Carl Quintanilla and Jim Cramer spoke exclusively with Wells Fargo CEO Charlie Scharf after the Federal Reserve lifted its 7-year, $2 trillion asset cap on the bank. Scharf also reacted to a statement from Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) critical of the Fed's move. The anchors also discussed trade tensions, along with a pair of President Trump's social media posts: One said China's President Xi is "EXTERMELY HARD TO DEAL WITH!!," the other called for "too late" Fed Chair Powell to cut rates in reaction to the worst monthly ADP jobs report in two years. We open our show with a long monologue over the last few generations in our country suffering from an underdeveloped, perhaps near non-existent, emotional level of maturity. We then discuss how Rep. Jamie Raskin's (D-MD) threat not to work with Trump echoes the same warning coming from China. We also spend a little more time on the incongruous rulings coming from the SCOTUS. Inside the Federal Reserve, Trump has enemies everywhere, including Jerome Powell. There are Leftist operatives everywhere. In Colorado, a Soros-backed DA refuses to charge a member of the state government, even though he was caught doing over $20,000 of damage to Tesla's. Democrats are living they are being made to pay back their student loans. The young beta male Vice Chair to the DNC, David Hogg is so mad with incumbent Democrats, he is planning to primary them. And Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) gets caught stammering over why she said Joe Biden was sharp and vibrant even in mid-2024? We open the show with a Friday favorite, a nod to Tara Bull's Top 10 news stories the Legacy/mainstream media didn't cover this week or did a terrible job if they did. We move straight into Democrats admitting they are sending paid agitators to invade GOP town halls. It's not really news at this point. Former Representative Jamaal Bowman might be in some legal hot-water after declaring Elon Musk is a “thief” and a “Nazi.” Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) released a video claiming the elimination of the Dept. of Education means the end of public school. In fact, it is the opposite, as Donald Trump attests. However, head of the union, Randi Weingarten is busy taking gaslighting to a brand new level, telling us she wanted schools to reopen in April of 2020. To show you an example of the legal corruption that exists in the Federal government, we turn to an example the Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service. People were paid to do nearly nothing, while they expensed everything and lived like kings. That's what we are up against. An IRS member of DOGE gave an example of how much waste and bloat exists in just the area of IT. I'm fine with the Communist Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-CT) and the pro-Hamas/pro-Terrorist squad member Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) wanting to be the face and the message of the DNC. Add them to the village idiot, Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) and Republicans won't have to say much by the time the mid-terms approach. It seems there is an exclusive club for judges in D.C. Most of the Trump-hating, lawfare judges are involved. So, too, is Chief Justice John Roberts. Now, what do you know about that? Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) is stoking fear, fakery and foolishness with a claim that DOGE was shutting down five field offices in Georgia. So, we do our part to correct him. On a similar note, Gov. Gavin Newsome (D-CA) declared on a podcast that he and his team never used the term “LatinX,” yet CNN called him out and played a montage of him using the phrase repeatedly. Finally, in the FAFO category, the Gov. Janet Mills (D-ME), who said she would keep men in girls' sports and would see Trump in court over it, managed to last less than three weeks. After federal funds were shut off to Maine, they have caved. Please take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. How is Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) pushing back against the Trump/Musk “co-presidents” wreaking havoc in Washington? Speaking to Kara at SXSW, Warren talks about what Musk has to gain by shutting down watchdogs like the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and other DOGE antics; why a crypto reserve would be bad for Americans and the cryptocurrency industry; and what Democrats are doing to fight back against this hostile government takeover. Plus: will Warren make another run for president again in 2028? This interview was recorded Saturday, March 8th, on the Vox Media Podcast Stage at SXSW, presented by Smartsheet. Questions? Comments? The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 1: 3:05pm- Who is the leader of the Democrat Party? Most sensible Americans seem to be put-off by the way Democrats conducted themselves during President Donald Trump's address to Congress on Tuesday night—which saw Rep. Al Green (D-TX) removed for being disorderly, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) applauding for prolonging the war between Russia and Ukraine, and the Democrats refusing to applaud a 13-year-old cancer survivor. During an interview with CNN, Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN) paused for several seconds when asked who his party's leader is right now. 3:15pm- California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) is now suddenly claiming it is “deeply unfair” for biological males to participate in women's sports—pivoting away from the Democrat Party's stance. Interestingly, Newsom also invited conservative Charlie Kirk on his podcast recently. Is Newsom becoming a moderate, leaving his far-left preferences behind? Rich thinks this is nothing more than a political strategy to cement Newsom's status as a 2028 presidential front runner. 3:40pm- After signing executive orders from the Oval Office, President Donald Trump took questions from the press—discussing the assassination attempt against him in Butler, PA, potentially extending TikTok's reprieve from a nationwide ban, daylight saving time, and the astronauts stuck in space.
