The Coming Man-Child (audio) David Eells - 6/4/23 Crucifixion of the Man-child Marie Kelton 5/29/23 (David's notes in red) During the meeting I had an open vision of a brown volcano and there was fog around it. (The volcano represents the earth, the flesh.) The sky was a light purple color. (Purple represents royal in heavenlies.) The sun/Son was over the mouth of the volcano in the sky. (God is sovereign over all judgements and chaos. Rev 19:15 And out of his mouth proceedeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness of the wrath of God, the Almighty.) I then saw a hand come down from heaven and push the sun/Son into the volcano; after the sun/Son was pushed into the volcano it erupted. (Crucifixion of the man-child.) Factious Repent Tianna Fire 5/29/23 (David's notes in red) I dreamed that I worked in a lodge in the USA as an exchange student. There was a young American man with tanned skin who worked there too. He asked me out and I rejected him, so he turned against me and went online to spread false statements about me. (The factious get offended at anything, and it is part of the crucifying of the flesh process.) He created an account using my name pretending to be me. An older female who also worked at the lodge found out about the man's actions and it was obvious to her that the online account wasn't mine and there was direct evidence that the statements he made about me were false. (Represents the false accusations from the factious.) This lady then hired a male lawyer without me knowing so that they could prosecute the man to get him to take all the untrue accounts down. When I found out she had done this I told her I didn't want a lawyer and that God would handle it His way instead. As a result, nothing was done in man's terms. (When the crucifixion is over, God destroys Judas, Haman, Absalom, Herod.) After this scenario the man who made the false statements against me could not look me in the eyer talk to me, despite me being kind to him, and me forgiving him, and me offering friendship to him. He avoided me then and left the job not long afterwards. (Always forgive and pray for those who persecute you.) Seven years later (End of tribulation) I was helping in a refuge, and I was told that there was a man there who wanting to speak with me. When I went to see who this was, I realized it was the same man with whom I worked at the lodge. (The elect among the factious will repent in tribulation and be saved.) I quickly ran to him with my arms open with a big hug for him. He started bawling; he displayed real repentance and was truly sorry for what he had done to me, and he was overwhelmed by God's love and forgiveness through me. The man's life was changed; he was following Jesus and began working in the refuge with the brethren. (Our leading example of Christ in us draws in His true children. This also represents some of the factious being granted repentance and coming back to the Real Jesus.) (1Co 6:5-11 I say this to move you to shame. What, cannot there be found among you one wise man who shall be able to decide between his brethren, 6 but brother goeth to law with brother, and that before unbelievers? 7 Nay, already it is altogether a defect in you, that ye have lawsuits one with another. Why not rather take wrong? why not rather be defrauded? 8 Nay, but ye yourselves do wrong, and defraud, and that your brethren. 9 Or know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with men, 10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. (This is what faction and witchcraft does to a person but for those who repent there is verse 11.) 11 And such were some of you: but ye were washed, but ye were sanctified, but ye were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and in the Spirit of our God.) Prodigal Son Returning Winnie Osegueda 5/29/23 (David's notes in red) For the morning prayer meeting on this day, I received: (Parable of the Prodigal Son. When the man-child is crucified, some elect of the factious will return and be restored.) Luk 15:11-32 And he said, A certain man had two sons: 12 and the younger of them said to his father, Father, give me the portion of thy substance that falleth to me. And he divided unto them his living. 13 And not many days after, the younger son gathered all together and took his journey into a far country; and there he wasted his substance with riotous living. 14 And when he had spent all, there arose a mighty famine in that country (the Tribulation); and he began to be in want. 15 And he went and joined himself to one of the citizens of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine. 16 And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him. 17 But when he came to himself he said, How many hired servants of my fathers have bread enough and to spare, and I perish here with hunger! 18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight: 19 I am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants. 20 And he arose, and came to his father. (So, the elect among the factious will be saved.) I then took a nap after the morning prayer meeting and I had the following dream: I dreamed that Chuc and I were in front of David's house and there was someone coming up the very steep hill. In the dream, the hill was directly in front of David's house, as opposed to off on the side like it is in real life, and it was much, much steeper than it is in the natural. (The house of David on Mount Zion.) I saw someone coming up the steep hill with a baby stroller, and I realized when they got all the way up that it was my cousin Valerie, which means healthy and strong. She looked like she was struggling and was barely going to make it, so I told Chuc that maybe he should help her, but just when I thought she wasn't going to make it, she did. (Jos 1:6-7 Be strong and of good courage; for thou shalt cause this people to inherit the land which I sware unto their fathers to give them. 7 Only be strong and very courageous, to observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest have good success whithersoever thou goest.) There were a few people who came up behind Valerie, and I saw that it was some of my other cousins/family members (I believe my family members represent people who were once brethren and fell away, but to whom the Lord is granting repentance and they will return). One of the other cousins I recognized was my cousin Yanyl, which means freedom-loving. (He whom the Son sets free is free indeed.) I invited them in, and I asked Valerie if they had been to David's house before and she said yes, they had. (In the natural) My family members came with some children, and one of them was a toddler who was of mixed race. His hair was coarse with blonde highlights in it. At some point before we went inside, we began to pray in the Spirit for these family members, and specifically for the little boy/toddler who came with them who had gotten injured. We all entered David's house and it was packed. I saw that there were quite a few people there, local UBM and otherwise. I remember specifically seeing Barry sitting on a couch. I picked up the little boy who we had been praying for, and nurtured and played with him, as my desire was to make the little boy and all the rest of them feel invited and comfortable. My cousin Valerie said the little boy belonged to a friend of mine from Brooklyn named Venessa, which means butterfly (not to be confused with Vanessa from our local fellowship.) Just then David and Michael walked in, and I said, "David, you got a full house!" and he said with a smile on his face, "I see!" David and Michael proceeded to walk into the kitchen. My family members were getting ready to leave, as they were just visiting, and I walked them out. When I got outside there was a large brown horse out there that attempted to chase me. I went back inside the house to let David know about the horse that was chasing me. David said that the horse was sick and something was wrong with him. And I said, "Oh, so the horse is delusional?" And he said, “Yes.” (We have authority over our flesh and the power of the enemy.) (Psa 147:10 He delighteth not in the strength of the horse: He taketh no pleasure in the legs of a man.) End of dream. After I woke up from this dream, I shuffled my scripture playlist and received: Psalm 65:4 Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, That he may dwell in thy courts: We shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, Thy holy temple. I also opened the Bible to a verse by faith at random and received Acts 11:17 If then God gave unto them the like gift as he did also unto us, when we believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I, that I could withstand God? And when they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then to the Gentiles also hath God granted repentance unto life. Precious One Born on 70th Week Claire Pienaar 5/27/23 (David's notes in red) I dreamed my friend Jessica called me up to say she was still pregnant with her 3rd daughter, Ruby. (Jessica means God sees, or wealthy. Ruby means “red”. Pro 3:13 Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, And the man that getteth understanding… 15 She is more precious than rubies: And none of the things thou canst desire are to be compared unto her. 16 Length of days is in her right hand; In her left hand are riches and honor. 17 Her ways are ways of pleasantness, And all her paths are peace. 18 She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: And happy is every one that retaineth her. (Who is more precious than Rubies? Jesus the Man-child who is the wisdom of God. 1Co 1:24 but unto them that are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.) She was now 62.5 weeks pregnant. (The Man-child ministry is born just before the Tribulation 70th week.) The midwives were checking her daily and everything was still on track. In the dream I knew that she would be pregnant until 68-70 weeks had passed. (The 70th week of Daniel is when the tribulation starts.) She hadn't grown bigger; she had stabilized and was waiting patiently. (We wait patiently for the coming of the man-child.) I asked the Lord for a word by faith at random for this dream, and my finger was on “straightaway” and “little children”. Joh 13:32-33 and God shall glorify him in himself, and straightway shall he glorify him. 33 Little children, yet a little while I am with you. Ye shall seek me: and as I said unto the Jews, Whither I go, ye cannot come; so now I say unto you. I asked if I should send this on to David Eells and my finger landed on “yea” from Pro 31:20 She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; Yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy. The Cake Claire Pienaar 5/8/23 (David's notes in red) I dreamed I was baking a cake for my friends in my kitchen. (Hospitality, doing good to those coming into the kingdom whom we love. Receiving those God sent is receiving God, which correlates with the verse Claire received by faith at random for this dream:) Joh 13:20 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that receiveth whomsoever I send receiveth me; and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me And Psa 119:103 How sweet are thy words unto my taste! Yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth! (Lord Jesus, our Master, came to serve.) NENT Mat 20:28 even as the Son of man came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life a ransom for many.) I was aware in the dream that my children and I were going somewhere at the end of the week, and it was not quite the end of the week yet. It was Thursday or Friday in the dream. (A week = 7 days. The number 7 and 70 are alike in representation of “7 years”. Dan 9:24 Seventy weeks are decreed upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most holy. The end of the week represents the start of the next 7 day/years, which is the tribulation period.) I did everything just as the recipe said, but for some reason, as I poured the batter into the cake tins, the tins expanded and deepened to accommodate the excess batter. (The cake can represent the Word that we follow. We aim to follow the recipe of God's word exactly, obeying what we know and understand, and He will bring the increase. Preparing the Bread for the wilderness tribulation ahead.) (Mat 13:33 Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal till it was all leavened (spirit, soul, and body). 