In this episode, woof woof, we zoom in on our featured Operator and Food, the ontological butler and part-time magician certified Nice Guy Steward, and the boxer (swordfighter? wrestler???) who you could never mistake for anything but a cutie Ganache, and ask a snark question: Have you ever seen a better pair of guy who can serve punch and guy who can take one? Then, we look at a grab bag of Special Rice, Windflit, and Ebenholtz, asking... uhm... I've got nothing, sorry. Writing descriptions while sick is hard...
We're a week out from the Powercast, and we've got a slightly more serious topic this week. But first some news! There are a few more new titles yet which we'll cover on the Powercast as well as dates for new Jojo's, Arknights, and Blue Orchestra so plenty to look forward to. The meat of this episode is devoted to voice actors, union representation, and what the work of creative professionals is worth. Between the drama with Bayonetta 3 as well as Crunchyroll refusing union contract for a voice actor on Mob Psycho there is a lot of attention being paid this week to voice actor contracts and how the industry works. We're not experts by any stretch, but we're taking the time to talk through what unions provide for voice actors and creators in general, the reality of contract negotiation, and just how people are treated in the entertainment industry. There's a lot to unpack, so let's get into it. Power Rankings live on our socials @tjapod on twitter and instagram

Greg and Ryan talk Arknights and the new operators, as well as story spoilers
This is a game-heavy week! We get to talk lots about games like Arknights, Fortnite, The Avengers, Adios, NBA 2K21, and Final Fantasy XIV's Shadowbringers - whose base game has a very generous free trial which now contains the critically acclaimed Heavensward expansion! Also, Higurashi Gou has finished and Alex has lots of thoughts on it. We also have lots of thoughts on news this week, so join us and our chaotic cats for this episode of Gaming Fyx! Also, we actively stand with the AAPI community at the best of times, and especially now during the worst of times. The AAPI community has been enduring racism and violence for a long time, which led to awful acts of violence this past week. We encourage our listeners to join us in anti-racist activism, and if you are so able, to support organizations who strive towards the same cause & provide relief to those individuals and families who have had to endure the worst of it. https://stopaapihate.org/https://gofundme.com/c/act/stop-aapi-hatehttps://standagainsthatred.org/report Timestamps:00:04:22 - Arknights00:20:06 - Fortnite00:31:15 - The Avengers (PS5)00:37:03 - Adios00:42:01 - NBA 2K2101:00:01 - Higurashi Gou01:13:57 - A random bout of Zack Snyder's Justice League01:17:00 - FFXIV: ShadowbringersNewwwssssss01:33:13 - There was a Squeenix event y'all02:00:18 - Sony bought….