The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 2: 4:00pm- In several posts to Truth Social, President Donald Trump announced he is pausing the vast majority of tariffs on Canada and Mexico. He wrote: “After speaking with President Claudia Sheinbaum of Mexico, I have agreed that Mexico will not be required to pay Tariffs on anything that falls under the USMCA Agreement. This Agreement is until April 2nd. I did this as an accommodation, and out of respect for, President Sheinbaum. Our relationship has been a very good one, and we are working hard, together, on the Border, both in terms of stopping Illegal Aliens from entering the United States and, likewise, stopping Fentanyl. Thank you to President Sheinbaum for your hard work and cooperation!” 4:30pm- In a message to the astronauts stranded in space, President Donald Trump said: “we love you and we are coming up to get you.” In an interview earlier this week, astronaut Barry Wilmore seemed to agree with the assessment that then-President Biden left him, and his fellow Boeing Starliner travelers, stranded at the international space station—because allowing Elon Musk's SpaceX to rescue them last September may have negatively impacted Kamala Harris's election prospects. 4:50pm- Who is the leader of the Democrat Party? US Senator Elizabeth Warren, a Massachusetts Democrat, discusses Federal Reserve monetary policy, enforcing consumer financial protection laws and Elon Musk's approach to government cost-cutting efforts. Our show opens with an unhinged Leftist judge, Paul Engelmayer, granting a Temporary Protection Order against Elon Musk and all of Donald Trump's appointees from being able to access data within the Treasury system. Thanks to help from attorney Tom Renz, we examine how ludicrous and unconstitutional this example of lawfare is. Asst. Chief of Staff Stephen Miller summarized this in a 90 second sound bite over the weekend. And, while the Left is pretending to support this, we know they don't believe is following the judicial branch as evidenced when Joe Biden ignored the SCOTUS to payoff student debt. While this was happening, over the weekend, President Trump removed more clearances from people, including Joe Bide. Interestingly enough, on that list was AG Letitia James and DA Alvin Bragg. Now, why did they need a government clearance? The NYT had two of their Tik-Tok'ers try to explain why what Elon Musk is doing in the government is the same as he did with Twitter. However, they intentionally leave out information and confuse “revenue” with “profit.” On the Sunday shows, the Left continued to show us they are comfortable dying on the hill of hiding the fraud, waste and abuse and attacking Elon Musk. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem wasn't going to accept the Left's premise when dealing with Dana Bash on CBS. We then remind you that in October of 2024, when allegations arose that FEMA was out of disaster support funds because they were sending it all to pay for illegal migrants, then WH Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre called that a lie. Over the weekend we learned FEMA pushed out a $59 million dollar payment to cover migrant housing costs in New York City. Then, we learn that Congress has spent over $500 billion in expired programs just last year without any authorization. And, we learned another laundering scheme for how the Left has been buying favorable news coverage. Rather then sending payments directly, they were just buying hundreds of thousands of subscriptions. Finally, as we close off the show, we discover a quote from Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) from just 15 years ago. At that time she said if money disappears in the government it likely means someone broke the law and it needed to be exposed. Funny how her tune has changed. Please take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. Senate Democrats are going crazy in Trump nominee confirmation hearings. Until today, no Trump-nominated cabinet member has failed to be confirmed. In the show, you'll hear just how nasty Democrats can get when they target conservatives on anything. Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) almost came to blows in her interview with Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Dems lost their minds when hearing Trump's announcement he's opening Gitmo to keep the vilest of illegal immigrant criminals instead of keeping them in the U.S. awaiting deportation. Good news for Trump! Mark Zuckerberg agreed to pay Trump $25 million to settle a suit filed by Trump for Facebook/Instragam's permanent block of Trump's social media accounts. Also, the Inspector General over the Department of Agriculture found out she was fired Friday by the President, refused to leave her office, and had to be escorted out by the cops!Democrats have, once again, found one of their own is going to jail. Longtime U.S. Senator Bob Menendez of New Jersey was sentenced to 11 years in prison for corruption, bribery, and failure to file as a foreign representative. You'll hear his pathetic response to his sentencing today. What did he do wrong? You'll laugh when you hear us detail what he did.You can't fix STUPID!
Andrew Walworth, Tom Bevan and Carl Cannon discuss Tuesday's appearance by Trump Defense Secretary nominee Pete Hegseth before the Senate Armed Services Committee. They also talk about Monday night's release of the Justice Department's 137-page report on Donald Trump's alleged role in overturning the 2020 election, federal aid for California in the wake of the Los Angeles wildfires, and Tuesday's Wall Street Journal op-ed by Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) who says she will work with Trump to “unrig” the US economy. Then finally, Andrew Walworth talks to former New York Times Pentagon correspondent and author Thom Shanker about President Biden's speech at the US State Department on Monday, where he claimed that he was leaving incoming President Donald Trump “a very strong hand.”

