grab their bag and keys and go. It looks a little different when you have a toddler who can’t remember where she put her shoes. Now, don’t get me wrong. If I could do this all over again, I will always choose my kids. Because they add so much to my life. BUT they also bring with them a new set of rules. Truth be told, there are a lot of lessons we can learn from our kids and if you pay attention and apply these lessons in your business, it will skyrocket.Follow me on the gram:@shedesignsherlife@ilonkaras

Mom's Identity Part 1
Running a business can be a challenge. Having children, being a mom and running a business can be an even bigger challenge. My guest in this show Saffron de Menezes talks about the work she has done helping moms overcome these challenges. She talks about how to deal with practical issues such as lack of time. She also takes us through an EFT tapping script for dealing with one of the biggest common blocks that many moms face, needing to do things “the right way”; a block that if left untreated can lead to procrastination and stress. Guest: Saffron de Menezes, EFT Advanced Practitioner Contact: Website: www.saffrondemenezes.com The Healing Clinic: www.thehealingclinic.co.uk About: We often hear leading business figures tell us how the single biggest factor in the success of our endeavours is our mindset and yet we rarely take time out to examine what we believe about our business and how this might be affecting it. Since becoming a mum, Saffron has run a number of businesses both successful and less successful! From dressmaking to designing knitting patterns to writing CVs, Saffron’s diverse experience highlighted the impact of mindset on our ability to reach our goals. This has given her a unique insight into the challenges faced by mums in business and the barriers that can hold us back. More recently she has applied EFT with numerous mums in business and has discovered that what we think holds us back is very rarely the real issue. Although we believe, almost across the board, that our biggest challenges are time management, childcare and other practical matters, our real barriers are often psychological. Uncovering and addressing these barriers with EFT allows us to move forward with much greater ease and confidence, enabling us to achieve the success we desire no matter the field we work in.
Family Confidential: Secrets of Successful Parenting with Annie Fox, M.Ed.
Our culture pressures mothers to conform to an ideal of "good mom." When our children are little we are often too busy with caregiving to think about who we are. As kids reach the point in their development where they aren't as dependent, we may find ourselves with more time for ourselves. According to Life Coach Caroline Greene, this new chapter of parenting can be accompanied by a "deflation and a loss of identity and feelings of loneliness, isolation, and confusion." For Caroline, ten years out of law school, she was still in the kitchen. She loved the life she and her husband built for their family, but she "wasn't happy or fulfilled." On top of that, because she knew she was so fortunate, she felt guilty. Annie talks with Caroline about honestly asking ourselves, not only "What kind of person do I want to be raising?" but also (and equally important) "What kind of person do I want to be?" **Special offer for Family Confidential podcast listeners: To get a free copy of Caroline Greene's book "MATTER: How to Find Meaningful Work That's Right For You And Your Family" simply email Caroline@CarolineGreeneCoaching.com and put the word "Matter" in the subject line. About Caroline Greene (@CarolineKGreene) A self-proclaimed "recovering lawyer, chronic overachiever, and passionate truth-teller" Caroline Greene is crazy about helping women build lives that truly matter to them. A former prosector and big-firm litigator, and a stay-at-home mom turned life coach, Caroline knows first hand what it feels like to "get stuck into someone else's definition of success and what it feels like to lose your identity when you decide that definition might not be what you want anymore." Author of "Next: How to Start a Successful Business That's Right For You and Your Family", Caroline coaches women to help them find work they love and a balance that is right for them and their loved ones.
