The sequel so nice they filmed it twice! The Halloween franchise is no stranger to troubled productions, but part six takes the cake... then decides it doesn't like the flavor of that cake and tries to bake an all-new one on top of it. Meanwhile, some of the producers are wondering why it has to be a cake at all and so they decide to turn it into a casserole instead. So yeah. It's a mess. On this episode we discuss the Dario Argento directed "Jenifer" based on a comic that appears in issue #63 of the famed Creepy Magazine, by Bruce Jones and Bernie Wrightson, teleplay by Steven Weber, who additionally stars. JENIFER :originally broadcast November 18, 2005" While parked in a remote spot, eating lunch with his partner, Detective Frank Spivey saves a disfigured woman named Jenifer from being killed by a deranged homeless man. He feels sorry for Jenifer, and takes her from an insane asylum and brings her home. Frank becomes obsessed with Jenifer, feeling lust and and attraction to her. When he realizes there's more to her, he moves with her to an isolated old cabin in the woods, with tragic consequences.
