Interview withIan Harris, President & CEO of Outcrop Silver & Gold Corp.Jorge Ramiro Monroy, CEO of Reyna Silver Corp.Jason Weber, President & CEO of Silver North Resources Ltd.Recording date: 13th June 2024*Silver: Powering the Clean Energy Transition*The silver market stands at a critical juncture, with a convergence of factors creating a compelling investment opportunity. In a recent panel discussion, the CEOs of Outcrop Silver, Raina Silver, and Silver North Resources shared insights into the silver market's dynamics and the strategies exploration companies are employing to capitalize on the metal's bright future. The panelists pointed to silver's growing industrial demand, particularly in clean energy technologies, as a key driver of the bullish outlook. Silver's use in solar panels has become a major source of demand, with new panel technologies requiring 50-150% more silver per unit. The rapid growth of solar energy adoption is expected to create a consistent upward pressure on silver prices. Beyond solar, silver's use in emerging applications like hydrogen fuel cells further underscores its importance in the clean energy transition. While silver demand is robust, the supply side of the equation is more constrained. The CEOs highlighted the scarcity of primary silver projects and pure-play silver producers. Many traditional silver miners are diversifying into gold as their silver reserves deplete, leaving a gap in the market for new, high-quality silver projects. This supply shortfall is creating an opportunity for exploration companies to deliver value through new discoveries. To seize this opportunity, silver explorers are focusing on high-grade projects in proven silver districts. Companies like Silver North Resources, with projects in the historic Keno Hill district, are confident in their ability to delineate significant silver resources through targeted drilling campaigns. The positive sentiment in the silver market is allowing these companies to accelerate their exploration plans and generate a steady stream of news flow for investors. However, the junior silver exploration space is not without its challenges. Attracting capital has historically been difficult given silver's price volatility. To combat this, companies are emphasizing the quality of their projects, the strength of their management teams, and the importance of maintaining ample liquidity to support exploration activities. Some are also considering creative strategies, such as small-scale production, to demonstrate a path to cash flow and give the market confidence in their ability to deliver value.Looking ahead, the CEOs predicted increased consolidation among junior silver companies as a means to gain scale and attract institutional investment. Mergers and acquisitions could become more prevalent as companies seek to pool their resources and create more compelling investment propositions. Offtake agreements with end-users, like technology companies, could also become more common as a means to secure funding for project development. For investors, the silver market offers an attractive opportunity to gain exposure to the clean energy transition. The combination of robust industrial demand, constrained supply, and the potential for high-grade discoveries creates a favorable risk-reward profile. However, selectivity is key. Investors should focus on companies with experienced management teams, quality projects in proven silver districts, and strong cash positions to support exploration activities. By carefully evaluating these factors, investors can position themselves to benefit from silver's crucial role in the clean energy future.—Learn more: https://cruxinvestor.com/categories/commodities/silverSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

Interview with Rob Duncan, VP Exploration, and Jason Weber, President & CEO of Silver North Resources Ltd.Recording date: 3rd April 2024Silver North Resources (formerly Alianza Minerals) is a silver-focused exploration company offering investors an attractive opportunity to gain exposure to the increasingly bullish silver market. The company's flagship Haldane project is located in the historic Keno Hill silver camp in the Yukon, which has produced over 200 million ounces of high-grade silver since 1913.Despite its location in a prolific district, Haldane remains largely underexplored by modern standards. Silver North has begun to unlock the project's potential with new high-grade discoveries in an area previously written off by the industry. Drilling has returned intercepts averaging 1,351 g/t silver, 2.43% lead and 2.91% zinc at 5.24 m, confirming the presence of Keno Hill style mineralization.Importantly, Haldane benefits from the same geological setting and mineralization model as the district's past-producing mines now being restarted by major U.S. silver producer Hecla Mining. Exploration success by Hecla, including a 22% increase in silver reserves last year, demonstrates the significant upside potential that still exists in the Keno Hill district. With Haldane hosting the same style of high-grade silver veins, Silver North is well positioned to make further discoveries and delineate a meaningful