The comic book vibes are strong with this one.Watching in chronological order (like we do), The Mandalorian's Season 2 finale leads straight into The Book of Boba Fett's premiere, “Stranger in a Strange Land.” It's not as pulpy or epic as Robert Rodriguez's previous Boba Fett-centric episode (“The Tragedy”), but some shots—like Boba Fett's fist punching through the sands of Tatooine—are straight out of a comic book panel. We talk through Boba Fett's interpretation of Daimyo and compare it to previous crime bosses, like Maul and Dryden Vos. We also discuss the state of crime in the galaxy and Ming Na Wen's slinky approach to Fennec Shand.New to Growing Up Skywalker? Welcome to Databank Brawl Rewind! Databank Brawl was a series that ran on ForceCenter from 2016 to 2020, and it remains one of our more beloved shows. Though Databank Brawl is on hiatus, we wanted to celebrate it along with longtime listeners of the podcast and reintroduce it to the ForceCenter listeners who began listening to the podcast after the end of the show's run. Though all of the episodes remain on our podcast feed, it can be daunting to scroll back and find them, so we're launching Databank Rewind. Here's your chance to go back to those episodes week by week and laugh with us at old jokes, memorable moments, unforgettable guests, and, yeah, old microphones, recordings, and perhaps some Star Wars predictions that came true alongside many that most certainly did not. Databank Brawl -- where Star Wars characters are plucked from the entries of the StarWars.com databank and forced to fight it out in an off-the-cuff podcast moderated by Joseph Scrimshaw. It's time to fight...From the minds of Ken Napzok (comedian, host of The Napzok Files), Joseph Scrimshaw (comedian, writer, director of Dead Media), and Jennifer Landa (actress, YouTuber, crafter, contributor on StarWars.com) comes the ForceCenter Podcast Feed. Here you will find a series of shows exploring, discussing, and celebrating everything about Star Wars. Subscribe on Apple Podcasts and Google Podcasts. Episode 209 of the What Are We Doing Podcast is pure chaos wrapped in brilliance. I'm talking glittery margaritas, fake grilled steak nuggets, Taylor Swift lies, and Post Malone losing control of Broadway—all in one episode. This week kicks off with me breaking down the $20 “Gold Dust Rita” from Dave & Buster's. It's a drink that costs more than a bottle of Tito's and comes with a literal glitter bomb. I explain why it's not just overpriced—it's a metaphor for your money dissolving in front of your eyes. Then we dive into Arby's latest experiment: Steak Nuggets. Yeah, you heard me. Steak. Nuggets. I go over how Arby's is now pretending to “grill” meat in a building that doesn't even have a grill and why their new TikTok heroes, “The Arby's Boys,” might be the best thing on the internet right now. Then, I reveal how Sheetz officially slid into my DMs after I called their chili cheese dogs the best in the game. They offered me another free shirt, but I'm shooting higher. I want the Sheetz Halloween costume. I offer to wear it for weeks if they send one. I'm one DM away from being the face of Sheetz Nation. We also talk about Taylor Swift's Life of a Showgirl release week. She broke Adele's record, but I break down how the interviews have turned into one long Travis Kelce fan club meeting. Fallon finally asked her why she turned down the Super Bowl, and her answer? “I'm in love with a guy who plays football.” Sure, Tay. That's strike one. Then there's Post Malone, who finally remembered he owns a bar in Nashville and decided to throw a surprise concert and pay everyone's tab. Naturally, 400,000 people showed up. It was less “grand opening” and more “mini-Coachella with free beer.”Finally, we wrap up with the trailer for HBO's A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, the new Game of Thrones prequel. I break down why it looks awesome but also kind of pointless, because we already know none of the main characters can die. It's like watching Star Wars prequels—you already know the ending. And because this is the What Are We Doing podcast, we end with Donald Trump claiming he deserves the Nobel Peace Prize for “ending the conflict in Gaza.” Spoiler alert: he didn't win. This episode has everything—drunk parking lot hacks, fast-food conspiracies, celebrity nonsense, and international comedy politics.Watch, laugh, and for the love of God, hit the Hype button on YouTube.

Let's face it, this really is a first world problem. I bought too much stuff and now I'm not sure what to do with it. This week the Regular Joe's address, the third phase of collecting. First comes coveting, then comes acquisition, then, like the peripheral dog that caught the car, you have the thing and now you have to find a place to put it. This all seemed simpler decades ago, when there was seemingly less stuff. In reality, there are far more display options available now than ever before. Some very reasonably priced, If you have the space . . . it all comes down to space. If you're a collector, an accumulator, or a hoarder you have dealt with similar realities.