1Ki 19:5-8 And he lay down and slept under a juniper-tree; and, behold, an angel touched him, and said unto him, Arise and eat. 6 And he looked, and, behold, there was at his head a cake baken on the coals, and a cruse of water. And he did eat and drink, and laid him down again. 7 And the angel of Jehovah came again the second time, and touched him, and said, Arise and eat, because the journey is too great for thee. 8 And he arose, and did eat and drink, and went in the strength of that food forty days and forty nights unto Horeb the mount of God.) I baked it and the cake rose so much that it stood about 70cm high when I took it out of the oven, all in one, with no layers. 2Co 9:8-11 And God is able to make all grace abound unto you; that ye, having always all sufficiency in everything, may abound unto every good work: 9 as it is written, He hath scattered abroad, he hath given to the poor; His righteousness abideth for ever. 10 And he that supplieth seed to the sower and bread for food, shall supply and multiply your seed for sowing, and increase the fruits of your righteousness: 11 ye being enriched in everything unto all liberality, which worketh through us thanksgiving to God. And Luk 13:18-21 He said therefore, Unto what is the kingdom of God like? and whereunto shall I liken it? 19 It is like unto a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and cast into his own garden; and it grew, and became a tree; and the birds of the heaven lodged in the branches thereof. 20 And again he said, Whereunto shall I liken the kingdom of God? 21 It is like unto leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal, till it was all leavened. Seventy and seven is closely related.) The cake was bright yellow, and I had bright yellow icing with which to ice it. (Yellow could be a warning or it could represent the sun/Son. Psa 19:10 More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold; Sweeter also than honey and the droppings of the honeycomb.) The cake was very soft and moist. You would think a cake that soft wouldn't hold shape, but it did. But it was beautiful. It reminded me of a beehive. (Pro 24:13 My son, eat thou honey, for it is good; And the droppings of the honeycomb, which are sweet to thy taste. And Pro 27:7 The full soul loatheth a honeycomb; But to the hungry soul every bitter thing is sweet. Bees could represent the ones making the sweet honey of the Word of the promises.) When I cut into it, I cut a block away and the cake changed shape from being roundish to being in the shape of a “7”. (The cake prepared for the 7-year Tribulation.) While I was doing this, I was listening to my friends, Emma and Anna, who were in the kitchen with me, describing their birth stories and how they cared for newborns. One said, “I just kept the baby in the pram as I didn't know what to do with it” and the other said, “I had lots of experience with babies growing up and yet I struggled”. (Both these women are fabulous mothers in the natural, so this is showing spiritual deficits, the difficulty in bringing forth and maturing fruit.) I never got to share my “birth story”. (They are coming to learn how to take care of spiritual newborns the perfect way, God's way – not how they were taught in apostate churches.) A Detour to Victory Claire Pienaar 5/10/23 (David's notes in red) I dreamed I was in a communal residence, and I was married. So many girls were jealous of me because I was married to Riaan. They would not look at me, nor acknowledge me (The Bride in Song of Solomon was criticized for longing after the King.) I went to them and told them I love them, and I believe they can be just as happy as I am. But they failed to believe it for themselves. Many were overweight, struggling with many problems that showed on the outside. Even so, I still believed they could also be married. (1Co 13:7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.) Then I was driving in a car with my mom next to me, and she was encouraging me to get to Riaan quicker. (The original gospel once delivered unto all encourages us to get to the man-child Jesus quicker. Jud 3 Beloved, while I was giving all diligence to write unto you of our common salvation, I was constrained to write unto you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered unto the saints. And 1Jn 2:24 As for you, let that abide in you which ye heard from the beginning. If that which ye heard from the beginning abide in you, ye also shall abide in the Son, and in the Father.) I knew the way to Riaan. My mom's GPS wasn't working so I needed to remember exactly how to get to him. There had been road closures, road construction and detours. We stopped on the side of the road, and an old lady called Victoria helped us by prompting me with directions near an old boys' school. (Victoria means victory). This helped me tremendously. Then Riaan appeared to me in a vision to show me a hand-drawn detour that I would have to take because of construction elsewhere. Mat 7:14 For narrow is the gate, and straitened the way, that leadeth unto life, and few are they that find it. (Rom 8:37-39 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, 39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. When we go through trials and tribulations we have to stop and remember that we have the victory in Christ and we have the original gospel, the Real Good News with us.) When I got to Riaan in the dream, my mom had arranged a two-night stay for her and I at a really lovely B&B, but we spent most of our time with Riaan and at the end of the stay he said to me, “Next time you need to stay with me, or you need to book us into a B&B.” (Heb 10:19-25 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holy place by the blood of Jesus, 20 by the way which he dedicated for us, a new and living way, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; 21 and having a great priest over the house of God; 22 let us draw near with a true heart in fulness of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience: and having our body washed with pure water, 23 let us hold fast the confession of our hope that it waver not; for he is faithful that promised: 24 and let us consider one another to provoke unto love and good works; 25 not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as ye see the day drawing nigh. We are encouraged to remain with Christ; once you find him, don't depart.) Then I was back at the communal residence, and I was washing my hair and body with other people's toiletries. I was so excited to use other products and it smelled much nicer than my own goods. (2Co 7:1 Having therefore these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.) I woke up. I received by faith at random Eze 16:26-29 (Which speaks of being spoiled by the world and its ways rather than after Christ.) Thou hast also committed fornication with the Egyptians, thy neighbors, great of flesh; and hast multiplied thy whoredom, to provoke me to anger. 27 Behold therefore, I have stretched out my hand over thee, and have diminished thine ordinary food, and delivered thee unto the will of them that hate thee, the daughters of the Philistines, that are ashamed of thy lewd way. 28 Thou hast played the harlot also with the Assyrians, because thou wast insatiable; yea, thou hast played the harlot with them, and yet thou wast not satisfied. 29 Thou hast moreover multiplied thy whoredom unto the land of traffic, unto Chaldea; and yet thou wast not satisfied herewith.” End-Times Choices Anonymous 6/1/23 (David's notes in red) I dreamed that the world was in utter chaos, even worse than now and there was evil everywhere; you could not go out in public without seeing people outwardly sinning. There were many disasters worldwide and the governmental structure was different and there was chaos worldwide. Persecution had begun for people who didn't want to submit and agree with the new world structure and way of doing things and the gross sin that was in public. For example, sexual sins were happening openly in public but there were many who were against it. Some people that were against these evils would protest and try to fight in their own way. Others would try to escape it by living off grid in the middle of nowhere. However, most of the population was in favor of all the newly permitted sins being allowed in public. (The current culture of “Belonging” which represents Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). A simple definition: Encompasses the symbiotic relationship, philosophy and culture of acknowledging, embracing, supporting, and accepting those of all racial, sexual, gender, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds, among other differentiators. These values are now held by many organizations that are working to be supportive of different groups of individuals.) I heard of a refuge that followed Jesus and they gave away free home-cooked meals and free bedrooms. Because there was such chaos in the world there wasn't as much food available as before and most people were unemployed so having food was a privilege. I went to the refuge that was similar to a motel. The owners were a couple who said they followed Jesus and there were scriptures up all around their refuge. They gave me a free room and I had a plate of food and went to the common area to eat. As I was there, I saw many different people who were homosexuals. I knew I could not stay here, and I did not want to eat the food, so I left it on a table and left the place completely, and I took refuge in the home of real brethren. An older brother in Christ was telling me that this was the start before the real tribulation began. He said that these are the birthing pains increasing and then they will come against God's true children. He said that there will be three different groups of God's children. The first group is the ones who try and fight will be taken to