resource. The company is now looking to raise C$2 million to fund a 2,000m drill program at Haldane this year targeting extensions of the West Fault and Main Zone discoveries. Silver North also has a second Yukon project being advanced by partner Coeur Mining which provides additional discovery leverage for investors. As Silver North CEO Jason Weber explained, these two "mega trends" are creating a strong fundamental backdrop for silver explorers and producers. Combine that with a tight share structure, experienced management and significant discovery potential at Haldane, and Silver North presents an attractive speculation for investors looking to leverage the silver market.Silver North offers exposure to an increasingly compelling macro story for silver. Demand is expected to grow significantly in the coming years driven by silver's key role in the green economy, particularly in solar power and electric vehicles. This is coinciding with ongoing safe haven demand amid heightened geopolitical risks. While the company still needs to raise funds to fully drill out Haldane, the pieces are falling into place for a potential rerating as the silver price continues to strengthen. If the drills can deliver this year, Silver North could be positioned to unlock the value of one of the highest-grade and most prospective new silver projects in Canada.Learn more: https://cruxinvestor.com/companies/silver-north-resourcesSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

I this episode of the Pacey Performance Podcast, Rob is talking to Coach and Founder of SpeedSig, Jason Weber. Jason first came on the podcast in 2015 when he was with the Fremantle Dockers in the AFL but since then has had roles in A-League soccer and the military. But for the last 2 years Jason has been working on a new project, SpeedSig. In this episode, Jason takes us through his journey of using GPS to understand running loads but his frustration of wanting to understand HOW an athletes moves, not just how far they have run. This led to multiple projects and finally a PhD and a small business now working with some of the biggest sporting organisations in the world. He explains the process of capturing reliable data from lumbar and thoracic spine positioned GPS units to get metrics that help us understand that HOW. In the second half of the episode, having visited hundreds of organisations across the world, Jason reflects on what he has seen and his own practice while working in the AFL and in soccer. He admits to "confusing the f*ck out of people with data" laterly in AFL and gives his thoughts on how people can learn from those mistakes. He is also a huge proponent of learning to code and encourages any sports scientist to go on that journey. He explains why and takes us on his own journey to master R. Jason's enthusiasm for this space is infectious and it will be of huge interest to practitioners across the world who are looking to understand HOW their athletes move using technology they are probably already wearing. Main talking points: Why sports scientists should learn to code The SpeedSig journey The need to undrstand how an athlete moves, not just how far and how fast Collecting reliable speed signature data using GPS What metrics are important The increase in computer vision and AI tools Future evelopments in athlete tracking and GPS Reflections on the last 10 years of coaching

We're glad you're here and listening today! Join us as Foster Carolina's host, Susanna Kavanaugh interviews Jason Weber, a giant in the foster care ministry world. More Than Enough is the ministry Jason leads under the Christian Alliance for Orphans banner. More Than Enough believes "that local networks of passionate churches, organizations, and advocates like you can work together to fill the biggest gaps in caring for children and families in every one of the 3,142 counties in the US." The two leaders discuss what brought Jason into understanding the need within the foster care system, how he kept getting a bit further each time he would say yes, and how you can plug in with the More Than Enough mission. He also gives a powerful call to action. He reiterates that we have a direct and clear call from God, as a Christian, to care for the orphaned in some way and we need to say yes when we figure out our way. Before we met to record today's episode, Jason asked for a good starting topic to spark the conversation. My first thought was something I'd just recently read in Atomic Habits, by James Clear. The quote, more or less, is: "When in doubt, stick to the schedule and reduce the scope." From there, we were off to the races! As the discussion turned to The Line of Choice and how Jason uses it in his coaching, an idea occurred to me: "I'd rather fail above the line than succeed below it." You'll have to listen if you want the full context of our lively chat, but I will say that both of us are still thinking about the implications of whether or not that's a true statement...I guess Jason will have to come back on again to talk about where we landed! :) Jason is the founder of SLI Coaching and Consulting, serving executive leaders and teams by bringing servant leadership into the workplace. He's