Gaylyn Morris convicted in the death of her boyfriend after she uses an Apple AirTag to track him to a bar. She then, repeatedly ran over him in a parking lot, killing him, in front of bystanders. Andre Smith, 26, is having drinks with another woman when Morris reportedly confronted Smith and the woman at Tilly's Pub in Indianapolis. The ensuing argument gets all three thrown out of the pub. Once outside, witnesses say Morris got into her black Chevrolet Impala and drove forward, knocking Smith down. She then reportedly put the vehicle in reverse and drove forward over him again. Medics located Smith's body under Morris' car outside the bar. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Morris, 26-years-old at the time, was tried for murder, but was convicted only of voluntary manslaughter. Morris will spend the next 18 years in prison. D'Andre Smith, 21, has dreamed of playing pro ball since he was in middle school. He did the weight training, the skill work, the private workouts; he played high school ball, then travel ball, and flirted with going pro before he committed to USC. Following his sophomore season at USC, it was time to make the move. He entered the 2022 draft and was selected by the Mets in the 5th round. D'Andre is now adjusting to pro ball. He has a consistent routine that he vigorously pursues every day. But now, instead of working out around his college teammates and peers his age, he is working out beside fellow pro players, some at the highest level of the game. On this episode of the Black Baseball Mixtape podcast, we spend time getting to know D'Andre; and all he hopes to accomplish in the game. He is a genuine, humble, well-rounded person. Originally from St. Paul Minnesota, Andre Smith has a background not heard before on REIA Radio. Andre was fortunate enough to escape a life that was probably destined to be doomed had he not pursue a career path in Basketball. Because he did, Andre was able to "break the cycle" as he put it. He played in the European Basketball League for 9 and a half years in multiple different countries. During this time, Andre bought single family homes for his family members to live in, as well as some investment properties without much knowledge about Investing in Real Estate. The top of his investing career saw him owning 14 doors. He is now down to 6, not counting the properties he bought for his family. It was very much a ready fire aim approach of which he has only just started aiming. An Indiana woman is accused of using Airtags to track her love interest to a bar, where he is having drinks with another woman. 26-year-old Gaylyn Morris reportedly confronted Andre Smith and another woman at Tilly's Pub in Indianapolis. The ensuing argument gets all three thrown out of the pub. Once outside, witnesses say Morris got into her black Chevrolet Impala and drove forward, knocking Smith down. She then reportedly put the vehicle in reverse and drove forward over him again. Medics located Smith's body under Morris' car outside the bar. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The Buffalo Bills concluded their preseason schedule with a convincing 19-0 win over the Green Bay Packers Saturday afternoon at Highmark Stadium. There was plenty to like from the win, along with several areas where the Bills can improve, and on the latest episode of the Billieve Podcast, hosts John Boccacino and Jamie D'Amico give you their thoughts on what they liked and what they didn't like after Buffalo went 3-0 this preseason. Among the players who made a favorable impression on our podcasters: Quarterback Josh Allen was superb in his first action of the preseason, completing 20 of 26 passes for 194 yards with two touchdowns. Wide receivers Gabriel Davis, Emmanuel Sanders, and Cole Beasley contributed to Buffalo's prolific passing display. Head coach Sean McDermott was creative with the play-calling and used the finale as a tune-up for the regular season, practicing different game scenarios. Running back Matt Breida was effective both as a pass catcher spread out wide and running the football. Cornerback Siran Neal rebounded nicely from two sub-par performances to deliver a lights-out performance. Defensive end A.J. Epenesa and defensive tackles Justin Zimmer and Ed Oliver enjoyed productive afternoons winning their matchups against the offensive line. Linebackers A.J. Klein and Andre Smith were all over the field. The Bills excelled on red zone defense, goal line defense, and fourth down defense. The crowd made noise for most of the afternoon and forced Green Bay's offense into a delay of game penalty. Those whose performances were less than stellar included: Cornerback Cam Lewis' poor play cannot inspire confidence in the Bills secondary depth behind starters Tre'Davious White and Levi Wallace. Offensive lineman Bobby Hart's struggles continued while fellow offensive lineman Tommy Doyle might be a year away from contributing. The run defense allowed more than 4.2 yards per carry, and the defense in general gave up large plays between the 20s. Born and raised in South Florida, Dr. Andre Smith earned a Bachelor of Science in 2015 from the University of Notre Dame where he majored in Science Pre-Professional Studies and minored in Science, Technology, and Values. Dre went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania with a full-ride scholarship awarded through the Navy’s Health Professions Scholarship Program. He is now completing a 4-year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Navy Medical Center Portsmouth in Virginia.
