Cette semaine, je vous emmène à la rencontre de l'entrepreneur à mission Santiago Lefebvre, fondateur de ChangeNOW qui est un acteur clé de l'impact français et international. Originaire d'un petit village, il grandit dans un milieu très modeste ce qui le pousse très tôt à développer une envie de faire bouger les choses dans notre société. L'entrepreneuriat, il le voit très jeune comme un outil puissant pour avoir un impact. Diplômé de l'emlyon, c'est pourtant d'abord vers le secteur bancaire qu'il se dirige, remboursement de prêt oblige… En 2010, il décide de quitter son poste pour devenir entrepreneur. Mais c'est en 2015 que le déclic s'opère et qu'il décide de revenir à ce qui lui importait le plus durant son enfance : “avoir un impact positif”.  En voyant que son sujet de prédilection, à savoir la transition écologique, devient un vrai sujet d'actualité, il devient un véritable entrepreneur à mission et cofonde ChangeNOW, le plus grand événement des solutions pour la planète au monde.Alignement, entrepreneuriat, environnement, ascension sociale… Il se confie, le temps d'une pause, sur son parcours engagé et inspirant.

Today's podcast was recorded live in Paris, in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower. As part of the wonderful ChangeNOW festival in the Grand Palais Ephémère I had the pleasure of sitting down with Otto Sharmer in the ChangeNOW podcast booth for an in depth conversation and journey into the future. Otto is the creator of the Theory U model of change, and spends much of his time teaching the model to groups around the world. The previous day he and I had both been speakers at the festival (you can see him here and me here). We also had a question from the audience from among those sitting outside the booth. Beaucoup d'innovation, de stratégie et de communication. Zoom sur greet et ibis Styles, 2 marques ultra dynamiques du groupe. Julie Boulage, Brand Content manager chez Accor nous explique tout de leur communication. Partie 1 – Différencier ses marques : les exemples greet et ibis Styles Créée en 2019, Greet est la petite dernière des marques du groupe et la précurseure de l'hospitalité circulaire. Sa stratégie : s'appuyer sur la seconde main pour le mobilier et la décoration et le local pour le sourcing et la nourriture. Un effort conséquent de la part du personnel, la plupart n'ayant jamais fait carrière dans l'hôtellerie. Une force selon Julie qui considère que ces profils éclectiques sont l'atout charme de la marque. Raison pour laquelle la marque veut avancer sur ce sujet. Partie 2 – Quels sont les moyens mis en place par Accor pour réaliser leurs campagnes ?  C'est en fonction des marques ainsi que des occasions que de nouvelles campagnes sont lancées bien qu'en fil rouge, les différentes marques fassent l'objet de campagnes découvertes produits sur les réseaux sociaux ou d'apparition télévisées. Par ailleurs, la présence sur des événements peut être un levier pour faire rayonner le groupe. Cela a notamment été le cas avec la marque greet, présente sur le sommet ChangeNOW, montrant l'évolution et l'implication de la chaîne en faveur de l'environnement.  Pour mesurer l'impact de ces campagnes, un brand tracking annuel est réalisé à l'aide d'un outil de pilotage, ainsi que des post tests et brand lift après chaque campagne. Plusieurs possibilités  :  La méthode « post test », généralement utilisée lors des campagnes à grandes échelles qui consiste à évaluer le gain de notoriété et à détailler les items de marques poussés. Elle permet de voir ce que les consommateur·ices ont retenu sur la personnalité de la marque.  Le « brand lift », méthodologie plus légère, destinée aux campagnes à moins grande ampleur et complémentaire avec les études de marques annuelles.  L'ensemble de ces méthodes permettent de réaliser du « Mix modeling » et d'allier la quantité à la qualité. Partie 3 – Bien choisir son agence de branding Choisir une agence est un processus de longue haleine. Au-delà des simples enjeux de business, il peut être pertinent d'en savoir plus sur les valeurs et le fonctionnement de l'agence en compétition.Julie explique :  “il m'arrive de demander aux agences leurs enjeux dans ce projet, mais aussi des questions plus larges comme : qu'est-ce qu'ils ont pu mettre en œuvre contre le harcèlement ?”. L'enjeu : bien s'entourer et instaurer un climat de confiance. Pour que la collaboration soit fructueuse, il faut pouvoir communiquer facilement mais également donner aux agences toutes les cartes en mains pour qu'elles puissent gagner en temps et en qualité. Enfin, Julie relève un point important, parfois négligé : le feedback sur l'avancement du projet ainsi que les problématiques rencontrées… Pour éviter toutes mauvaises compréhensions lors des briefs, elle conseille ainsi d'utiliser un plan simple de type : contexte, objectif, cible, message, preuve et de ne pas négliger le passage par l'écrit ainsi que la collaboration en interne. Partie 4 – Comment remporter tous les prix et séduire les jurys ?  Julie a participé à différentes récompenses en étant candidate, mais également en tant que jury. Les jurées sont généralement une dizaine autour de la table, et doivent, ensemble, choisir 3 campagnes qui sortent du lot. Sa touche secrète pour gagner les juré·es ? Faire simple. Lorsque l'on raconte la campagne il faut montrer ses objectifs, mettre en avant les problèmes auxquels on a dû faire face et dire ce que l'on a mis en œuvre pour y remédier. Enfin, il faut avoir un résultat cohérent avec l'objectif initial.