also the Associate Vice Chancellor for Leader and Culture Development in the Texas Tech University System. He's also an award-winning author and has published several articles around accountability in teams, team effectiveness, and bringing servant leadership to teams. ZIFL - 06-15-2021 https://zalma.com/blog Quote of the Issue - “Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow.” - Albert Einstein What Is Insurance Fraud? When an insurer is asked to pay a fraudulent insurance claim it is the victim of a tort, a civil wrong and in most states, a crime. Black's Law Dictionary, 6th Edition, defines fraud as: "An intentional perversion of the truth for the purpose of inducing another in reliance upon it to part with some valuable thing belonging to him or to surrender a legal right; a false representation of a matter of fact, whether by words or by conduct, by false or misleading allegations or by concealment of that which should have been disclosed, which deceives and is intended to deceive another so that he shall act upon it to his legal injury." In simple language, fraud can be defined as a lie told for the purpose of obtaining money from another who believes the lie to be true. Civil insurance fraud exists if an insured: Go Directly to Jail – Arson for Profit Fails Setting a Fire and Presenting a Claim for Items Not Burned is Insurance Fraud & Arson Postal Inspector Guilty of Insurance Fraud After Pleading Guilty Defendant's Petition Coram Nobis Fails to Reverse His Conviction Jason Weber pled guilty to a charge of theft of government funds. At the time of the offense, Weber was serving as a postal inspector. The Court sentenced him to a two-year term of probation and ordered him to pay $65,634 in restitution. He has filed a petition for writ of coram nobis, alleging that “new evidence” suggests that his indictment may have been based on “malfeasance and mishandling of evidence” on the part of the government. Thriving Adoptees - Inspiration For Adoptive Parents & Adoptees
Jason and his wife Trisha first gained a passion for children in foster care while living and working in the inner city. Many of the kids and families they encountered in their neighborhood had experienced foster care at some point in their lives. Partially as a result of this experience, Jason and Trisha became foster parents and have been caring for and adopting children from U.S. foster care since 2001. They have had the privilege of adopting their five children from foster care. Jason has helped to produce and write several books, bible studies, and other tools all created to serve the Church as it cares for hurting kids. He eagerly anticipates the day when God, through his Church, provides more than enough for kids and families in foster care. Jason serves as the National Director of Foster Care Initiatives for the Christian Alliance for Orphans and currently lives in Plano, Texas. The Christian Alliance for Orphans unites 190+ respected organizations and over 650 church members. Our joint initiatives inspire and equip Christians to live out effectively the Bible's call to care for orphans and vulnerable children.https://www.linkedin.com/in/jason-weber-2696233b/https://twitter.com/OrphanAlliancehttps://www.facebook.com/ChristianAllianceforOrphanshttps://www.youtube.com/channel/UC7H96krBO57bDauTCHMQXxg
Did you know that the month of May is National Foster Care Month? In this podcast, Associate Network Manager, Carlene Prince, joins Jason Weber, the National Director of Foster Care Initiatives with the Christian Alliance For Orphans. Jason wants to live in a world where people build GREAT things together rather than good things by themselves, until there is MORE THAN ENOUGH for children and families in foster care. If you have a heart for this issue on any level, and want to lean more into the invitation of Jesus to care for vulnerable children, this will be a conversation you'll want to be sure to hear.
The needs in foster care can feel overwhelming at times; and so can the responses necessary to meet those needs. With so many options - from recruiting new families to supporting those caring for children, trauma training, volunteer recruitment, parenting, discipleship, personal health and more, it's hard to know what areas of ministry to focus on and what to do in order to be as effective in those areas as possible. This is where many church ministries struggle. If you want more clarity and confidence in your foster care ministry then this seven-part series on The Fostering Church is for you. This limited series is specifically designed to help you grow your church's foster care ministry - no matter where you are on the journey. In each episode you'll hear Jason Johnson and Jason Weber talk with a real-life church ministry leader about some foundational elements of what it means to be a "fostering church". You'll gain insight on where to focus your efforts and the encouragement you need to help you take your next best steps forward. Get more resources, tools, and inspiration at morethanenough.cafo.org

Jamie hates facts all of a sudden. Heata tries to a get a laugh out of the same joke for the 3rd week in a row. The boys lose their minds at Jason Weber.