Today's show opens with a story I learned about how Elon Musk decided to share all of Tesla's patents for free. He did that in 2014. At the time, it was considered foolish. But, Musk was playing the long game. In a similar way, his purchase of Twitter is about a much bigger and longer strategy than just owning a social media company. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre gave us another meltdown when simply asked if there is any awkwardness now between Joe Biden and Kamala Harris? Tom Homan reminds us that Donald Trump wants to declare the Cartels a terrorist organization to be able to leverage to full might of our military to take them out. When you think of the heinous crimes they perpetrate on a daily basis, it's hard to find a reason not want that to happen. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) said there will be firings across the agencies. But, he reminds us, if some broke the law, they need to be held accountable. Secretary of State Antony Blinken reminds us the Biden-Harris regime are committed to sending billions and billions of dollars to Urkraine before January 20. With all the campaign promises she made, you would have thought starting to implement them might be a better idea. Then we get to see more histrionics from the Deep State and their willing accomplices from the Legacy/mainstream media over the appointments of Pete Hegseth, Tulsi Gabbard and Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL). We hear from Joe Reid, John Bolton and Rev. Al Sharpton and an NBC field reporter inside the Capitol. We close with a nod to the DOGE – Department of Government Efficiency. While the squaw, Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) tried to be snarky about it, Elon Musk dropped the hammer of truth on her pathetic head. In Kamala Harris' economic plan, which rolled out this month, she promises to fight price gouging, the idea that companies are charging whatever they want to maximize profits, especially when many families are struggling. Last weekend, Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) defended legislation to ban the practice. States like Florida and Texas have laws to address the issue too. However, can lawmakers effectively stop price gouging? Some economists argue that intervening could cause harm.Since the Democratic National Convention, the rhetoric of “freedom” has been coming up frequently. The term has been central in the Republican Party's messaging over the last few decades. But DNC speakers, including Kamala Harris, pushed the party's commitment to restoring freedom, and in the process, tried to redefine patriotism. So does freedom have different meanings for Democrats and the GOP? Finally, the show this week is replaying a 2023 episode, when panelists looked at political freakouts on both sides of the aisle, following an article by political comedy writer Jeff Maurer. In it, he talked about the M&M sexualization scandal and the panic it caused Democrats and Republicans, while more important issues were happening. The panel also discussed the influence of comedy TV and the news media on politics. Are political freakouts more or less frequent now compared to last year, and is there room for self-reflection?

Bankruptcy is the busiest federal court in America. In theory, bankruptcy in America exists to cancel or restructure debts for people and companies that have way too many debts—a safety valve designed to provide a mechanism for restarting lives and businesses when things go wrong financially. Legal scholar Melissa B. Jacoby argues that bankruptcy has also become an escape hatch for powerful individuals, corporations, and governments, contributing in unseen and poorly understood ways to race, gender, and class inequality in America. When cities go bankrupt, for example, police unions enjoy added leverage while police brutality victims are denied a seat at the negotiating table; the system is more forgiving of civil rights abuses than of the parking tickets disproportionately distributed in African American neighborhoods. Across a broad range of crucial issues, Jacoby reveals the hidden mechanisms by which bankruptcy impacts everything from sexual harassment to health care, police violence to employment discrimination, and the opioid crisis to gun violence. Join us for a special online-only program with Professor Jacoby in conversation with Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA). Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Today's show opens with my thoughts on the opening ceremonies at the Olympics and how it reminded me of the movie Se7en, especially the notion of the seven deadly sins. It sure feels like all of those sins are inherent in Wokeism. We then get more information about the failures to communicate between USSS and local law enforcement during the Trump assassination attempt. An ABC interview with SWAT team members said the had never seen such a disconnect and made them think something was wrong. Not that you might have much luck in searching for those stories. It seems Google is doing all they can to keep people from finding real information about the attempt. Sure seems like campaign interference to me. Seymour Hersh has another bombshell news story. It appears his sources have confirmed that Barack Obama was the person who threatened Biden with invoking the 25th Amendment if he didn't step down. This was supposedly right after Sunday brunch, a few hours before the withdrawal letter was published on X. The word went out to the other high-ranking Democrat operatives to his the Sunday talk shows to call for both SCOTUS reforms as well as reminders that Kamala Harris had nothing to do with the border crisis. From Senator Chuck “You” Schumer (D-NY) to Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) to Mayor Pete (D), they all plead their cases. And, as is usually the case, they are all lying. We then play a word salad sample of Kamala talking about how committed and involved she is in fixing the border and making it her focus to be more consistent with how the United States address the immigration issue. CNN ran a survey of renters and it seems 86% feel like they will never be able to afford a home. The Biden economy, like all of his failures, is inextricably tied to Kamala Harris and there is going to be a massive push to re-write history (already underway) and convince you she had nothing to do with any decision that could negatively affect her coronation and campaign. Finally, we end with an AI generated sound file used to introduce three real sound bites from VP Kamala Harris. While the ad is a parody, meant as biting satire, it is still scary how easy it is today to fake someone's voice. Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (01/30/2024): 3:05pm- According to a report from Punchbowl News' Jake Sherman, the Department of Justice has opened a criminal investigation into Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO) for “misspending of federal security money.” The House Sergeant at Arms has been subpoenaed for records relating to the allegations. 