concentration camps and eventually killed. (The rebellious and political.) The second group is the ones who try to run away and hide in their own strength, but will be captured and killed. (The fearful and unbelieving.) And the third groups is the ones that are completely hidden in Christ and the enemy will not find them. (Those who believe and abide in Christ.) He said that the third group will be a small number. (Mat 22:14 For many are called, but few chosen. Rev 17:14 These shall war against the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them, for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings; and they also shall overcome that are with him, called and chosen and faithful.) The older brother in Christ said God gives us a choice of which one He will use us for, as it's all for His Glory. The man then went to bed and he turned off the light to the room I was in. I then went into deep prayer in God's presence asking of Him to let me be completely hidden in Christ and that He would keep me in the secret place of the Most High, now and forever. UBM Refuge Waits for Revival and Anointing Tianna Fire 12/27/22 (David's notes in red) I dreamed that I was in a city walking around, and the Lord revealed to me in spirit who and where his lost sheep were. I went up to two men and spoke to them about our Lord, and I shared some testimonies with them, and they wanted to know more, and they wanted to follow me back to where I was living. NENT Luk 24:32 And they said one unto another, Was not our heart burning, while he spake to us in the way, as he opened to us the scriptures? I felt that they were allowed to come as I could see a little light in them and that it would grow. They wanted to get some food as they were expecting a long journey to where I was living. We went into a shop and got food, but it was as if no one could see us because nobody looked at us and it was quick and easy to get in and out of the shop. (Getting food in the city represents being weak to the weak because those men are baby Christians and only know the world's way.) After we ate, they asked me where we would be going to next. I asked them to follow me and for each one to hold my hand. I prayed and we were lifted into the air and quickly flew out of the town, over forests, over water and we landed on an island. (An island represents sanctification, Mt Zion.) All UBM brethren were living on the island, and most of us had our own house while we all shared communal hall, kitchen, foods, and a building that had many desks. Every person had their own part to do. (Represents each part of the Body of Christ. Where the unleavened bread is being taught, that is where there is unity in Christ.) I led the two men to the elders, and they showed them and explained to them everything they needed to know. I remember at one point that everyone was gathered together in the building with the desks and we were all studying and reading the Word together. We were preparing and waiting for a massive revival that we knew was coming. The Lord said that we would have thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands of people, come through and everything was being prepared for that. We were spiritually preparing to give all that we had received from the Lord to all the baby Christians to learn, grow and overcome. We had also prepared a physical place for many people to be able to stay with us. NENT Mat 10:8 Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse lepers, cast out demons: freely ye received, freely give. Anyone who wanted to get to this place had to fly there with someone from UBM. They could not get here on their own. (Flying to sanctification represents living in heavenly places in Christ. Flying also can represent translations from place to place, which I have experienced, and we have had many dreams of us doing this to bring in the harvest. NENT Joh 14:6 Jesus saith to him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no one cometh unto the Father, but through me.) Brethren would fly all around the world and God would lead them to the lost sheep and speak with them and sometimes they would come back. But right now, there was only a small amount of people allowed to come here and only a few baby Christians were arriving. In the future, there would be many more, and for now, we were all still in training. Everyone was so excited for what was to come. Every person living on this island knew and manifested their authority in Christ and all their prayers were answered. Everyone was always speaking the Word and there were no distractions, and everything was always focused on Christ. Everyone had such boldness in the Word and their faith, and everyone was so strong in Spirit. Each of the brethren manifested Jesus and we all had such boldness and faith and manifested the Word. (Eph 3:14-21 For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father,15 from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, 16 that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, that ye may be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inward man; 17 that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; to the end that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 may be strong to apprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth,19 and to know the love of Christ which passeth knowledge, that ye may be filled unto all the fulness of God. 20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, 21 unto him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus unto all generations for ever and ever. Amen.) It was amazing how everyone and everything was all about Jesus every moment and everyone was so on fire for God every second! The flesh wasn't a hindrance, and it was so easy to follow the Holy Spirit. Everyone was so encouraging and in unity and each person manifested joy, peace, patience and all the Holy Fruit; it was so awesome! (The latter rain anointing. There is great delight when overcoming all things in Christ.) NENT 1Jn 5:4 because whatsoever is begotten of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that hath overcome the world, our faith. Rev 3:21 Who overcometh, I will give to him to sit down with me in my throne, as I also overcame, and sat down with my Father in his throne. At one point I flew by the power of the Holy Spirit to California and testified. However, the ones I testified to did not receive the Word, even though God wanted me to testify to them. (Mat 10:40 He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.) Because I had testified to these people, and they heard me but did not listen, I knew it was time for me to leave but they weren't allowed to see me fly away. (Representing those who have heard but deny the Truth cannot deny this account before God.) Luk 10:16 He that heareth you heareth me; and he that rejecteth you rejecteth me; and he that rejecteth me rejecteth him that sent me. Next, I was walking on a beach to get to a spot where no one could see me. I knew I was in California, but this beach looked nothing like the beaches in California. The sand was darker than in California and the ocean water was also very dark. Then the sand from the water rose higher and it rose till a big hill formed that had trees and bushes all over it. I walked between the water and the hill, and I walked past six dead boars in the water and there were two boars alive to my left on the sand. (The beast kingdom is represented by the 6 dead boars. The dark sand and water represent judgement to those who hear but do not listen and obey. Like the demoniac's deliverance killed the hogs.) Once I got to a more secluded spot on the beach, I was going to fly back home. I was wondering why God had me testify to those people even though they weren't receiving what God had me testify. I woke up and had a strong feeling to write down this dream as it was so amazing but when I awoke, I got attacked with heavy witchcraft and I struggled so much to properly wake up and grab my phone. I accidentally fell back asleep. So, I couldn't quite remember every little detail of the dream, but I remember that there was so much more than what I had written, and everything was so exciting, encouraging and fun, it was so epic! Birth-Time Anonymous 6/2/23 (David's Notes in Red) I dreamed that I was very heavily pregnant, and it felt as if I would give birth very soon. Throughout the whole pregnancy I never went to a doctor so I didn't know how far into the pregnancy I was or when the possible due date would be, so I was always waiting for the labor to start. There was much suspense in not knowing when I would give birth. I felt it would be very soon, but I really didn't know. (This is the resurrection and birth of the Man-child reformer ministry caught up to the throne of authority coming “very soon”.) I didn't want to leave the house in case I was going to go into labor, but my husband wanted to go to the park, so I went with him. We were at the park and there were a few other people there. (A park is a place of rest, which comes to us when we have faith in the promises.) Then an off-white-colored van came, and some men got out and grabbed me and the other people that were at the park and we were all put into the van. The men were kidnapping us and they said it was because we are Jews. (The faction has hatred for the circumcised in heart New Covenant Jews, the true Christians. They have tried to keep us in bondage by their witchcraft and slander.) I was confused and asked them why they thought we were Jews and they said it was because we were at "a Jewish park". I then started testifying about how amazing Jesus is and what He saved me from and brought me into. (This represents our good confession of the Word before men, which brings the power of God.) One of the men who kidnapped us started feeling really guilty because I was pregnant, and he wanted to let me go but I felt guilty about being the only one to be let go. I kept being joyful and in a peaceful state and praising God. We didn't get very far from the park when the men who kidnapped us felt so guilty, they pulled over to let us all go free. (Pro 16:7 When a man's ways please Jehovah, He maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him. As we rest and praise God and confess His Word we will be set free of all the Haman, Absalom, Herod, Judas, Edomite bondages. And then the Man-child will be born as in the rest of this text.) When I got back home I started to feel that I was about to go into labor so I called Michael Hare to ask him to pray with me. He didn't know I was pregnant until now and he asked me how far along I was and I said I have no idea. I told him I had been going by faith for this whole pregnancy. He prayed and I started going into labor very quickly and the whole labor was so quick and better than I expected, and Michael was on the phone with me the whole time. (He whose name means “Who is like God” will believe to bring to pass this birth of the Resurrected Man-child Reformer ministry.) The Time is Close Vanessa Weeks- 6/6/23 (David's notes in red) In a dream, the locals from UBM were sitting in our chairs at the