Jason Weber, National Director of Foster Care Initiatives at Christian Alliance For Orphans (CAFO), states that two of the most common words associated with foster care in the U.S. are “not enough.” Not enough resources to meet all of the needs Not enough support for struggling biological, kinship, foster, and adoptive families Not enough families for kids who need them. According to Weber, it doesn’t have to be this way. There are easily more than enough resources, support, and families in every community to solve the national foster care crisis. Over the past two decades a foster care movement has emerged from faith communities across the country. Local foster care movement is made up of families (foster, kinship, adoptive, and biological) cared for by churches working collaboratively with each other and other community partners (government, placement agencies, bridge and service organizations, and local businesses). Jason sites that if 10% of the churches in every county actively engage in foster care ministry by the end of 2025, there will be more than enough resources, support, and families—in fact we could see more families waiting for children than there are children waiting for families. Host, Sandra Flach, recently sat down with Jason Weber to discuss his new book, Until There’s More Than Enough—Working Together to Transform Foster Care Where You Live. The book is an excellent resource for those who care about children in foster care and want to engage their church in the movement. It’s not often a junior mining explorer is as geographically and minerally diversified in its property holdings as Alianza Minerals Ltd. (ANZ) (TSX-V.ANZ, OTC:TARSF, Forum). Then again, few mining companies are as progressive thinking in developing their business model as Alianza. And what sets the Company apart from most others in the early-stage exploration space is its “Hybrid Prospect Generator” concept. As an early-stage exploration company, prospect or project generators work to find and develop a sound economic base and precious metal deposits. The long-term goal of the Company is to advance new projects by joint venturing alongside enthusiastic partners with the goal of making major discoveries. As part of the Hybrid Model, ANZ also pursues its own self-funded exploration programs on projects which do not have a partner yet, exemplified by the work at the Haldane project. This gives their investors maximum exposure to exploration success In this lively and informative podcast, Stockhouse Media's Dave Jackson was joined by Jason Weber, President & CEO of Alianza Minerals, to learn more about the Company’s portfolio of mining and exploration properties, its value-added Hybrid Prospect Generator business model, and a variety of exciting and newsworthy topics surrounding Alianza moving forward through 2020.

TRUCKER GETS MAD A TRUCKING COMPANY AND QUITS. THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME BUT SHOULD A TRUCKER CHECK HIS PRIDE AT THE DOOR EACH DAY HE COMES TO WORK? IN AN INDUSTRY WHERE TRUCKERS CAN GET A SWELLED HEAD IT IS EASY TO BE PUFFED UP WITH PRIDE. TODAYS TRUCK DRIVER HAS MANY COMPANIES CHASING, WINING AND DINING THEM. FOR A BETTER TERM LETS JUST SAY A TRUCKERS ASS IS USED TO HAVING LIP PRINTS ON IT THESE DAYS FROM TRUCKING COMPANIES TRYING TO WOO THEM TO DRIVE THE FREIGHT THEY ARE COMMITTED TO DELIVERING THO THEIR CUSTOMERS. IN THIS DAY AND AGE ITS VERY EASY TO TELL YOUR DISPATCHER THAT "I CAN ALWAYS FIND ANOTHER JOB" AND THERE IT BEGINS. ONE MIGHT TELL DISPATCH I DON'T WANT TO GO THERE ONLY TO RECEIVE THE ANSWER THEY DIDN'T EXPECT AND THUS PRIDE REARS ITS UGLY HEAD. ONCE IN A STANDOFF THERE IS ONLY ONE PLACE TO GO WHEN BEING LEAD BY PRIDE. THAT PLACE IS CALLED "I QUIT"! MAYBE YOU HAD A GOOD JOB AND NOW IT WILL BE A LOSS OF A PAY CHECK JUST MOVING TO ANOTHER JOB. MAYBE LESS MONEY IN THE PAY CHECKS AND IT ALL COMES DOWN TO PRIDE. TRUCKERS & PRIDE THE JASON WEBER STORY JASON WEBER STORY TRUCKERS & PRIDE THE JASON WEBER STORY. TAKE JASONS STORY. JASON WAS TO ENROLL IN THE COMPANY HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN BUT MISSED THE CUT OFF. THE COMPANY ACCORDING TO JASON COULD HAVE FIXED HIS MISTAKE. THEN JASON STARTED REMEMBERING OTHER DRIVERS THAT ARE EMPLOYED AT THE COMPANY THAT MESSED UP ALSO. HE ALSO REMEMBERED HOW HIS COMPANY ALWAYS TOOK CARE OF THE OTHER DRIVERS MISTAKES. This episode sees me speaking with Jason Weber. For those that don't know, Jason has been involved in elite sport for the last 20 years working in AFL and rugby union and is currently working at the Freemantle Dockers in AFL. Jason puts some great content out via his blog and website, Oldbullfitness.com and our chat revolves around some of his thoughts which he speaks so passionately about in his blog. He talks about his 4 guiding principles for team training design as well as working in harmony with physios and his view on technology. I was absolutely buzzing after this chat (and the 30 minutes we talked afterwards) and I am sure you will too. His passion for his work is clear and for this reason it was one of the best episodes I have put out.