3:10pm- In a New York Times editorial, Clark D. Cunningham—a law professor at Georgia State University—explains the legal consequences for the alleged improper relationship between lead prosecutor in the Donald Trump Georgia election interference criminal case, Nathan Wade, and Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis. Cunningham writes: “Mr. Wade was very involved in both the special grand jury investigation and the current criminal case, despite an absence of obvious qualifications. Although Ms. Willis has defended her decision to hire Mr. Wade, his previous experience as a prosecutor appears to have been largely limited to misdemeanors. The amount paid to Mr. Wade so far is substantial yet Mr. Wade's billing invoices obtained by Mr. Roman's lawyer are not well documented and don't always offer, for example, itemized time worked in increments of less than one day. If Ms. Willis and Mr. Wade are dismissed by Judge McAfee, it will be up to a state agency, the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia, to appoint a prosecutor to take over from Ms. Willis. And that's where things could really go off the rails. Take one precedent: On July 25, 2022, Ms. Willis was disqualified from prosecuting Burt Jones, who was then a state senator, after she hosted a fund-raiser for Mr. Jones's eventual opponent in the race for lieutenant governor. Eighteen months later, the PACGA still hasn't appointed a special prosecutor, and Mr. Jones, now lieutenant governor, has not even been indicted. Delay is not even the worst possible outcome for the case if Ms. Willis is disqualified. A special prosecutor could decide to reduce or dismiss charges against some or all of the defendants, including Mr. Trump.” You can read the full editorial here: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/01/24/opinion/fani-willis-trump-georgia.html 3:20pm- Michael R. Gordon of The Wall Street Journal writes: “Three U.S. service members were killed and at least 34 were injured in an Iran-backed militia's drone strike on a base in northeast Jordan, U.S. officials said on Sunday, marking the first American troops killed in hostile action since the start of the Hamas-Israeli conflict in Gaza. A U.S. official said that the attack took place overnight at Tower 22, a small outpost near the Syria border. The drone struck living quarters for the troops, contributing to the high casualties, a U.S. official said. The strike, which was carried out by a one-way attack drone, signals an escalation in the fighting in the region. The president and secretary of defense said the U.S. would retaliate.” You can read the full article here: https://www.wsj.com/world/middle-east/three-u-s-troops-killed-in-drone-attack-in-jordan-b45ddb6b?mod=hp_lead_pos1 3:25pm- While speaking with Vice News in 2020, then-presidential candidate Joe Biden claimed that then-President Donald Trump would “get us into a war with Iran” as a way to distract from his reelection troubles. 3:30pm- Speaking with the press outside of the White House before boarding Marine One, President Joe Biden accused Iran of being responsible for Sunday's drone attack in Jordan which left three U.S. service members dead. 3:40pm- Zenebou Sylla and Elizabeth Wolfe write: “A Pennsylvania jury handed down a $2.25 billion verdict against Monsanto and its parent company, Bayer, after determining its Roundup herbicide product caused a man's cancer, the plaintiff's lawyers announced…The jury delivered its verdict, which includes $2 billion in punitive damages, in Philadelphia Common Pleas Court on Friday after concluding Roundup ‘is a defective cancer-causing product, that Monsanto was negligent, and that Monsanto failed to warn about the dangers' of the weed killer, the law firm [Kline & Specter] said.” You can read the full article here: https://www.cnn.com/2024/01/29/us/roundup-cancer-verdict-philadelphia-bayer-monsanto/index.html 3:50pm- A Florida man is suing Combos snacks parent company Mars Inc. for deceptive marketing—arguing that there is not enough real cheese in the snack food. 4:05pm- Dr. EJ Antoni—Economist & Research Fellow in The Heritage Foundation's Grover M. Hermann Center for the Federal Budget—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his latest editorial, “The Fed's Powell Will Have to Play Politics to Keep His Job.” Dr. Antoni writes: “When [Chairman of the Federal Reserve Jerome] Powell was up for renomination, he dutifully kept interest rates below 1% percent and exploded the Fed's balance sheet, barely keeping it below $9 trillion in an unprecedented act of money creation. When asked about raising interest rates three-quarters of a percent in the face of 40-year-high inflation, Powell said such a move was off the table and called inflation ‘transitory'… Once the Senate confirmed him for a second term as chairman, however, Powell promptly delivered four of those three-quarter-percent interest rate hikes in a row and began reducing the Fed's balance sheet to belatedly fight runaway inflation.” You can read Dr. Antoni's full editorial here: https://www.heritage.org/monetary-policy/commentary/the-feds-powell-will-have-play-politics-keep-his-job 4:35pm- The Florida House of Representatives has passed legislation that would ban minors under the age of 16 from accessing social media. In response, Governor Ron DeSantis suggested he may veto the bill should it arrive at his desk, explaining: “To say that someone that is 15 just cannot have [access to social media] no matter what, even if the parent consents, that may create some legal issues.” You can read more here: https://www.tallahassee.com/story/news/politics/2024/01/26/desantis-concerned-over-breadth-of-house-social-media-legislation/72368316007/ 4:45pm- Should government ban children from being able to access social media? McCarthy—Senior Fellow at National Review Institute & Author of “Ball of Collusion: The Plot to Rig an Election and Destroy a Presidency”—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his latest article, “Record Number of Illegal Aliens Entered the U.S. in December.” McCarthy writes: “A mind-blowing 371,000 illegal aliens were ‘encountered' by border agents in December 2023, a new record. This includes nearly a quarter million illegal aliens apprehended crossing the southern border, also a new record that smashed the former high mark (achieved, of course, under Biden border policies) of 224,400 in May 2022. The December number is a 23.5 percent increase over the number of ‘migrants encountered' at the border in November.” You can read the full article here: https://www.nationalreview.com/corner/record-number-of-illegal-aliens-entered-the-u-s-in-december/. Egypt's Defense Ministry had turned to an unusual figure to help arrange transport of the prized hardware: Wael Hana, an Egyptian American businessman who had previously run a trucking business, a gas station and a truck stop along a gritty, industrial strip in northern New Jersey… Eight years later, Hana's ties to the Egyptian government are under a bright