Welcome in for another edition of the Morning Espresso from the SDH Network, brought to you by Oglethorpe University, Atlanta's premier undergraduate learning experience and soccer powerhouse. What a day of soccer yesterday, and it was punctuated by an incredible match as Miami came back to knock LAFC out of Concacaf and advance to the semifinals of the Champions Cup. Lionel Messi scored twice and assisted on the other one to lead Miami to a 3-2 win on aggregate, 3-1 on the night. The match had drama, near misses, hard fouls, screaming and yelling, controversial calls, everything you could hope for. Vancouver gave their fans plenty to enjoy as well as Tristan Blackmon's stoppage time volley pushed the Whitecaps past Pumas on away goals and books their ticket for a semifinal showdown with Miami later this month.PSG and Barcelona put on great displays in the UEFA Champions League yesterday afternoon. Luis Enrique's side came back after conceding first to defeat Aston Villa 3-1. Désiré Doué led PSG back with an incredible curling goal, he's a name you need to get to know as the 19-year old might be the best young player this side of Lamine Yamal (who was also brilliant for Barca in their demolition job of Borussia Dortmund). Khvicha Kvaratskhelia's goal for PSG to make it 2-1 was another brilliant piece of individual quality after a beautiful team build-up. Dribbling is down in the top 5 European leagues 21% according to Opta. It's a shame when you see the top teams in the world use dribbling to great effect (the world champions Argentina, the European champions Spain, PSG, Barcelona, etc.). Pablo Aimar told TyC in Argentina that he feels it's because the young players aren't getting the free play elements in the neighborhood that his generation did, to go along with the professional coaching players received in the clubs. Embrace dribblers at a young age, encourage it, don't take it away from the kids. It can always be refined later, but it's important in players developing their own personalities on the field. Hopefully youth coaches and clubs can find ways to allows kids to develop this going forward. Liverpool making progress in retaining Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk, according to reports. Plenty more nuggets in the podcast, please check it out and subscribe to get these four times per week! More Espresso tomorrow on the SDH Network, presented by Oglethorpe University.

A common goal when supporting attacking football or soccer players, is overcoming mental blocks when dribbling with the ball in football. This is the topic David discusses in this week's Demystifying Mental Toughness podcast. He goes on to share's 3 tips to help attacking players overcome such issues with anxiety and confidence, tension, and the tendency to play it safe. Key Learning Points: Elite Professional footballers are not immune to mental blocks. Keeping a journal, noting down positive moments on the ball, how you think, feel and act can help you recreate the movements in your mind. Use your time online wisely, study the best dribblers such as Messi and Neymar and practice these skills to build muscle memory. Visualise yourself ahead of matches and training to mentally prepare yourself for different situations to reduce the fear of failure. We're told we need to practice if we want to get better. However, most of the times when we're practicing, we're quite bored. Instead, "play" is far superior in every way. It's not boring and like that kid next door, we "dribble" all the time. Let's look sideways at dribbling, instead of just practice, practice, practice

Let's talk about benign prostatic hyperplasia or BPH. This means a person has an enlarged prostate gland. Symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia: • Frequent urination (especially at night) • A weak stream • Dribbling after urination • A sensation that you can't fully empty your bladder Excess estrogen increases the size of the prostate. Estrogen also increases prolactin, which can increase the size of the prostate. Estrogen is a byproduct of testosterone in both females and males. To convert testosterone to estrogen, you need an enzyme called aromatase. The testicles and fat cells make aromatase. Phytoestrogens can mimic estrogen, but not very much. To shrink the prostate naturally, we want to inhibit aromatase to decrease estrogen production. Top things that increase aromatase: • Age • Body fat • Insulin • High-carb diets • Alcohol • Whole grains • Hormone replacement therapy • Birth control pills Things that decrease aromatase: • Cruciferous vegetables • White button mushrooms (sautéed) • Flaxseed • Green tea • Citrus peel In addition to losing weight with Healthy Keto®, reducing insulin, and consuming cruciferous vegetables, you can try a fantastic natural remedy for an enlarged prostate that involves citrus peel. The best natural remedy to support prostate health: Add a whole lemon and a glass of water to a blender, and blend it for about 30 seconds. Then, blend again with about five to ten drops of liquid stevia or 1/2 to 1 cup of blueberries. You can have this at any time of day—enjoy!