Stewarts' house just like we do for our meetings. (A steward is the official in charge of a noble household and its treasury. We are in the house of the King.) Michael (meaning, “Who is like God?”) was standing and asking us what time it was, and it seems he was doing this a few times. Then, he was sitting in his seat and looking at his silver old-fashioned pocket watch with Roman numerals. (It reminds me of the kind train conductors used.) As Michael looked at the watch, he said, "Well, it looks close." I was standing to his right at this point and saw the watch was at two minutes until 12:00. I knew Michael was anticipating something that was going to happen soon. (12:00 Represents the coming of the Lord in the Man-child, a time of judgment on the wicked, and many will miss being in the Bride or even the virgin bodies of people because they had no oil in their lamps. Mat 25:6 ASV But at midnight there is a cry, Behold, the bridegroom! Come ye forth to meet him.) I asked the Lord for a word about this dream and received by faith at random Acts 8:22, and my finger was on "repent". Act 8:22 Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray the Lord, if perhaps the thought of thy heart shall be forgiven thee. (There is only 2 minutes left to repent.) I asked the Lord what was close and received by faith at random Eze 1:13 As for the likeness of the living creatures, their appearance was like burning coals of fire, like the appearance of torches: the fire went up and down among the living creatures; and the fire was bright, and out of the fire went forth lightning. (What is close is this fire as the coming of Jesus in the Man-child reformer ministry with judgment. Isa 40:10 Behold, the Lord Jehovah will come as a mighty one, and his arm will rule for him: Behold, his reward is with him, and his recompence before him. (He will come with his reward for the Bride who endured trials at the hands of the wicked whom He will judge.) Isa 62:11 Behold, Jehovah hath proclaimed unto the end of the earth, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his reward is with him, and his recompence . him. Time is Almost Up Marie Kelton 3/6/23 (David's Notes in Red) … Then a little while later the Lord gave me another open vision. The Lord was sitting next to me to my left. He then tapped my shoulder and said, "Marie, look." He showed a black wristwatch (judgement?) that He had on his right wrist. The Lord then turned His wrist toward me. I saw that the watch had an hourglass in it with red sand, instead of the regular numbers and hands. The sand (The seed of Abraham) was almost at the bottom of the hourglass, with a little bit left at the top. I had the thought that time was running out. (His work is almost through on the Bride and the enemies will be removed. For the red Edomites fall is almost complete as it was in scripture.) Each Grain of Sand Marie Kelton 5/22/23 (David's notes in red) During the meeting, I had an open vision of the Lord's arm, in His hand was sand. The Lord began to pour the sand out of His hand. As the sand was pouring out of His hand it turned into blood and began to pool on top of the sand that was below it. I heard a voice say, "Abraham's seed". (The wicked faction are guilty of the blood of the saints.) I thought of this verse: Gen 32:12 And thou saidst, I will surely do thee good, and make thy seed as the sand of the sea, which cannot be numbered for multitude. Preparation For His Coming Tianna Fire 6/3/23 (David's notes in red) I dreamed that Samuel and I had moved into a new house (moving closer to Jesus or Mount Zion) and, David Eells and Brandy lived together a few streets away. (David represent the Father and Brandy represents his son, Jesus, as we will see.) Brandy was going to come over to see us on a specific day, and until that day we were preparing everything for him. (Jesus is coming in His man-child at God's perfect timing but we don't know the day or hour, only the season and times. Always be prepared!) Mar 13:32-33 But of that day or that hour knoweth no one, not even the angels in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. 33 Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. (He is coming with the latter rain annointing of the Holy Spirit.) We completely cleaned the house. (We must cleanse ourselves and our old mindset of worldly influence.) We tidied the house and we got new furniture and decorations that Brandy would like, as we wanted to make everything look nice for him. 2Co 7:1 Having therefore these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. And Pro 9:1 Wisdom hath builded her house; She hath hewn out her seven pillars: Pro 24:3-4 Through wisdom is a house builded; And by understanding it is established; 4 And by knowledge are the chambers filled With all precious and pleasant riches. We went to purchase the food that he loves, and we wanted everything to be just perfect for him and we wanted to please him. (Rom 12:1-2 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service. 2 And be not fashioned according to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.) We were so very excited for Brandy to come over! It's all we could think about, and we did everything we could for us and the house to be pleasing to him. Php 4:8-9 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honorable, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 9 The things which ye both learned and received and heard and saw in me, these things do: and the God of peace shall be with you. (Rejoice for He promises to come soon!) I woke up. Praise God! Bride Preparing For The King Anonymous 3/9/23 (David's notes in red) I dreamed that I, the Bride, was married to a man who was a King or a Prince. (This man represents Jesus, who is King and Prince, in the man-child body.) In the dream we lived in a giant mansion and the King or Prince was very rich and I stayed with him in the master bedroom. (Like Esther and the King.) There were five or six women. (Representing the churches mentioned in Revelation 2 and 3, who were given correction to overcome and submit to Jesus.) These women also lived in this house apart from the cooks and cleaners, etc., and these women shared three bedrooms that were joined together with a shared open lounge room. Their area was on the other side of the house, far from the master bedroom. At this time, I was preparing these women to meet with, be joined to, and also married to my husband. (The Philadelphia Church is the Bride who was an example to the other 6 churches of how to submit to the King.) The King or Prince was waiting downstairs while I was upstairs with these women. At first, the women's clothing wasn't clean or matching. (Jud 1:23 and some save, snatching them out of the fire; and on some have mercy with fear; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.) It seemed like they did not know how to be hygienic, so I had to instruct them all to take a shower, and they had no other clothes other than what they were wearing. (Representing that they didn't know how to cleanse themselves of self-works of the flesh by using the promises in the Bible. 2Co 7:1 Having therefore these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.) So, I went and got some of my own clothes from the wardrobe in the master bedroom to give to them. (Representing to put on more of the works of the Bride.) The women didn't leave this joint area at all. (This is the house of the women where Esther came out of to be chosen as Bride.) I gave one of the ladies a white shirt and a white skirt and three other ladies white dresses. (These white clothes represent righteous and pure acts. The Bride in Rev 19 wore the brilliant “lampros” garments while the lesser saints had a “leukos” or white garment. Rev 3:4-5 But thou hast a few names in Sardis that did not defile their garments: and they shall walk with me in white; for they are worthy. 5 He that overcometh shall thus be arrayed in white garments; and I will in no wise blot his name out of the book of life, and I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.) I gave the clothing to them, and they went to get dressed. However, they were not pleased that everything was all white and they did not like the dresses and skirts. So, I went and grabbed my red skirt and a few bright colored saris and more white tops and gave these items to them too. One woman was now wearing a white shirt with a bright orange sari skirt, another woman was wearing a white shirt with a bright red sari skirt, and I don't remember the other colors. (The virgins in Esther were not prepared, and all needed instruction. Desiring other colors is an attachment to the world. Est 2:12 Now when the turn of every maiden was come to go in to king Ahasuerus, …so were the days of their purifications accomplished, to wit, six months with oil of myrrh, and six months with sweet odors and with the things for the purifying of the women… It is best to let the Holy Spirit dress us according to the Kings liking. 15 Now when the turn of Esther, the daughter of Abihail the uncle of Mordecai, who had taken her for his daughter, was come to go in unto the king, she required nothing but what Hegai the king's chamberlain, the keeper of the women, appointed. And Esther obtained favor in the sight of all them that looked upon her. I spent much time trying to prepare these women, and I had to tell them what to do with preparation; washing themselves, brushing their hair and teaching them manners, and generally what to do as they didn't know what to do. I also had to keep encouraging them to get ready as they had no motivation and they were very slack and taking a long time. I had been in this area helping them for a very long time. (The apostate church does not know how to use the water of the Word to cleanse themselves and make themselves ready to be chosen by Jesus to be His Bride. They have many false images of the Lord and doctrines that don't motivate them to holiness, so they need others to instruct them in the ways of righteousness and they need to hear the real Gospel and be filled with the Holy Spirit to be ready.) Then the King called me downstairs to where he was. I was surprised because I thought He would call down these women who I had been preparing. (We need to keep discipling and leading in fellowship for the direction and manifestation of Christ.) I went to the King and told him I had cleaned them up as much as I could, and tried to prepare them to his standard, for them to be married to him. He then told me he doesn't expect them to get to his full standard, and that he is just pleased with me for trying. (Only the Bride comes up to this standard, the rest of the women are concubines. (Est 2:14 In the evening she went, and on the morrow she returned into the second house of the women, to the custody of Shaashgaz, the king's chamberlain, who kept the concubines: she came in unto the king no more, except the king delighted in her, and she were called by name. In the bible concubines were below the level of the first wife and for bearing more children. Hagar was a concubine. The Lord has many women, religious groups, who receive His seed of the Word more or less but the Bride obeys it all.) I stayed and spent time with him and he was pleased with me and He did not call any of the other women, even though I had spent much time preparing them and thought that they would all be married to Him too. Est 2:15-17 Now when the turn of Esther, the daughter of Abihail the uncle of Mordecai, who had taken her for his daughter, was come to go in unto the king, she required nothing but what Hegai the king's chamberlain, the keeper of the women, appointed. And Esther obtained favor in the sight of all them that looked upon her. 16 So Esther was taken unto king Ahasuerus into his house royal in the tenth month, which is the month Tebeth, in the seventh year of his reign. 