spotlight. After a years-long investigation, U.S. authorities charged him in September with paying bribes to Sen. Bob Menendez (D-N.J.) and his wife, Nadine Menendez, in exchange for actions that benefited Egypt, including Menendez's promise to help keep military aid flowing to the North African nation. Hana, 40, lavished the couple with gold bars, checks and household furnishings between 2018 and 2022, prosecutors allege, while helping to introduce the senator to Egyptian military and intelligence officers and serving as a go-between for their communications.” You can read the full report from Shawn Boburg, Claire Parker, Terrence McCoy, and Marina Dias here: https://www.washingtonpost.com/investigations/2023/11/27/bob-menendez-wael-hana-egypt/ 6:30pm- Annoyed by the sound of crunching chips during Zoom conference calls? The lack of demand for the new vaccine has pharmaceutical giants such as Pfizer recording losses, with much of its stock having to be thrown out. According to the CDC, just 7 percent of adults and 2 percent of children in the United States got inoculated against the recent strains of Covid, a stark decrease from the initial vaccine rollout. Polling shows that those numbers aren't likely to get much higher in the coming months and years, with 40 percent of Americans saying they probably or definitely won't get another Covid shot, and a similar percentage saying the same when asked whether they will vaccinate their children. As PBS reports, despite the fact that Covid deaths and hospitalizations are lower this year than in the previous three years of the virus' existence, an expert called the latest vaccination numbers "abysmal." In June, the Biden administration called on vaccine manufacturers Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, and Novovax to make new Covid vaccines. In an interview with the New York Times, Boston Children's Hospital vaccine program director and Food and Drug Administration adviser Dr. Ofer Levy called the availability of vaccines against RSV, Covid, and the flu a "godsend" for vulnerable Americans. He noted that tens of thousands die every year as the result of viral infections. Despite their efforts, fewer Americans have sought a fresh dose of the vaccine due in large part to the prevalence of previous vaccinations and infections, which have led to milder cases for many. Other reasons that may be influencing their decisions include the fact that unlike before, the jabs are no longer free, though they may still be covered under some insurance policies. https://timcast.com/news/pfizer-hid-nearly-80-of-covid-vaccine-trial-deaths-from-regulators/ Pfizer Hid Nearly 80% of Covid Vaccine Trial Deaths From Regulators According to new forensic analysis in the International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice, and Research, Pfizer failed to disclose evidence of more than a 3.7-fold increase in the number of cardiac deaths among vaccine recipients compared to those who received a placebo. “This means that 79 percent of relevant deaths were not recorded in time to be included in Pfizer’s regulatory paperwork,” Angelo DePalma, Ph.D. wrote for Children’s Health Defense (CHD) regarding the study. “By not including relevant subject deaths in the case report, Pfizer obscured cardiac adverse event signals, allowing the EUA to proceed unchallenged.” A comparison of the number of deaths per week during the 33 weeks of the study found no significant difference between the number of deaths in vaccinated versus placebo groups for the first 20 weeks, the placebo-controlled portion of the trial. “After week 20, as subjects in the placebo were vaccinated, deaths among this still unvaccinated cohort of this group slowed and eventually plateaued,” researchers found. Deaths in the “vaccinated subjects continued at the same rate,” leading the scientists to inconsistencies between the data Pfizer reported and the actual number of deaths reported after vaccination. According to CHD, Pfizer’s clinical trial abandoned standard practices when at week 20 it allowed “unblinding,” where the placebo group was allowed to switch to the vaccinated group. Typically, they note, this only occurs when the benefit of the drug is so great that not treating subjects becomes unethical. “Normally the decision to unblind a vaccine trial would be based on the product’s safety and effectiveness in reaching certain endpoints or objectives,” CHD explained. “But, perhaps unexpectedly, after 33 weeks the data revealed no significant difference between deaths in the vaccinated and placebo groups for the initial 20-week placebo-controlled portion of the trial.” CHD added, “Had Pfizer-BioNTech met their legal and ethical obligation to report all serious adverse events their data would have shown equal deaths in placebo and vaccine groups — which would have shown no clear benefit for the vaccine.” On Oct. 31, Pfizer reported a net loss of $2.38 billion due to “write-offs of Covid products.” https://fee.org/articles/why-justin-trudeau-is-blaming-grocers-for-surging-food-prices-in-canada/ Why Justin Trudeau Is Blaming Grocers for Surging Food Prices in Canada New government data emerged this week showing that food prices in Canada continue to climb. Though year-over-year inflation of consumer prices overall cooled to 3.8% in September, food prices increased 5.8% from a year ago, driven by surging prices of bakery products (up 8%), fresh vegetables (7.6%), pasta products (10.8%), and poultry (6.5%). Food prices have long been a sore spot for Canadians. Even prior to 2023, statistics showed that some 7 million Canadians, including 1.8 million children, were in households struggling to put food on the table. As inflation continued to drive food prices upward in 2023, consumer outrage quickly mounted. “If I’m paying that much, I hope there’s gold in that chicken,” one user responded to a viral tweet in January showing a $37 price tag on a package of chicken breasts. The episode prompted accusations of price gouging and a high-profile story in the New York Times — but the paper reported that outrage at grocers was misplaced. “While it’s easy to get angry at the grocer, there’s very little evidence that the grocers are actually taking advantage of the situation,” said Mike von Massow, a food economics professor at the University of Guelph in Ontario. Food prices have only gotten worse since then, and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, apparently not a reader of the New York Times, has found the same scapegoat as many others unversed in basic economics: grocers. Last month, Trudeau threatened to slap grocery stores with new taxes if they don’t find a way to lower food prices. “Large grocery chains are making record profits. Those profits should not be made on the backs of people who are struggling to feed their families,” Trudeau told an Ontario crowd. By taking aim at grocers and “record profits,” Trudeau is parroting the rhetoric of some U.S. politicians, including Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), who has argued that inflation is being