Je me réjouis de vous présenter aujourd'hui un épisode un peu spécial. Cette semaine, j'ai le plaisir de recevoir Kevin Tayebaly, un des 3 cofondateurs de ChangeNOW.   ChangeNOW, vous connaissez ? C'est LE salon incontournable des acteurs de l'impact, qui rassemble plus de 30 000 visiteurs au coeur de Paris, dans le Grand Palais éphémère. 

Il y a peu, le European Startup Prize for Mobility a dévoilé les dix startup innovantes dans le secteur de la mobilité durable sélectionnés pour son édition 2022. Si l'on parle ici de mobilité, les champs d'actions sont bien plus large qu'on peut le penser, s'étendant jusqu'à l'accessibilité et les data par exemple. Quelles startup sortent du lot ? Petit tout d'horizon dans cet épisode. Il aura fallu attendre près de six mois pour que l'initiative ne dévoile les projets retenus pour son édition 2022. Créée en 2017 sous l'impulsion de la Présidente de la Commission des transports et du tourisme au Parlement européen Karima Delli, le prix European Startup for Mobility mélange à la fois public et privé et à pour objectif de soutenir le développement des startups les plus innovantes dans le secteur de la mobilité durable sur le continent. Cette année, seul dix projets ont été retenu sur les 500 candidatures, et cela sur la base de trois critères : le modèle d'affaires de l'entreprise, son impact environnemental et social ainsi que sa portée à l'échelle européenne. Du côté des mobilités partagées et des véhicules électriques, on retrouve BAQME. Cette startup hollandaise a créé une plateforme de partage de vélos-cargos électriques pour réduire l'usage de la voiture en ville sur de courtes distances. Avec plus de 200 vélos en libre service, elle opère pour l'instant à Rotterdam et La Hague. Niveau recharge intelligente, on retrouve Bia Power avec sa plateforme pour recharger les véhicules électriques donc, et surtout optimiser les recharges. Un outil pratique qui pourra peut-être être couplé avec GO Sharing qui propose depuis son application mobile des scooters, vélos et voitures électriques à louer. Enfin en bout de chaîne, on retrouve Nowos qui est spécialisé dans la réparation de batteries lithium ainsi que le recyclage des matières premières qu'elles contiennent. Pour les innovations des secteurs ferroviaire et de l'aviation, on retrouve OTIV, et ses systèmes d'assistance et d'autonomie pour les trains qui circulent en ville ou en zone industrielles. Zeleros Hyperloop, comme son nom l'indique développe pour sa part un hyperloop européen capable de relier différentes villes qui n'ont pas encore été citées à plus de 1000 km/h sans aucune émission de gaz à effet de serre. Pour le secteur de l'aviation, Storkjet développe un logiciel développé afin d'aider les compagnies aériennes à réduire leurs émissions de CO2 tout en économisant du carburant. Dernière catégorie, les data avec Heex dont l'objectif est d'extraire des données jugées pertinentes afin d'aider les constructeurs automobiles et entreprises spécialisées dans l'IA à développer des voitures autonomes. Une innovation qui là encore pourrait être complété par Vianova qui, en utilisant les données des véhicules connectées aide les villes et les opérateurs à construire des systèmes de transport plus efficaces et durables. Et enfin, Revolve-wheel dont le travail en matière d'accessibilité a suscité l'intérêt du jury. In this episode of Shaping The Future, I am speaking with Glaciologist, Dr Heidi Sevestre, about the changing state of the Arctic, the outlook for the Russian Chairmanship of the Arctic Council, of which Heidi herself is an advisor, and how thawing permafrost could be past the threshold of irreversibility. So Carbon0 offers a carbon-footprint calculator that allows you and your avatar to undertake daily missions centering around recycling, transit, utilities, diet, etc. — all to earn points on the "Everyday Hero Leaderboard." Players can also plant trees and use AR to visualize what could be possible. The game launched at the San Francisco Science Hackathon where Penelope and her team won the Design prize. It went on to win the Climathon Hackathon; a cash prize from Square; was selected into the Global Climate Hack; secured a $10k in-kind prize from Google; and was selected as one of the top 10 ideas from all of the global Climathons to attend the ChangeNow bootcamp in Paris earlier this year.