17 And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained favor and kindness in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti. (His Will be done and being obedient and trying to honor our Lord is better than our understanding of accomplishments.) Man-Child Takes Bride to the Marriage Feast Tianna Fire 3/2/23 (David's notes in red) I was staying in a penthouse apartment at a hotel that overlooked a great view of forests, with the ocean close to the hotel. (The penthouse represents the dwelling in the heavenly places in Christ.) The forests represent the wilderness life. (The ocean represents the quickly approaching beast threat that will take down the enemies.) Only God's creation could be seen out of the giant clear window that took up two walls in the room. (A giant window represents seeing afar in the Spirit.) I was with two young toddlers who were my sons in the dream. (The two witnesses are offspring of the Bride body.) I was showering them in a giant double-head shower and getting them ready to go out. (Cleaning up the two witnesses so they could go out 2X2.) Both toddlers were wearing bright sky blue, long sleeved, smart work shirts. (The work shirt represents working to bring in the harvest.) I also got ready as we had a special celebration to go to. When we were ready, the three of us went down to the hotel lobby and we stood in front of an orange wall as I was fixing up their shirts and shoes and double checking that they were ready. I then looked over to my right and saw a man who was wearing the exact same adult-sized work shirt as my sons in the same blue color. (This man represents the corporate body of Jesus in the man-child and the other man is also a corporate body. In the natural we were told Michael Hare is also a part of the Man-child body.) The man was sitting comfortably on a red couch talking to Michael Hare who was on a giant TV screen. (Michael means, “Who is like God”. He represents the extended body of people, “Who are like God”, that we will minister to world-wide by satellite, internet and TV screen and they will minister to us. Two way communication by TV and computer screen is becoming more common. We did this twice today on Zoom and we did it on Skype a few days ago. We have ministered to our missionaries the same way. We will be using a new satellite system that is much higher technology.) They were having a deep and long conversation. Suddenly, I heard Michael call my name, but he sounded as if he was standing right next to me (The Bride and two witnesses will reach the world. Many will gather around them and follow them into the kingdom.), so I turned to my other side and I saw a giant TV screen with Michael live on it. The TV had just appeared and turned on when he wanted to talk to me; it wasn't there before. Michael told me to go over with my sons and sit on the couch with this man, so we did. (Disciples abroad will want to be in on our studies with the local disciples like they are in our older studies. Like Jesus led the Bride and the Two Witnesses to go to the world so it will be. Our older teachings are two-way between us and the disciples which all out there partake of.) We had a long conversation with Michael, but I don't remember what he said. (Our conversations will go world-wide even as we do on a much smaller scale now.) The next thing I remember was that we got into a car belonging to the man wearing the blue work shirt, and we were going to a party or celebration that we had been preparing for, (representing the seven year marriage feast in the tribulation.) but we had to make a few stops on the way. I sat in the middle backseat with my sons on either side of me. The man (Man-child) sat in the driver's seat and there was a woman wearing a navy-blue dress sitting in the passenger seat. I think she might have been the man's mother and it seemed that she wouldn't be coming with us all the way and would get dropped off next. (She represents the mother churches, many of whom have little interest like in Jesus' day.) There was a purple grape juice drink sitting in the cup holder. (The grape juice represents drinking and living the life or blood of Jesus. He said except you eat my body and drink my blood you have no life.) We drove to my mother's house that looked nothing like her house in real life. In the dream my mother was Indian, and she wore a purple dress. (The mother represents Vashti who would not come when the king called for her as it was with Jesus. Est 1:12 But the queen Vashti refused to come at the king's commandment by the chamberlains: therefore was the king very wroth, and his anger burned in him. And so the King sought a new wife.) She wasn't ready or there was no room for her to come with us. We left without her and went to drop off the woman in the navy dress before going to the celebration. Taught To Be Caught Up To The Throne Anonymous 1/17/23 (David's notes in red) I dreamed that I was at my grandma's house even though she isn't on earth anymore, but her husband is. (Those who delivered the original gospel are not on earth in the natural anymore but Jesus' spirit, their husband still is and that original gospel has not passed away.) As I was walking around the house, I went into the lounge room, where there were quite a few different people gathered that I didn't recognize. (If you spend time in the gospel, you will find other believers there too who are resting in God's promises.) But there was one particular man who was talking about some men that he had been raising up or preparing to be "caught up to the throne" in full, but many of those men ended up turning away from this man or they fell away during training. (We trained men how to be caught up to the throne but they didn't want to lose their old evil life and so God turned them over to sin to remove them. Many believe they are the Man-child but these will fall away if they are not. Mat 22:14 For many are called, but few chosen.) But this man was raising up or training other men to take their place and to be caught up to the throne in full now, but he was needing more men to train. There were many men in the room also listening to this man speak. (Those who refuse the crucified life will not go to the throne of authority. It's no cross, no crown.)(Mat 25:28-29 Take ye away therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him that hath the ten talents. 29 For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not, even that which he hath shall be taken away. And Rev 3:11 I come quickly: hold fast that which thou hast, that no one take thy crown.) The man was sitting on a couch, and I was sitting on a different couch that was next to his, but I was facing the man's side and back as he talked. He made it known that there have been men that have and will manifest Jesus in the physical life while they are on earth. It was clear to me that these men will never physically die like Enoch and Elijah, and that this is possible for those who want Jesus to live in them fully while in the flesh. He spoke about how Jesus can only manifest through people when they allow Him to and He wants to manifest through people, even manifesting fully in their physical body. He kept assuring us that Jesus will manifest fully in the physical soon and His people are in training. He assured me that for those who truly desire to be used for Jesus, it will happen, but the individual person is the only hindrance, and everything comes by God's grace. Rev 22:7 And behold, I come quickly. Blessed is he that keepeth the words of the prophecy of this book. (Mat 16:24-28 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man would come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. 25 For whosoever would save his life shall lose it: and whosoever shall lose his life for my sake shall find it. 26 For what shall a man be profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and forfeit his life? or what shall a man give in exchange for his life? 27 For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then shall he render unto every man according to his deeds. 28 Verily I say unto you, There are some of them that stand here, who shall in no wise taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.) I was thinking I want Jesus to manifest through me in my physical body in full, but I thought that it isn't possible for me because I am a woman. (Women can have 100 fold fruit but cannot hold the Apostolic ministry of a Man-child, which office only men can have. I also thought that I am not worthy for that. But I felt that Jesus can do anything, and I knew that I cannot do that myself, not in my own ability. Jesus has to do this Himself through me. (Yes, through a woman's faith and obedience she can manifest Jesus. But the word says “I permit not the woman to teach or take authority over the man.”, which the Man-child must do.) I desired to ask the man if he could help me as I wanted to learn to surrender completely to God, but I didn't want to bother him, and I was too shy to speak to him, so I didn't ask him anything, but I sat there and listened to all he was saying. (Luk 10:39 And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at the Lord's feet, and heard his word… 42 but one thing is needful: for Mary hath chosen the good part, which shall not be taken away from her.) But then the man turned and looked at me, as if he had read my mind, and he asked if I wanted him to help me or teach me and I instantly said yes. I remember the man getting up and moving to sit on another couch and I stood up and I could see all of him now. He had dark brown eyes, medium to dark brown skin. He looked very young as his skin was so clear, however it felt like he was very old and had been around for a long time. This man felt so real and so present. (Sounds like Jesus or someone in His image to me.) The man coughed and I and another man instantly said. “Get off him in the authority of Jesus, no unclean thing or sickness can be upon him and it left instantly”. We did that because we knew that sickness literally wasn't allowed and had no legal right to be on this man. But it also felt sort of like a test to see how we would react and if we would accept the cough or not. When we rebuked this, it felt like we had passed the test or done the right thing. (Amen!) I remember the man kept saying the words "caught up to the throne" and he said so much more but I don't remember it