driven by “corporate greed.” The idea that corporations suddenly became greedy in the aftermath of the pandemic never passed the economic smell test, and it was recently rebutted in a Federal Reserve paper. “Corporate profit margins were not abnormally high in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, once fiscal and monetary interventions are accounted for,” noted Dino Palazzo, senior economist at the Federal Reserve Board. Yet politicians such as Trudeau, who less than a year ago criticized the idea of using a windfall tax on grocery companies to lower food prices, have repeated the claim over and over again that greedy corporations are the root cause of inflation. Why? The answer is simple: the true blame for inflation lies with them. Pierre Poilievre, leader of Canada’s Conservative Party, hit the nail on the head in a recent interview when he pointed out that the Canadian government’s policies are to blame for inflation — as are those who lead it. “[Trudeau] prints $600 billion, grows our money supply by 32% in three years,” Poilievre said. “That’s growing the money eight times faster than the economy. No wonder we have the worst inflation in four decades.” This is the mystery of inflation. (It’s not really a mystery.) Politicians and central banks flooded the economy with money, which devalued the currency. Basic economics teaches that increasing the money supply faster than an economy can provide new goods and services will result in price inflation, and that is precisely what we’ve witnessed. Indeed, for much of modern history, inflation was defined as expansion of the money supply, not an increase in prices (which is the consequence of expanding the money supply). Henry Hazlitt famously explained the difference in Economics in One Lesson. “Inflation is an increase in the quantity of money and credit. Its chief consequence is soaring prices,” Hazlitt explained. “Therefore inflation — if we misuse the term to mean the rising prices themselves — is caused solely by printing more money.” Politicians such as Trudeau cannot, of course, admit it’s their own policies and money printing that are to blame for high food prices. So they hold speeches blaming grocery stores and food producers for the inflation they caused and threaten them with new taxes. Whether Canadians will see through Trudeau’s crude charade is unclear. What is clear is that Canadian grocers are not responsible for the skyrocketing price of food in Canada. Justin Trudeau and the Bank of Canada are. https://thepostmillennial.com/exclusive-anaheim-high-schools-mandate-courses-in-far-left-activism-political-engagement-and-ethnic-studies?utm_campaign=64487 Anaheim high schools mandate courses in far-left activism, political engagement, and 'ethnic studies' The American educational system has been intentionally picked apart and deconstructed. Where once the goal of education was to relay cultural knowledge from arts and literature to science and maths, recent decades have seen an intentional shift toward the obliteration of that form of education, and in essence, the erasure of the cultural knowledge that has been imparted. Critical race and gender theory are also used as part of the furtherence of these goals, which parents have spoken up against in recent years. The intent of this new form of education is the erasure of the culture, history, arts, letters and sciences that elevated American society to the echelons of global dominance. Nowhere is this more evident than in the classroom. The course selection and the currciculum being offered in the award-winning Anaheim Union High School District, was uncovered by Parents Defending Education (PDE). Via a public records request, PDE learned that 16 Ethnic Studies courses have been approved for Anaheim high school students. The terminology of "ethnic studies" is a ruse for a course of study that undermines American culture and seeks to turn students from scholars into activists. "Anaheim Union High School District has peppered its district in so-called 'Ethnic Studies' courses," said Caroline Moore, Vice President of Parents Defending Education. "Unlike what we’ve seen throughout California, this district purposely inserts race, identity, and racism into classes ranging from Spanish to Dance. Their students would better be served by learning history based in truth and facts, as opposed to dancing out their supposed 'Eurocentric' racism or 'oppressor' mentality.” A course called "Cultural Experiences in America" intends to "provide an emancipatory education." The goal here is to teach students the way that "their identities, including race, ethnicity, culture, and nationality" are "socially constructed." In short, that means the goal is to teach students the way that American culture has oppressed them. In this course, American culture is the enemy. Course descriptions use language that, at first glance, sounds harmless enough. But it's essential to get these definitions straight. "Emancipatory education" is a phrase coined by Paulo Freire, author of "Pedagogy of the Oppressed," a core text for those dismantling education. This is precisely the course of study Anaheim has in mind with courses like "English I: Ethnic Studies," which is required for graduation. The description of the course states as its goal the promotion of political activism. The course "expands on the understanding of each student's social responsibility to their community and the world. By encouraging agency and student voice through the use of present social reform, political movements and social justice topics, students will gain an understanding of the world around them. "Students will explore the experiences of Indigenous/Native American, Black/African American, Chicanx/Latinx and Asian/Asian American and Pacific Islander in all their complexity and diversity," the course description continues. A theater course could more accurately be described as an activism course. "Ethnic Studies Theater: The Art of Storytellling" is a course that advocates for students to critique "social constructs that have been conditioned through systems of oppression and underrepresentation as well as misrepresentation to find and develop their own voices through the medium of theater." A required component are "Project Based Learning Assignments" that are intended to "foster active consciousness, social engagement and agency" through the study of "the histories of race, ancestry, national origin, disapora, racism, hegemony, ethnicity, and culture." This course is designed to first teach the students that they are oppressed, teach them who to blame for that oppression, and how to become activists who endeavor to free themselves and all of society from the burden of that oppression. Conservatives in America caught on too late, and despite the recent attempts by parents and education activists to slam on the brakes, the deconstructionist forms of curriculum keep rolling in. What first reared its ugly head in education graduate programs has now been fully disseminated into American education at large.

