    Ivy Insights

The Quotable: a Female Millennial Entrepreneur Podcast is an absolutely fantastic podcast that has quickly become one of my favorites to listen to. Host Alessandra provides simple, straight-forward, and jam-packed episodes with tangible value for female entrepreneurs. One of the best aspects of this podcast is the practical tips and strategies that are shared in each episode. These tips are not only valuable but also easy to implement immediately. Alessandra's business sense shines through as she delivers valuable content and interviews inspiring guests who share their own experiences and advice.

In a saturated market filled with every kind of coach, Alessandra stands out as a breath of fresh air in the women entrepreneurial space. She brings her work experience in PR to provide listeners with tips and tricks they can use today without an underlying agenda. This authenticity is what sets The Quotable apart from other podcasts in the same genre. It's refreshing to learn from someone who has real-world experience and genuinely wants to help others succeed.

One of the worst aspects of this podcast is there aren't enough episodes available! As a listener, I always look forward to each new episode and wish there were more frequent releases. However, this is a minor downside considering the high-quality content that Alessandra consistently delivers.

In conclusion, The Quotable: a Female Millennial Entrepreneur Podcast is a must-listen for any female entrepreneur looking for practical tips, strategies, and inspiration. Alessandra's enthusiasm mixed with her wealth of knowledge makes her a leader in the field. The variety of episodes ensures that there is something valuable for every business owner, whether they are just starting out or have been established for years. I highly recommend subscribing to this podcast and joining the community of inspiring female millennial entrepreneurs that Alessandra has created.

Get to know Anabel Oelmann, a game-changer in the world of health and wellness, and a leading advocate for integrated healing. Anabel Oelmann is the Co-Founder and Director of The Healing Company. Founded just last year, The Healing Company has a bold vision: bring integrated healing to the world, helping millions of people improve their quality of life. Our healthcare system is broken, with 95% of spend going towards treating sickness, yet over 90% of illness is preventable, attributed to lifestyle factors (per the Institute of Functional Medicine). Compelled by the global healthcare crisis and a deep belief in a different way, The Healing Company aims to democratize access to integrated healing by building a community of powerful healing brands through company acquisitions in the wellness space —unlocking individual market impact for each brand in the portfolio and, over time, integrating brands into a closed-loop wellness system. A growing consumer interest in alternative healing practices catalyzed by a pandemic-fueled values reset makes The Healing Company's mission timely and relevant. Anabel is also the host of the new YouTube interview series, The Healing Hour, which brings together and amplifies the voices of healers, experts, entrepreneurs, and pioneers within the world of integrated healing. Prior to founding The Healing Company, Anabel started her career as a model, and in facing immense pressure to fit a certain aesthetic began suffering deeply from stress-induced, chronic migraines. She found relief from Eastern medicine, which ultimately led her to become a certified nutritionist and found a functional mushroom company. Her challenges as a founder in the space—with a powerful product, but limited resources to compete in a fragmented, confusing market—shaped her and her co-founder Simon Belsham's vision for The Healing Company. Together with a team of experts in S-commerce, storytelling, growth, and distribution, they are working to scale the reach and impact of today's leading healing practices & products. Entrepreneurs in the health and wellness industry can learn from Anabel's journey and implement practical wellness practices to prioritize health, happiness, and success. Starting the Healing Company, it was my dream coming true of helping people like myself and really building something that is so grounded in purpose. - Anabel Oelmann In this episode, you will be able to: Realize the true potential of nurturing wellness in your daily life to achieve overall well-being. In this week's episode I got to sit down with Aly Giampolo and Colette Dong, female-founder duo of the ness — the celeb-approved wellness method that's redefining movement for all. The ness workout method is anything but ordinary, offering bounce, a beat based trampoline class that will challenge you both mentally and physically and sculpt, the perfect complement to bounce that will leave you strong, balanced and focused. Listen in to find out more about the passion & purpose behind the ness method. After dedicating the first 20+ years of their lives studying and practicing movement, the ness founders met as professional dancers in NYC. While training, both were warned that running and other high impact workouts would be detrimental to their professional dance careers. In search of a high intensity, low impact option, they discovered the trampoline as a satisfyingly sweaty form of cross-training.  Experiencing what a positive impact the unique piece of equipment had on their personal bodies and minds, they were inspired to concentrate on a method and share the lasting benefits of rebounding with their community.  Listen in to learn more about how Aly & Colette turned their passion into a successful wellness brand that has seen rapid growth from the start.   In this episode you will learn:   Why celebs are loving the ness method and what sets it apart  Ways the ness is redefining fitness to be inclusive, empowering and enjoyable Keys to a successful business partnership with a friend   Connect with Aly & Colette: Website:  thenessnyc.com Instagram: @thenessnyc, @alygiampolo, @colettedong TikTok: lets_ness Connect with me: I would love to hear how this helped you! Through partnerships with brands, she began to help those struggling with finances during the pandemic. She eventually co-founded a company called Dfintiv to help young people maximize their deals and discounts.