all. But from everything that he said, I understood that it is possible for those who want Jesus in them in full while on earth, like Enoch and Elijah, they can have that by God's grace. He said something about there having been others, besides Enoch and Elijah that have been taken to Heaven without physically dying. He spoke about God wanting to manifest Himself through humans while they are on earth. Suddenly after this, I felt like this strong wind blow through me and I saw that the full manifestation of Jesus in flesh is true, and for those who desire it and believe for it, they will have it by God's grace. Acts 2:2 And suddenly there came from heaven a sound as of the rushing of a mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. The wind was so strong and afterwards I saw that I had a slight doubt that it could happen for me, but as soon as I recognized the thought as doubt, I instantly thought and held on to “I can do all things in Christ who strengthens me”. Hi Barbara, welcome back to the podcast! Barbara Currier: Hi, thanks for having me. Melissa Breau: Absolutely! Excited to chat again. To start us out, can you remind listeners who your dogs are and what you’re working on with them? Barbara Currier: Sure. My oldest is Piper. She’s a 10-year-old Parson Russell Terrier, and she pretty much just does dock diving. She loves that. She’s not happy that the season has ended now, so she’s in her winter rest, which doesn’t make her real happy, but she loves her dock diving. And then I have Blitz, who is my 9-year-old Border Collie. He is retired from agility. He also does dock diving now, and he is also my medical alert service dog. And then I have Miso. She is my 4-year-old Miniature Poodle. She is my main agility dog right now. She is also a medical alert service dog. And my newest is Eggo. He will turn a year tomorrow. He is my English Cocker that I imported from Europe. He is doing agility. He’s not competing yet, he’s still very young, he’s only going to be a year. But he is hopefully going to have a promising career in agility, and he’s also doing dock diving, which he already is obsessed with. Melissa Breau: That’s fun. The waffle, right? Barbara Currier: Yes, that’s the waffle. Melissa Breau: So I wanted to focus on weave poles today, since I know you have a class on that coming up, but as a non-agility person I’m going to totally admit that some of my questions are a little on the basic side. First off — wow. Without knowing how to train them, if you look at weave poles in general, it seems like such a complex behavior. Can you break it down for us a little bit? What pieces or skills have to come together to have really well-trained weave poles? Barbara Currier: Weaves are actually my most favorite piece of equipment to teach out of all the agility equipment. It’s the hardest behavior for the dogs to learn because it’s the most unnatural. But if you look at agility as a whole, it’s pretty much all natural behaviors for the dogs, things that you would see them doing if they were out running in the woods, except you don’t normally see them weaving through trees. So weave poles is very unnatural, and so it can be quite difficult to teach them that. I find it such a fun puzzle to teach it, and I love to make it a game for them so that they find it as much fun as I do. The downside on weaves is it can be hard on their bodies, so you just want to make sure that they’re physically ready to ask what we want them to do. You want to make sure that they’re old enough and that they’re strong enough, because it can be quite taxing on them. One of the parts of weave poles is the dog must learn to always enter with the first pole at their left shoulder and then continue the rhythm through all twelve poles. It’s a very specific behavior, and it can be difficult for the dogs to do this at extreme speeds and still maintain all twelve poles. So they have to learn how to use their bodies so that they’re at full speed and they can hit all twelve poles. Oftentimes the dogs will pop out if they haven’t been taught properly how to do that, or they’ll get their entry and not be able to hold on to the poles, because there’s a lot of things that come together with weave poles. There’s a lot of body awareness, there’s a lot of them knowing how to rock their weight back on their haunches to collect to get into the poles, there’s footwork involved. There’s two different styles of footwork in poles. There’s the swimming or the single-stepping and then there is the bounce stride. Most big dogs single step and most little dogs bounce stride, which looks like a rabbit hopping in between. I say “most” because I do know quite a few big dogs that bounce stride and they do just fine, their weaves are just as fast, it’s not a problem. But people sometimes get a little too hung up on the footwork. If they have a big dog and they see their big dog is bounce striding, they don’t like that, they want to make them single-stride. But I think it’s important to let the dog choose what is most comfortable for their body type and for the way they move, as long as they’re not doing a combination of both. That tends to have problems. But you really want it to become muscle memory for the dog, so that when they’re doing the behavior, they’re not thinking about it, they’re just doing it. That’s where the speed comes from. The more that they think about it, the slower it is, the more methodical it is, so we want it to become muscle memory so that they’re just going through the motions. Melissa Breau: Just to make sure everybody’s on the same page, single step you’re talking about when they go into the weaves and it’s, “OK, I’m on my left foot on the left side and my right front foot on the right side,” and bounce is when they have both feet on the ground on each side, right? Barbara Currier: Yes, yes. Melissa Breau: Awesome. I wanted to make sure because, you know, terminology and stuff. Even not knowing much about the topic, I’ve heard of things like 2X2 training, I’ve seen trainers use guide wires, moving poles and gradually bringing them closer together, and things like that. Can you briefly explain what some of the different methods ARE that are out there, what those things are, what people are talking about? Barbara Currier: There’s basically three different methods to training weave poles. There’s the 2X2 method, where you teach them — much like it says in the name — you teach them two poles at a time. The channel method, where it basically looks like a chute of weave poles and you slowly can close the chute — it’s the way the base is made so that it slowly comes together — so the dog starts with running down the middle of the poles in a straight line, and then as the poles start to come closer and closer together, the dog has to start weaving to do it. The third one is the guide wires, where it’s guide wires that are put on the poles, so it looks like a maze that the dog walks through and they can learn that way. Melissa Breau: That’s interesting. Which approach do you usually use for your dogs and what are you using in the class? Barbara Currier: My preference is the 2X2 method. The base of my preference is from the method that I learned from Susan Garrett with her 2X2’s, and then I have, over the years, adapted for some things with my own dogs and some holes that I was constantly seeing with dogs that were coming to me. I’m kind of known as the weave guru in my parts, and so whenever people start having weave problems, they come to me. I kept seeing a lot of the same issues, and even with people that had taught their dogs with 2X2’s. But what was interesting was I didn’t see the issues with my dogs, and I wasn’t sure quite at first what I was doing differently than what everybody else was doing, where my dogs weren’t having this issue but other people’s were. I took a young dog that I was just training, and I basically documented every single thing I did to try to find what I was doing differently than what everybody else was doing, and found that it was a lot in my beginning stages of my approaches that would prevent these holes from happening that I was seeing in other people’s dogs. And so I have modified it to adding more of that stuff in, and a little bit of other things that I have found here and there that have helped with it, I think. Melissa Breau: When you say approaches, you mean the dogs approaching the poles, or are you talking about something else? Barbara Currier: Yes, when the dog approaches the poles. In the class, we do what’s called “entries” on an around-the-clock game, so you have your poles in the middle, and you pretend you’re standing on a clock and you work through your different entries. But what I was finding with a lot of people is a lot of people stayed at the straight-on approaches or the more straightforward easy approaches, and I wasn’t being methodical about this, I just didn’t do it. I did not stay at those approaches much. I stayed at the harder approaches. And so right from the beginning the dogs would learn to bend and hit those weave entries from a more difficult angle and would speed right from the beginning. On two poles, it’s easy. The reward comes fast and it’s easy to find, and so I was finding that with my dogs I was building up the muscling along their spine right from the beginning and was building up that drive to find the pole, really dig in, and grab that entry. So I do very few easy entries right off from the beginning, and I don’t really concern myself with those entries until I start adding in the full six and the full twelve, because I consider those entries easy. Where those entries become difficult is when the dogs are at full speed and they have to learn how to power down to get into their poles. So I worry about that once I start adding in sequencing and that type of thing, but from the beginning I work those hard entrances right at the first two poles, and it seems to help with some of the fallout that happens down the road, like getting the entry and not being able to hang on to the poles, or missing the entry and going into the second pole, and those types of things. Melissa Breau: That’s really interesting. I was actually going to ask you, this feeds well into what my next question was, which I think our listeners, in particular, are probably pretty familiar with the idea of building up skills gradually, but it seems like there are so many pieces to the weave poles. There are so many different axes that you have to gradually make more difficult. You’ve got your speed, you’re got the number of poles, you’ve got the entries, you’ve got the sequencing, your more advanced handling … so can you talk a little more about how you juggle all those different pieces? Is there an order that makes sense for people as they try and put the things together? Do you work on them in different training sessions? How does that work? How do you approach it? Barbara Currier: I start with two poles and teach the dog to find the entry from all the different angles, and with speed and enthusiasm right from the start. And then, again, like I mentioned before, the reward comes fast when you’re only using