In short, that means the goal is to teach students the way that American culture has oppressed them.
Higher education in the United States is notoriously expensive, prompting many to take out student loans and accumulate thousands of dollars of debt. The Biden Administration introduced its student debt relief plan last summer, aiming to forgive up to $20,000 in debt for those who qualified. Louisana Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA) and Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) reintroduced the College Transparency Act in April to provide accurate reporting on student outcomes such as enrollment, completion, and post-college earnings so students can make informed decisions about higher education. Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA) explains why he feels so strongly about the bill, why he disagrees with President Biden's Student loan repayment agenda, and touches upon why manufacturing jobs are leaving the United States for China. The Supreme Court has several more opinions to release before the current term ends. The remaining rulings can impact student loan repayment, change Congressional districts in several states, and determine whether or not businesses are allowed to refuse service due to their religious beliefs. The court ruled this week that encouraging illegal immigration is not covered under free speech rights and that states do not have the right to sue the Biden administration regarding their immigration enforcement guidelines. FOX News Sunday Anchor, Shannon Bream explains the implications the two rulings have for the future of immigration, previews what could come from the Supreme Court's ruling on student loan forgiveness, and reflects upon the one-year anniversary of the overturning of Roe V. Wade. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (01/30/2023): 3:05pm- In his latest New York Post editorial, attorney Jonathan Turley argues that the Department of Justice needs to immediately investigate documents President Joe Biden gave to the University of Delaware. Turley writes, “[t]he university is sitting on Biden documents due to a cynical 2012 arrangement… The University of Delaware has been used for years to shield potentially embarrassing documents from public review for the Biden family, including allegations that the president engaged in sexual harassment or assault as a member of the Senate. The university effectively agreed to serve as a type of lockbox for the Bidens to prevent a review of his senatorial records as he ran for higher office.” Since it has now been determined that Biden improperly stored classified materials at both his Wilmington, DE home and his University of Pennsylvania office, isn't it reasonable to conclude classified material may be improperly housed at the University of Delaware as well? Why hasn't the Justice Department acted? 3:25pm- According to the Washington Examiner, a Pennsylvania jury has found Pastor Mark Houck not guilty. Kevin McCarthy’s most stubborn opponents in his House speaker bid is vowing not to fold and to continue the current stalemate until the California Republican either agrees to the defectors’ demands or drops out altogether. Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), who has been one of McCarthy’s most vocal opponents, pledged not to back down in the House speaker showdown, intensifying what has already been a dayslong fight as the chamber looks to elect its next leader. “I think this ends one of two ways,” Gaetz told Fox News after the House adjourned on Wednesday. “Either Kevin bows out, realizing there is no path to become speaker of the House even with one or two or three or five of the 20 who have opposed him half a dozen times on the floor, or he essentially has to wake up, bring the House into session, and put on a straitjacket with a rules package that we’ve presented to him that doesn’t allow a lot of discretion for the speaker of the House.” After failing to make headway in three rounds of roll call votes on Wednesday, McCarthy proposed a new bout of concessions to some of his most stubborn opponents in a last-ditch effort to win their support before the chamber reconvenes. As part of his latest concessions, McCarthy agreed to a proposal to add more Freedom Caucus members to the House Rules Committee, as well as further lowering the number of members needed to call for a floor vote to oust a sitting speaker, according to CNN. The compromise builds on previous concessions in which McCarthy agreed to lower the number of votes needed to oust him from the position possibly should he be elected, marking a significant win for far-right conservatives such as Gaetz. “The reason we’ve demanded that is we do not trust Kevin McCarthy, and it’s not a small body of work,” the Florida Republican said. Even if those demands are met, however, Gaetz has vowed not to back McCarthy’s bid. Twenty GOP lawmakers voted against McCarthy to back Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) in the latest round of voting, with one Republican voting present. Donalds initially voted for McCarthy in the first two roll call votes before backing Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) in the third round on Tuesday, conceding that “at the end of the day, we’ve got to get to 218." https://thepostmillennial.com/black-couple-given-plot-of-land-in-reparations-sells-it-back-to-la-for-20-million?utm_campaign=64487 Black couple given plot of land in reparations sells it back to LA for $20 million The heirs to Bruce's Beach, the prime beachfront property in California's Manhattan Beach, have sold the land back to the county for $20 million after receiving it just over a year ago in an act of restorative justice. The direct descendants of the black couple who were run off of their land and business got a form of "reparations," according to LA County. In 1912, Charles and Willa Bruce, a black couple, bought the plot of land for $1,225 and opened up a black beach club, reported the Los Angeles Times. These clubs were common in southern California during that period, when segregation kept black people out of "whites-only" beaches. Facing mounting pressure from racist individuals and groups, including the Ku Klux Klan, city officials condemned the property to eminent domain in 1924, claiming that they needed it to build a park. According to the Los Angeles County website, no park was actually built until nearly 30 years later, and the real reason for seizing the land was racially motivated. "It is well documented that the real reason behind the eminent domain process was racially motivated with the intention of bringing an end to the successful Black business and to thwart other African Americans from settling in or developing businesses in Manhattan Beach," the government site reads. The county ended up forcing the black couple off of their land, paying them only $14,000 when the plot was actually valued