Why are people watching the content but not buying anything? Many coaches and creators successfully grow audiences on YouTube, social media, and email lists. However, attention alone does not always translate into customers. Businesses often produce content consistently yet struggle to convert viewers into buyers.Zac Hansen, founder of Productized Coach, explains how micro offers can solve this problem by turning attention into paying customers. Instead of relying on long sales cycles or high-ticket offers first, Zac focuses on low-friction offers that allow audiences to become buyers quickly. Once someone becomes a buyer, the relationship and the value of the ecosystem can continue to grow.Zac shares how micro offers, simple sales pages, and clear messaging can help coaches convert attention into revenue without relying on complex funnels or long sales processes. By focusing on creating buyers first, businesses can build momentum that leads to larger programs and long-term growth. What You'll Learn:Why growing an audience does not automatically create buyersHow micro offers turn attention into paying customersWhy low friction offers help convert viewers fasterHow simple sales pages outperform complex funnelsWhy testing offers before building products reduces riskHow micro offer buyers can move into higher ticket programsConnect with Zac Hansen:Connect with Zac on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/zachansen/Learn more about Zac's Productized Coach programs and resources: https://productizedcoach.com/Watch Zac's videos and content on YouTube:https://www.youtube.com/@thezachansenResources:Connect with IanDownload a Tackle Box!Supercharge your marketing and grow your business with video case stories today!Subscribe to the YouTube Channel Hosted on Acast. What does it take to turn a simple idea born in a barn into a nationally recognized franchise empire? Cathy Deano, the visionary behind Painting with a Twist and co-founder of Twist Brands, takes us back to post-Katrina Louisiana, where a desire to bring joy to her community led to a business that now spans 400+ locations. But her journey wasn't linear and it definitely wasn't typical! From scrappy startup beginnings to rapid-fire franchise growth (think 40 units in under a year), Cathy shares how she navigated the crazy ride of expansion, recession and reinvention, all while staying rooted in her values. In this episode, Cathy opens up about the common mistakes most new franchise founders make and the mindset shifts that helped her avoid (and survive) the ones she made herself. She also reveals how prioritizing people over profits, leading with empathy and saying “I don't know” when needed have all become strengths, not setbacks. We also dig into why mentorship, especially throughout the IFA, changed her trajectory, the surprising upside of giving back (and how it helped grow the brand), and what it's really like to go from founder to multi-brand CEO.Cathy Deano is a certified franchise executive, a Forbes 50 over 50 honoree and the visionary behind Painting with a Twist, the largest Paint and Sip brand in the country. NightCap, as Shirah describes it, is a fun solution to a serious problem. She shares how having something slipped into your drink is a much more serious problem than many are aware of. This is often due to the fact that most incidents do not get reported. This happened to one of her friends when she was a teenager, and she was inspired to design a product that deters bad actors and also serves as a method of prevention for having your drink tampered with when you are out having fun. With the help of her family, she was able to turn this idea into a successful business. They then went through a series of workshops led by Inspire Citizens to bring this portrait to life within themselves. From there they took what they learned and applied it to their leadership roles in clubs and councils across the school. Most recently, with the support of a dedicated group of teachers at ISB, they led their own leadership workshops to build capacity within the school and empower the next student-leaders who will succeed them when they graduate. Have you ever focused so hard on the number on the scale dropping...assuming that's where you will find happiness? Do you tend to associate a toned body with confidence and an overweight body with lack of it? You're definitely not alone! In this episode I am talking about how to attain true happiness in your fitness journey... and it goes beyond body shapes and sizes. We are going to debunk the myth of equating fitness with happiness, proving that it's not about having the perfect body, but about nurturing a healthy relationship with food and recognizing your worth. Why do we desire a smaller body? Why do we have a terrible relationship with food? In the second part of this episode I talk about how our childhood eating habits and thoughts around food can affect our body image and relationship with food in adulthood. It's all tied together! We're going to dig into these topics and help you understand that it's not just about food and exercise. It's crucial to realize the 'why' behind wanting the body of your dreams, and most importantly, how to create a loving and positive relationship with food and your body. I get a little spicy in this episode! I have been on my own fitness journey for 14 years and I have heard it all. So many comments and opinions on my body, the way I eat, the goals I have... all of it.When I first started I thought everyone would be proud, want to join me and get fit too! Or at least be supportive... and I was wrong! It turns out people make fun of things they don't understand or are not willing to work for. (Ope... READ THAT AGAIN)If you are on your own fitness journey you will encounter this negativity too and I want to give you a real perspective on my thoughts and some suggestions on how to handle it. And no.... my advice is not to ignore it or to roll over and take it! Along your journey you will face judgement, comparison, criticism, defeat and more... from others and yourself. It's just the way it is. Learning to expect it, navigate and handle it all when it comes is key! I hope you enjoy my real thoughts and sass on this topic! Macro tracking is one of the most confusing and daunting topics for my newer clients and for people that are new to fitness. It used to be very overwhelming for me too and it has taken me YEARS to figure out a way to approach macros in a way that is less time consuming and that works as a long term lifestyle.Tracking is the best way to gain the knowledge you need about food. You learn so much about calories once you start tracking and seeing food for what it actually is. Macro tracking is not a diet... it's understanding food and how it fuels your body. It's understanding fitness and not just "starting a diet". Your mindset matters the most. Approaching macros with a positive mindset and knowing this is a lifelong journey is helpful in taking some of the pressure off. So many people want to be perfect with tracking macros in the beginning and its just not possible. I have a few different ways that I think and ways that I track to make things super simple for me and I am super excited to be able to share them with you in this episode. Mindset shifts are HUGE! Once you can think about your fitness journey in a way that makes sense to you the work becomes easier. A new outlook can really change the choices you make and those choices bring results.I am sure you have heard the analogy: Walk, Crawl, Run. It's a great analogy! I took that and turned it into a Marathon mindset. A marathon is a very long race, very similar to your fitness journey. You wouldn't just wake up one morning and decide to go run 26.2 miles without any prior training. There are steps that need to be taken to get your body ready for such a long race. Steps that will set you up for success. Preparation. You can use this "long distance" mindset in your fitness journey too. Once I started viewing my fitness journey the way I explain in this episode everything changed fro me and my body.I know you are going to love this episode! I just turned 42 years old. I don't think of 42 as "old" but I did grow up (for whatever reason) believing that we should naturally feel and/or look worse with age and that is simply not true.In this episode I am talking about how I am able to stay fit and make fitness simple as I get older.I do not worry about nutrition because I know exactly what to do.I do not stress about missed workouts because my body trusts me. I no longer live with a restrictive mindset ... and you don't have to either. In this episode I go into detail about setting a good foundation, showing up even when I don't want to, consistency and I even talk about how this all helps me through some anxiety and depression.Everything I know about fitness I learned the hard way and now that it's simple for me...