two poles, so it’s the perfect time to get the dog to think that the game is really, really fun. I also keep my sessions incredibly short, like, three correct entries on each side and then done. So my dogs are looking at me like, “Seriously, that’s it? That’s all we get?” And I’m like, “Yes, that’s it, we’re done. That was the session.” And so the more we play this game, and it’s super-fast and it’s super-fun and it all happens really fast, the more they’re like, “Oh my god, this is the most fun game ever.” All my dogs love weave poles so much because I keep everything so fast and exciting, and when they’re like, “This is the most fun on Earth,” I’m like, “Yeah, I know, and we’re done now.” And they’re thinking, “What, what? No, I was just getting into it.” And I’m like, “We’ve got to wait until the next session.” So I really want them to love, love the game. The other thing that’s important is that I don’t worry about if they’re wrong. I want them to make mistakes. If they’re not making mistakes, it’s too easy. But I also want them to understand that making a mistake is not a big deal. I want them to learn how to fail and just keep trying with the same amount of enthusiasm. Often, dogs, when they make a mistake, they’re like, “Oh, I can’t do it anymore. It’s so hard. That reward didn’t come, I can’t do it, I can’t do it,” and then the owner gets stressed and then the dog gets stressed, and suddenly it’s a meltdown for everyone. When my dogs make a mistake, it’s just, “Oh my god, we’re going to try that again!” and they just don’t get the reward and they’re like, “OK, OK, I’ll be better this time. I’ll get it, I’ll get it.” To them, it’s just like a mystery they’re trying to solve, or a puzzle they’re trying to figure out, and so they’re super-happy to try again for me and it’s not a big deal. There’s never any shutdown and “Oh, this is too hard, this is too hard.” Now, if they fail twice in a row, I will take a step back and I might back-train, like, “This maybe standing here at 3 o’clock is a little too hard for you, but what if I stand at 2:30? Can you do it at 2:30?” And we’ll go from there. If they’re correct a couple of times at 2:30, then I’ll go to 2:45 and “How is this? Can we do this now?” And so on and so on. From there we move to four poles and follow the same thing as above, and then we move on to six poles. Of course we angle them a certain way, and then we gradually make them straighter and straighter. I stay at six poles until I’m in love with the dog’s footwork, speed, and understanding of their job. Oftentimes a lot of people will get to six and then they’re like, “Now it’s twelve.” But the dog doesn’t fully understand their job yet, and all we’ve done by adding in six more is we’ve just made it harder, we’ve made the reward farther away, and the dogs really start to slow down. So I’m in no rush to leave six until I’m in love with the behavior the dog is showing me. I really want them to be confident in their footwork. I really want to see what we talked about earlier, the muscle memory, and not so much the hard thinking about the job. I want all that to come out now, so that when we move on to twelve, then it’s just getting the stamina of doing this behavior longer for twelve poles and just getting the speed going for that long of a distance. Once I have the footwork and the speed that I really like at the twelve, then I’ll start working in distractions like, Can you do your weave poles when there’s a dog playing tug next to them? Can you do your weave poles if I’m throwing a Frisbee? Can you do your weave poles if I have a plate of chicken next to you? All these things so that when they get into working in a trial environment, the stuff that I like to call my “torture,” which my dogs love because it’s like a super game to them, that they’re like, “Oh yeah, trial distractions. This stuff is easy compared to what Mom does to us at home.” Because they get these huge, massive jackpots when they can go through the weave poles when I’m throwing a Frisbee. I’ve had a few dogs over the years that were food-driven dogs only, and of course we worked up to this, but one of the things I do with my food-driven dogs for a distraction is I will line the base of the weave poles with steak, and they have to weave over the top of the steak and not touch it. And then, at the end, if they’re successful, they can come back and eat all the steak. It’s so much fun. Recently, I have a young group of dogs in a class that just started trialing, and they had been with me since they were 8-week-old puppies. Now they’re all trialing and it’s been really cool to see. When they were all learning their weave poles, I had a little Sheltie that was very food-driven, not toy-driven, and we did that and she’s like, “Oh, she’s never going to do it,” and she did it like a rockstar. She was like, “Steak on the weave poles, we’ve got this. I know my job.” So it’s really, really fun. Once I work through distraction stuff, then I start handling moves. Can you stay in your poles when I’m front crossing before and after the poles? Can you stay in your poles when I’m rear crossing, when I’m blind crossing? And then I add a jump, and now, Can you do your poles when another piece of equipment’s been added to it? Can you do your poles when a jump is after the weave poles, when you see something else coming? Can you do your weave poles when there’s a tunnel nearby, when we’re going to go to a tunnel? Then, once I’m loving all that stuff, then I add the next six and we do the distractions again, and then we start adding in more difficult sequencing. Melissa Breau: You’ve definitely got it down like a method, an approach, and all the pieces are there. I think that’s important for people to recognize that you do have to work through all those things systematically. Barbara Currier: Yeah, for sure. Melissa Breau: Both in the course description and just now, you mention the idea of having your dog LOVE the weave poles. Forgive me if I’m wrong, but it sounds like a big piece of that is about confidence, making sure that they know how to do the behavior correctly. Can you talk a little bit about that? How does loving the weaves and confidence, how do those things go hand-in-hand when it comes to getting good performance on course? Barbara Currier: Like I talked about before, it’s all about teaching the dogs that the game is awesome. That means keeping the sessions super-short, making them always want more, making them understand that mistakes are fine, mistakes are not a big deal, and that it’s just a puzzle, this didn’t work, good try, let’s try something else. And the more value that they have in knowing exactly what their job is, the better the performance is going to be and the drive into the weave. So I do little … I call them mini-weave drills, which I go over in the class too, that I do with my dogs a couple of times a week. I go outside with one stick of cheese, and when that stick of cheese is gone, game over. I take off really big bites, huge hunks, probably an inch piece of cheese, so super-easy to see, not crumbly, and I get maybe four to six pieces of cheese out of one stick. I go out, and whatever course I have set up in my field, and I take all the jumps and I just put the bars in the ground, because for me, when I’m working my mini-weave drills, it’s not necessarily about the jumping. It’s about the love for the weave. So I put all the bars in the ground, and then I just randomly walk around the field, and from different approaches of jumps without having bars, I send my dogs to the weaves, sometimes with motion, sometimes with no motion, and I will sometimes do very weird handling moves, things that you would never see in a course. I will send them to the weirdest types of entries. Sometimes my husband will come out with me, and he doesn’t really know agility very well, so I’ll say, “Tell me how to get some of these weaves, tell me something.” He’ll be like, “All right. Go from that jump to the weave.” And it’s completely random, she has to skip, like, four jumps, or do this massive, crazy entry, and we do it and it’s fun and she thinks it’s the most amazing game. I do that a couple of times a week and it’s super-easy, it’s quick, she gets these big hunks of cheese, which are like a meal for her, and so she thinks that weave poles are the most fun thing in the world to do. In fact, my agility field is fenced off from the rest of my property, so when the dogs are outside, they can’t get into the agility field. They all run to the field gate all the time, and if I let them in, the first thing they do is run over to the weave poles because they’re like, “Oh, are we doing those drills? Because those are super-fun.” That’s what you want to get from your dogs, and that’s going to get that performance. When I’m at trials and I say to my dogs, “Go weave,” they hit those weaves with such intensity and such stride, and they dig in so hard to get those entries and keep those poles, and they work so hard because I created so much value for the poles. Melissa Breau: To take a little bit of a step back, I guess, when people are working on things, what are some of the common training mistakes people make as they’re trying to teach weaves? What problems do they cause? If you’re looking at a little bit of problem-solving there, what do you see people doing that maybe isn’t optimal? Barbara Currier: The biggest one is moving too fast. Moving to twelve poles before the dog is solid at six. I tell my students there’s no trophy or title for the person who can train their weaves the fastest. When people get six, they’re like, “I’m just going to add on the next six and it’s going to be great,” because we all want to say, “My dog has twelve poles,” but all you’re doing by moving too fast is that the dog is not clear on what their job is, you’re getting slow, inconsistent weaves that have to be managed or babysat because the dog doesn’t really understand. So they’re just going to get slower and slower, and they’re going to get frustrated because they’re going to be confused, and then you’re going to get frustrated, and it becomes this vicious cycle. That’s usually when people start coming to me and “My dog can get the entries, but they can’t hold on,” that type of thing. So then they come to me, and I often find that they moved to twelve poles before the dogs really understood six, and my advice is always, “Let’s go back to the beginning. We need to redo this.” Melissa Breau: My next question is, how do you problem-solve some of those issues? Do you basically just do that, take a step back, go back to six poles and retrain all those different aspects before you go back to twelve, or is there more to it? Barbara Currier: It depends exactly what the issue is. The most common problems are missing entries at speed. If it’s a missing entry problem, I usually recommend that we go back to two poles, so that we can start with, Can you find your entry from all different areas without having to have the dog wait for the reward to get through all six poles, if that makes sense. Because, again, the reward comes quicker on two poles than it does on six poles, so