at $70,000, according to Daily Mail. The Bruces left the beach and closed their business. According to their family, they never financially recovered. In July 2022, LA County returned the land to direct descendants Marcus and Derrick Bruce as well as Derrick's sons, Anthony and Michael. "It destroyed their chance at the American Dream. I wish they could see what has happened today," Anthony said when the land was finally returned. On Tuesday, it was announced that the Bruces had opted to cash out on the land instead. The chair of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, Janice Hahn, stated that the selling of the land will help rebuild "generational wealth" that the family lost out on after their great-grandparents' business was destroyed. "This fight has always been about what is best for the Bruce family, and they feel what is best for them is selling this property back to the county for nearly $20 million and finally rebuilding the generational wealth they were denied for nearly a century," she said. "This is what reparations look like and it is a model that I hope government across the country will follow," the county official added. https://townhall.com/tipsheet/madelineleesman/2023/01/04/indigenous-arts-leader-revealed-as-white-n2617839 ‘Non-Binary’ Founder of Indigenous Artists’ Collective Accused of Faking Native American Heritage The co-owner of a “queer Indigenous artists’ collective” in Wisconsin reportedly faked her Native American background and “used the front to make money,” the New York Post reported. Kay LeClaire, a woman who identifies as “non-binary,” was accused in an online forum of being white after claiming for years that she was of Metis, Oneida, Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, Cuban and German descent. LeClaire is a founding member of an art collective and is well-known in the Indigenous arts community in Madison, Wisconsin. LeClaire went by the Indigenous name “Nibiiwakamigkwe,” the Post noted. Reportedly, LeClaire earned artist stipends, a paid residency at the University of Wisconsin, paid speaking gigs, and art exhibitions based on her Native American background. But, a “hobbyist genealogist” who did not reveal their identity posted evidence of LeClaire’s real ancestry on an online forum. It showed that LeClaire is of German, Swedish, and French Canadian descent. “I am sorry,” LeClaire reportedly told local outlet Madison365. “A lot of information has come to my attention since late December. I am still processing it all and do not yet know how to respond adequately. What I can do now is offer change.” The art collective said in an Instagram post that it had parted ways with LeClaire on Dec. 31, 2022. The anonymous user who published LeClaire’s ancestry online went by the screen name “AdvancedSmite.” They spoke with Madison365 and revealed they are of Native American heritage. Townhall reported that several high-profile activists had been caught pretending to have Native American ancestry, including Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Canadian academic Carrie Bourassa, and actress Sacheen Littlefeather, whose sisters came forward late last year after her death to reveal that she was of Mexican descent. According to studio source Belloni reports that Transformers: Rise of the Beasts racked up over 506 million views in two weeks across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 drew in 187 million views while Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny only brought in 79 million views. Taking a peek at the YouTube numbers, as of today, the Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny trailer only has 10 million views on the Lucasfilm YouTube channel. Transformers: Rise of the Beasts has 26.3 million views on the official Paramount Pictures YouTube channel. While Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 isn’t trailing Transformers: Rise of the Beasts as much as Belloni reported after two weeks, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is still significantly off the pace compared to Transformers: Rise of the Beasts and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. In fact, both films have more than doubled up on trailer views compared to Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny. Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny is not only trailing these films when it comes to trailer views as noted by both Belloni’s inside source as well as spot-checking YouTube, but Belloni also claims the film is already at a disadvantage because Stephen Spielberg is not directing the film and Harrison Ford is 80 years old and is supposedly the leading man in a film franchise known for its action adventure heroics. The film’s promotion has also been plagued by director James Mangold’s antagonistic behavior to concerned fans about what he and Lucasfilm have planned for the film. Lucasfilm has a track record of destroying their male-led franchises, one needs only look at the the desecration of Han Solo in The Force Awakens that turned his character into a deadbeat dad, who then gets murdered by his own son. This anti-male theme would be doubled down on in Rian Johnson’s The Last Jedi that shows Luke Skywalker as a man who has abandoned everything he believed in and even tosses his lightsaber away like a piece of garbage. This theme is not isolated to the sequel trilogies, The Mandalorian turns what was pitched as a ruthless bounty hunter living in the outer reaches of the galaxy into a glorified baby sitter for a child-like Yoda character that is apparently not a child at all. The Book of Boba Fett also turned the famed bounty hunter into an incompetent town manager. Given this track record, fans have a healthy skepticism of what Lucasfilm and Mangold will do to the franchise and have especially had their hackles up following the casting of self-proclaimed feminist Phoebe Waller-Bridge. In response to one fan concern, Mangold decided to attack him and then proceeded to lie about his attacks on the fan. Matthew Kadish shared his concerns writing on Twitter, “To anyone thinking Indiana Jones 5 might be good, just let me point out… 1. Steven Spielberg is not directing. 2. Kathleen Kennedy is producing. 3. Harrison Ford is 78 years old. 4. It’s written by Jonathan Kasdan, who wrote SOLO.” Mangold responded writing, “Thanks, Matt! 1) Keep making the world a better place crapping on things in the 1st week of production from your basement. 2) Never seen a script by Jon. Nothing against him. Just reality. Butterworths & I started from a blank page. 3) 1-3 r hugely talented & all at my side.” Clearly, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny does not appear to be connecting to people via trailer views and on top of that it has an antagonistic director who not only confirmed fan fears about Lucasfilm’s production are legitimate, but he’s openly degrading them for expressing such concerns.