it’s easier gratification for the dog. So I like to, for missed entries, start back at two poles, and then I work up to the four, up to the six. Now, with a dog that already understands the concept of poles, it goes really fast. It doesn’t take long at all to revisit these things and get the dog to understand. If the dog is having problems with they get their entry, but then they can’t hold on to the poles because they’re going at speed, then I will start them back at four poles or six poles, but add in sequencing, so coming off of a tunnel so we’ve got some speed, and teaching them how to grab that entry and hold on to the poles. With that, they also need to be building up some muscling for it. And so a lot of it, I think, with those dogs comes from doing more straight-on approaches and not enough of the angle approaches from the very beginning, where they can build up that strength along their spine. One of the other ones is the popping out at ten poles, which a lot of dogs do. Oftentimes I find those are from the handlers that try to lead the dogs, whether they’re going lateral, or they’re trying to get a little bit ahead, and they never taught the independent poles from the beginning. They really babysat the poles because they wanted the dog to be right so badly, so they stayed back and they matched the dog’s speed and they were right there, but once they wanted to put them into sequencing, they wanted to leave, but we didn’t actually teach the dog that, and so now the dogs are like, “Well, you’re leaving, so I’m leaving too.” So when I teach this from the very beginning, it is completely independent from the handler. We are quite far away from the beginning. We have nothing to do with it, we don’t help them, we don’t lure them through the entry, we don’t do any of that. It’s all on them. So it’s quite easy the way I teach it from the beginning to have that lateral independence, because we teach it to them from the very beginning, as long as you continue with it. Because oftentimes what I’ll see is the dogs have these amazing independence when we get through the end of the training, but then the owners go right back to babysitting and then the dogs will lose it. So I have to constantly remind my students, “Your dog has the skill. Trust them. Let them show you they can do it, and leave them.” Melissa Breau: This is a question I don’t usually ask here on the podcast, but I used to love, back when I was a journalist asking this question, because it seems to always get unexpected nuggets of interesting information, and since I have never trained a dog to weave and don’t know a ton about the topic, obviously you’re the expert — is there anything important that I didn’t think to ask or that you’d want people to think about as they’re working on weave poles with their dog? Barbara Currier: Probably the most important thing about weave poles that I think sometimes gets overlooked, forgotten, or people don’t think it’s as important as it should be is: your dog must be done with growing before you teach weave poles. Like I said in the beginning, it’s one of the hardest obstacles on their body, and I always make sure, when I have young dogs, that I take them and have them x-rayed to be positive that their growth plates have closed before I start training weave poles. You can do a lot of damage to them. It’s very hard on their shoulders, it’s very hard on their spine, it can be hard on their neck, and it’s not something you want to do until you’re a hundred percent sure that they are done growing. The other great thing about doing the x-rays is that usually, around 14 months, I always have full x-rays done of shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees, and so, one, I can tell if the growth plates are closed or not closed, and depending on your breed … I have a student that has a borzoi, and she x-rayed her at 14 months and her growth plates were nowhere near done being closed. But she’s a Borzoi, but it was good information to have, because we certainly, especially with a breed that large, don’t want to be doing even contacts, if their growth plates aren’t closed, and hers didn’t close for quite a while after that, so that’s really important information to have. It also gives you a picture of what your dog’s body looks like before you do the sport with them, whether you’ve got any elbow dysplasia or hip dysplasia. Without getting a picture, some dogs don’t even show these things, and to me, I just think it’s super-important to know what you’re starting off with. Melissa Breau: Right, right, and I would imagine it’s good to have those, heaven forbid they do get injured at some point later on, you have a baseline, a picture to refer to. Barbara Currier: Yes. For sure. The other thing that I always … and I bring this up in the class, too, is if I have somebody come up to me and they say, “My dog has always weaved really well, and they’re now popping out at pole ten,” or “They can’t hit their entry, but they never had a problem with it before,” my first thought is, Your dog probably has an injury, and that needs to be addressed first. As all the Fenzi instructors try to teach, dogs are not out to try to make us mad and push our buttons. That’s not the way dogs work. So if your dog is all of a sudden exhibiting something that is unusual for them, the first thing I check is injuries. My poodle, who loves her weave poles, a tell for me that she has a rib out is if she misses her weave entry, because she never misses weave entries. So if she can’t hold on, I immediately leave the ring and will bring her to a chiropractor, and sure enough, she’ll have a rib out. I certainly don’t want her running with a rib out. I don’t know if you’ve ever had a rib out before, but it is incredibly painful, and I don’t want her running like that. And so I let my dogs tell me. I don’t just assume, “Oh, she’s being bad,” or “She’s being lazy.” I assume, “Oh, you’re really trying to tell me something, and what you’re telling me is, ‘That really hurts, I need some help here.’” Once we get everything back, she’s totally fine, but I certainly wouldn’t want to be annoyed at her and expect her to run all weekend like that. So that’s something that I try to instill in my students is make sure that we’re thinking about that, first and foremost. Sometimes there is … something’s happened. Sometimes what can happen is if they get an injury, the injury is then fixed, but they now associate poles with pain. And so sometimes we have to go back and desensitize them to that and say, “Look, see, it doesn’t hurt anymore, so we can do these again.” Or something has happened and our training has whittled away and we need to go back and take a look at that. But I always try to stress that people make sure that somebody checks them first that it’s not an injury or something going on that way that’s affecting their weave poles. Melissa Breau: Let’s chat about the course for a minute. It’s called “Love ’em and Weave ’em,” and it’s on the calendar for December, which this is coming out on, I believe, the 16th of November, so registration will be opening the week after this comes out. What level of training should dogs and handlers have, if they’re interested in the class? Can you talk a little bit about that, and what you’ll cover, who it’s designed for, that kind of stuff? Barbara Currier: For this class, the dogs should already know weave poles. It moves a little too fast for a dog that doesn’t know weave poles. I think later on in the year Julie Daniels has a foundation weave class coming up, and that would be the class for the dogs that don’t know weave poles at all yet. But this one is for dogs that know weaves, but the handlers aren’t in love with the performance. It will address all the common problems: the going too slow, the inconsistent footwork, the getting the entry but not being able to hang on, missing the entry, popping out pole ten, it will address all of those things. It will also give you the independence so that you can put them in the weaves and leave them and get to where you need to go next. The way I think about my weave poles is, when I send my dog through a tunnel, I want to just be able to say “tunnel,” and know that they’re going to come out the other end. I’m not expecting that they’re going try to dig out the middle of the tunnel. So I want my weave poles to be the same way. When I send you in Pole 1, I expect to see you exit at Pole 12, and I’m going to go do what I need to do. That’s your job, I’ve got my job, we’ll meet at the end, is my theory. So that’s what this course will teach. Melissa Breau: One last question – it’s the question I’ve been asking everybody when they come back on. What’s a lesson you’ve learned or been reminded of recently when it comes to dog training? Barbara Currier: Probably to train the dog that’s in front of you. Often we go out expecting to train one thing, and the dog’s telling us that they need to work on something completely different. And we really have to listen to them and be flexible in what they need, because if you think about it, they’re the ones doing the hard work. They’re the ones running and jumping and doing all of this crazy stuff. Oftentimes I go out with my plan of, “Today we’re going to go out and work on threadles,” and my dog says, “No, today I’m struggling with my start line stay, and so that’s what we’re going to end up working on.” So you have to be willing to abort mission and listen to what the dog is telling you. Sometimes my dog says, “You know what, I’m not feeling it today,” and I say, “All right, let’s go play a game instead,” or “Let’s go for a hike,” because I wake up some mornings and don’t want to work, and my dogs are no different. So you really need to listen to your dogs and hear what they’re trying to tell us. And also to embrace and love the dog that you have and stop mourning the dog that they’re not. Collaborative knowledge construction in computer-mediated learning environments puts forward difficulties regarding what tasks learners work on and how learners interact with each other. For instance, learners who collaboratively construct knowledge in computer-mediated learning environments sometimes do not participate actively or engage in off-task talk. Computer-mediated learning environments can be endorsed with socio-cognitive structuring tools that structure the contents to be learned and suggest specific interactions for collaborative learners. In this article, two studies will be reported that applied content- and interaction-oriented structuring tools in computer-mediated learning environments based on electronic bulletin boards and videoconferencing technologies. In each study the factors "content-oriented structuring tool" and "interaction-oriented structuring tool" have been independently varied in a 2X2-factorial design. Results show that interaction-oriented structuring tools substantially foster the processes of collaborative knowledge construction as well as learning outcomes. The content-oriented structuring tools facilitate the processes of collaborative knowledge construction, but have no or negative effects on learning outcome.
